Ukraine's 'Mood Swing' Against Zelensky: Widespread Fraud, Wartime Protests, Unpopular Dismissals

As mainstream media has loyally stuck to the official bad-guys/good guys  narrative in its coberage of the long running war between Russia (bad guys) and 'brave little Uktaine (good guys,) choosing to ignore the Baderite, neo - Nazi nature of the government thrust into power by a US / EU but mostly US engineered coup in 2013, Boggart Blog has reported many times on the corruption and gangsterism in the Ukrainian government led by the poisonous pixie with the piano paying penis, Volodomyr Zelensky. 

Now at last Unkainian and western mainstream media are turning on Ukraine's President Zelensky and the corrupt cronyocracy he leads. It seems the population are also waking up to the fact that their leaders, having enriched themselves enormously from the war, are waking up to the multitude of high level corruption cases running straight through the presidential office.

One must feel some sympathy for  the average Ukrainian. Their country has been destroyed by war and is likely to be plundered by American and European elites. The US media loves to cover for its owners, but there are many who are ashamed by the likes of the Biden family and many others that, prior to the Russian invasion simply plundered that country, apparently without consequences. The bait used to win the compliance of the corrupt Ukie elite was unrealistic promises of EU and NATO membership.

There would have been no war in Ukraine had the US and EU powers not caused the Maiden Coup in 2014.

The Ukie political class were happy to let their little Nazi loving party strut about. They were even happy to see it get US backing and pull off a underhanded coup. Then the Nazis were finally installed with the help of the US on the second attempt. The civil war/ ethnic cleaning of Donbas and Crimea was also overseen by the US as was the systematic provocation  of Russia. 

The use of Ukraine as a proxy has been patently obvious and when the US became hesitant the MIC were happy for NATO allies to step up, talking of war with Russia, and keep the conflict alive and laundering money for them. The media has been a bastion of support for the money makers that keep them profitable while making endless Oscar winning performances as the arch enemy of truth.

It has been fascinating to observe the duplicity of the western WW2 allies as they have repeatedly performed their acts of support for their installed Nazi lovers. The power of bribery and corruption quite literally has no bounds. The arrival of governance in the form of public-private fascism and its bedfellow of totalitarian oppression is just a natural consequence of the underlying and underhanded Nazi influence. 

Truly an ever growing barrel of rotten apples parading as something worthy.

In September 2026, the 'esteemed' and very establishment journal, Foreign Policy ran a surprise headline strongly suggesting a popular swing among the citizenry against Zelensky's rule, which has been extended amid cancelled elections and martial law: 

"For most of his presidency and especially since Russia launched its full-scale war, Ukrainian voters have rallied around Volodymyr Zelensky as a pillar of national resilience and unity," the FP report introduces of the 'good ole days' when western democracies were naive enough to keep pouring armaments and money into the pockets of Zelensky's corrupt government in the belief that somehow Ukraine could win. 

Now, after more than seven years in office, four and a half years of war with Russia, and a series of scandals involving his leadership team and close friends, Zelensky appears to have lost the nation’s political support as well as paying the price for trying to twist Trump's arm after his demands for more weapons and money were dismissed. Polling published in early August points to a major mood swing among Ukrainians, suggesting that many of them have lost faith in Zelensky and would vote him out of office at the earliest opportunity."

Following this, the NY Times, formerly a steadfast sup[orter, on Sunday September 6 detailed how Ukraine lost around $1.2 billion to fraud, waste and mismanagement in military procurement activities. This was in 2024 alone, the paper found, based on confidential documents and audits.

The NYT characterized the corruption and fraud in Zelensky's regime as a "persistent phenomenon" led by seven large military contractors in Ukraine, all of which kept landing new large contracts despite ongoing fraud investigations into them.

More Corruption Exposed In Ukraine Government As Zelensky Staff Arrested Over Money Laundering

The Russians know that the end of the war with Ukraine – which could come quite soon if news we are seeing today is confirmed – will not be the end of their confrontation with the West.  Plenty of other parts of the Russian perimeter, maybe one or two regions inside it, are there to go at and we see the West gearing up to do just that.  But this bit of the perimeter, the vulnerable Ukrainian bit, is no longer going to be at our disposal.   That’s settled and has been since 2022. 

If you are one of those people who still believes every word spoken or written by estern propaganda agents you may be under the impression that Ukraine is winning, Russia is on the brink of collapse militarily and economically and Putin is on his deathbed. Look a little deeper however, and you soon find that Ukraine is being crushed, has lost an obscene number of young men (and women,) but Zelensky and the corrupt regime in Kiev only keep the war going because they fear what will happen to them if it ends.

Meanwhile the corrupt, neo Nazi Ukraine regime’s central bank has launched an anti-money laundering probe into several lenders who processed a bail payment for former Justice and Energy Minister German Galushchenko, amid allegations of high-level corruption in Kiev. Nothing so entertaining as golden toilets or Zelensky cronies leaving their luxury apartments by the back door as the US sponsor anti corruption agency arrived to kick down the one at the front this time, but just as damaging.

Earlier this month, the Western-backed anti-corruption agencies accused a group of officials, including a deputy head of Vladimir Zelensky’s office, of laundering about $3.3 million in cash to secure Galushchenko’s release on bail. 

Galushchenko, who was arrested and charged in February this year with money laundering and membership of a criminal organisation after attempting to leave Ukraine (with a couple of suitcases of cash in American dollars, allegedly,) is also a suspect in a separate corruption case linked to golden toilet man Timur Mindich, self-exiled in Israel but known widely as ‘Zelensky’s bagman’.

Galushchenko, Ukraine's former energy minister, was first implicated in a $100 million fraud and corruption scandal involving kickbacks from the state energy company Energoatom. He was arrested while attempting to flee the country and has been charged with money laundering and participating in a criminal organization. Galushchenko was duly released on $3.3 million bail in late June, upon receipt of cash by the authorities reportedly from four dubious sources.

NABU surveillance audio files suggest that Zelensky’s deputy head of office, Irina Mudraya, and others, used influence at Sense Bank to convert bags of cash into bank transfers to the account of the High Anti-Corruption Court. Investigators filmed the cash being delivered, according to the case materials. Mudraya, who is accused of administering the scheme, was subsequently arrested and fired.

NABU’s latest allegations of fraud and corruption have further embarrassed the central bank as its reputation disintegrates in the fallout from the corruption surrounding Zelensky, who is clearly involved in some way. The regulator launched an investigation into Gladyshenko in May after his possible links to Timur Mindich, a fabulously wealthy oligarch who has exercised direct influence on Zelensky became public, but maintains that it did not have enough evidence before the latest revelations to declare him unsuitable for the position.

Gladyshenko announced he was recusing himself from his role, but this “did not exclude his actual influence on the bank’s operations,” the central bank conceded last week.

Ukrainian state-owned Sense Bank temporarily disabled fraud detection systems at the same time that some $1.7 million in cash – intended for Galushchenko’s bail – was allegedly laundered and processed, records released by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) indicate. 

With Ukraine doing so badly in the war right now (more on that in a later post,) and the corruption scandals multiplying and getting bigger all the time i cannot be long before somebody takes him down - but we've thought that before yet he and his gangster government somehow hold on.

Burnham's Handing Ukraine Blueprints For High Tech Weapons Was A Dangerous Piece Of Political Theatre

At the start of this week newly minted Prime Minister Andy Burnham  announced The UK plans to provide Ukraine with classified technology to allow the neo - Nazi regime in Kiev to build their  own version of the British/French-designed SCALP (Storm Shadow) air-launched cruise missile. This is a piece of political theatre that will have no effect on the progress of the war and could possibly backfire disastrously on the UK.

You may recall a couple of years ago when another Nazi collaborator, Keir Starmer, gave the first batch of British Storm Shadow missile to  Zelensky's corrupt cronyocracy they were hailed as the weapon that would shift the war in Ukraine's favour. They didn't, in fact they were, and will be,next to useless because they have to be launched from an aircraft and the Ukies do not have the right kind of aircraft to launch from.

Ukraine has used all its domestic-made and designed Neptune cruise missile to strike oil refineries and military sites deep inside Russian territory. A domestic-made SCALP would present the likelihood of Ukraine then using this Western-designed missile to directly attack Russia, which only increases the chances of an eventual Moscow-NATO clash because the crazy Banderites behind Zelensk how repeatedly shown they will go to any length to provoke a direct confrontation between Russia and NATO, and thus start World War III. Ukrainian forces already appeared to have used the missile on Donetsk and other locations closer to front lines in the Donbass.

From the very start of the Ukraine war, the United Kingdom has consistently been among Kiev's most open and ardent military supporters, time and again transferring heavy weaponry, including cutting edge long-range missiles like the Storm Shadow while British politicians, who must be aware of the depleted state of our armed forces, have given every impression they are eager to get UK forces directly involved in combat with Russia. 

In response to Burnham's stupid posturing, on Thursday the Kremlin has issued one of its strongest warnings and threats aimed at London to date, accusing the UK of "fully taking part in the war on Kiev's side" - and thus thwarting any chance of peace talks while adding fuel to the fire.

Moscow is now saying that the UK's own military facilities could become fair game for direct attacks.

Kremlin spokesperson Maria Zakharova said in a Thursday press briefing, "We have repeatedly warned that the response to Ukrainian strikes using British weapons against Russian territory could be directed against any British military facilities and equipment in Ukraine and beyond."

Zakharova urged "all residents of the United Kingdom to think about the inevitable, catastrophic consequences of the hostile steps taken by their own authorities."

Ironically this performative nonsense comes right after a visit by the CIA Director to Moscow. US officials claim the Tuesday meeting between John Ratcliffe and top Kremlin intelligence officials was to convey a warning to President Putin to not attack any NATO member. However, many analysts are skeptical that this was the real reason.

Andy Burnham is handing over British classified information which would permit Ukraine to one day manufacture its own Storm Shadow missiles. But Burnham’s handover of “blueprints” is in fact a political gesture, aimed at other countries: particularly the US. And it is known that a significant portion of the weapons and technology handed to the corrupt Ukies has been sold on to unknown buyers by the corrupt oligarchs in Kiev.

It isn’t as though Britain has much to do with making the Storm Shadow in any case. We Britons like to pretend that it was jointly British and French developed, but in fact – as analysts at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington DC bluntly state – it is “French-made” and we bought it from France rather than co-developing it.

Storm Shadow is a version of the 1980s-vintage, entirely French made Arme Planante à Charges Éjectables (Apache), updated in the 1990s as the Système de Croisière conventionnel Autonome à Longue Portée (Scalp). The only significant British part of it is the warhead, and even that is partly French. Ukraine, in the event of deciding for whatever reason to build its own Scalps, could (and might well) choose to use a different warhead.

But Ukraine has no real reason to be building Scalp (“Storm Shadow”), which has to be launched from a fighter jet and only has 150-odd miles of range. To give just one example, the much bigger Ukrainian-made Flamingo FP-5 is conveniently ground launched, carries a warhead three times as heavy and has a range of almost 1,900 miles. Ukraine was reportedly producing seven Flamingos a day as of last year, and plans were in hand to scale this up massively although in Ukraine plans announced in public are usually very different from anything likely to happen.

What has been happening is the NATO are outsourcing the production of the weapons used against Russia to their proxies in Ukraine.  How can that not make the factories that are producing those weapons targets since the weapons are being used against civilians in Russia?  

All of this way of conducting geopolitics is sickening.  It amounts to one countries people dying and suffering for other nations to satisfy their economic interests (via whatever international institutional infrastructure renders all this viable) and the only thing that explains it is the compromised, comprador, nature of the Ukrainian state and the rest of those in western Europe.  What people in Europe have any interest in this war which is being fought for the benefit of global corporations and banks?  

None, UK and Germany, need to be allied with Russia, not America, they need alliance to obtain cheap energy that can be the basis of economic and industrial reconstruction.  It is only because European politicians are compromised that these policies make any sense. 

On the other hand The USA worked hard and long to create this  proxy war with Russia and has been the ring leader of the mob that keeps it going. Ukraine remains in the grip of a Nazi puppet regime that was put into power by the US / EU engineered regime change. These animals have enjoyed murdering Russian speaking Ukrainians and are corrupt to the core.

No Donald, More Sanctions Will Not Defeat Iran

 For years Iran has confronted the power duopoly of the USA and Isrsel in the Middle East in spite of the crippling economic sanctions imposed by the US and its allies. The region was dominated by a hostile American superpower, a nuclear-armed and militarily superior Israel, and significant local actors—Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates—that were strategically and economically aligned with the United States.

That situation held for many years as support from China and Russia blunted most of the intended effects of sanctions and enhanced the Iranian theocracy's ability  to convince its citizens they were involved in a holy war and their suffering would be rewarded in heaven. Unfortunately part of the holy war the Iranian government did not make such a big deal of was their sponsorship of terrorist activities, mainly against the key US ally in the Middle East, Israel.

 Unfortunately Hamas, the jihadist group in Palestine, grew overconfident and on October 7 2023 carried out an atrocity that killed over 1200 Israeli civilians, with hundreds more taken hostage and many women and girls raped. Israel had to respond by attacking Hamas in Gaza, Iran struck Israel and the situation slowly escalated until this year when the USA in support of its ally, engaged Iran in full scale war.

The conflict should have been a walkover for the US military bu Iran’s control of the Strait of Hormuz is a more useful instrument of power than all of The Pentagon's nuclear arsenal would be. A nuclear weapon might deter an attack, but control of the strait gives Iran leverage every day, over the flow of oil, liquid petroleum gas hydrocarbons from the Gulf States to dozens of countries around the world. With it, By weaponising Hormuz Iran can reward friends, punish enemies, extract revenue, force the loosening of sanctions, and make governments think twice before taking sides against the turdbrains in Tehran. It can do all of this without firing a shot because with its artillery placed on the high ground overlooking the strait, all shipping passing through the waterway is vulnerable, so Iran needs to do litttle other than preserving the ability to threaten violence when necessary. 

Writing in the Atlantic the neo-con Robert Kagan ponders the consequences of a U.S. defeat in the middle east:

The dominant power in the region going forward will be Iran, not the U.S. or Israel. Neighbouring countries are already making their adjustments to this new reality. More distant powers will too. Kagan says that Iran does not need a treaty, MoU, or any other deal  with the U.S.  It does not even need nuclear weapons.  Sanctions against Iran will not help, it is a hue country and can be self sufficient in food, fuel and the necessities without support from China and Russia (which it still has BTW.):

The sanctions strategy that for decades served to isolate Iran rested on international cooperation. Will they choose solidarity with Washington—this Washington—over their economic interests? In the new order that Iran is creating, a global sanctions regime is likely to be unsustainable.

Throughout the  current conflict the US has repeatedly disregarded, downplayed or derided the Iranian’s ability to military defend themselves and inflict pain on American assets.   Washington's arrogant attitude  towards the Iranians has seen over 90 US military aircraft, worth more than 10 billion dollars destroyed, the operational destruction of at three quarters of the 20 US military bases in the Middle East built over the last 40 years, the destruction of the 5th fleet’s naval HQ and of all 8 major radar instillations in the Middle east worth between 5-8 billion dollars.  Officially 18 US military deaths (unofficial numbers that include US private military, US civilian contractors and soldiers who died “later” due to their injuries are estimated at over 1500!) and of course the loss of roughly 25% of world wide supply of oil and oil-related products (fertiliser, sulphur, helium, nitrogen, asphalt, etc..).  The Americans have constantly talked about Iran as if it was a rotten house and one good kick would bring down the entire rotten structure.

But when sanctions have failed, to suggest the solution is more sanctions indicates Washington is out of ideas for ending this conflict.

Great Replacement No Conspiracy Theory As Migrant Boats From North Africa Storm Spain's Tourist Beaches

Dozens of young, ethnically African men leapt from boats and stormed the packed beaches in mainland Spain on Saturday 22 August, causing tourists and locals enjoying their leisure time to grab their belongings and flee as the chaos recently visited on the Spanish enclave of Ceuta on the North African coast reached Spain's Costa - del - Sol. Footage from Cala del Barco near the exclusive La Manga Club in Cartagena captured the moment a large vessel packed with young men intending to enter Spain illegally powered close to shore in broad daylight.

The men jumped into the water, waded or swam the final metres, and charged inland past stunned sunbathers.

Local officials were quick to vent their fury at the inaction of central goverrnment and the military and law enforcement agencies. Cartagena mayor Noelia Arroyo stated: "This behavious cannot be normalised. We cannot accept that human trafficking Organised Crime Networks have such an easy time landing undocumented migrants on our shores."

Unfortunately Spain's socialist government led by far - left Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez is complicit in this organised operation to flood Spain with illegal immigrants.

"If a migrant boat can reach a cove like this, disembark in full view of citizens and then leave, we have to ask ourselves how the control of our maritime borders is working," Arroyo added.

Former mayor Francisco Bernabe asked: "How is it possible that a boat of that size was not detected by the surveillance radar? Are they broken? Do they have them turned off? Or are they working and they simply ignore them?" Others ponted out something significant about the boats used to land the illegals as it sped away from the shore.

 

A According to Spanish reports motors on the boat are Yamaha LF200XB outboard engines, eacc one costsaround €15k grand, and that boat had 4 of them.

Spanish researchers found the names of the Moroccan intel operatives running these events, there is an Algerian rebel hacker Jabaroot giving out info on who in the Morrocan security services is doing it.

UK Government’s Booklet Teaching “Asylum Seekers” Rape Is Wong Reveals They Have Been Gaslighting Us About Groomimg Gangs

 

The most shocking news of the week for many people in the UK was the story that Asylum Seekers arriving in Britain are being handed booklets published by the Home Office which explain what rape is and that men and women in Britain are “equal” and it is a crime to force a woman (or a man) to have sex. It goes on to explain that it is wrong to touch women's breasts or genitals, and always wrong to try to engage children in sexual activity.

The nine-page document, published by the Home Office, tells migrants, both legal and illegal must understand that “laws and customs here may be different from your home country”. Sadly it does not appear to explain that when in the UK, people are required to obey all British laws no matter what the customs or religious doctrine of their homeland says. 

On  the page headed “Gender Equality”, immigrants are told that women can work, study, and travel freely without needing permission from a man in the UK.

“In the UK, men and women have equal rights. This is an important part of UK culture and is protected by law,” says the booklet, which is principally aimed at illegal immigrants or asylum seekers s the government prefers to think o these economic migrants.

In the section on sex and consent, they are told that if they have sex with someone without their consent, “this is called rape”. Though the phrasing of this paragraph suggests to us it is aimed at five year olds, that is perhaps illustrative of the education level of  people our governments of the past twenty - five years, all of which have promoted mass immigration, have been eager to 'culturally enrich' our society with.

What the booklet does clearly explain to us taxpayers that the government KNOWS what kind of worthlesss scumbags they are importing. The 'asylum seekers' (who are often seeking asylum from justice for crimes committed in their homeland,)are thousands of extremely dangerous  young men. A government's first duty is to protect the citizens. Our governments have not been not fulfilling that duty.   

Many in the alien cultures that nurtured the people arriving illegally in our country were shaped in places where the dominant culture teaches them to culture believe that women are to blame for rape. To go in public dressed in a way that shows a little hair escaping from under the hijab, or an inch of flesh at the wrist or ankle is interpreted as a sign that she is up for it. That they've tempted the men. That they are immoral women and thus are fair game.

Do the useless pratts in our government really believe that a booklet of badly drawn cartoons is going to change the way men raised in such savage, backward cultures view western women who for over a hundred years have dressed and behaved as they please. Do they think the people of western Europe should change our ways to accommodate these scumbags who are not going to change or adapt in any way to our world.

The deterrent in their homelands is that women tend to be segregated and chaperoned, and knowing there's a good chance the victim's family will kill them if they step out of line even to the extent of only speaking to a woman alone. In such cases, the woman's family tends to kill the offender and sometimes victim, too as she is guilty of dishonouring her family by putting herself in a position where a man could be alone with her. This makes girls and women much less likely to report it, especially to their family. The other possibility is if the victim is unmarried, they can marry her off to the rapist to restore the family's honour.

In cultures that breed such  attitudes about women, consent and blame are as strongly embedded in them as ours are in us. The chances of changing their minds are about as good as persuading western societies to accept their approach to women. Also, they must know that rapists in the West tend to get pathetically short sentences or a non-custodial sentence, and that's if they're even found, so it's unlikely they're afraid of prison. Also, think about where they've been living. A UK prison  probably offers a better quality of life than most third world shitholes. As for impacting their asylum claim, how many cases have we heard recently about criminals (including rapists and grooming gang members) getting to stay in the UK?

You might be able to discourage someone acting on their desires (maybe through fear of imprisonment) but they'll still have them. Someone suggested that rapists lack self-control. I've listened to an investigator who's spent years researching the mindset of rapists (in the West, but I think it still applies). For the majority, it's not a lack of self-control. They know it's legally wrong and the majority of society disapproves, but their morality has no problem with it. In a victim they don't see a person worthy of respect or who has the right to choose.

Second Ceuta Border Invasion Attempt Underway As Military-Aged Migrants Mass Near Spanish Enclave

 

With an estimated 8,000 to 10,000 migrants still remaining in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta on the coast of North Africa reports are coming in of a surge of sexual assaults on women and children in the town which has a population of about 80,000 residents and an area of 19 square kilometers. With the police and military presence outnumbered and local resources are severely overstretched, the asylum seekers are running wild, leaving health services struggling to contain potential infectious disease outbreaks as rubbish and human waste piles up in the streets.

These services are also having to deal with cases of rape, physical assaults, and other injuries associated with the massive influx of migrants. Meanwhile, locals say the beaches are occupied by migrants, leading to sprawling tent camps, feces, urine, and the spread of infectious diseases during a critical holiday beach season.

Beaches and parks that once hosted families are now open-air camps of garbage, feces and makeshift shacks. And the Civil Guard has confirmed at least 15 rapes and numerous sexual assaults since the late-July mass migrant invasion — including a 10-year-old girl allegedly assaulted by three migrant brothers.

Women are packing up and leaving the Spanish enclave. Local residents describe a city abandoned by its the government while Spain's socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez remains on vacation.

A mother broke down on live TV this week, describing the daily terror for her teenage daughter.

 “My 16-year-old daughter has to go everywhere with her father or with me because the migrants devour her. I can’t take it anymore. I want them all gone,” she stated.

She added, “I’m not racist—my granddaughter is mixed-race, my best friends are Muslim—but they can’t invade us. What’s stayed here is the worst of it; there are murderers, rapists, thieves.” 

This is the reality two weeks after an estimated 70,000-plus migrants poured across from Morocco into a city of roughly 84,000 people. Reception centres collapsed. Thousands — largely young men — stayed behind when many others returned. Beaches became the default settlement.

While all this has been happening in Ceuta we have been hearing reports, (now confirmed ) that the government of Algeria is moving sub-Saharan migrants toward its border with Morocco under military escort. Various reports and videos circulating on social media show large groups of migrants moving through southern Algeria toward the border with Morocco, accompanied and escorted by Algerian military vehicles. Opposition party Vox slammed the government of Sanchez for failing to deal with the first influx and doing nothing to stop a second.

This migratory movement cannot be interpreted as a mere coincidence or a spontaneous phenomenon. Algeria, with a large military deployment and detailed knowledge of migration routes within its territory, routinely controls and restricts these flows. The military escort and the specific direction toward Morocco suggest a deliberate strategy to undermine Spain's social stability. Within this context, a new front is opening up in the complex political dispute between the two countries, where irregular migration is being used as a tool for exerting pressure on Spain and the EU.
