A man who murdered a nine-year-old girl by stabbing her in the heart while she played with a hula hoop in the street has been jailed for life with a minimum term of 25 years.
Lilia Valutyte was attacked by Deividas Skebas, 26, in the town centre of Boston, Lincolnshire, on July 28 2022, while she was playing outside her mother’s embroidery shop.
A trial heard there was no dispute that Skebas, who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia, killed Lilia, but a jury was asked to decide what his state of mind was at the time of the attack.
The Lithuanian defendant, who told police he was being controlled by Nasa, admitted manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility but was convicted of murder by a jury at Lincoln Crown Court on February 5.
Skebas, formerly of Thorold Street in Boston, appeared by video-link from high security facility Rampton Hospital in Nottinghamshire wearing a navy blue zip-up jumper and stared ahead without reacting as his sentence was read out by Mr Justice Choudhury on Wednesday.
In his sentencing remarks, the judge said Lilia was a “happy, lively girl as carefree as any nine-year-old should be”, adding that Skebas committed a “shocking and horrific act of violence” on her.
He added: “She should have been safe. She was playing in a pedestrianised area and just yards away from her mum.”
Mr Justice Choudhury said Skebas had been a user of drugs including cannabis and amphetamines which would “likely worsen” his schizophrenia.
Skebas had initially been deemed unfit to stand trial but it was later argued that, while his deteriorating mental health was genuine, he did indeed know what he was doing, had tried to avoid detection and intended to flee the country.
Opening the Crown’s case against Skebas last month, Christopher Donnellan KC told jurors: “This deliberate murder was clearly a wicked act. He knew his conduct was wrong. He knew he was killing a child.”
Mr Donnellan told the court on Wednesday: “This was a particularly vulnerable victim, a young girl aged nine. The offence took place with a degree of planning or premeditation.”

Why The Assassination Of Charlie Kirk Matters To Us All

One becomes accustomed to seeing graphic reports of violence in the USA, particularly in Democrat - run cities so because I generally skim past any headlines in my news fed from US Christian Conservative or 'woke' left news sites. Thus when news of the murder of Charlie Kirk started to come in it did not attract my attention. American news is loaded with stories of violent death, especially in the past week with the fatal stabbing of a Ukranian refugee in Charlotte, which was studiously ignored by mainstream media until the noise on alt_news and the blogosphere forced the propaganda industry to report on case almost three weeks after the event.
To be honest the name Charlie Kirk only stirred in me a vague feeling that the assassain's victim had been someone significant. I now know of course that Charlie, an internet influencer, had become a hugely significant figure in American politics, despite never having been elected to a Federal or State Senate or Congress. He was one of the most successful internet influencers on the right of the political spectrum, and widely respected even by many opponents, mainly for his civil style of debating and willingness to listen to all opposing opinions.
We can only hope that Kirk's death will serve as an alarm to those who so far have drifted along assuming that the people who govern us and the people who would like to govern us will some how blunder through whatever crises face the world while the lives of ordinary citizens go smoothly on, unaffected by war, sectarianism, terrorism, political extremism and the civil disorder that is fermenting just below the suface of society in the USA, UK, France, Germany and most of the liberal democracies.
Nick Freitas, a Christian commentator on Charlie Kirk's death, has ably discerned the profound difference between 'conservatives' and the left, between the 'progressives and the broad right consensus. It is much deeper than our common political differences and exchanges - it is a radical difference in world views.
The American website Counterpunch (www.counterpunch.org) has several articles, none of which are flattering but which expand on tht point. Here is an extract from one:
"If we are going to be truthful in this moment, the hate that Kirk put out came back on him. The killing of Charlie Kirk fits within this arena of speech that is racist and hate-filled, but is designed to pose as rational and logical political speech. In his rhetoric and so-called debate style this 31-year-old evangelical firebrand of the right has stated that Black pilots were incompetent, Gays should be stoned, ironically he was opposed to gun control, abortion, LGBTQ rights, criticized the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Martin Luther King Jr., promoted Christian nationalism, advanced COVID-19 misinformation, made false claims of electoral fraud in 2020, and is a proponent of the Great Replacement conspiracy theory."
There is no doubt his murder was wrong, but from the above and orther items read to inform myself, it is easy to see how he could have pissed off a lot of people. But nothing I have read either written by him or of him by non partisan authors suggests he was racist or hate filled while the words published in counterpunch certainly suggest that publication's contributors are filled with hatred of anybody who does not share their opinions. And society has been so deeply divided and pushed so far to the extremes that respectful dialogue between goups which hold different opinions no longer seems possible.
In April this year, Charlie Kirk said — correctly as it turns out — on social media: "Assassination culture is spreading on the left. Forty-eight percent of liberals say it would be at least somewhat justified to murder Elon Musk. Fifty-five percent said the same about Donald Trump. The left is being whipped into a violent frenzy. Any setback, whether losing an election or losing a court case, justifies a maximally violent response."

Why Is A Court Case In Netherlands That Could Expose The Covid Vaccine Scam Being Conducted In Near Secrecy?
A civil court case in the Netherlands initiated by seven plaintiffs is shrouded in secrecy. One of its prosecuting lawyers has been arrested and a key witness ‘died unexpectedly’ earlier this year. Professor Francis Boyle, 74, died ‘unexpectedly’ in January; the cause of his death has not been made public. He was professor of international law at the University of Illinois with an extensive history defending human rights. He said in an interview that covid vaccines were ‘frankenshots’, part of a plan to conduct ‘medical experimentation on humanity’.
Others have written or stated that far from being vaccines, the COVID shots are more akin to biological weapons.
Peter Stassen, who specialises in European competition law, and Arno van Kessel are the Dutch lawyers prosecuting the case, which took a dramatic turn after van Kessel was arrested in June by armed police. He was reportedly blindfolded before being taken to a high-security prison where he has since been held without charge, accused of belonging to a ‘criminal network’. This prevented him attending an important hearing on July 9 that discussed jurisdiction, the merits of the case and whether the plaintiffs’ witnesses should be allowed to give evidence.
At the hearing, Stassen used strong words to accuse the high-profile defendants of ‘biowarfare, genocide, mass murder, deceit, cover up, and assault.’ In defence, the opposing team of eight lawyers simply repeated the official ‘safe and effective’ narrative, a phrase which Stassen said has been discredited as evidenced by injury and excess mortality data.
Stassen requested that the court hear testimony from key witnesses including former Pfizer VP Dr. Mike Yeadon, financial expert Catherine Austin Fitts, and Alexandra Latypova, a pharmaceutical industry veteran. The request was strongly opposed by the eight lawyers representing the defendants, corporate businesses associated with the 'Big Pharma' cartel, who sought to dismiss the proposed experts as unqualified.
In the UK, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has received reports relating to covid vaccines of nearly 3,000 deaths and 500,000 injuries, 75 per cent of which it considers serious. The European Medicines Agency (EMA) EudraVigilance data on covid vaccines shows that by 2023 more than 30,000 deaths had been reported by health professionals and nearly 10,000 by non-healthcare professionals, while more than a million serious adverse events had been reported, nearly 700,000 of them by health professionals. Little of this has ever been reported by mainstream media.
The plaintiffs’ identities have been redacted and not much is known about them apart from the fact they were all fit and healthy before being vaccinated and that the original plaintiffs include four men and three women. It is known that one died in 2023 but the cause of death has not been revealed. Last month three more plaintiffs applied to join the group action, taking the total to nine.

The Southport teenager Axel Rudakubana as well as facing murder chsrges after stabbing three young girls at a Taylor Swift dance event in the town has now also been charged under the prevention of terrorism law with possession of a military study of an Al-Qaeda terror training manual, as well as producing ricin, a well-known poison. The Telegraph has more.
There is little doubt of Rudakubana's guilt on the murder charges, many eye witnesses identified him as being the person responsible for the attack at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in July. At the time it was alleged by locals that they young man from a Christian family had been attending a Mosque in the town that was known for giving a platform to extremist preachers but this information has been witheld from the public unil now, although official confirmation at this stage is in reality redundant. There was simply no point in cntinuing to deny and cover up what everbody knew to be the truth. Rudakubana is now accused of producing ricin – a biological toxin – and keeping a handbook made by the terrorist group.
The manual, a PDF titled ”Military studies in the jihad against the
tyrants: The Al-Qaeda training manual’ and the poison were found during a
search of his home, police said. At a press conference in Liverpool, Merseyside Police said the events
of July 29th have not been declared a terrorist incident because no
motive has been established. Since when, we wonder, did terrorists need a motive?
Merseyside Police Chief Constable Serena Kennedy said: “At this time Counter Terrorism Policing has not declared the events of July 29th a terrorist incident. I recognise that these new charges may lead to speculation. The matter for which Axel Rudakubana has been charged under the Terrorism Act doesn’t require motive to be established. For a matter to be declared a terrorist incident, motivation would need to be established.”
Mr. Rudakubana, who is 18 but was 17 at the time of the attack, is charged with the murders of Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Alice Dasilva Aguiar, nine.
He is also charged with the attempted murder of yoga class instructor Leanne Lucas, businessman John Hayes and eight children, who cannot be named for legal reasons, and with possession of a knife.
Born in Cardiff to Rwandan parents, Mr Rudakubana’s identity was revealed after a judge lifted a reporting restriction after an application made by the press.
The attack sparked widespread protests and disorder across the country which had been fuelled by speculation online about the attacker and his motives, including inaccurate claims that he was an asylum seeker.

“In the wake of the horrific murder of those three girls in Southport in July of this year I asked some questions saying: ‘Please tell us the truth, stop the online speculation.’ Well it’s taken a long time to find out more about the individual. Migrant Convicted Of Murder Can’t Be Deported Because Of Criminal - Friendly EU Rules
Migrant gang member William George, who was convicted along with gangsters of manslaughter after the murder of an 18-year-old in Manchester and now released but deemed likely to offend again cannot be deported because of European Union rules, it has emerged.
Abdul Hafidah was murdered in front of rush hour commuters in Manchester in May 2016. The teenager, was run over by a car and then stabbed multiple times by members of a rival gang, including Belgian national George.
At the original trial the court heard that though George played a crucial role in the killing by confronting Hafidah and allowing others to surround him, he was not directly responsible for Hafida's death. Thus his sentencing hearing was told the charge in his case could only be manslaughter, The other attackers, after hiting Hafida with a car, beat the teenager, hit him with a hammer at him and stabbed him, leading to his death from a knife wound to the neck.
Ten members of Manchester's notoious AO gang were convicted of the killing
George, a Belgian who moved to Britain with his parents at the age of eight, was jailed for 12 years for manslaughter for his part in the assault. In 2018 he was served with deportation papers, which said he had a “real risk” of reoffending.
Home Office officials have now lost a six-year legal battle to remove George from the UK, despite him being associated with the still active gang.
Under Brussels directives, which applied until Brexit, EU nationals who lived in Britain for an extended time could only be deported “on imperative grounds of public security”. A judgement published this week showed judges concluded that George, who committed his criminal offence before the UK left the EU, did not meet the strict criteria for removal and to deport him would violate his human rights.
Dismissing an appeal by the Home Office against an earlier
immigration court decision quashing his deportation, the snivelling leftie judges in the Court of Appeal, anxious to avoid anything that might trigger racial tensions conveniently forgot that nothing is bigger than the law and adopted the usual kid gloved approach to criminals of certain ethnicities resorted to legalistic jiggery - pokery
ruled that the threshold had not been reached. To any sane person of course, it is blatantly obvious that the threashold had not just been reached but had been tranpled underfoot and left for dead, and this proves once again, as if any more proof were needed, that Britain must leave the ECHR immmediately.
Lord Justice Nicholas Underhill said George enjoyed “the highest level of protection against removal” as a European Economic Area (EEA) national and that there had been no “express misdirection of law”.

The number of Afrcan Americans murdered in 2020 soared by 32 percent in the year after the killing and subsequent canonisation of St. George Floyd. One criminologist blamed BLM protests for the huge spike by scaring-off cops with their hate - mob tactics the law officers were scared to act against black criminals.
