Judging by the none too reliable reports of Ukrainian president Vobblyvoddymyr Zelenskyyyyy's latest visit to the
White House, the Ukrainian leader is no longer regarded as the Messianic figure he was treated as throughout the war's first eighteen months. The days of the press pool
fawning over the little cokehead with the piano playing penis or being in awe at his presence ended with the almost instant failure of the much hyped 'counter - offensive' which was described as the act with would drive Russian troops out of Ukrainian territory completely (Crimea included,) but which actually resulted in Ukraine losing tens of thousands of its soldiers, $£€billions worth of high tech weapons donated by the NATO powers and even more territory to Russia.
Instead at Zelenskyyyyy's latests White house gig the press primarily peppered Demented Joe Biden with questions after lstening incredulously to the former comedian's speech as the pledged for the zillionth time that a Ukrainian victory was imminent and all that was needed for the final push was half a trillion US dollars and every gun, tank, aircraft and ship the entire membership of NATO possesses.
Biden's response struck a more cautious and sceptical tone tone than previous meetings with Zelensky: "I don’t want you giving up hope," the US President told his Ukrainian counterpart. "We’re going to stay at your side."
Biden's words reflected a very obvious shift of mood in support for Ukrain apparent in the USA and throughout Europe, politicians and the media are starting to acknowledge what We The Punters have known from day one, that the Ukrainian victory narrative - a narrative which as the Financial Times noted Ukrainian citizens themselves are in increasing disbelief of - has always been a pipe dream. Yet Biden still gave out another $200 million of what's left before DoD funding runs dry for the year.
However neither Biden nor Zelenskyyyyy had anything fresh to add as the Russia-Ukraine war grinds on approaching the end of a second full year. Biden said that if Congress fails to approve his defense funding package, as the Republicans have threatened to if The White House does not address the illegal immigration crisis at the southern border, it would be a "Christmas gift" to Putin. He also said, with a level of foolishness typical of Dementia sufferers, that Russia has failed to subjugate Ukraine. Further, the following contradictory statements were issued on behalf of the US President:
- WE ARE COMING TO THE END OF OUR ABILITY TO HELP UKRAINE
- PUTIN IS BANKING ON THE US FAILING TO DELIVER FOR UKRAINE
During a press conference following the meeting, both Zelensky and Biden dismissed the possibility of Ukraine ceding territory to Russia as the price for achieving an end to hostilities and lasting peace. Notably, Zelensky went so far as to call
this most rational of suggestions "insane." Thus Ukrainians (and Russians,) will continue to die needlesly for no reason other than to inflate this diminutive clown's monster ego.
Amid ongoing negotiations between Ukrainian diplomats and lawmakers and US defense officials in Washington on Tuesday, it is becoming blatantly obvious that no breakthrough is expected in terms of Republican Congressmen who control the House of Representatives being persuaded to push through Biden's $106 billion defense aid package, while the administration is equally intransigent on the abandonment of border controls which is allowing thousands of illegal immigrats to flood into the USA every month.
Meanwhile in the UK mainstream media, military experts and thousands of armchair warriors in internet comment threads are still pushing the 'Ukraine is winning' narrative.
Ironically the same people as were last year telling us that Russia's military was weak, badly trained, poorly armed and starving, that Putin was at death's door if not already dead, Russian tanks did not work, Russian aircradft were not airworthy and the Russian economy was in a state of collapse are now claiming that unless all Zelenskyyyyy's demands are met Russia will emboldened to invade and conquer the whole of Europe and most of Africa.

There Is Only One Way Ukraine Can End The War
As Ukraine's much hyped counterattack has failed to achieved the and momentum that hoped for by American and NATO leaders including President Volodymyr Zelensky who admitted it was "slower than desired", and a range of soldiers interviewed by BBC and Sky News television reporters t on different parts of the long (probably too long given the depletion of Ukrainian military manpower,) frontline have blamed minefields laid by Russian troops for that delay. Well as is often said, in any wartruth is the first casualty.
Putin About To Be Overthrown - Sorry False Alarms, The Second Russian Revolution Has Been Cancelled
The story was all over mainstream media here in UK this morning; the Wagner group mercenaries, the private army that defeated the forces of His Excellency, Genealissimo Vobblyvoddymyr Bellendskyyy, President for life of The Whole World at the siege of Bakhmut had rebelled against the Putin regime in Russia and was leading his troops at they marched towards Moscow. Fully paid up members of the Bellendskyyyyy fan club were creaming themselves in comment threads under the articles ...
EU Vows To Retaliate if Nord Stream Gas Pipeline Blasts Were Sabotage - But against whom, the USA?
Yesterday's shocking news that the Nord Stream 1 & 2 gas poipelines between Russia and Germany immediately triggered speculation about who is responsible, but as the facts emerge the knee jerk blaming of Russia has failed to convince because the attack bears all the halllmarks of a false flag event engineered by the usual suspects ...
We The Good Guys Versus They The Bad Guys Reporting Does Not Make Sense For The Ukraine Crisis
Mainstream media reporting of the conflict in Ukraine has disappointed. Perhaps I was naive to suppose that lessons might have been learned from the hits their print sales and online traffic rates took as a result of their handling the COVID pandemic But instead of focusing on the most obviously newsworthy aspect of the build up to and escalation of the war, Russia’s view of NATO expansion into Ukraine and even further to Georgia and Kazakhstan, news reports have simply demonised Russia and portrayed Ukraine as the good guys.
Germany News Mag. Spiegel Asks "Is Vladimir Putin Right?" About NATO Expansion
As the confrontation along the border between Ukraine and Russia has escalated to actual shooting with ethnic Russian rebel separatists in Donbas reporting intensified shelling and initiating a "general mobilization" of military-age males, with Moscow denying they plan to invade and Ukraine's leaders accusing US, UK and French leaders of hysteria for talking up the threat of war, Germany's leading newspaper Spiegel asks the question fundamental to the entire conflict...
British Government Laundered Fake U.S. 'Intelligence' On Ukraine
The British government on Saturday accused Russia of organizing a plot to install a pro-Moscow government in Ukraine, as the Kremlin masses troops near the Ukrainian border. The U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office gave relatively little information about the intelligence unveiled Saturday other than to say that the Russian government was considering trying to make a Russia-leaning former member of Ukraine’s parliament, Yevhen Murayev, the country’s new leader. Turkey, EU Exploit Syrian Refugee Crisis: Create New ‘Slave Trade’
So how is that deal between the EU and Turkey to control the flow of illegal immigrants into europe playing out. Well as expected Tutkeys gangster president is doing little to slow the tide, but like all blackmailers is making more demands. And the EU look like giving in; well what do the bureaucrats care, it's only taxpayers money.
The US Freedom of Information Act, like its British equivalent, requires a response within 20 business days, but government departments easily sidestep that deadline by replying with a non committal acknowledgement. It's what bureaucrats do; when dealing with government departments in my role as a business consultant I would lay out my problem, followed by my suggested solution and conclude by saying if I had not received their reply within seven working days I would assumed they agreed with what I was proposing and go ahead ...
Has Putin Has Pushed Europe Into Economic Depression, Hyperrinflation and Currency Collapse?
Though it was entirely predictable and indeed had been expected for some time, the news over the weekend that the Nord Stream 1 pipeline which feeds gas from Russia to northern Europe via The Baltic route had been shut down completely by The Kremlin in retaliation for the continued financial and military support given by NATO and EU member states to Ukraine in the conflict with Russia. The European Commission, governing body of the EU, immediately put the community on something close to a war footing, ...

Do We Have A Winter Of Civil Disobedience Ahead?
As many people in Britain slap on the apres sun gloop in the wake of what passes for a heatwave in these cool cloudy climes, our inept politicians caught with their pants down by unusual weather as usual have heard that that winter is coming and are making plans for a coldwave.
We are in the grip of an energy crisis at the height of summer. Last week, it was reported that the UK government is laying down plans for a “reasonable worst-case scenario” including blackouts for industry and even households. And this is as energy prices spiral out of control to new records every day.
Is Russia Selling Its Oil To The World Through An Obscure Egyptian Port?
As this blog predicted when NATO and EU member states shot themselves in the foot by reacting to Russia's invasion of Ukraine with sanctions that prevented Russia from selling oil, gas and vital raw materials to the countries that needed them most, the NATO and EU member states, the Russians have had no problems finding alternative customers for their gas and oil and no problem getting oil into the world's commodity markets through the back door.
Are US Supplied Long Range Missiles Really Winning The War For Ukraine?
Since very soon after the start of the war between Russia and Ukraine western powers, USA, UK, EU and NATO have been doing everything possible to prolong and escalate the war. The latest move is to provide the Ukrainian military with long range HIMARS missile. Mainstream media are claiming this has tilted the balance in Ukraine's favour. But for what? To prolong the slaughter? ...
As the war in Ukraine grinds on and Russia steps up its economic war against the west and in particular The European Union, claims made recently by the idiotically 'woke' leaders of Europe's main economic and military powers that the West has a once-in-a–generation chance to severely weaken Russia’s capabilities, both militarily and geopolitically, look increasingly hollow. Putin's critics have cited 'Western unity' as one of the main reasons why Russia will be economically destroyed and politically humiliated when the Ukraine's military finally claim victory.
European Union Is Again Close To A Meltdown As Eurozone Economy Collapses
Once more we return to the political instability and economic fragility of the European Union as the conflict in Ukraine combined with loonytoons Climate Change mitigation policies, the failure of 'sustainables' to meet ever increasing demand for electricity, fod shortages and rampant price inflation put economic and social pressure on governments of member states ...
Russian Long Range Missile Test Fuels Nuclear War Fears As NATO Pushed Ukraine To Escalate Conflict
Russia tested its latest intercontinental ballistic missile yeserday, the Satan II has a range of 10,000 miles and can devastate an area of 250,000 square kilometers according to military experts. Bizarrely commentators in mainsteam and online news services portrayed this as a sign of weakness by Russia, though the same people cheered when Joe (Dementiaman) Biden threratened a nuclear response if Russia crossed his 'red lines' in Ukraine ...

Boris and Biden Can't Blame Ukraine War For Energy Crisis
With typical arrogance and condescension towards the people who elected them Boris Johnson, Joe Biden and their respectiive presstitutes are trying to spin the energy crisis Europe and North America are currently facing as somehow being linked to the conflict in Ukraine and therfore blame is being attactched to Russia and Vladimir Putin. Do they really think we are stupid enough to believe such unmitigated bollocks? ...
Even If The War In Ukraine Ends, Sanctions Will Stay - So How Bad Will The Food Crisis Get?
Western leaders, desperate to show their own countries they were taking a firm stance on Russia's invasion of Ukraine, were quick to impose economic sanctions ... so quick in fact that they acted before they had though things through. While freezing Russia out of the global finance system they have exacerbated the wests energy crisis, while Russia's retaliatory ban on raw materials (fertiliser) exports will create extra problems on top of those we already had ...
Europe's Depleted Gas Storage Might Not Get Refilled Ahead Of Next Winter
While mainstream news reporting of the conflict in Ukraine continues to pump out a torrent of anri - Russia, pro - war propaganda the catastropic effects of this war that could so easily have been avoided are not mentioned.
