Washington’s Plan To Break Up Russia Is Really The Driver Of Ukraines War

 After three years of war and many thousands dead on both sides (various numbers have been quoted but figures from either side cannot be relied on,) with Zelensky and his government embroiled in a huge corruption scandal, and Ukraine's front line collapsing under Russia;s grinding advance, at last there seems to be a genuine prospect of peace. But while Trump seeks a businessman's peace and other NATO leaders make nonsensical statements about supporting Ukraine to continue the war without American involvement at last some people are starting to examone the implacable hatred of Russia that has stood in the way of previous attempts to reach a peace deal:

 Despite the horror expressed by many European politicians and pundits at the prospect of Ukraine having to admit defeat and cede territory to Russia, an outcome that was inevitable from day one of the incursion President Trump's plan does seem like the only practical way forward and similar to one we might have settled on much earlier  had Ukraine's western allies truly supported Zelensky rather than manoeuvreing to advance their own agenda which was to weaken Russia. It’s obviously not perfect and only makes sense if there’s sufficient deterrence to prevent Russia from grabbing more of Ukraine in future. Also, anyone who feels they’re currently living on the wrong side of the future Russia/Ukraine border should be free to move to their preferred side.

Yesterday Ursula von der Leyen was bleating on about how this was all wrong and unfair on Ukraine and that borders apparently could not be set by military force. It’s hard to take such people seriously. This is precisely how it’s been done for all of human history. It’s what happened when WWII ended (and WWI too). And yet, these bureaucrats and lawyers in their centrally heated, air conditioned palaces/offices 1000 miles from the action persist in these fantasies. There are many tribes of useful idiots around right now, but the vo der Leyen and co are certainly one of them.

Gove Questions 23000 Covid Deaths Claim Make In UK Inquiry Into Pandemic Response

'Lord' Michael Gove, a former member of Conservative govenments under David Cameron, Theresa May and Boris 'Bunter' Johnson has questioned claims made during the Covid-19 Whitewash Inquiry that up to 23,000 lives could have been saved if Britain had entered lockdown a week earlier.

Baroness Hallett, the inquiry chairman, said if “stringent restrictions” had been put in place before March 16 2020 there might have been no need for a lockdown. This was one of the points in the inquiry, which cost us long suffering taxpayer £200million,) which clearly showed the whole thing was rigged as it is now well known that masking, social distancing and self isolation and lockdowns did far more harm than good, that there were very few deaths in which COVID was the sole or primary cause and that the hgh level of excess deaths we are now seeing did not kick in until after the roll out of the clotshot non- vaccines. 

The Hallett report also said up to 23,000 lives could have been saved if the first lockdown had been imposed a week earlier. This ludicrous figure was thrown up by mathematical modelling and published in a a research paper by Prof Neil Ferguson, the discredited former government scientist. The paper, published in 2021, suggested that the first wave death toll could have been cut from 48,600 to 25,600. It does not however distinguish between those who died OF Covid and those who died WITH Covid  i.e. people who tested positive  either within 28 days prior to their death of other causes or who tested positive posthumously.

Ferguson's  modelling faced heavy criticism during the pandemic for failing to take into account measures already in place to limit spread, and avoid underestimating the health risks of lockdown itself. 

Speaking on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme, Lord Gove, who was involved in the UK’s pandemic response in 2020 questioned the 23,000 lives claim. 

The problem, or rather one of the many problems with Neil Ferguson's modelling is that it conflates case fatality rates with infection fatality rates thus massively over estimating potential death rates. The case fatality rate in the case of COVID refers to the number of positive tests divided by the number of deaths while the infection to fatality rate refers to the number of confirmed infections divided by the number of deaths. As the method of trsting unsed during the forst lockdown was known to give up to 80% false positives in its results, obviously the modelling software coded by Ferguson, who is not an Information Technology professional but a bumbling amateur, vastly overestimated that likely number of deaths.  The whole thing has been a scam as various court cases and lawsuits are now showing. Unfortunately very few understand the statistics and how easily thay can be abused to manipulate opinion..

Professor Carl Heneghan, Researcher, editor, Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine, University of Oxford, and a prominent critic of the government's COVID response  has long emphasised the difference but those in power simply couldn't, or chose not to understand, because Ferguson was giving them the result thay suited their agenda as he has in health crises many times before, with equally disastrous results. They did not care about the effects of lockdows on society, particularly the very young, jut as later theydid not care when warned of the  horrific side effects of the associeted with mRNA vaccines in tests prior to the pandemic. 

So called "Prof" Ferguson aka "Birdflu will kill us all"-man was exposed as a charlatan long before the Covid debacle. How anyone could have possibly listened to anything this serial rule breaker and shagger ever said is beyond comprehension. During the first lockdown, imposed on his advice, Ferguson was caught breatking his own restrictions to drive from London to Oxford for a quick bunk - up with his married lover. The man is totally unreliable. 

Everyone involved in the Government's handling of stay at home clampdowns should be ashamed of themselves. Though already retired at the time myself I know people whose business lost millions of pounds, and employees who lost good careers because of this nonsense. This absurd review is just the latest chapter in a novel of stupidity. 

To emphasise the extent to which this grossly expensive exercise was rigged to exonerate the incompetence and malfeasance of everybody involved, evidence from Professor Heneghan, like that of many other competent and respected scientists including Norman Fenton and Angus Dalgliesh, was treated by the inquiring panel with absolute contempt and they were  publicly insulted in front of the inquiry members and indeed anyone watching on TV.

The few genuine scientists with experience in epidemiology, and between them an  immense body of work based on well researched evidence, not fictitious evidence from models created by arrogant amateurs who because they have a degree in physics or mathematics think they are more qualified than IT professionals to program computers, were constantly interrupted whilst trying to explain their  views and how they had arrived at those conclusions.

The entire inquiry has been a loaded fiasco and can largely be disregarded. Unfortunately we cannot reclaim the absurd millions of pounds spent to date, nor will there be any consequences for those decision takers in power in 2020/1.

The Scottish National Party Government Is Considering Abortion Law Reforms That Could Legalise Sex-selective Abortions.

It is not often this blog posts content likely to draw to draw attention to issues relating to abortion because over the twenty years we have been online the feminist lobby have been so obessed with the notion that it is a woman's right to choose (right up to 975 weeks after conception) and pushing propaganda aimed at persuading women that they should always choose medical abortion as their preferred form of birth control that an intelligent discussion has become impossible. However abortion reforms being “considered” by the Scottish National Party (aka the SNP or Scottish Nazi Party, currently the Government in Chilly Jockoland, which could legalise sex-selective abortions.

The practice of terminating pregnancies in which the unborn child is not of the desired sex is not currently listed under the “lawful grounds” set out for an abortion to be considered legal under the UK Abortion Act 1967. However, an expert review published last week has recommended that “any future legislation should not include any explicit prohibition on sex-selective abortion.”

The SNP’s case for abortions based on sex includes “concerns that it would risk ‘racial profiling’ women from particular communities where sex-selective abortion is thought to take place”. Remarkably, the trans-obsessed SNP seems to have suddenly worked out the importance of sex, now that there is an opportunity to violate another safe space for a “cis-woman”, her mother’s womb. 

 Let's be quite blunt about this, we know certain ethnic groups would do this, groups whose primitive coulture holds that male children are of more value than female.  Cultures so deeply rooted in bronze age, tribal superstition they have not worked out that if there are no females for them to marry and have babies with then as long as we don't allow them to bring in foreign brides their tribe will die out.  It would be easy to say OK let them get on with it. Allowing them to live by their own rules is in this case a surefire way of reducing their numbers. China ended up with an overload of males with no one to marry and had to give up the one child policy to grow the population. Let these ethnic minorities who are causing so many problems for Europe go the same way.

Ah, but we are not like these minorities, we know of the low status of women in such primitive and backward cultures, and we know that women, expectant mothers would be allowed no part in choosing whether to terminate a pregnancy because the child would be a girl. We believe that women should have equal rights to men. But apparently, where protected minorities are concerned, the feminists don't, instead they demand virtue signalling governments make special laws to protect the ;rights' of minorities to the extent of turning a blind eye to sex crimes committed by minority males and We The People are expected to conform even though our rights are being curtailed.

 But WTF are the Scottish Nutters Party doing even considering that such blatantly inhuman practices should be made legal. 

Is this the Eugenics movement back again? Killing people of perceived little value to society led to the extension of 'race' in Germany. The Eugenics movement was something pioneered in England pre-war 'as the solution' to combat poverty, reduce the population of the 'lower class' and lives-on in at least one charity called 'Marie Stopes'! 

Or is the aim of powerful globalist organisations with which the SNP has aligned itselfpurely for the oportunities globalism presents to destroy recognisably British culture by any means necessary. The destruction of European culture and its replacement with a global authoritarian government was certainly an important goal as declared by Peter Sutherland, UN Migration Chief, in his 2012 address to the House of Lords when he said it was the duty of all EU leaders to undermine national homogeneity.  

If Western liberals, because the SNP are so lacking in self awareness they imagine their fascistic tendencies are 'liberal', accepted the principle of a merit-based society, then one wouldn’t need legislation about minorities and equality. Through merit many girls/women would prove themselves against boys/men, and obviously viceversa. A natural balance would occur. Sex-selective abortions are needed to keep women in a vulnerable position and affirm male supremacy. The far left have so cpmpletely lost their way that they are now somewhat to the right of Genghis Khan.

The situation in Ukraine is becoming even more desperate for the men and women at the fron fighting to defend their country.

The shooting war is going badly for Ukraine as is the war on infrastructure deep behind the contact line. A huge and escalating corruption scandal has recently neutered the power of  the Zelenski regime and while his personal involvement is denied several of his closest associates have fled the country only hours before they were due to be arrested. 

New power structures will evolve and it will fall to them to euther prolong the war or seek a negotiated settlement. US President Donald Trump is attempting to launch another peace initiative while Europe, having pledged to support Ukraine to the end, finds that it lacks the money to finance Ukraine and the war, or even to keep the lights on in the homes of its own citizens..

As things stand at the front there are at least seven cities which are falling or are destined to fall before the winter is over.

Of the two biggest and most strategically important, Kupyansk is largely under Russian control and Pokrovsk is to 95% in Russian hands. The Ukrainian military command had thrown in all its reserves to prevent the taking of Prokovsk and Kupiyansk. It was to no avail.

All regular Ukrainian brigades lack infantry. The constant Russian drone attacks have also taken a large toll on the logistic elements of those units.

Defense fortifications and buildings can no longer protect the soldiers. Each day Russia is using 200 or more glide bombs to demolish them. Drones and artillery strikes follow. Russian infantry sneaks in to mop up remaining resistance. It is a fairly slow process but it works for the Russians and is causing them a minimum of casualties. Ukraine is beaten but nobody is prepared to admit that.

Now as to the politics. The notion that the US runs the MABU anti-corruption certainly seems sensible enough. So it is quite likely the US has used its influence to protect former leader Poroshenko, who was pro-war, starting up the new offensive against the Donbas back in 2022 but Zelensky and his corrupt cronies have got away with skimming off donated finds and selling donated weapons to parties not involved in the Ukrainian conflict it seems unlikely that the US control is absolute. Thus so long as the current regime holds power the Ukies will not want peace.

The glee at seeing Zelensky embarrassed puts too much emphasis on the Ukrainian president personally. (There are nutjobs who write as if Zelensky were the Jewish boss of a Zionist conspiracy. He isn't, when the man is not busy playig the piano with his penis he is just an actor working to a script that is written for him. By whom, the CIA, the European Union or the Azov Brigade is anybodies guess.) 

We do not yet know what Trump's latest peace proposal may be but accepting Russia’s conditions is unthinkable for Western Europe and for  NATO. It would mean a blatant admission of failure and accompanying loss of face for everyone. It would be an admission that Russia has won. Anyone who hopes for this is dreaming.

Trump wants his peace treaty, i.e., a solution that leaves Russia on the defensive. In effect, this is nothing more than the constantly demanded ceasefire, just with a little more land gained for Russia, allowing Trump to portray himself as the peacemaker. An agreement that includes Russia’s demands will not happen. Equally The Kremlin will accept no peace unless its demands are met. Therefore peace will only be possible if Ukraine is detached from Western Europe and the US and those responsible are neutralized. If, as it seems, Zelensky and his Banderite bosses are on the way out, what happens next depens very much on who replaces him.

The Death Of Privacy - But Have We Ourselves Murdered It?

The News this week has thrown up some interesting questions. While the main headlines have concerned immigration,  the economy, climate change, Trump, Labour MP plotting against their leader, the meltdown at the BBC, and the failure of policing there have been many second layer stories about privacy, or the lack of it in the digital era. UK citizens health records released on the dark web, Prince /harry and not-Princess Meghan's latest whine, the publication of the Jeffrey Epstein files across the pond, and the usual plethora of reports about surveillance, data mining by Big Tech corporations and abuse of users rights on the world wide web.

It seems there is now little distinction between the public and private world. We have allowed a diluted concept of privacy in which those in authority decide what rights we have rather than our right to privacy being the default position. This new privacy lite serves not as protection from authority and public scrutiny, and as a sanctuary for the inner self and a shelter for intimacy — but merely as data protection.

Through it all, we blame the convenient scapegoat of the moment: the internet. But this gets the timeline wrong. By the time social media arrived, we were already living in a post-private world. The digital revolution simply gave us more efficient tools to do what we were already doing: performing our identities, seeking validation through revelation, and treating intimacy as a public commodity. Nobody forced us to hand our data to Microsoft, Meta or Google, were nudged into it. But nudging (propaganda) and manipulation of information by Artificial Intelligence are the tools of authoritarianism.
 

This matters, because if we fail to understand the problem, we’ll never find the cure. All the digital detoxing and platform regulation in the world will never restore what was lost long before the internet became a publicly accessible medium. Far better, then, to face up to how we voluntarily dismantled the idea that some things should remain hidden, that mystery and restraint might be virtues, and that not everything must be shared.
 

The business models of technology giants like Google and Facebook, which base their revenue streams on the sale of data which they collect without consent (i.e. steal,) clearly violate people’s privacy, as does total surveillance by state or business agents. But we would be kidding ourselves if we thought that technology alone has undermined the moral status of privacy and private life. The wecams through which internet 'influencers' invite us into their world and wannabes seek the unhealthy attentions of obessives are the logical endpoint of a cultural revolution that began decades earlier. 

Not everybody will share the scepticism of the Boggart Bloggers about “mass media” communications, broadcast news and the majority of news comment and opinion – as good for nothing beyond cheap entertainment that panders to the lowest common denominator while performative legislation by political groups, for example the UK Online Safety Bill, will suppress free speech (the purpose for which it was really intenden,) while doing nothing to make the www safer for users.

Many of us had already given up on the BBC before the extent of its far left and globalist bias was revealed and major print news publications such as the Daily Telegraph and the Guardian as amusement-fodder as much as anything. Although they do offer occasional insights into the passions driving our fellow humans.

As founder and editor of the Boggrt Blog titles and a retired computer professional whose experience goes back to  the days of punched cards and huge piles of printed output I, like many of my contemporaries marvel at how the potential of the the communications technologies developed over the past fifty years has been abused, and the misuses it has been bput to by the billionaire psyvhopaths of Silicon Valley, the scams, the junk phone calls (which would not be possible had the diditised telephone system not been integrated with the internet,) the data mining, propaganda and politocally motivated lies.

It is hard to dis agree with the statement that 99.9% of ‘internet-based communications’ is waffle, clickbait, advertising, porn or propaganda. But over the years, we  learn how to filter most of that out and extract the gems that lie buried in the shite.

As in life we must all, if we want to save the useful internet, take responsibility ourselves instead of leaving the task of cleaning up to others.

As The Liberal Consensus Crumbles Nations Are Turning Their Backs On The European Convention On Human Rights (ECHR)

 

 

Last month an article in The Telegraph revealed that Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, the Italian prime minister plans to launch the EU’s first political debate on reforming the ECHR so that it can cope with the modern-day challenges of mass migration.

Other critics of the convention, in France, Germany, Netherlands, UK, Sweden and other governments in nations that have recently experienced an upsurge of nationalistic feeling,  claim it is woefully outdated. Evidence of this is provided by the recent surge of illegal immigration to Europe's most prosperous nations. It is easy to demonstrate in other ways the convention cannot and was never intended to reflect today’s reality of people smuggling gangs and the weaponisation of migrants by rogue states.

The role of the ECHR has been a key factor in Britain’s migration debate, as the Conservatives and Reform have argued that it has been exploited by specisalist immigration lawyers to block the deportation of asylum seekers who arrived on small boats.

While there is no suggestion at this stage that EU leaders will scrap the ECHR – as some criticts of the EU Open Borders policy dream of doing  (nine member states signed an open letter in May calling for it to be “reinterpreted” to address current migration challenges.)

The UK has no need of a body such as the ECHR to ensure that all, be they British nationals or recent arrivals are entitled to exactly the same treatment as everybody else by the law. Britain's, and before that England's commitment to fair and impartial justice goes baxk over 1000 years to the Liber Judicialis of King Alfred the Great. Many of the clauses in this were reinforced in the Magna Carta of 1215 and again by many acts of kings  and parlaiment since then. 

For too long this national fair play has been stretched to breaking point by a far too liberal approach by woke lawyers and judges whose virtue signalling leads them to elevate foreigners' rights over those of British citizens and support protection of Islamist views over the British calues and cultural mores. 

Well enough is enough. We need to set a figure for immigration based upon our country’s needs. Any illegal immigrants should be deported immediately with absolutely no chance of ever gaining British citizenship. Only immediate family members ( related husband, wife and children) should be considered for being able to join anyone granted citizenship ONCE that person is able to fully support them here in the UK.

What is missing from the debate is a discussion on how English-style common law (which was founded by the Liber Judicialis,) differs from European civil law. It is easy to appeal a lower court decision in the UK. Less so in Europe. 

Common law is not really compatible with a 'rights-based' law such as provided by the ECHR which is why the government has tied itself in legal knots over plans to introduce a digital ID system. In common law systems, the legislation tends to set out by act of government what you cannot do,  wheras most European Nation's legal codex is based on a modified version of Roman law known as The Civil Code or Napoleonic Law under which you may be apprehended for doing anything which is not permitted by a specific law.

 How can this system work when the legislation expresses your 'rights'? It doesn't - they are incompatible systems. The ease with which the common law (as opposed to civil law) allows lawters to appeal decisions and the inability for parliament to address bad law represents the fundamental issue for the UK. Thus a criminal convicted of sex or drug crime in the UK may not be deported because he faces a death penalty in his homeland for similar crimes, and under ECHR rules the right to life (an inalienable right under the Geneva Convention,) takes pecedence. It is essential to leave the ECHR.

The right to life, liberty, and justice existed in British law centuries before any bureaucrat in Strasbourg put pen to paper. The Liber Judicialis estblished the right to trial by jury and the presumption of innocence until proven guilty (which does not mean people accused of crimes were treated well while awaiting trial.) The Magna Carta bound the king to the rule of law. The Habeas Corpus Act guaranteed that no subject could be detained without trial. The Bill of Rights enshrined free speech (within the usial limits,) due process, and the limits of state power.

The Trojan horse of ECHR has been used by politically motivated judges to quietly replace democracy with bureaucracy using immigration as a demographic replacement tool , cloaked in compassion.

We have been betrayed to achieve the Agenda2030 Global governance goal.

E U Launches A New Attack On Free Speech, Claiming They Are Defending Democracy

The European Union (EU) loves talking about freedom, democracy and human rights but beneath the high minded rhetoric does not much like any of those things.. Just look at the  press releases launching its latest attack on free speech in the name of protecting democracy, a framework for the suppression of debate called the European Democracy Shield, which promises to protect everything from “free people” to “free elections” to — this being Brussels — “a vibrant civil society”. All admirable stuff, perhaps, at least on paper. In reality, though, the Democracy Shield is just the latest vision in unfreedom: suppressing dissent and policing speech under the pretext of defending democracy and human rights from misinformation, disinformation,  foreign interference and fake news.

As part of the Democracy Shield, the E U Commission proposes the creation of a Content Monitoring Centre which would identify and remove “false content” and “disinformation” from the internet. As Henna Virkkunen, Executive Vice President for Security and Democracy, stated, the Shield will enable Europe to “respond faster and more effectively to information manipulation and hybrid threats”. 

The EU’s High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, made no secret of the anti-Russian nature of the initiative: “we are seeing campaigns, including from Russia, specifically designed to polarise our citizens, undermine trust in our institutions and pollute politics in our countries.”

One may ask if the Brussels bureaucrats plan to do anything about protecting people from the minisformation, propaganda and downright lies about Russia being spread by mainstream media, or the deafening silence over Ukraine's latest corruption scandal which has revealed how monies donated by EU and NATO nations to fund the war against Russia has ended up in the pockets of Ukrainian oligarchs and associates of the crooked comedian president, Zelensky.

For years Brussels has been preaching “freedom” while quietly building the biggest censorship machine Europe’s ever seen. The shiny new “Democracy Shield” sounds like something out of a Marvel Comics superhero blockbuster, but it’s really a bureaucratic cosh aimed squarely at anyone who strays from the approved script. In its intended effect The Democracy Shield is similar to the UK Labour government's Online Safety Bill which tries to protct people from seeing anything the government does not want them to see.

 

Behind the PR fluff sits a Monitoring Centre with the power to scrub “false content” from the internet. And who decides what’s false? Who decides what is mininformation, disinformation or 'hate speech'. You will not be surprised to learn it is the same Eurocrats and media outlets who’ve been caught peddling  propaganda lies on Russia, Net Zero, Immigration, Crime, COVID, And Donald Trump themselves — from von der Leyen’s fantasy about Russian GPS jamming to the BBC’s creative editing of a Trump speech.

Then comes the money hose. Billions in EU cash poured into NGOs,  research, academic publications, newspapers and “independent fact-checkers” who, by sheer coincidence, all push the same pro-Brussels, anti-national, progressive line. This isn’t civil society, it’s a taxpayer-funded campaign to gas light the taxpayers.

The EU claims it’s defending democracy. In reality, it’s strangling it one regulation, one fact-checker, one silenced critic at a time. Social instotutions at all levels have been perverted by what the French call the Pensée unique, from political debate in the media, through everyday dialogue to education. But education has shown us such social engineering does not work. 

Schoolkids have been exposed to leftist nonsense for 20+ years now, but as we see they are some of the most right leaning part of the electorate. The rise of Trumpism and the siccess of [eople like Charlie Kirk in the USA, Tommy Robinson in Britain, Marine le Pen in France and Geert Wilders in Netherlands are part of the backlash. 

Support for Transgenderism and LGBT Pride is the lowest in 10 years. Many European citizens are sick and pissed off at the constant exhortations to support Ukraine and are aware that whenever a peace inititiative is put forward it is the crazy Ukies rather than Russia that derails it.

The EU globalist establishment has been trying for years to convince people the pensée unique is the right way, the ONLY right way of thinking, that have the mandate to govern akin to the divine right claimed by medieval Kings, and yet look at the mess just about every developed nation is in due to the
They used all the power of the state, the media, intelligient but pliable people like Stephen Fry, Brian Cox, David Attenborough, and thickos like Katy Perry, George Cloony, David Beckham and Lenny Henry to promote their narrative, and they failed.

So latest attck on free speech will be an expensive flop for the EU, which is par the course for the course. Peop;e will use VGPNs or blockchain systems to circumvent the censoring internet servers. Nobody trusts the EU, governments or the media any more As they say how do you know they are lying? Their lips are moving.
