What Vice-President Vance says here is very important because for two decades a cancer of rampant financial fraud has been permitted to spread throughout the Minneapolis region and has now reached the stage of visible metastasis.
Why am I as a British observer interested in what shoukd really be a news story of little interest to the world outside the USA? Because what Vance refers to is not just happpening in Minnesota but all over the USA, here in Britain and across Europe too.
I will expand on that point later but first we should cast our minds back to the incident that put Minnesota and its racial and organised crime problems at the top of the news worldwide, the death of George Floyd.
The initial contact between Floyd and police on that occasion was about Floyd trying to pay a business with a counterfeit $20 bill. Follow that trail paper trail and you end up looking at unconfirmed reports of a huge money laundering operation. where it seemed like millions of counterfeit dollars were entering the country through Mexico, going by rail into the U.S. mainland and emerging, fukky cleaned, through the Minneapolis regional economy, with the knowledge of the state government and law enforcement agencies.
It could all be a conspiracy theory of course, and I'm sure many people will be quick to claim it is. Fortunately there is plenty of evidence to suggest that even if not correct in every detail, the story should be taken seriously. It is also urgently necessary that governments and officials at all levels acknowledge the massively disrupitive effects of the past two decades mass immigration on the social and economic cohesion of developed nations.
According to US based independent reporters corrupt activity focused on immigrant communities in the Minneapolis area has been apparent for around two decades, with police, local authorities and the state government happy to turn a blind eye in a sage reminiscent of the cover up by athorities at all levels of the UKs grooming gangs scandal. That too has links to other criminal activity but so far, due to the authorities determinatin to cover up the scandal, links to drug dealing, people trafficking and widespread abuse of the UK's over generous welfare system and our free at the point of deviery health service. It would take far too long to go into other nations' poblems, suffice to say they differ only in local circumstances.
To keep the focus on current events in Minneapolis and the background to them, there are two basic components to these organised crime operations, local financial fraud and government complicity.
The local fraud represented millions and involved fake businesses, counterfeit goods/money and laundering operations..
The government role involves billions of dollars in taxpayers money, the awardng of lucrative state contracts and grants to businesses, agencies and charities that only existed on paper without proper scrutiny and involves abuses of federal tax monies.
Almost all elements of the economic and social structure in the State of Minnesota are compromised. As we have seen in the last several weeks, the HHS (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services) and CMS (Centres for Medical Services,) fraud is so extensive the federal investigation has now spread to several other U S states. Such a level of illegal activity cannot possibly exist without the knowledge, aid and assistance of the regional and municipal government officials.
Fraudulent day cares, schools from immigrant children, healthcare services, transport companies, “Health Outreach Services” and various governmental offices all involved in bleeding taxpayers for billions upon billions. On investigators estimate is that over fifty percent of all economic activity -in the entire region- is based on fraud.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement actions are the surface level issue for the regional and state government. However, it is the widespread financial fraud that turns the activity of the leftist agitators on the street into a useful tool for the regional officials to manipulate in order to hide the true financial fraud that surrounds the area.
The “local authorities” are working with the “far left agitators” because the Minneapolis region is a network of codependent fraud.
The police are compromised. The judges and courts are compromised. The local municipal officials are compromised. The mayor’s office is compromised, and the corruption issue spreads out to the state level when Governor Tim Walz previously shut down audits of the financial crimes and then state officials ignored whistleblowers.
All of the private and public institutions -within the system of regional and state government- are connected to a statewide network of financial fraud, from counterfeit money laundering to exploitation of federal government benefits; it is all connected to the same network of fraud.
It hardly needs to be pointed out that none of this background was mentioned in mainstream media reporting of the death of Alex Pretti on a street in Minneapolis during a protest against the activities of Federal ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) tasked with tracking down and arresting illegal immigrants or the recent shooting of another protesor, Renee Nicole Good who was trying to disrupt an ICE raid on a property believed to be used as a hostel for illegal immigrants. Instead we get lurid, sensationalist headlines like these:
"Graphic footage shows moment 37-year-old was killed after being wrestled to the ground."
“Crystal clear new video raises horrifying questions about killing of Minneapolis nurse by DHS.”
Both of these deadly protests were part of the 'engineered chaos' referred to in the opening quoation of this article. Vance may have been referring only to the problems in Minneapolis, but evidence of the link between mass immigration and organised crime has been suppressed by the authorities and mainstream media for far too long.
Rather than endless frame-by-frame analysis or internet comment thread discussions, could the could the media please enlighten us about why ICE involvement in Michigan has increased over the last two to five years? This started with investigations into the (lawful) air-borne exodus of millions of dollars earned from state contracts or claimed in welfare benefits to Mogadishu over the last five years, which then developed into various fake childcare charities, schools ad healthcare operations. Focussing on one or two deaths of “observers” is a distraction from the big picture of the rapidly changing demographics of Minneapolis and the alleged lack of due diligence by city and state officials over funding the various businesses and charities set up by immigrant communities.
