The Death Of Irananian Presisent Does Not Guarantee The Fall Of The Regime

The death of Iranian president Ebrahim Raisi in a helicopter crash last week has set the fervid imaginations of  journalists in western mainstream media alight as the pile fuel on the fire of revolution and regime change. Sadly, because the Islamic republic’s social and economic degeneracy is crying out or change, Iran's regime appears more robust than commentators in liberal media are prepared to admit As is generally the case when the mullahs find themselves under pressure, their default position is to blame the West which is exactly what they are doing now.

Vast crowds at the funeral of Iran's President Raisi do not suggest the regime is in any trouble (Picture: Politico)

The helicopter in which Raisi died was simply not equipped with the blind flying gear necessary for the weather conditions it was flying in. In the warped universe leaders of Iran’s theocracy inhabit, the helicopter crash that killed Raisi and seven others, including the foreign minister, was not due to the inadequacy of the aircraft to fly in the prevailing weather conditions but with the West for imposing the sanctions that have denied Tehran the ability to purchase the upgrades required enable the US Bell 212 helicopter in which the Iranian leader perished to 'fly blind' when the ground is obliterated by heavy cloud or mist.

Only another revolution by the Iranian people can unseat these murderous mullahs! I hope that happens. Unfortunately, the word Islamic permits all sorts nonsense in the psyche of Muslim populations. Islam with its requirement for unquestioning belief in the incredible makes it incompatible with democracy. So, one can only hope for the least worst type of regime to emerge.

With regard to the cluelessness of the west about how to deal with regimes like that of Iran (or either Russia or china for that matter,) the simple fact is that  the (UK) Foreign Office is stuffed to the rafters with mediocre graduates who earned degrees in Politics, Philosophy and Economics or Political Science at Oxford and Cambridge and eith joined the civil service or became Special Advisers (aka SPADS or Gofors,) on the personal staff of some politician.

Few of them have any experience of working in the real world and most are from priveleged backrounds and so have little understanding of the lives and concerns of the people whose lives will be affected by the failings and vacillations of the political class.

Such are not people driven to seize advantages for the UK or even to promote British values. They are intellectual lightweights without the wits or ambition to pursue objectives beyond their sole grail of moving another step up the ladder.

The idea of one of these spineless creatures challenging the murderous despots of Iran or any other large and powerful tyranny is far closer to a delusion than a hope. They are pathetic weaklings justifying their pathetic weakness with the even more pathetically weak excuse of 'keeping diplomatic channels open', although how they can think that blindly following the lead of warmongers in Washington offers a means of maintaining diplomatic relations  in the long term is a mystery.

The idea of one of these spineless creatures challenging the murderous despots of Iran or the murderous hegemonic ambitions of the American deep state is far closer to a delusion than a hope. They are pathetic weaklings justifying their pathetic weakness with the even more pathetically weak excuse of 'keeping channels open'. For what? To shovel more and more taxpayers' money into the pockets of gangsters, fanatics and grifters?

It is unlikely the Iranian regime will collapse any time in the foreseeable future. The ayatollahs have a sound grip over the armed forces and revolutionary guard and has hundreds of thousands of supporters as was seen at the late president's funeral. While there may be a trend towards secularisation in Tehran and the few big cities the majority of the population are fanatically loyal to the religious extremists who govern them. The medieval words of Saint Ignatius Loyola, founder of the Jesuit movement that perpetrated the horrors of The Holy Inquisition, "Give me the child to the age of seven and I will give you the man," mean exactly the same in Farsi or Arabic as they do in Latin, English or any modern world language.

MORE POSTS ON MIDDLE EAST:

The World Is being Dragged Towards War And Western Weakness Is To Blame
This week's news so far has focused on the worsening situation in the middle east, as western leaders appear to be accepting that there was from day one no way Ukraine could win its war with Russia and that since US and NATO leaders refused to allow Ukraine to negotiate a settlement based on the reasonable terms offered by Russia at the Istanbul in April 2022 there is now no way Ukraine can avoid a crushing defeat or survive as a nation in the aftermath.

Iran Has Yet To Play Its Strongest Card
A few days days ago the container ship MSC Aries was boarded in the Strait of Hormuz by Iranian forces and forced to anchor off the coast of Iran. The incident was overshadowed by the Iranian drone and missile attacks on Israel and was hardly mentioned by mainstream media. However as far as the western nations are concerned this incident is potentially far more significant.

AFP citing local medical sources also says some 350 protesters were injured. Continue reading >>>

US Aiding Massive Genocide in Yemen at Behest of Saudi Arabia
Civilians in Yemen are still in the grip of a major humanitarian crisis as Saudi Arabia's war on the impoverished republic continues unabated. Shocking numbers are affected including 7 million civilians facing severe malnutrition, and 19 million out of the country’s 27 million population "in need of some form of aid.

In Escalating War Of Words, Saudi Crown Prince Calls Iran’s Ayatollah “New Hitler Of The Middle East”
Saudi Arabia’s powerful, and controversial, 32-year-old Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, as we warned earlier in the year when he was elevated to his currrent status, has in a few months has made more local (and foreign) enemies than most of his predecessors accumulated over a lifetime, appears to have decided he does not need to wait any longer for the final war that will cement the global supremacy of his particularly unpleasant brand of Islamic extremism.

UK Government Accused Of Covering Up Saudi Arabia Funding Of TerrorismA new report commissioned by David Cameron before he resigned as Prime minister has highlighted links between recent terror attacks in the UK and the funding of UK mosques by the extremist Wahhabi regime in Saudi Arabia, which "is heavily involved in exporting an illiberal, bigoted fundamentalist ideology." The report criticises Cameron's successor for "kowtowing" to Saudi Arabia's king by suppressing another government report into the funding of extremism in the UK.

White House Says It Will Fake "Chemical Weapon Attack" In Syria
The White House claims that the Syrian government is preparing "chemical weapon attacks". This is clearly not the case. Syria is winning the war against the country. Any such attack would clearly be to its disadvantage. The White House announcement must thereby be understood as preparation for another U.S. attack on Syria in "retaliation" for an upcoming staged "chemical weapon attack" ...

US Gov’t Proves Loyalty To ISIS And Saudi Arabia Bill To ‘Stop Arming Terrorists’ Gets Only 13 Supporters
In a rare outbreak of common sense, a bill barring the US Federal Government from giving money and weapons to child murdering terrorists like the head amputators, slave dealers and human organ noshers of ISIS and Al Nusra (Barack Obama's beloved 'moderate rebels',) garnered hardly any support from either the Democratic Perpetual War Party, or the Republican War Is Good Business Party.

Saudi Arabia Bids For Islamic Globalisation
soon after the suicide bomb at The Manchester Arena, I felt obliged to defriend someone on facebook, whom I have known online for around ten years. So what did this sweet lady, who writes books on medieval witchcraft and calls herself a pagan, do to piss me off? She showed herself to be a hypocrite by posting a whinge about people reacting with anger and 'hate' to this latest atrocity; "I'm all about compassion, I will not stand by and see Muslims victimised because of this." Oh yeah? And what about the dead and injured victimised by a muslim extremist?

What’s Really Happening With Saudi Arabia and Qatar Will Not Be Televised
While mainstream media is in a frenzy over what former FBI chief James Comey will say to a Congressional hearing about Donald Trump's alleged links with Russia and attempt to shut down an investigation into those links, the UK election, Islamic extremist terrorism, football's latest multi - million transfer deals, etc., as usual the really big story is hardly being reported. We bring you the story from The Anti Media,

‘Islamophobia’ Is Being Used By Islamists To Suppress Debate
“It is entirely right to call out anti-Muslim hatred”, says Pollard, adding that calling any criticism of Islam hate speech or Islamophobia to silence those who find some aspects of Islam barbaric is an attack on the right of free speech in the way that Jewish extremists will cry 'anti - semitism' whenever anybody utters reasonable criticism of the Israeli government's treatment of Palestinians.
