Poland In Turmoil: Riots, Protests, Supreme Court Judges Suspended As Court Dispute Turns Into Globalist Coup
Poland is facing renewed political tensions following reports of protests in Warsaw over the suspension of a senior Constitutional Tribunal judge, exposing deep divisions between Prime Minister Donald Tusk's government and the opposition.
The country was hit by a fresh wave of civil disorder as a political crisis triggered by fanatical eurofederalist Prime Minister Donald Tusk's attempt to suspend the Constitutional Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski and clear the way for him to pack the court with EU friendly judges. Supporters of Polish nationalist party took to the streets in protests which led to clashes with police in Warsaw and other cities. On Friday, October 30, protestors in Warsaw gathered outside the court and attempted to break through security barriers and a number of arrests were made. Polish President Karol Nawrocki reportedly cut short a visit to Africa and returned home amid the unrest.
Tusk’s Europhile government, which is totally committed to handing Poland's national sovereignty to the bureaucrats of Brussels, reducing the Polish legislature, the Sejm, to the role of simply rubber stamping laws and policies dictated by the European Union. The nationalist opposition Law and Justice party, commonly known as PiS is implacably opposed to this and has pledge to defend Poland's nationhood.. Tusk’s administration has been trying to reverse controversial judicial changes introduced by the previous government. His opponents accuse him of interfering with the courts and undermining Poland’s constitutional system. The confrontation has raised concerns about another prolonged political standoff in the European Union member state, following crises of democracy in France, Germany, Spain and Austria.
Tusk's current government in Poland is a coalition of politically dissimilar parties formed after the parliamentary elections held on October 15, 2023 which resulted in PiS being the largest party but lacking a majority. The ragbag coalition that finally emerged from the chaos was brokered by European Union officials for the sole purpose of preventing Euosceptic PiS from retaining power. However with PiS holding a majority in the Senate, while Tusk's Civic Coalition did not achieve a majority in the lower house.
Therefore Tusk's government faces insurmountable obstacles in government.

Germany's Gen Z protests disrupted by violence on Saturday
Riots, looting and attacks on police broke out in several German cities after the planned Gen Z Halloween protests by tens of thousands of young people across the country demanding better schools, relief from rising living costs and greater social justice.
The demonstrations had been largely peaceful during the day.
But serious disturbances erupted in the evening in several places.

Clashes broke out in Cologne on Saturday, with about 200 people involved in disturbances near Cologne Cathedral.
Police officers were attacked on the square outside the famous cathedral, with bottles and bicycles hurled toward them.
One person was injured, police said.
Authorities detained five people.
In a nearby side street, a window was smashed by an electric scooter thrown during the unrest, police said.
Worst violence occurred in Frankfurt where police sealed off a major shopping street in city centre on Saturday night after rioters smashed shop windows, looted stores and attacked officers following a demonstration.
Police closed Die Zeil, one of Germany's busiest shopping streets, to incoming visitors and urged bystanders to leave the area.
"Anyone not involved who is still on the Zeil can leave. Access to the Zeil is no longer possible," Frankfurt police said in a post on X and in loudspeaker announcements.
German security forces reported violent incidents in several cites in the wake of the Gen Z demonstrations.
In Hamburg, protesters at the city's Steintor square pelted the police with fireworks, bricks and bottles . Police used "immediate force" to clear the area, including using a water cannon. Several police officers were injured during a similar incident in Frankfurt, according to a state interior minister.
Police also used a water cannon in Cologne, where the march was halted and turned into a stationary rally after some protesters covered their faces and used pyrotechnics.
In Berlin, the authorities noted a rally separate from the official event organized by the Gen Z movement. Police initially reported "isolated instances of throwing eggs and bottles" from a crowd of around 500 people. The authorities later also reported "illegal burning of pyrotechnics" and said the crowd has grown to around 3,000 participants.

Protestors Firebomb French Police In Halloween Riots
An estimated 320,000 people were involved in another weekend of violent Gen Z protests across France over Halloween weekend, with riot police using tear gas to disperse demonstrators and facing Molotov cocktails in response. In multiple large cities as what began as peaceful marches in protest at the high cost of living, unemployment and falling standards in education and other public services quickly turned violent as looters and far left thugs joined the protestors.
The country's national Gendarmerie police force, notorious for their heavy handed responses to disorder, condemned the "unacceptable violence" deployed against its officers and shared footage of an officer's leg catching fire after Molotov cocktails was hurled in their direction in Paris.
A statement issued by the force force said the officer was treated for "severe burns". An attempted murder investigation has been launched into the incident, after more than 500 arrests were made nationwide.
Violence erupted across France in cities from Lyon and Toulouse to Marseille, with rioters causing chaos and looting ransacking shops.
Images from Paris also show fireworks exploding after a protester fired them toward riot cops during the demonstration.
Last night's unrest came two weeks after riots and looting caught security forces off guard, leaving damaged shops, public buildings and businesses in cities across France.
Students angry at the dilapidated state of many schools, crowded classes and a university admissions system widely seen as unfair have been joined by trade unions and a re-emergent "Yellow Vest" movement demanding action on the cost of living.

BRAZIL ELECTION CHAOS: Bolsonaro’s Son Reportedly Flees To U.S. After Losing Presidential Election
Flávio Bolsonaro, the son of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, was forced to flee Brazil for the United States just two days after losing the country’s presidential election to far left wannabe dictator incumbent President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. In a scenarion suspeciously similar to the fate of Bolsonaro's father, who fled the country after losing a rigged election to communist Lula, Flavio defied a Supreme Court order to surrender his passports amid an ongoing corruption investigation.
The dramatic developments have plunged Brazil into a new political controversy following Sunday’s rigged election, in which incumbent President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva defeated Bolsonaro in a closely contested runoff. According to Reuters, Brazilian and American sources indicated that Bolsonaro had departed Brazil and was heading to the United States after failing to comply with a court order requiring him to surrender his travel documents.
The U.S. Sun also reported that an American official indicated Bolsonaro had boarded a flight bound for the United States, although his arrival and precise whereabouts remained unclear. Brazil’s Supreme Court ordered Bolsonaro on Monday to surrender his passports within 24 hours amid concerns that he might flee the country while facing an investigation involving suspected money laundering and tax evasion.
When the deadline passed without the passports being surrendered, Brazilian authorities moved to cancel their validity, while federal police began efforts to locate the former presidential candidate. The Washington Post and Financial Times also reported on the extraordinary developments, including the court order, the cancellation of his passport and mounting questions about his whereabouts. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is now being credited in multiple reports as having secured Bolsonaro's exit from Brazil.
Socialist President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is now at the center of accusations that he is persecuting his political opposition. As was reported Monday, Bolsonaro was ordered Monday to turn over his passports by Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes, the same judge who oversaw the prosecution of his father, former President Jair Bolsonaro.
The order arose from a money-laundering investigation involving alleged financial dealings with an attorney connected to online betting companies. Flávio Bolsonaro denies wrongdoing, and he has not been formally charged in that investigation. Nevertheless, the court imposed a travel ban on the losing presidential candidate just hours after Lula was declared the winner of Sunday's runoff.
Bolsonaro was served with the order after visiting his father. "This morning I went to visit my father; as you know, he is under house arrest," Bolsonaro explained in a video. "And when I was leaving, Lula's Federal Police were at his door, and in the middle of the street, I was ordered to hand over my passports. I am also prohibited from leaving the country." At the time, Bolsonaro insisted he had no intention of fleeing.
"I never thought about leaving the country," he declared. "I will hand over my passports and defend myself against this abomination, which is a clear attempt to intimidate me, but nobody will silence me." But according to Reuters' latest reporting, that deadline has now passed. Brazilian authorities have canceled his passports, while a senior Federal Police official said there was no record of Bolsonaro leaving through a regular immigration checkpoint.
