Illegal Immigration Is Destroying Our Country

Kier SStarmer and his Labour government have been congratulating themselves on the number of illegal immigrants and bogus asylum seekers who have been removed since they came into office: some 9,400, of whom around 2,600 were forced removals. The rest, we assume, were voluntary returns, of whom there were 609 Brazilians including 109 children.
 

Whitehall sources reveal that the Brazilians were given £3,000 each to be flown home. That’s £1.82million. There is no information available on how many of the other voluntary leavers were given £3,000 to go. If they all got the same, seven thousand at £3,000 each comes to £21million. Add to this the estimated cost of around £12million for the 30 or so charter flights used to transport them and we find that Sir Keir Starmer’s government have cost the taxpayer some £33million to remove about 9,400 migrants with no right to be here.

In spite of all this the flimsy, overloaded, inflatable rafts still cross The Channel from France every day come, and every day more hotel space is given over to housing and feeding, as the taxpayers' expense, people who have no right to be in this nation. 

The numbers arriving, in smal boats, large boats, freight containers via the channel tunnel and who knows what other routes vastly outnumber the removals, nontheless, we welcome the increase in removals and deportations, which are essential for deterring illegal migration and restoring public confidence in border control. They should send a clear message: if you come here illegally, or overstay your leave, you’ll be sent home.

Sir Keir SStarmer claims he has a plan to deal with illegal migration, it’s anyone’s guess what that plan is though abolishing all border controls so there is no such thing as illegal immigrations seems to be a contender. 

‘Smash the gangs’ is a slogan, not a policy. The asylum backlog ballooned under the Tories. Labour’s approach will make it worse. As Migration Watch keep saying, the traffickers know that once their clients are on the water, they’re as good as landing in England. And that’s why the boats will keep coming, the hotels will remain full and why the traffickers will go on getting richer.

Even with Labour’s increases in deportations, the UK’s legal framework remains a significant barrier to removing illegal migrants. The Human Rights Act, in particular, acts as a lifeline for those whose asylum claims fail. Appeals drag on for months, sometimes years, as migrants cite Article 8 (the right to family life) or Article 3 (protection from inhumane treatment) to block deportation.

A point which nether politicians nor mainstream media are eager to mention is the simple fact that many of these illegal migrants arrive from conflict zones or countries with repressive regimes such as Iran, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, Sudan or Somalia, having passed through a number of ‘safe’ countries to get to the UK. So why don’t they apply for asylum in the UK from the first safe country they have entered. International law, as I understand it, provides a process and system for doing just that? 

I’d suggest most 'asylum seekers' avoid it because they would very likely have their applications denied because they are not really seeking political asylum but are simply economic migrants who have chosen UK as their destination because of our generous benefits system and laxity in enforcing immigration laws.

 The point here, which I and thousands more alt_media writers have been making for over ten years and which Reform UK are campaigning on, is that these illegal migrants can be returned to the ‘safe’ jurisdiction  from which they came I.e. France! Then there can be no claims to block deportation as they are being sent ‘back’ to the ‘unsafe’ country they came from, where they will face persecution and, SHOCK, HORROR! violations of their human rights. 

They have no right to enter the UK illegally and unchecked. Another issue which needs addressing is the cause for these migrants wanting to come here in the first place. As we all know, our government are actively inviting them to come here via the gov.uk website which explains all the benefits and support that is available to them once they get here, and this effort is supported by several NGOs funded by Marxist billionaire psychopath George Soros who has mad the destruction of European civilisation his lifes work. 

The law should simply state, that if you arrive in the UK illegally, without any documentation or ID, you will get nothing other than arrested, securely detained, processed and immediately deported. Until this happens, nothing will change. 

Irreversible damage is already being caused, not to mention the threat of a potential army of young extremist males being here illegally! Though it is like to get much worse if it is not stopped sooner rather than later.

Ireland's Virtue Signalling Elite and EU Open Borders Policy Are Destroying Ireland

 

The Irish government has long been accustomed to substituting virtue signalling for policy makingthe and has thus has abdicated its most serious responsibilities: it handed the EU control of its monetary policy, and shifted responsibility for its borders over to Brussels by supporting the EU's Open Borders Migration Policy which commits EU member states to accepting all comers, including murderers, thieves, terrorists, Islamic extremists, rapists, child molesters and general gobshites. And the buck-passing has not stopped there: Europe dictates Ireland’s trading policy; Britain ensures its national security; and American race and gender dogmas have been imported by Irish elites to fill the spiritual void left by state-run Catholicism.

This has led to an influx of immigrants so culturally different from the Irish people that integration is almost impossible. And the elites, anxious as always to suck up to Brussels' woke ideology, to the disadvantage of the native Irish population, have completely failed to deal with the situation and now find their institutions are hostage to minority groups who demand exemption from Irish law.

You reap what you sow...why would the 'Equality and Integration Minister' (what are the position's stated objectives?) of such a small country send out a welcome to the entire Middle East? Presumably for the same reason Kamala Harris did to South America when the US Dementiacrats Democrats took office, and with the same result - they've been on the back foot on border control ever since and now the USA's welfare system is overwhelmed by the cost of paying benefits to illegal immigrants.

But Ireland's politicians have drunk the same Identity Politics Kool-Aid as Scotland's.,  And god only knows what Labour plan to do, forced sex changes for children under five, replacement of the Common Law with Sharia Law?. Apparently they think you can stop the boats by working with the French - as if we haven't been trying this for years now.

The simpering, limp wristed former Prime Minister Leo Varadkar tried to extinguish the last traces of Auld Ireland by removing terms like 'mother' and marriage, 'family' etc from the constitution and replacing it with 'durable relationships'; while he and his chums were able to advertise free stuff to all-in Arabic and Lord knows how many other languages- he had to go to the electorate for these in referenda and the electorate told him to shove it where the monkey shoves it's nuts.

Around that time he was filmed having what was clearly not a 'durable relationship', snogging some bloke (not his partner) in some club or another.

He has now cleared off, declining to face the backlash, but the damage he and his like caused lives on. The future looks bleak for Ireland.

European Parliament Approves Controversial Migration Pact; Furious Nationalists Vow To Bring It Down After EU Elections

The European Parliament has approved the controversial EU Asylum and Migration Pact, which will see countries forced to accept their fair share of new arrivals into the bloc or pay a fine for every migrant they reject.

The new asylum and migration package was passed largely with votes from lawmakers affiliated with the European People’s Party, the Socialists and Democrats (S&D), and Renew Europe, with MEPs being urged to swallow their criticisms of the scheme and vote for the compromise legislation.

“History made,” tweeted European Parliament President Roberta Metsola as she praised what she described as a “robust legislative framework on how to deal with migration and asylum,” noting it had been “10 years in the making” but the EU had kept its word.

Some MEPs on both the left and the center-right revealed they voted through the pact despite its many flaws.

“The new legislation is not perfect but we can only make migration manageable and humane with one European solution,” said Hilde Vautmans, foreign affairs coordinator for Renew Europe.

Nationalist politicians across Europe expressed their anger at the passing of the pact, which they claim cedes sovereignty to an evermore-centralized European Union.

“The Migration Pact organizes the tutelage and control of nations, the legal impunity of NGOs complicit with smugglers,” tweeted Marine Le Pen of France’s National Rally.

She further vowed to “put an end to the accelerated pursuit of policies to encourage and organize mass immigration,” on June 9 at the EU elections in which her party is expected to win the most French seats. ... Continue reading >>>

Dutch Election Betrayed As EU Brokered Opposition Party Blocks Geert Wilders Efforts To Form A Ruling Coalition

Geert Wilders, leader of the victorious Freedom Party in last November's Dutch General Election has been forced to give up his efforts to form a coalition that could command a majority in the Netherlands' state assembly and now accepts he will not be the next prime minister of the Netherlands after talks based on him leading the next government were unsuccessful.

In a public statement the Party for Freedom (PVV) leader revealed he has no chance of gaining the support needed from minor parties in order to lead a new center-right administration. Wilders has agreed to step back and let somebody else lead the new government for the greater good of the country.

“I would like a right-wing cabinet with less asylum and immigration, and with the Dutch at number one but I can only become prime minister if all parties in the coalition support it. That was not the case,” Wilders wrote in a series of posts on X. He continued, “The love for my country and its voters is greater and more important than my own position.”

Talks held over the past few days between the four parties with which Wilders has been seeking to form the next Dutch government, his own PVV, the current governing People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD). which was the biggest loser in the election, the populist Farmer–Citizen Movement (BBB), and the recently-formed New Social Contract (NSC) a party which bears all the hallmarks of having been cobbled together in the corridors and coffee bars or EU headquarters in Brussels. Such a stitch up would not be unusual, several EU member states currently have governments appointed by the EU Commmission after Brussels intervened following elections, to prevent Eurosceptic and anti - immigration parties becoming part of governing coalitions

Wilders did not disclose the details of the discussions, only confirming that there was not unanimity in favor of him replacing the outgoing Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, an ardent Eurofederalist who advovates for member states surrendering their sovereignty to the central bureaucracy. However, RTL‘s political reporter Fons Lambie claimed that the NSC, led by former Christian Democrat Pieter Omtzigt, proved to be the stumbling block for the outspoken conservative politician.

“For the NSC party, the idea of ​​’Prime Minister Wilders’ was a nightmare. It was already highly uncertain, but it seems that the final push was given in recent days,” Lambie wrote.

The Telegraaf reported on Tuesday that a tentative agreement had been reached between the four coalition party leaders that none of them would hold the office of prime minister, instead forming an extra-parliamentary cabinet comprising other politicians and non-politicians who are experts in their fields.

The four party leaders would continue as MPs in the Tweede Kamer – the lower house of the Dutch bicameral parliament.

It is understood that no firm candidate has yet been agreed upon to lead the next Dutch government.

“The bottom line is that someone is being sought with a right-wing, center-right profile who is acceptable to the parties and has enough political experience to save this special cabinet. It is not yet clear where that search will end,” Lambie reported.

Wilders, whose party won a landslide victory in the November election and has only seen its stock continue to rise in the polls during coalition talks, remained upbeat about his prospects of one day leading the country, suggesting that he is aware the current situation has been engineered by anti - democratic elements in the EU

“Don’t forget: I will still become Prime Minister of the Netherlands. With support from even more Dutch people. If not tomorrow, then the day after tomorrow. Because the voices of millions of Dutch people will be heard!” he wrote on X.

Migrant grooming gang jailed for year-long abuse of 13-year-old sex slave

A migrant grooming gang were sentenced at Newcastle Crown Court after a jury found them guilty on several counts of rape, sexual assault, and actual bodily harm for the abuse conducted between August 2018 and April 2019. The gang members plied a 13-year-old schoolgirl with alcohol and made her their sex slave in a year-long campaign of sexual abuse.

The four men were sentenced at Newcastle Crown Court on numerous counts of rape, sexual assault, and actual bodily harm for the abuse conducted between August 2018 and April 2019.

Three of the attackers, now aged between 21 and 26, arrived in the northeast English city from Syria, while a fourth fled Kuwait and claimed asylum in Britain although exactly what, in safe and stable coutry like Kuwait, he was seeking asylum from is not explained.

The court was told by police officers and witnesses how the “extremely vulnerable” victim was repeatedly abused over a sustained period, in various places including the castle keep in the city center, behind a burger restaurant, and at her own home. She was warned that she would be harmed if she resisted their advances.

Prosecuting counsel, Anne Richardson, told the court that two of the attackers, Syrian brothers Mohamed and Omar Badreddin, were “aggressive and rough” with the teenager and raped her one after the other on numerous occasions.

During one count of rape at her house, the brothers threatened to kill her or traffic her to another country if she protested or told anyone about the attack.

In a victim impact statement, the girl revealed how the attacks had turned her childhood into a “living nightmare” and how she resorted to drug abuse and self-harm after the attacks. The trauma also saw her drop out of school and ruined the lives of her close family members left devastated by the ordeal.

She described being “tortured” and mentally abused by the men and admitted she remains unable to cope with the devastating impact the experience had on her life.

At the sentencing hearing defense counsels for the migrants cited the horrors experienced in war zones in mitigation of their crimes. One explained their client had grown up in Syria during the Islamic State insurrectuion, while another said the brothers had been “haunted” by the horrors witnessed in their homeland, including the death of their older brother.

The asylum seeker from Kuwait claimed to have been “immature and easily led” by the rest of the gang, while the third Syrian revealed he had suffered from childhood cancer and noted he had not been the gang leader.

Upon sentencing the quartet, Judge Rippon said the attackers had treated their victim like a “toy,” using her for their own pleasure with a flagrant disregard for her feelings or desires.

“Even when she begged you to treat her more kindly and told you truthfully she was harming herself and could not cope, you made fun of her,” the judge told the Syrian brothers.

The following sentences, reported by the BBC, were passed down by the court:

• Omar Badreddin, 26, for five counts of rape, jailed for 18 years
• Mohamed Badreddin, 23, for six counts of rape and one count of assault by penetration, jailed for 13 years
• Huzaefa Aleboud, 23, for assault by penetration, two counts of rape, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm, jailed for 5 and a half years
• Hamoud Al Soaimi, 21, for three counts of sexual assault and one assault by penetration, jailed for two years suspended for two years with 180 hours of unpaid work

The Badreddin brothers and Aleboud were also added to the sex offenders’ register for life, while Al Soaimi was added for 10 years.

German Interior Minister Caught Faking Asylum Numbers To Hide Migrant Crisis

 

Germany’s interior minister, Nancy Faeser, is trying to fend off claims that she has faked statistics on refugee numbers to hide number of illegal immigrants claiming entry to Germany by posing as asylum seekers since the beginning of this year.

While official figures show only 57,647 refugees have been admitted to Germany, the federal police have registered 101,900 arrivals of undocumented migrants since January, with the federal police data covering only four German regions: Berlin, Munich, Pirna, and Stuttgart. The figure cited by Faeser is 40 percent lower than that reported by her country’s federal police force. Meanwhile, the actual numbers are thought to be even higher when absence of data from other regions is considered.

Faeser is also being accused of even more dishonest when dealing with of the numbers relating to actual asylum applications. The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) reports that 154,557 people have applied for asylum since January. However, this number is 2.7 times greater than the figure cited in the interior ministry’s “Migration Analysis Report.”

Faeser is also under pressure for failing to provide the federal police with October’s migration figures in the “Migration Analysis Report” — the report only includes data to the end of September 2022. Faeser may have incentive to hide those numbers from the general public, as experts believe October saw a major influx of migrants, which other countries like Hungary and Austria have already observed.

Germany admitted over a million new arrivals this year, with approximately 750,000 reportedly coming from Ukraine; however, they are not required to apply for asylum in Germany. Despite Faeser’s attempt to deflect attention from the migration crisis, towns and municipalities are being overwhelmed due to people fleeing the war in Ukraine and a large influx of  illiterate, unemployable migrants from Africa and the Middle East who are fleeing nothing but simply looking for free stuff. This has led to 12 of 16 German states to declare last month they could not take in any more refugees.

The controversial interior minister, a typically authoritarian socialist who has called for mass censorship to enable complete government and corporate  control of news and information while falsely accusing conservatives of racism, defended her refugee numbers. In a blatant lie she said her ministry only reports on those immigrants apprehended near the border and that the federal police force may be counting duplciate entries. This is obviously untrue, as demonstrated by the difference in asylum applications seen in the BAMF figures.

Heiko Teggatz, leader of Germany's federal police union told the Bild newspaper that "higher figures from the police reflectexactly what my colleagues have been telling me for months.” He believes stationary border control points must be instituted and argues that authorities could then reject asylum seekers who have made an application in another country “directly at the border.”

Surging Support for Germany’s Anti Immigration AfD Party Shows Contempt For Merkel's Open Doors Policy

Germany's Eurosceptic start - up political party, Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) which has founded its manifesto on the failure and unpopularity of Hausfrau Volksfuhrer Merkel's immigration policy that opened Germany's doors and offered the generous benefits paid by the German welfare system to all comers has seen a surge in support nationwide polling at 13 percent, following an upsurge in immigrant violence and lawlessness, according to a recent Insa poll, published by German newspaper Bild.

The Euroskeptic right-wing party has moved ahead of some mainstream parties because its anti-refugee rhetoric chimes with the anti-immigration sentiments felt by people angry that some refugees sexually harassed hundreds of women in Cologne on New Year's Eve, 2015. Chancellor Angela Merkel opened Germany's door to a million asylum seekers in 2015 and continues to insist Germany accepts all who turn up at its borders without passports or any kind of identification.

Germany's "We can do it" policy backfired on the politically correct politicians of the governing coalition following the prospect of another million or more 'refugees' (mostly economic migrants but including terrorists and criminals fleeing justice) arriving in 2016. A recent survey by German television news channel ARD, suggests that 51 percent of people are against the policy.

Following the sexual assaults of women in Cologne vigilante groups began to take the law into their own hands, marching through the streets carrying "rapefugees not welcome" signs and placards. Neo-nazi group Pegida meet each week in Dresden. A recent rally attracted 40,000 supporters, suggesting the anti-immigrant right-wing movement is gaining support in Germany.

With the AfD party reaching 13 percent in recent opinion polls, the movement is no longer confined to the political fringes, as government politicians insist, but threaens the stability of Merkel's fragile ruling coalition and her partners shift policy to align thenselves with public feeling.

Deputy leader of the AfD Alexander Gauland described Merkel's refugees policies as a "gift" to his party, and the opinion polls appear to prove that. A recent survey by ARD-Deutschlandtrend suggests support for the nationalists had risen to 13 percent, making it the third strongest political party in Germany.

The most sensible immigration policy is one that matches demand for labour with supply. While ensuring compassion and capacity for genuine refugees, we should take care that new arrivals looking for 'a better life' do not land in such numbers they become a burden on those that host them.

Sharia courts creating dual justice system in UK?

As if we did not have enough immigration problems to deal with as the inflow of illegal immigrants (or refugees and asylum seekers as our ruling elites insist on calling them) shows no sign of slowing.

The rising popularity of Sharia courts in the UK is increasing concerns of a parallel justice system emerging. Authorities say they are conducting a review of the process. RT’s Eisa Ali looks at the arguments of those against and in favor of the system. Sharia councils in the UK say they deal strictly with family matters, such as marriage and child custody battles, but there is concern that they constitute a parallel legal system.

“We believe that Sharia courts discriminate against women and especially against Muslim women,” Nazira Mahmari, of the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation, told Russia Today.

“We want all women to have the right to access the mainstream system,” she added. Mahmari says she would like to close down all Sharia courts in the UK.

This view is shared by Robin Tilbrook, the founder of the English Democrats Party, who says the British government should be doing more to tackle the problem.

"No civilised country can survive the disintegration of its legal system. As Marcus Tullius Cicero wrote over 2000 years ago, "Ever since our ancestors came out of the hills ten thousand years ago to live under the rule of law, it has been understood there can only be one law in a state."

He was and still is right. Suppose we allow this trend to continue beyond civil matter to crimes committed by Muslims in the name of Islam. Should a man be accused of the honour killing of his British born daughter because she dated a Christian boy, a Shaira court would find that he had acted properly.

Terrorism: France Will Push To End Borderless Schengen Zone

As it becomes clear that heavily armed terrorists have for a considerable time crossed freely between France and Belgium before the deadly terrorist attacks in Paris (14 November, 2015), in a reversal of recent policy (and out of fear of a landslide victory for the anti - EU Front National in next month's regional elections?) France will call for the suspension of the Schengen zone open borders agreement. At the same time the Front National leader Marine Le Pen has demanded an immediate end to open door immigration policy.

Europe’s free movement zone is already under pressure due to the tide of illegal entrants flooding over the EU's external borders. Now, terror stricken French citizens will use public outrage to demand emergency border controls and the re - establishment of national borders at a summit on Friday.

"The French are going to push hard for everyone else to institute border controls, particularly Belgium, but across the wider euro area. To all intents and purposes it will be a temporary suspension of Schengen," a diplomatic source told the British news media.

The leader of France’s Front National, Marine Le Pen, was quick to call for an "immediate cessation of all migrant holding in France and the immediate cessation of their dispersion in the communes of France", highlighting in her statement the fact that one of the Paris attackers had registered as a ‘refugee’ in Greece. before travelling on to France without encountering further checks. Greece has far to many problems of its own to be burdened with the responsibility of processing all the people arriving acroos the border with Turkey or on the shores of its hundreds of islands

It emerged later that two of the terrorists entered Europe as ‘refugees’ in Greece, before traveling hundreds of miles, unimpeded, up into France."…One of the suicide bombers to the Stade de France arrived in Greece on October 3rd, among the mass of migrants who flock each day into Europe. He then took the road to France," Mlle Le Pen said in a statement

Sources in Europe said it was too early to say whether the new measures proposed by France would be temporary or indefinite. However, they expected it to last for a considerable period of time.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban also links migration and terrorism. He said:

"In a deliberate and organised way, terrorists have exploited mass migration by mingling in the mass of people leaving their homes in the hope of a better life,” Mr. Orban told lawmakers Monday in a speech titled “Attack on Europe," Agencie France Presse reported.

The Daily Express ran a story, "Islamic State reveals it has smuggled THOUSANDS of extremists into Europe which confirmes that those of us who warned where the 'open doors' immigration policy were right, and those who called us conspiray theorists and right wing nut jobs were on the side of extremists and terrorists.

...There are now more than 4,000 covert ISIS gunmen "ready" across the European Union, he claimed." And they could be on their way to Britain.

And where does Britain stand in all this? In all probability the migration crisis, distilled now by its association with the Paris tragedy, will convince many waverers to vote to leave the EU and in my view anything that helps get us out of the undemocratic, integrationist Union that threatens the sovereignty and regional cultures of nation states is to be welcomed. Having said that, I have never associated the Europe with the immigration issue, that we were not in the Shengen zone should have been protection enough for our borders and the existence of the Shengen zone, which provides for free movement between E U nations, had it been operated properly, would not have allowed the current crisis to happen. Under the terms of the free movement rules, citizens of member states and travellers who arrived legally (i.e. with passports, visas where appropriate, work permits, medical insurance and sufficient funds to support themselves during their stay, having been processed at the EU's external border would be free to travel around the Shengen Zone as if they were citizens.

When the Shengen zone was started it held quite well for some years, Greece was a problem, Italy's borders were quite porus but the borderline third world nations of eastern Europe were not in the Union. However when the politically correct idiocy emanating from universities permeated the politicaly establishment, sense went down the pan. If a man with darker skin than yourself demands that you suck his dick, you must comply because to refuse is racist," was the refrain, although the lefties and globalists did not say it out loud in public.

Without the rules ever being formally changed, the barrier of the EU's external borders was dismantled. Border police in member nations ceased to check arrivals, anyone could enter. And then idiot leaders like Hausfrau - Volksfuhrer Merkel, and left wing fringe groups like The Fabian Society began actively publicising the idea that we had lots of work, lots of spare houses, infinte acres of land and more money than we knew what to do with in Europe and everybody could come and would get a free house, free healthcare and be paid a wage for doing nothing. Some even believed a european virgin would be provided for their personal use. And then with unslilled, illiterate, gullible (sic) migrants flooding in something happened to make matters worse.

It was the recent change to the 'Dublin accords' on movement of people between nations. Some bright spark of a Euronazi bureaucrat came up with a way to dump the problem of immigrants on the rich counties that already have lage immigrant communities. By altering the legislation to say that immigrants can demand asylum in any country where they claim to have a relative, not just the first EU country they entered the EU ensured all those free wage, free house, free virgin seekers would head for Britain France, Germany, The Netherlands or Sweden (Denmark has already closed its borders in defiance of EU diktat and Austria is known for the very cool welcome it extends to dark skinned people, the have not forgotten the siege of Vienna in 1529 when Sutan Sulymun of The Ottoman Empire's bid to unify Europe was thwarted by Austrian 'Xenophobes' (Our leftie colleagues would say we should have welcomed the foreigners as their brutally oppresive and theocratic enlightenment, in which dissidents were mordered and women were property rather than people, would have culturally enriched backward, Christian Europe .

So now a fully qualified goat herder can turn up in Greece, and claim asylum in the UK, by saying that he has a fourth cousin six times removed living illegally in Londonistan.

This has sparked an (unfortunately temporary) mass migration of ambulance chasing lawyer to Calais and points east, where they hope to stuff their wallets with legal aid money by exploiting every loophole to get everybody in the world legally established as having the 'right' to live in Britain.. And of course, unlike every other EU country, the UK will be dumb enough to actually enforce the Dublin III amendments, although for the past twenty years our politicians and law enforcement agencies claimed it was impossible to enforce the border controls our sovereign Prliament had enacted.

In spite of all that I still believe, though I accept that public opinion is polarising on either side of me, that there are benefits in regulated, legal immigration and emigration, without it I would never have met Kalpana and Saba (India) Bobbi (Jamaica) and Maria (Brazil).
