The political establishment in Berlin was shaken yesterday when Germany’s far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) rose to a record 28 per cent in the latest weekly INSA voting intention poll published on April 25, widening its lead over the conservative bloc to 4 percentage points.
The result marked the highest level ever recorded for the party by INSA and was up one point from the previous week.
The conservative Christian Democratic Union (CDU) party of Chancellor Friedrich Merz and their Bravaria - only sister party the CSU was unchanged from the previous week at 24 per cent, while the Greens slipped one point to 12 per cent.
The Social Democratic Party (SPD) held steady at 14 per cent, and the Left Party remained at 11 per cent.
With 11 per cent of votes going to parties that would fail to enter Parliament, a governing majority would mathematically require at least 45 per cent of the vote share among parties clearing the threshold.
If other parties continue to rule out cooperation with the AfD, viable governing coalitions would be limited to three-party alliances, the poll suggested.
A coalition of the centre right CDU, socialist SPD and lunatic fringe Greens would command 50 per cent, while the CDU, SPD and the Left would total 49 per cent.
While the pushback by German voters against the globalist slow motion coup d'etat and the inexorable rise of AfD is as encouraging as the growing strength of Reform and other boadly conservative parties in Britain, Rassemblement National in France, and similar traditionalist and soft nationalist parties in Italy, Netherlands,Spain, Poland and across the whole European continent the leftist / globalist blob is still very much in control.
Germany is suffering from a crisis of crises brought on by that milieu which regards itself as the country’s morally, intellectually, and administratively legitimate leadership class but which has, for years, sustained a regime of reality-avoidance, self-congratulation, and rhetorical substitutes for genuine action. For years the nation has been trapped in a mass immigration crisis and not on top of that they have an economic crisis, an unemployment crisis, an energy crisis as Net Zero policies destroy energy security a deindustrialisation crisis and, as the impossiblity of electing a stable government becomes clear a crisis of democracy.
The reality situation is not that mistakes have been made. Mistakes are part of politics. The real root of the multiple problems is that Germany has produced a class of managerial elites that refuse to change course, or take responsibility for their failures even when the consequences of its actions are exposed. These arrogant elitists, political, legal, business and academic, do not correct themselves or even acknowledge mistakes, because they no longer measures themselves against reality but against the approval of their own circles. The elite class does not want to be right before the tribunal of reality; it wants to be right before the followers of its ideology.
So instead of addressing the economic crisis, curbing uncontrolled mass immigration or focusing on rebuilding the energy infrastricture they obsess over Net Zero and Environmental Social Governance (ESG)
The destruction of Germany isn't happening in a vaccum, its happening in ALL western nations (USA too, Trump is a mere hiccup in the progress to esablishment of a gloal, technocratic dictatorship.
