Hamza L., who stabbed 11-year-old girl to death in the Netherlands Told Dutch Court I Did It Because I Felt Like It

 

Continuing our occasional series of posts highlighting the wave of violent and sexual crimes commited by immigrants and people of an immigrant background in the towns and cities of Europe. Taken individually these incidents may not seem to be of global importance, but as they are happening all over Europe, in North America, Australia and anywhere that large numbers of immigrants from certain medieval cultures have congregated, they add up to a crisis for civilisation. 

Even though the link between immigation and the rise in violent crime is now established beyond doubt, we continue to learn of cases in which the 'human rights' of those of immigrants who commit the most serious of crimes are given more importance than the rights and liberties of we who live peacefully in our communities. What greater violation of human rights can there be than depriving a young child of the right to live and develop into an adult. 

 

 

A court in Utrecht, Netherlands was told that the man accused of stabbing 11-year-old Sohani to death in Nieuwegein was a “ticking time bomb,”  according to reporting by RTL.

Sohani was killed last year as she walked in the street with her brother and other children. The suspect, 30-year-old Hamza L., stabbed her to death on the day of her birthday party. The court heard that the defendant had told police after his arrest, "I did it because I felt like it."

Although the risks were known, his psychiatrist had recently agreed to reduce the dosage of medication he was taking for psychosis.. At the time of the killing the accused appeared to be doing reasonably well.

“His family also thought he was doing reasonably well,” the judge noted during the hearing.

The court heard that Hamza L.’s neighbors raised the alarm about his erratic behaviour several times in the days before the killing, and he narrowly avoided arrest shortly before Sohani’s death. On the morning before the murder,.Police also received multiple reports from residents in his neighborhood alleging aggressive and disruptive behavior. A concerned neighbor called officers a few nights before the killing after seeing the man standing in the street in the middle of the night, shouting threatening and incoherent messages. Officers who responded were reportedly worried by the situation, but, after deliberation, decided not to arrest him.

The court heard how Hamza L. had no fewer than 75 encounters with police, with his mother, nurses ad therapists, and police officers themselves among those targeted during psychotic episodes. At the same time, testimony also portrayed him as a man who could be kind and caring, with a love of family and nature.

The defendant told the court he remembers almost nothing of the period when his condition deteriorated. “I saw demons and hallucinated,” he said when repeatedly questioned about his memories. He explained that recollections he still had during earlier police interviews had faded over the past year because he had since suffered several further psychotic episodes.

Psychiatrists and psychologists at the Pieter Baan Center examined Hamza L. over the past year and concluded that he suffers from severe psychosis. They also stated that he had used drugs. Medical experts concluded that he should be declared fully criminally irresponsible, thus avoiding prison.

Despite Sohani's killing, prosecutors are only calling for psychiatric treatment after medical experts found that Hamza was not criminally responsible for the attack. 

Once again we see a case of law abiding citizens being placed at risk of violence from a dangerous and uncontrollable person because the authorities are so afraid of being accused of racism by far left extremists they abandon their duty (as in the UK case of grooming gangs,) to those of us who pay taces and abide by the laws of our civilised societies.

Netherlands plans to cap its population: Centre-right government backs 'toughest ever measures' on immigration to keep population under 20million

The Dutch population will be kept to under 20million with limits put in place to 'get a grip on migration' under targets being considered by the country's hard-right government under its Prime Minister Dick Schoof. 

The government's demographic development commission recommended a population ceiling of 19 to 20million residents by 2050, Dutch News reports. 

The cabinet 'supports the need to work towards that scenario and to get a grip on migration,' immigration minister Marjolein Faber and social affairs minister Eddy van Hijum said in a briefing to MPs on Tuesday. 

This comes after the commission said earlier this year that a moderate growth would be the best option to ensure economic prosperity as its population of 18million ages, but Faber and van Hijum warned that this would still have negative consequences for public services.

They're Back - A Day Ahead Of British Farmers Mass Protests The French Farmers Are Blocking Roads Again

 You may remember a period earlier this year when almost every day we Boggart Bloggers were reporting on farmers protests against EU policy which started in France and spread across most of western Europe. Their actions eventurally forced the usually obdurate EU to back off several policies which would have ruinined farm businesses as they were intended to.

From shitfest protests in southern France to Poland's agricultural community blocking international border crossing points, farmers actions caused chaos on a huge scale.

Any reasonable person would have seen the writing (in farmyard dung,) on the wall and backed off. However the EU is not run by reasonable people but by bureaucrats, a bizarre species of sub - human hominids who can never let go of a bad idea.

And so, less than a year after an uneasy truce was reached with farmers, the blockades are back as the EU tries again to destroy European agriculture. Farmers are staging protests across France against a proposed trade deal between the European Union and four South American countries which would enable cheap, poor quality imports to undercut local produce in food markets. The Daily Telegraph reports.

Agricultural activists captured global attention in January and February when they blockaded Paris and pledged to “starve” the capital unless stifling EU and French norms were relaxed.

This time, they have dubbed the 85-odd protests “Act II”.

Arnaud Rousseau, head of the largest farming union, the FNSEA, insisted that the action would mainly involve demonstrations in front of regional state buildings and roundabouts and that the aim was “not to inconvenience the French”.

Bruno Retailleau, France’s newly appointed Interior Minister, has also pledged authorities will show “zero tolerance” towards long-lasting disruption this time.

However, other farming unions are taking more direct action with roadblocks and bridge blockades.

In the greater Paris region, a dozen tractors blocked the N118 road at Velizy, with officials advising drivers to avoid the area.

Other roadblocks are planned on Monday afternoon in Ile-de-France on various key routes in and out of the capital.

In the southern town of Avignon, tractors blocked the Pont de l’Europe, one of the main entry points to the town. Local media reported 30 tractors and around 100 farmers were involved.

The protests earlier this year were called off following promises from the Government – but farmers say that the pledges are yet to materialise and their woes have been compounded by poor harvests and animal diseases.

The EU clock is ticking in France. Daily reading of public comments in French papers for many years shows more and more calls for Frexit. The people are realising that their own government has little say over huge swathes of French life and their national elections are becoming of less and less importance. Its early days still. But the groundswell is growing.

This is the EUs back door method of destroying EU farms. When the Dutch government tried to take the farmers land the farmers fought back supported by the Dutch people. Now we see the EU going through the back door to get cheaper and possibly deadly farm products into the EU, I say deadly products because you can bet the pesticides will have been heavily used and the products very dangerous to eat. The European Commission has hit out against plans by the new Dutch coalition government to opt out of the EU migration pact. Speaking in The Hague on Thursday, Party for Freedom (PVV) leader Geert Wilders, the largest party in the Dutch parliament, announced the new right-wing administration agreed upon by four coalition partners will seek to release the country from the grip of Brussels on matters relating to asylum and migration.

Dutch Election Betrayed As EU Brokered Opposition Party Blocks Geert Wilders Efforts To Form A Ruling Coalition

Geert Wilders, leader of the victorious Freedom Party in last November's Dutch General Election has been forced to give up his efforts to form a coalition that could command a majority in the Netherlands' state assembly and now accepts he will not be the next prime minister of the Netherlands after talks based on him leading the next government were unsuccessful.

In a public statement the Party for Freedom (PVV) leader revealed he has no chance of gaining the support needed from minor parties in order to lead a new center-right administration. Wilders has agreed to step back and let somebody else lead the new government for the greater good of the country.

“I would like a right-wing cabinet with less asylum and immigration, and with the Dutch at number one but I can only become prime minister if all parties in the coalition support it. That was not the case,” Wilders wrote in a series of posts on X. He continued, “The love for my country and its voters is greater and more important than my own position.”

Talks held over the past few days between the four parties with which Wilders has been seeking to form the next Dutch government, his own PVV, the current governing People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD). which was the biggest loser in the election, the populist Farmer–Citizen Movement (BBB), and the recently-formed New Social Contract (NSC) a party which bears all the hallmarks of having been cobbled together in the corridors and coffee bars or EU headquarters in Brussels. Such a stitch up would not be unusual, several EU member states currently have governments appointed by the EU Commmission after Brussels intervened following elections, to prevent Eurosceptic and anti - immigration parties becoming part of governing coalitions

Wilders did not disclose the details of the discussions, only confirming that there was not unanimity in favor of him replacing the outgoing Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, an ardent Eurofederalist who advovates for member states surrendering their sovereignty to the central bureaucracy. However, RTL‘s political reporter Fons Lambie claimed that the NSC, led by former Christian Democrat Pieter Omtzigt, proved to be the stumbling block for the outspoken conservative politician.

The Telegraaf reported on Tuesday that a tentative agreement had been reached between the four coalition party leaders that none of them would hold the office of prime minister, instead forming an extra-parliamentary cabinet comprising other politicians and non-politicians who are experts in their fields.

The four party leaders would continue as MPs in the Tweede Kamer – the lower house of the Dutch bicameral parliament.

It is understood that no firm candidate has yet been agreed upon to lead the next Dutch government.

“The bottom line is that someone is being sought with a right-wing, center-right profile who is acceptable to the parties and has enough political experience to save this special cabinet. It is not yet clear where that search will end,” Lambie reported.

Wilders, whose party won a landslide victory in the November election and has only seen its stock continue to rise in the polls during coalition talks, remained upbeat about his prospects of one day leading the country, suggesting that he is aware the current situation has been engineered by anti - democratic elements in the EU

“Don’t forget: I will still become Prime Minister of the Netherlands. With support from even more Dutch people. If not tomorrow, then the day after tomorrow. Because the voices of millions of Dutch people will be heard!” he wrote on X.

German Farmers’ President Pledges Unprecedented Mass Action In Protest At The Government's 'War On Agriculture'

Civil unrest is brewing in Germany as farmers threaten action that could bring down the fragile coalition that rules the country. The threatened protests are a response to the government’s plan to end tax breaks for agriculture, with the German Farmers’ Association (BvD) President  Joachim Rukwied stating that enactment of such a policy amounted to a “declaration of war.” He is now threatening mass protests at a time when the government’s approval rating is at a record low and over two-thirds of Germans say the current government should resign.

“We will not accept this,” Herr Rukwied said in Berlin on Monday after thousands of German farmers blockaded roads around the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin to protest the left-wing government's plans to remove tax privileges and subsidies which farmers currently benefit from.  "If the federal government did not withdraw the unreasonable proposals without replacement, farmers would make sure there was “a very hot January” with further protests planned. from Jan. 8. We will be everywhere in a way that the country has never experienced before,” the farmers' president warned.

The actions are similar to Dutch farmers protests against crackpot new regulations imposed by the EU, which included plans to seize farms idenified as  contributing to climate change by releasing nitrogen into the atmosphere. The Dutch farmers' actions were a factor in the instability of the a pro - EU government which collapsed earlier this year, and the rise of populist parties whose campaign rhetoric gives the impression they are willing to listen to the concerns of the people rather than aligning policy with the agendas of a financial elite. Last month, Geert Wilders’ victory following snap elections in the Netherlands sent shockwaves through the political foundations of The European Union.

Germany’s hotchpotch coalition government made up of the far - left SDP, the loony left Greens and the globalist, pro EU Free Democrats wrongfooted the  farmers by annnouncing their that tax breaks were ending for agriculture during Advent as political activity wound down towards the Christmas holiday , but the respomse was instant and mass protests ensued, as, in common with their Dutch colleagues, German farmers perceived that they are being made a target of an anti - capitalist agenda. The government believes it can save up to €900 million a year by ending the tax breaks, even as it plans to funnel €36 billion towards migrants in the same year.

In response to the penalties imposed on farmers, 3,000 people attended the protest on Monday, many of them rolling into the demonstration near the Brandenburg Gate on tractors.

When Agriculture Minister Cem Özdemir attempted to speak at the farmers’ rally, his speech was interrupted at several points, with the crowd chanting, “Traffic lights out,” in reference to the ruling “traffic light” government to which Özdemir belongs.

Another EU Member State's Globalist Government Collapses

 

The Boggart Bloggers have recently been happy to report the victory of Georgia Meloni's Brothers of Italy in thet country's election, the defeat of Sweden's ultra - left, anti - Swedish, Social Democrat led coalition by a centreist group which includes the Eurosceptic Sweden Democrats, the resurgence of Germany's AfD and France's Rassemblement National. It started to look as if the tide was turning against Globalism and EU Federalism.

But somehow, despite strong rumblings of discontent from the people, The Netherlands seemed immune to this trend. In spite of threats of a political upheaval, Prime Minister Mark Rutte somehow managed to stay in power election after election. Rutte, sometimes referred to as Teflon Mark, though eel slime would be a better description because while he has successfully smeared all opponents who threatened to upset the status quo, he himself has managed to wriggle and slither out of every scandal that has tainted member of his coalition. But the situation may be about to change.  

We are hearing and reading on the news feeds that the Dutch government fell on tonight (Friday July 7,) night amid deep divisions over plans to restrict the right of asylum seekers to bring their families to the Netherlands. Like many EU nations Netherlands is overrun with fake asylum seekers and refugees and the policy imposed by the 'woke' bureaucratic dictatorship in Brussels which forces member states to admit all comers.

Prime Minister Rutte, sensing a threat to his hold on power following the resounding success of the upstart BBB party earlier this year had called for a crackdown on family reunification but that had infuriated two of the four parties in the ruling coalition of conservatives and liberals.

Late night talks to salvage the government failed to resolve the impasse on Wednesday and Thursday after the plan was rejected by important members of Mr Rutte’s cabinet.

On Friday evening Rutte's supporters threw in the towel and admitted that the row had irrevocavly divided the government and the four parties of the ruling coalition could no longer work together. This means the Netherlands will have to hold a general election, probably sometime s in the Autumn.

Apart from the asylum seekers issue there are further deep divisions between the liberal D66 and centrist Christian Union, which oppose the crackdown and Mr Rutte’s VVD and the Christian Democrats.

Rutte exacerbated the split by allegedly “pissing off” his deputy Sigrid Kaag, the D66 leader, by trying to push through the plan in the face of liberal opposition in the coalition.

Asylum applications in the Netherlands jumped by a third last year to over 46,000, and are expected to increase to more than 70,000 this year - topping the previous high of 2015 in a densely populated country of about 18 million people. Few of these are genuine asylum seekers, fleeing political or religious persecution in their homeland, nor do they qualify as refugees as they are not from places affected by war, natural disaster or humanitarian crisis.

Mr Rutte wants to reduce the number of refugees arriving in Netherlands in order to head off the challenge from  nationalist parties such as the populist Farmers-Citizen Movement (BBB).

Though Rutte's VVD is the largest party in the Netherlands but recent polls predicted that if an election was called, it would tie with the Dutch farmers party. The BBB won a landslide victory in regional elections to become the largest party in all 12 Dutch provinces in a vote dominated by tractor protests against Mr Rutte’s plans for compulsory farm buyouts to meet EU climate targets. So strong are feelings among the left wing members of the coalition that the threat is unlikely to be enough to hold them together for another term in government.

Caroline van der Plas, the BBB leader, has called for a cap of between 50 to 100 asylum seekers per city council or regional authority, as she looked to consolidate her victory in a vote that became a referendum on almost 13 years in office of Teflon Mark Rutte. Ironically though his asylum seekers policy is undeniably populist it seems likely to backfire on him to the advantage of populist parties.

Should Rutte be defeated and his government replaced by a Eurosceptic coalition it will be a massive setback for the European Commission, the de facto government of the EU as The Netherlands has always been one of the strongest supporters of 'Ever Closer Integration', a euphemisim for the creation of a federal European Superstate.
