Washington’s Plan To Break Up Russia Is Really The Driver Of Ukraines War

 After three years of war and many thousands dead on both sides (various numbers have been quoted but figures from either side cannot be relied on,) with Zelensky and his government embroiled in a huge corruption scandal, and Ukraine's front line collapsing under Russia;s grinding advance, at last there seems to be a genuine prospect of peace. But while Trump seeks a businessman's peace and other NATO leaders make nonsensical statements about supporting Ukraine to continue the war without American involvement at last some people are starting to examone the implacable hatred of Russia that has stood in the way of previous attempts to reach a peace deal:

Washington’s animus towards Russia has a long history dating back to 1918 when Woodrow Wilson deployed over 7,000 troops to Siberia as part of an Allied effort to roll back the gains of the Bolshevik Revolution.  Despite the horror expressed by many European politicians and pundits at the prospect of Ukraine having to admit defeat and cede territory to Russia, an outcome that was inevitable from day one of the incursion President Trump's plan does seem like the only practical way forward and similar to one we might have settled on much earlier  had Ukraine's western allies truly supported Zelensky rather than manoeuvreing to advance their own agenda which was to weaken Russia. It’s obviously not perfect and only makes sense if there’s sufficient deterrence to prevent Russia from grabbing more of Ukraine in future. Also, anyone who feels they’re currently living on the wrong side of the future Russia/Ukraine border should be free to move to their preferred side.

Yesterday Ursula von der Leyen was bleating on about how this was all wrong and unfair on Ukraine and that borders apparently could not be set by military force. It’s hard to take such people seriously. This is precisely how it’s been done for all of human history. It’s what happened when WWII ended (and WWI too). And yet, these bureaucrats and lawyers in their centrally heated, air conditioned palaces/offices 1000 miles from the action persist in these fantasies. There are many tribes of useful idiots around right now, but the vo der Leyen and co are certainly one of them.

A Way Out Of The War In Ukraine And Why World Leaders Will Not Use It

 

 

At a press briefing on the situation in Ukraine on Thursday a US Department of Defese spokesperson spokesperson gave an alarming response to reporter whether who asked if Ukraine forces' use of American weapons in its ongoing Kursk incursion is "consistent" with US policy of what Ukraine can and cannot do with US weapons. It has become increasingly clear that Ukrainian military forces are using American weapons to attack troops, civilians, and infrastructure deep inside Russia's borders.

Spokeswoman Sabrina Singh answered unequivocally "yes it is consistent with our policy" and explained that Washington has supported the need for "crossfire" from Ukraine back across the border onto Russian artillery positions along the border from which it is being attacked, even if that is on Russian territory. She framed the incursion into Russia's Kursk oblast—an offensive which has entered day four—as 'defensive' in nature.

Singh reiterated that it remains US policy for Ukraine to avoid striking deep into Russian territory using American arms; however, when pressed about the possibility of a direct attack on Moscow, she simply said: "I’m not going to put a specific range on it" and thus refused to rule it out. But she added that "we still don't support long-range attacks into Russia."

To attack Russia directly would be insane and would certaily result in nuclear wat.

When you live in an insane world, as it appears we currently do, you look for insane solutions. The question is how do we bring, 'sanity' back? War means death for multitudes of innocent people wh have done nothing wrong but get caught up in it.

What is the real issue keeping this pointless war in Ukraine alive? The real issue is we have no way to reconcile our conclusions one to another. So societies are simply places of intellectual chaos and cultures are meaningles in the great game of geopolitical hegemony. We have no measure of reason or logic on hich to base dialogue and so we begin the slaughter. All the while self-serving liars roll around in the paradise that is a logical chaos where they manipulate one and all for their own enrichment and enhancement of their power. 

We, nations of the west and east, must find a way to bring order to Society, it must be an order sustained by the use, participation and elevation of logical discussion. Without such open dialogue order can only be achieved by one side or the other by brute force and violence. 

If we continue in a World Dominated by Military Intelligence and our reliance on, "Leaders" then you can just have lulls of peace in between your wars and wars on either side of your peace, While liars run loose to prey on your family and society. 

 If we transition to a world dominated by reason, tolerance and clearly marked boundaries then war will not be the first option and in a sense obsolete as there will be no identifiable enemy. All perspectives are part of the larger perspective. Not a perfect perspective, not a God, just better than you would get from leaders whose aim is World Domination.

German Lawmaker Speech To Bundestag On Ukraine Excoriates The Insanity Of Warmongers

For decades now Germany, with good reason perhaps, had been averse to becoming involved in foreign wars and until at least halfway through 2023 was quite equivocal on matters concerning the war in Ukraine, sending weapons, money and humanitarian aid to Kiev but refusing to join the outright condemnations of Russia led by the USA and UK. In the latter stages of last year however, something changed.

Though it was obvious to any objective observer that Ukraine could not possibly win the war, and by any reckoning had already suffered a crushing defeat and was only continuing to fight instead of seeking a negotiated settlement because its NATO allies would not allow the Kiev regime to inflict such a huge embarrassment on their efforts to weaken Russia but means of a proxy war.

It was probably the realisation that Ukraine could not win that prompted leaders in Washington DC, London, Paris and Berlin to escalate the ir rhetoric, calling for more advanced weapons including tanks, fighter - bomber aircraft and even long range ballistic missiles to be given to the Ukrainian military. Not everybody was on board with that, in fact as calls for escalation increased, so did opposition to the war and demands from centrist politicians to urge Ukraine to seek a way out and NATO leaders to tone down the threats of escalation and direct intervention.

Sahra Wagenknecht a leading membersof Germany's Left Party (Die Linke), has recently formed Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance – Reason and Justice. Last week she gave a stirring, courageous speech in the Bundestag (German national assembly,) warning the German government against following other along the path to war with Russia. A handful of European leaders are urging escalation, saying 'we' cannot allow Ukraine to lose. France's Little Napoleon, Emmanuel Macron has even talked of sending Western troops to Ukraine to fight on the front line as a viable 'option'. 

"Have you all lost your minds?" Wagenknecht asked the elected members of the Bundestag. She also said in her speech: "The Scholz government has already crossed one red line after the other. In the meantime we reached the point where German Air Force officers calmly debate how to destroy Russian targets with German cruise missiles..." She continued, "The scandal is that we have reached a point where it has become normal to have such debates."

Wagenknecht went on: "Our grandiose military experts from the Greens have been telling us for two years now what 'game changer' we have to deliver next so that Ukraine can win this war." The hawks "dream" about using German missiles to "destroy ministries in Moscow," she said. "And when the pope speaks out against this madness, saying that Kiev should negotiate rather than drive the country to suicide, he was called a 'Putin troll'." She then emphasized, "The whole world outside the German political bubble knows that Ukraine cannot with this war. For a long time there has been no winning in Ukraine. There has only been.. bloody dying day in and day out. And Taurus missiles won't change any of that."

She is right of course, no matter how many Taurus missiles and Leopard 2 tanks Germany sends or Storm Shadow missiles and Challenger tanks UK sends or how many F16 planes and Abrams tanks the USA sends, Russia can match them. And far from weakening Russia all the western leaders have achieved is to weaken their own alliance while shifting geopolitical power to the east and strengthening the already formidable alliance of Russia, China and Iran.

It is time to get out of this war, but having used Ukraine as a proxy to absorb the punishment and count casualty numbers western voters would never have countenanced, the west now owes it to Ukraine to ensure the outcome, though it will involve losses of territory and assets, is not too ruinous.

Moscow Claims U S Defense Secretary's ‘Freudian slip’ Exposes Washington's intention To Go To War With Russia

 

Testifying to the US Congress by Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin  is alleged to have revealed evidence that Washington has plans for direct military involvement along with its NATO allies in armed conflict with Russia. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov made this allegation on Friday having seen a transcript of Austin's address to the House Armed Services Committee hearing on Thursday. Austin reportedly said that “if Ukraine falls, I genuinely believe NATO will be fighting Russia.”

Lavrov was asked about Austin’s remarks during an interview at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Turkey, a NATO member state that has done more than any other to broked negotiations that would end the two year old war.

“He simply made a Freudian slip to reveal what they [the US] had in mind,” the Russian diplomat said. “They used to say they can’t allow Ukraine to lose, because Russia won’t be satisfied and would attack the Baltic states, Poland, [and] Finland next. It turns out, according to Mr. Austin’s frank words, that everything is exactly the opposite. We do not and cannot have such plans, but the Americans do.”

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova further commented on Austin’s apparent sabre rattling, asking if the words were a direct threat to Russia or an attempt to generate excuses for Ukraine. 

“Either way, it’s madness,” she said. “But now everyone sees that Washington is the aggressor.”

According to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, Austin’s threats proved that “NATO regards Ukraine as its own territory,” which proves that Russia’s military operation is “absolutely justified and correct.”

Austin’s tesfforn etimony was apparently part of a by the White House to bully the US congress into approving a $95 billion foreign aid bill, which would steer more than $60 billion of US taxpayers money into the offshore bank accounts of Zelensky and his bloodthirsty bosses in Kiev. The US and its allies have already sent Ukraine over $200 billion in military, economic, and financial aid for the conflict against Russia – disregarding Moscow’s warnings and objections, while insisting they are not directly involved.

The idea that Moscow will not stop with Kiev and move to attack the Baltic states or Poland next is the latest talking point of the US administration,although it is complete bollocks intended only to scare Americans into going along with te Biden administrations plans to effect regime change in Moscow, as they did in the 2014 coup in Ukraine installing a far right, authoritarian government in Kiev in place of the democratically elected pro - Russian government. Previously the shadowy figures behind the puppet president, demented, geriatric Joe Biden have tried to persuade the U S congress to approve the the indefinite funding of Kiev by claiming Ukraine is defeating Russia on a fraction of the US military budget, and that most of the money would end up going to the American military industry anyway.

Unfortunately for the Washington warmongers Ukraine is not defeating Russia, in fact by any sane assessment of the situation Ukraine was defeated, crushed militarily and economically, a year ago and is only able to keep fighting through the military and financial aid and the technical support provided behind the front lines being provided by the USA and NATO.

I see BoJo The Clown is trying to wriggle out of taking responsibility for failing to stop the war in Ukraine back in April 22. fair play, the fat fool was only following orders from Washington, but as a previous revelation of this story leaked by David Arahamiya, the leader of Ukraine’s ruling party, who revealed that Johnson had scuppered a peace deal that would have put an end to hostilities just a few months after the Russian invasion, was corroborated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during the recent interview with Tucker Carlson.

People who read any on my blogs might recall that I reported this story back in September 2022 when it first leaked into the public domain.

Full Russian conquest of Ukraine is possible, claims ISW report

According to a report published by the U.S. Institute for the Study of War (ISW), should the government of Ukraine's ability to continue the conflict collapse, as seems imminent, the total conquest of Ukraine by Russian military forces would be a real possibility, which would necessitate a huge increase in U.S. military presence in Eastern Europe.

This is warmongering bollocks of course, there is no evidence Russia intends or ever intended to do more that wrest control of Ukraine's Russian speaking provinces from the neo - Nazi government in Kiev. In fact, as this blog has reported on many occasions, in April 2022 both Russia and Ukraine were prepared to negotiate a settlement based on terms brokered by Turkey's President Erdogan, and all Russia wanted was a guarantee that Ukraine would remain neutral and not be granted NATO membership. That potential peace deal which would have saved hundreds of thousands of lives from both sides of the conflict, was scuppered when former UK Prime Minister was sent to Kiev by NATO leaders, principally the USA's Biden administration to tell Ukraine that NATO (America) insisted that on no account could Ukraine negotiate with Russia unless Moscow first agreed to all Kiev's (America's) terms. 

Naturally the Russian's were never going to agree to such a stupid demand and Ukraine was told to fight on.

The White House now says funding for Ukraine has run out and whoever is making decisions for demented geriatric president Joe Biden has been increasing pressure on Congress to pass stalled legislation to support the war against Russia. Meanwhile even the most steadfastly pro - Ukraine sections of mainstream media in the US and Europe, including the Washington Post, New York Times, The Daily Telegraph and The BBC have published content declaring that Russia has won the war and for Ukraine to continue its hopeless war is just a waste of lives.

Analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW), having assessed the current state of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine are even more dramatic, stating that the complete conquest of Ukraine by Russia is not out of the question. Such a development could lead to significant implications for the United States, including the possible need to deploy forces in Eastern Europe they claim.

The report highlights, without stating as much in plain language, the high stakes for the U.S. in what was never anything other than a proxy war, suggesting that the conflict’s outcomes may have broader consequences than commonly perceived.If the purpose of NATO (America,)  backing Ukraine had been to protect democracy, victory for Russia would be an embarrassment for the USA and NATO, but the real reason for the conflict, which is documented in leaked official correspondence but never mentioned in mainstream media reports was to effect regime change in Russia and ideally prompt the break up of the Russian Federation.

This being the case, defeat for Kiev is defeat for Washington.

In Washington Zelensky Offers Irrational 'Victory' Pledge While Biden Hedges His Bets

 

Judging by the none too reliable reports of Ukrainian president Vobblyvoddymyr Zelenskyyyyy's latest visit to the White House, the Ukrainian leader is no longer regarded as the Messianic figure he was treated as throughout the war's first eighteen months. The days of the press pool fawning over the little cokehead with the piano playing penis or being in awe at his presence ended with the almost instant failure of the much hyped 'counter - offensive' which was described as the act with would drive Russian troops out of Ukrainian territory completely (Crimea included,) but which actually resulted in Ukraine losing tens of thousands of its soldiers, $£€billions worth of high tech weapons donated by the NATO powers and even more territory to Russia.

Instead at Zelenskyyyyy's latests White house gig the press primarily peppered Demented Joe Biden with questions after lstening incredulously to the former comedian's speech as the pledged for the zillionth time that a Ukrainian victory was imminent and all that was needed for the final push was half a trillion US dollars and every gun, tank, aircraft and ship the entire membership of NATO possesses.

Biden's response struck a more cautious and sceptical tone tone than previous meetings with Zelensky: "I don’t want you giving up hope," the US President told his Ukrainian counterpart. "We’re going to stay at your side." 

Biden's words reflected a very obvious shift of mood in support for Ukrain apparent in the USA and throughout Europe, politicians and the media are starting to acknowledge what We The Punters have known from day one, that the Ukrainian victory narrative - a narrative which as the Financial Times noted Ukrainian citizens themselves are in increasing disbelief of - has always been a pipe dream. Yet Biden still gave out another $200 million of what's left before DoD funding runs dry for the year.

However neither Biden nor Zelenskyyyyy had anything fresh to add as the Russia-Ukraine war grinds on approaching the end of a second full year. Biden said that if Congress fails to approve his defense funding package, as the Republicans have threatened to if The White House does not address the illegal immigration crisis at the southern border,  it would be a "Christmas gift" to Putin. He also said, with a level of foolishness typical of Dementia sufferers, that Russia has failed to subjugate Ukraine. Further, the following contradictory statements were issued on behalf of the US President:

• WE ARE COMING TO THE END OF OUR ABILITY TO HELP UKRAINE
• PUTIN IS BANKING ON THE US FAILING TO DELIVER FOR UKRAINE

During a press conference following the meeting, both Zelensky and Biden dismissed the possibility of Ukraine ceding territory to Russia as the price for achieving an end to hostilities and lasting peace. Notably, Zelensky went so far as to call this most rational of suggestions "insane." Thus Ukrainians (and Russians,) will continue to die needlesly for no reason other than to inflate this diminutive clown's monster ego.

Amid ongoing negotiations between Ukrainian diplomats and lawmakers and US defense officials in Washington on Tuesday, it is becoming blatantly obvious that no breakthrough is expected in terms of Republican Congressmen who control the House of Representatives being persuaded to push through Biden's $106 billion defense aid package, while the administration is equally intransigent on the abandonment of border controls which is allowing thousands of illegal immigrats to flood into the USA every month.  

Meanwhile in the UK mainstream media, military experts and thousands of armchair warriors in internet comment threads are still pushing the 'Ukraine is winning' narrative.

Ironically the same people as were last year telling us that Russia's military was weak, badly trained, poorly armed and starving, that Putin was at death's door if not already dead, Russian tanks did not work, Russian aircradft were not airworthy and the Russian economy was in a state of collapse are now  claiming that unless all Zelenskyyyyy's demands are met Russia will emboldened to invade and conquer the whole of Europe and most of Africa.
