We do need more British children it is true. But the big question is: why are white, British families having fewer and fewer babies,

Economic: Housing, welfare, and services are engineered to favour immigrants at the expense of the native population. British
couples struggle to buy homes, to find affordable childcare, to secure

The U.K. experienced the steepest increase in immigration among the liberal democracies last year, according to new data from the Organization for Economic
Co-operation and Development (OECD). Their annual report shows 746,900 individuals arrived in Britain legally in 2023 — a 52.9 percent surge on the previous year’s total of
488,400.
The dramatic rise occurred under the Conservative government, though the trend is expected
to persist with Labour’s Keir Starmer, now in office, showing signs that he intends to abandon any pretence of trying to control immigration.
The figures highlight that the U.K. experienced the second-highest
raw number of arrivals, trailing only the United States, which recorded
1.2 million migrants. This significant increase continues a trend that has brought a 110
percent rise in U.K. immigration since 2019, reflecting the disastrous family-linked migration policy of the last Labour government which allows immigrants, once granted residency status, to bring their entire family to Britain.

The leader of a county lines gang who has dealt drugs since he was a teenager avoided deportation
to Nigeria when his lawyers claimed it would breach his rights to a family life
under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
Having been previously jailed for eight years (out in four?) for supplying drugs, the defendant also
successfully argued that he could not be returned to the West African
country because it did not have adequate psychiatric care to treat his
mental health problems.
The 29-year-old, who has been granted anonymity by the courts, claimed it would be a breach of his Article 3 rights under the ECHR because deportation would be inhuman and degrading by denying him the medical treatment he needed. His
claim against deportation was initially rejected by an immigration
tribunal amid allegations that some of his claims about his family were
“a work of fiction”, but the removal order was overturned on appeal.
The
tribunal was told he came to Britain from Nigeria at the age of 10, and
remained in the country illegally after overstaying his visa. He
was dealing drugs by the age of 15 and was convicted six years later in
2016 of possession with intent to supply both cocaine and heroin.
Despite
being handed a suspended jail sentence for that offence, he continued
to run an “efficient” drugs line in Farnborough, using “people he could trust, including a young man who was only 17”, according to
the court documents.
He and his girlfriend were making up to
£5,000 a week from their drugs network, which he “masterminded”,
advertising for clients on social media. A police investigation resulted
in his conviction and sentencing to eight years in jail in July 2018.
The
Home Office sought to deport him on his release on the basis that he
was a danger to the public with a “significant number” of criminal
convictions and having spent periods in and out of jail. It rejected his claims that his removal to Nigeria would breach his right to a family life and damage his mental health.
The right to family life under the European Human Rights act has been responsible for so much suffering. It was only a few
years ago that we learnt it was the main reason for Paistani men raping English girls is because if the girls are repeatedly raped until they become pregnant, the father gets to live in the UK because of
his right to family life.
Surely the whole issue is about responsibility and that
once these people break the law they should be deported, it being their

by her life within the home, woman gives to the state a support without
which the common good cannot be achieved," was rejected by an even bigger majority, with 74% of voters saying "No".
“This decision by the Irish
electorate sends a powerful message about the importance of preserving
foundational values in the face of sweeping societal changes,” A spokesman for Family
Solidarity, an Irish conservative group that advocates for traditional values which opposed both the
constitutional amendments, said in a statement Saturday.
“This victory is not just a
rejection of a specific referendum proposal; it is a declaration by the
people of Ireland that the core unit of society — the family based on
marriage — must remain protected and cherished. It underscores a
collective desire to maintain the integrity of societal values that have
long been the bedrock of our nation.”
Critics of
the amendments argued that the bill — the vote for which took place on
International Women’s Day — removed terms like “women” and
“mother” from the constitution while introducing the vague term “durable relationship,” the meaning of which was hotly debated.
The “Care Amendment” in particular would also
have removed an article of the Irish Constitution that said “the state
shall, therefore, endeavor to ensure that mothers shall not be obliged
by economic necessity to engage in labor to the neglect of their duties
in the home.”
The above clause has recently been a major irritant to men like Varadkar and his 'husband'
These offending clauses were to have been
replaced by an article noting that the state will “strive to support”
the care that “members of a family” give to one another “without which
the common good cannot be achieved.” Clearly that was intended to pave the way for same sex parents and transgender parents to have equal status with natural parents.
“The people of Ireland have spoken
and given this government and the parties in opposition a walloping,”
Sharon Keogan, an Independent Irish senator, posted on X (formerly
Twitter.)
“Women do not want to be reduced to
non-gender language,” she said. “I, for one, did not view the erasure
of the words ‘woman’ or ‘mother’ as something worthy of being
progressed. Thankfully this country agreed.”

As someone who when asked about religion describes himself as a paganistic humanist it seems redundant to say that as I've grown older, the whole Christmas and New Year thing has become more of a pain in the arse than a holiday. My wife, always one for a traditional Christmas, passed away three years ago, our two children are in the first flush of middle age and one of them has children of his own who will soon be wanting to abandon the family celebration and do their own thing. Thus Christmas is hardly relevant and my ‘new year’ comes into being from March 21st (the vernal equinox,) onwards. The promise of new beginnings in Spring fills people with hope for the future (theoretically at least,) but the blossom blooming and leaves emerging does tend to lift our spirits and energise us.
January however, can be quite depressing after all the Christmas hype and festivities. Back
on the treadmill, another year of unfulfilled expectations
beckons, and all the usual miserableists emerge from their hiding places to tell us how important it is we do 'dry January', adopt a vegan lifestyle, swear a vow of celibacy, and give up happiness … January is nearly unbearable for many people, a dead month, filled with
doom and gloom and I look forward to the calendar turning to February and then, because February is only a short month to endure, to the first signs of spring.
Why this downer on post Christmas period?
Even today, with all our technology for making life more convenient, our heated and insulated homes, televisions and recorded music to fill the boredom of long, dark winter nights, January has a hard edge to it perhaps due to its short
days, cold and wet, and the shock of returning to reality after the Christmas build-up,
plus the prospect of dystopian future that is being planned for us by certain billionaire psychopaths.
And with continuing war in Ukraine and the high fuel prices and food shortages that we're told will accompany it, there does not seem to be much to look forward to. The promise of more pandemics (the genetically modified organisms that will deliver then are already being developed in laboratories funded by the aforementioned billionaire psychopaths,) according to some alt_news organisations, the World Economic Forum's pledge that in the future we will own nothing and we will be happy, and their plan to ban meat in order to 'save the planet' and supply us with endless helpings of mashed bugs to replace our steaks, burgers, pork chops and chicken, do not paint a rosy picture of the future.
I am looking forward to the Spring this year but since I have to be aware that it is January, it is cold and
dark but maybe I can recommend we use the dark days as a time for reflection , for taking a step back from the daily stream of propaganda to consider the ay in which the ruling elites are taking us.
Does anyone besides myself have the impression that instead of
reading history we will actually be living through a pivotal historical
era (Interesting Times?) over the next few years? As well as escalation of the local war in Ukraine, which some of us have always said is really a proxy war waged by the USA against Russia, further emryonic conflicts between east and west are this year likely to become a global conflict between uni-polar American hegemony world…..and the contesting

I can'r recall in my lifetime ever being more convinced that

holding 135 of the 199 available seats, just under 68 percent, and the
opposition bloc taking just 56 seats.
Orbán, who has presided over
Hungary for 12 years and is the European Union’s (EU) longest serving
prime minister, will now rule for a further four, despite early polls
predicting he would be ousted.
The prime minister was welcomed by a
crowd cheering his name Sunday night as polling results showed his
success. Addressing his supporters, Orbán said that they ‘have won a
great victory – a victory so great you can see it from the moon and
certainly from Brussels.’1
‘The entire world can see that our brand of Christian democratic, conservative, patriotic politics has won.’
‘We are sending Europe a message that this is not the past – this is the future, our common European future’. . .
Hungary
has also faced fierce opposition from within the EU over social and
political issues; the European Parliament voted in March to withdraw
funding to the country over its refusal to bow to the bloc’s pro-LGBT
stance.
The EU criticized legislation recently enacted in Hungary
known as the Child Protection Law, banning the promotion of
homosexuality, ‘transgenderism,’ and pornographic materials to minors in
schools as well as cracking down on pedophilia.”
Human Events Senior Editor Jack Posobiec guested on Steve Bannon’s War Room on April 4 to discuss Orbán’s stunning 20-point victory on a nationalist, pro-family platform. Posobiec said:
“The
referendum passed even bigger than Orbán. . .[the referendum was] all
about this sexual identity in the classroom, bringing the trans agenda
to children. Steve, they were passing with a majority of 92 to 95%
against that. . .You would see similar majorities across the United
States [on these issues]. . .
[This is] a turn back to
traditionalism, a turn back to sovereignty, a turn back to actual
national identity for individual nations and no globalized
homogenization. And by the way, Steve, I really have to shout out to,
you know, the election workers in Hungary as well, because somehow they
were able to count millions and millions of votes in just a couple of
hours. . .We’re not waiting two and three weeks, there’s no crazy things
going on at 3 am in the morning. . .Maybe we can get some of that
here.”
As results came in on Hugary's election night, showing that Fidez was winning by
an even bigger landslide than in the previous three elections, Orbán told supporters that the money
Hungarian-borncurrency speculator George Soros had spent funding his opposition
was Soros's worst investment ever.
Soros
might regret another investment he made in 1989 a bit more: it was then
that his Open Societies foundations awarded a young Orbán a scholarship to Oxford.
But Soros was not the only one stung by the scale of Oraban's victory. Due to his position as de facto leasder of the EU's renegade Visegrad group, a cohort of former Soviet Bloc nations which relish the security EU gives them but resent the centralised and authoritarian control of political and socialist agendas imposed on member stated by Brussels, Hungary punches above its weight in the EU's council of ministers. With many other member states not associated with Visegrad also trending politically towards fiscally and socially conservative parties which opposed the move towards woke globalism in Brussels, EU leaders supportive of federalisation and expansion of the Union are panicking.

which links EU funds to whether or not democracy is being upheld. Newly
re-elected Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban hailed the "great
victory" in Sunday's general election for he and his Fidesz party. Orban
had said: "We have won a great victory - a victory so great you can perhaps see it from the moon and certainly from Brussels".

The
EU Commission will launch the so-called conditionality mechanism
against Hungary which links EU funds to the respect of rule of law,
commission president Ursula von der Leyen announced on Tuesday in the
European Parliament. The commission has been under pressure to trigger
the mechanism over concerns of fraud and corruption of EU funds and
worries over democratic backsliding. The commission will now send a
letter to the Hungarian authorities.
Leaders of the EU Commission in Brussels, and the liberal and progressive establishments in the most powerful member states as well as
the U.S.A. and UK, along with globalist business group The World Economic Forum (WEF) are furious simply because Orbán's message of family and traditional values wins, due in part to his using the tactics globalists they've used for years by appealing to the motions rather than bombarding voters with a barrage of wonkish statistics on economics, immigration, climate change, living costs and crime rates. Instead, Orbán actually delivers the goods policy-wise for his people.
Among the
reason why the liberal establishment in the West resent and despises Orbán so much is
because Hungary's apparent prosperity under his leadership highlights the decline of the quality of life in
