UK Nationalist Tommy Robinson was today cleared of trumped up terror charges at Westminster magistrates’ court.
The trial was the result of Robinson being stopped in his car at the Channel Tunnel in Folkestone in July
2024 and accused of “frustration” of police counter-terrorism powers
after refusing to provide police officers with his mobile phone PIN.
District
Judge Sam Goozee pronounced Robinson not guilty of failing to comply with the
counter-terrorism powers during the incident on July 28 last year, saying “I cannot put out of my mind that it was actually what you stood for and your political beliefs that acted as the principal reason for this stop.”
He
also said PC Mitchell Thorogood’s decision to stop Robinson was based
on a “protected characteristic”, adding: “I cannot convict you.”
At the time, Kent Police said Tommy Robinson, real name Stephen Yaxley - Lennon, was detained by officers under Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
Under
this legislation, police are allowed to stop anyone passing through a UK
port “to determine whether they may be involved or concerned in the
commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism”.
A person who is detained under this law can be held for up to six hours, is legally
obliged to answer questions and must provide the password or PIN for
electronic devices, or be held to have committed a criminal offence if
they refuse.
Robinson was charged with one count of failing to
provide the Pin to his mobile phone under Schedule 7 of the Terrorism
Act 2000, police said.
In fact he judge was absolutely brutal in his takedown of the police. He said that the evidence was unreliable and lacked credibility and surmised that the principal reason why Robinson was arrested and prosecuted was not anything he said or did that could in any way be linked to terrorism.
The
judge said he acquitted for two reasons. number one um that he could
not separate the politics from what the police did. There was no
evidence that they arrested him or stopped him for any suspicion of
terrorism, but rather that 10 years ago he was with a political movement
called the EDL or the English Defense League. The judge pointedly reminded police that a person's political beliefs are a
protected characteristic. You can't target someone because of their
religion or because of their politics. If that moves into terrorist
activity, fine, says the judge, but there was no evidence whatsoever of
that happening.
It was actually quite a blistering takedown. The judge went through each of the police officer witnesses and basically said, "I don't believe them. They are not credible."
So we learn from this wek's mainstream news coverage that refusing to give a phone PIN code to a police officer is construed as an
act of terrorism, leading to a charge and appearance in court. Whereas , according the the UK justice system ,rampaging through a train stabbing innocent people at random is not to be an act of terrorism.
As the law stands, not disclosing a PIN number is not an act of terrorism, however it is an
offence under the terrorism legislation if an individual who is a
terrorist suspect refuses to disclose a PIN. The police must have
reasonable grounds to suspect the individual is a terrorist or involved
with another or others who are.
The police cannot lawfully demand a
PIN number from just anybody. That is why the prosecution’s case
failed, and the judge said there were no grounds to suspect Tommy
Robinson was a terror suspect. Using the terrorise act was a gross abuse
of the law and police misconduct.

In a dramatic turnaround which surprised nobody a UK Court of Appeal ruled today that the Bell Hotel in Epping, scene of mass protests by local residents objecting to the hotel being used to accomodate illegal immigrants 'asylum seekers' must
remain open exclusively for migrants. This ruling, made in spite of the apparent violation of planning law
is a victory for the Government and a setvack for anti - immigration campaigners. It also shows once more that our theoretically impartial judiciary have been turned into a highly motivated political task force dedicated to usurping the power of parliament and undermining democracy

Justice Cobb, announced the injunction againt use of the hotel as a migrant hostel imposed by a lower court read a 120-paragraph summary of their decision at the
Royal Courts of Justice in London. The judgement caused an imediate backlash in social media and is likely only to provoke more civil unrest across the UK as public comtempt for a political establishment that values the rights of illegal immigrants above law abiding British citizens.
Protests all over the nation against the planting of illiterate, uneducated, culturally incompatible outsiders in small communities have drawn attention to the way successive governments obsessions with importing professional benefit claimants has led to crime waves (and particukarly increases in sex crime,) in formerly quiet and orderly communities.
Residents of Epping promised on Friday night to continue their protests,
while the Conservative Party urged councils not to give up on legal challenges
against asylum hotels, despite this lawfare victory for the government.
The Reform UK leader said: “The Government has used the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) against the people of Epping. Illegal migrants have more rights than the British people under Starmer.”
Meanwhile Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch wrote on X: “This ruling is a setback but it is not the
end. I say to Conservative councils seeking similar injunctions against
asylum hotels – keep going!”
She added: “Every case has different
circumstances, and I know good Conservative councils will keep fighting
for residents, so we will keep working with them every step of the way.”
The
Home Office had appealed against the injunction – which would have seen
asylum seekers ejected by Sept 12 – claiming that Yvette Cooper had a
duty as Home Secretary to prevent asylum seekers from being made
destitute under the ECHR.
They claimed this responsibility trumped the council’s powers to close the hotel.
The outcome of this case is yet another fake political judgement, a fact made obvious by the judges literally copying statements from government press releases into the decision,
despite their not making any sense. “XY might happen in future” (“may
incentvize”) means “I, the speaker, have no idea if it will or won’t
happen”. That something either will or won’t happen in future cannot
serve as justification for any kind of decision because it’s a
tautology, a statement which is always true.
This particular piece of lawyers' and politicins' verbal trickery is difficult to explain but an analogy usually works: for example: It’s going to rain tomorrow, therefore I should remember carrying an umbrella with me is a conclusion drawn from a premise. But Tomorrow, it might or might not rain, therefore, I should remember to carry an umbrella with me isn’t. The supposed premise is redundant and the supposed conclusion is really a general policy statement: I should always carry an umbrella as the weather can be unpredictable.
Another example is: I always wear odd socks to prevent trees falling on me, no trees have ever fallen on me so this proves my precaution works. Though this is clearly absurd, the only way to prove it untrue is to find somebody on whom a tree has fallen when they were wearing odd socks. Good luck with that one.
Thus X will encourage people to do Z
is a speculation about the motivations of people who may or may not do Z, the accuracy of which cannot be proven, especially when it isn’t even known if
anyone will ever do Z. So it cannot be known if closing the Epping Hotel named in this case will or will not encourage people to protset eldsewhere. However when a 40 year old immigrant male who has no right to be in Britain asks a 14 year old schoolgirl to go with him to his hotel room and 'make babies', that is clearly secual harrassment of a minor. If the man had been white and non Muslim he would have been treated as a sex offender.
Lord Justice Bean said of the Epping injunction appeal case that he
judge’s approach ignores the obvious consequence that the closure of
one site means capacity needs to be identified elsewhere in the system. He added that such an injunction “may incentivise” other councils to take similar steps as Epping Forest District Council and that he potential cumulative impact of such ad-hoc applications
was a material consideration… that was not considered by the judge.
The original issue with this argument also still holds: If it was
found that the government broke the law in situation X, other people
realizing that they have the option of stopping the government from
breaking the law is how the system is supposed to work. Either the appeal court judges are ignorant of the law, or political pressure has been applied ti sway their decision.
Does anybody believe that former crown prosecution
attorney Sir Keir Starmer isn’t exploiting old connections he still has to like-minded inviduals still occupying
posts in the judical system. This of course iss a speculation of mine. I have no
proof for this.
The
case will now return to the High Court in mid-October for a full
judicial review of Epping Forest district council’s claim that the use
of the hotel to house asylum seekers breaches planning law. So there is still hope the courts will put the rights of British people ahead of the rights of illegal immigrants.

Recent events in Britain have echoed a trend we are seeing in the USA, European Union and around the world, that of judges and the court system blocking the implementation of laws and decisions made by our elected representatives in government.
It is very importabt that We The People are aware of this “CREEPING KRITOCRACY” i.e. “RULE BY
JUDGES”, also called also called “Legislating From The Bench”, and “Judicial Overreach” which is now in full swing around the world, and oppose it by any means we can. Just look at Brazil, under the Maxist regime of far left president Lula da Silva if you need an example. Since gaining power in a blatantly rigged election Lula has imprisoned the leader of the main opposition party and, having packed the judiciary with far left allies, is now weaponising the law against anybody who opposes him.
Civilised behaviour and mutual respect is the bedrock of any society, and law is its formal expression. If laws are not drafted and framed with
the consent of society, however, civilised behaviour begins to vanish.
This what we see happening in todays two - tier justice systems, laws have been made which do not have our
consent as they often favour minorities over the majority of the population, for exmple the 'transgender rights' laws which trample on the basic rights of biologicasl women. Worse, they are being applied by over-reaching judges, who dominate those we have
elected to represent us. This can only be changed by a radical reversal
in the attitudes of our elected politicians, the election of new
ones, or by civil disorder. Politicians must be prepared to change the laws and if necessary, the judges who presume precedence over the elected assemblies of democratic nations. The
alternative- what we see now - is increasing levels of lawlessness, even
among those who are instinctively law-abiding.
Today's judicary are fast becoming a real threat to peace and stability in the UK. They
give the impression of being far too politically orientated, with some
horrendous decisions that are blatently unfair, including thode which blatantly attack our right tp free speech by criminaliings so - called 'hate speech'. Of course the
differences in the verdicts and sentances in the cases of Lucy Connolly
and Ricky Jones are the obvious two for comparison and the failure of government and the legal system at all levels to deal adequately with the scandal of gangs of Pakistani migrant that groomed, abused and raped under age and vulnerble non Muslim girls is a good illustration of why the public are disgusted with those who rule us.
Two thousand years ago the Roman statesman Marcus Tullius Cicero wrote that in a civilised society there can only be one law, which must apply equally to all, ( which includes even judges, left wing activists and illegal immigrants.) Our government and judges embracing of two teir justice suggests they have forgotten, or maybe never bothered to learn that.
Sad
to say that in the UK, in 2025, no one is guaranteed a fair trial, such concepts depend on the judge and the lawyers being fair and unbiased and that
appears to no longer be sacrosanct. What has happened to British
justice?
Not long ago the case was that criminals despised the
judiciary, the legal system and the police and decent law-abiding people admired it and placed their
trust in it. How the tables have turned in the past feew years, decent law-abiding UK citizens
have lost faith in a judicial system that treats them with utter
contempt, imprisoning respectable people for expressing dissent via social media posts while grovelling at the feet of organised crime networks, illegal
immigrants, political activist groups that flout laws, human rights grifters and the bone idle non-contributors who scour every possible
avenue to further their careers as professional benefit claimants.
Conservtive MP Robert Jenrick is correct, there must
be a mechanism put in place to remove those whose personal opinion takes
precedence over law, and it cannot come soon enough. The UK public have
had quite enough of those who despise their own country without them
being allowed to continue their assault from the benches.
Hot on the heels of their voting for new laws permitting euthanasia and decrimnalising late term abortions at any point pre birth, (effectivly legislating the return of back street abortions,) the Labour government revealed plans to reform the UK’s criminal justice system, which include the scrapping of the right to trial by jury for many offences and reduced
sentences for those who plead guilty. All are part of a larger agenda that would empower tyrannical authoritarianism hidden behind the mask of human rights.
Former senior judge and current Investigatory Powers Commissioner
Brian Leveson was in the news this week for defending the commission's recommendation of, among other things, “jury-free” trials, in order to
“prevent the collapse of the criminal justice system”.
Note the language. “Jury-free“, not “jury-less“, as if juries are a food additive we should avoid, rather than a right guaranteed in British law for over 800 years.
This is not new. “Replacing”, “updating” or otherwise “reforming” Jury trials has been on the globalist agenda for years now.
However the right to jury trial is held in high regard by the public:
confidence is retained because ordinary people can be seen to
participate equally and to be the guardians. In one sense, it is one of
the very few opportunities in which democracy comes to life. Above all,
it generates respect for the rule of law – so grossly ignored at
present on the global stage. The jury provides, in clearest terms, a
conscience. This is particukarly important in cases like the UK-wide 'grooming gang scandal' in which the politicisation of policing and justice have led to political considerstions taking precedence over the protection of the vulnerable from criminals.
There may be quicker ways of
dispensing justice (famously parodied by Lewis Carroll in the trial of
the Knave of Hearts); even faster and cheaper via AI; also, cheaper ways
by inducing quick pleas in exchange for a reduction in sentence. But
these do not engender confidence or reliability. An alternative is to
restrict the number of cases eligible for trial by jury. Then it can be
said it’s not an attack on juries but just a response to exigency.
Over time, however, it gets dangerously close to the former.
All of this is completely Illegal under common Law THE ONLY LAW
In fact Legislation in contradiction of Common Law is logically Illegal,
as its BREAKING the existing Law and any Legislation which is in line
with common Law, is completely redundant, why do you need a piece of
legislation when the common Law crime already exists to prosecute them ?
Well the answer is simple lets take for example some company
poisoning a river, politicians would have you believe the act of
poisoning isn’t a crime under common Law (it most certainly is) and that
we need them to come to our rescue, the second thing they achieve is
lessening the sentence for their mates who own these poisoning
companies, instead of a 15 year jail sentence, the new sentence is a
small percentage of their profits and a hearty slap on the wrist.
There is not a single wrong doing which cant be dealt with the
correct application of Common Law, for those still on the left right
hamster wheel (which is not many here thankfully) For the left companies
damaging Public property and poisoning rivers, those are crimes under
common Law and for those on the right Mass immigration would be
considered theft of public land and trespass. You don’t need legislation
its nothing more than the public declaration of the criminality of
politicians.
When London Metropolitan Police Officer Martyn Blake fired a single shot through the windscreen of gangster Chris Kaba’s Audi Q8 killing him as he tried to escape after being stopped by police in the South London suburn of Streatham on September 5th 2022 it was inevitable, due to Kaba's colour and ethnic background that the incident would become a big story.
Though the Audi driver's identity was not known at the time, the vehicle had been linked to two previous firearms incidents including a shooting outside a primary school the night before so it was perfectly reasonable for Blake and other officers dealing with the incident to assume the there was a high risk of violence.
Despite this Officer Blake, 40, who had an unblemished record with the Metropolitan Police, was charged with murder with prosecutors claiming
his actions had not been “reasonably justified”. That decision to charge him followed a lengthy investigation by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) and consideration by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
However following a three week trial at the Old Bailey, duing which Mr. Blake told the court he genuinely feared for the lives of his colleagues, when Kaba attempted to ram his way through a roadblock in a residential street and also tht he had not intended to kill Kaba but had simply wanted to stop the car driving at his colleagues. The jury took three hours to find him not guilty of murder. No doubt jury members were more aware of how ludicrous Britain's two tier justice system's laws covering polivce use of firearms against dangerous criminals are. We all know about the role of guns in policing as used in the USA. However there is not one of the major European nations where an officer would be prosecuted for shooting dead a suspect who was trying to escape from arresting officers or otherwise resisting arrest.
The verdict was naturally greeted with relief by Mr. Blake’s colleagues, friends and family, but will lead to inevitable questions about why he
was ever charged in the first place. Despite being cleared of the criminal charge, Mr. Blake could still have to face a gross misconduct hearing which could result in him being sacked. As a fully trained firearms officer, Bloke is being punished for doing his job.
Following the verdict members of the black community and leftists of all races tried to equate the case to the killing of George Floyd in 2020, disorderly with street protests by Black Lives Matter supporters and claims by Kaba's family that the killing was racially motivated and that the known criminal had led a blameless life.
A few days after the verdict was announced the trial judge finally lifted reporting restrictions he had imposed in order to prevent race baiters causing such an outcry with their demands for summary justice and assertions that members of minorities cannot be held accountable to the same laws as white people that a fair trial would have been impossible. Only then was it revealed that Chris Kaba was one of London’s most feared gangsters and the police officer who shot him had a £10,000 bounty put on his head.
Martyn Blake now is having to live in hiding, fearing for his life and his the lives of his family after a Kana's criminal associates let it be known they are prepared to offer £10,000 for information on his whereabouts in order to kill him in revenge for the death of Kaba.
Only now can it be disclosed that the 24 year-old who used a powerful car as a weapon was high on cocaine that night and still had gun residue on his sleeve and a balaclava in his car, providing “strong evidence” that je had carried out a gangland shooting in Brixton the night before, Mr. Blake’s lawyer Patrick Gibbs, KC, said.
It was also revealed he was a leading member of the 67 gang, which police consider the most dangerous gang in South London. Just six days before his death Kaba brazenly gunned down a rival in the middle of a crowded nightclub during a bloody feud for control of a profitable county lines drug network. In the shocking attack captured on CCTV, the gangster started blasting at Brandon Malutshi chasing him outside the Oval Space Club in Hackney, with one of the bullets hitting him in the leg.
So, the police officer who was named back in March had his life put in danger and has been into hiding – but the judge banned reporting on Kaba’s history, preventing the public having the full picture and allowing the family and community to portray the notorious gangster as an expectant father and aspiring architect with “so much potential” who had been trying to turn his life around.
This is obviously no way to keep the public safe or respect the personal risks that law enforcement officers take to protect us. But it shows us once again that there is now a two tier justice system in operation. Leftists have infiltrated all levels of public life and are determined to advance their 'woke' agenda whenever an opportunity is presented, to the cost of the law abiding majority.

The most undemocratic democratically elected body in the world, The European Union Parliament this week passed a resolution demanding that member-states ban ‘neo-fascist’ parties and groups and co-operate with ‘anti-racism’ NGOs [...] The motion, which was introduced at the request of Italian MEP Eleonora Forenza, was passed by a vote of 355 MEPs. Many MEPs were not present in the 751-seat chamber for the vote.
Migrant gang member William George, who was convicted along with gangsters of manslaughter after the murder of an 18-year-old in Manchester and now released but deemed likely to offend again cannot be deported because of European Union rules, it has emerged.

At the original trial the court heard that though George played a crucial role in the killing by
confronting Hafidah and allowing others to surround him, he was not directly responsible for Hafida's death. Thus his sentencing hearing was told the charge in his case could only be manslaughter, The other attackers, after hiting Hafida with a car, beat
the teenager, hit him with a hammer at him and stabbed him, leading
to his death from a knife wound to the neck.
Ten members of Manchester's notoious AO gang were convicted of the killing
George,
a Belgian who moved to Britain with his parents at the age of eight,
was jailed for 12 years for manslaughter for his part in the assault. In
2018 he was served with deportation papers, which said he had a “real
risk” of reoffending.
Home Office
officials have now lost a six-year legal battle to remove George from
the UK, despite him being associated with the still active gang.
Under Brussels directives, which applied until Brexit, EU nationals who lived in Britain for an extended time could only be deported “on imperative grounds of public security”. A judgement published this week showed judges concluded that George, who
committed his criminal offence before the UK left the EU, did not meet
the strict criteria for removal and to deport him would violate his human rights.

against removal” as a European Economic Area (EEA) national and that
there had been no “express misdirection of law”.

Does anybody believe that former crown prosecution attorney Sir Keir Starmer isn’t exploiting old connections he still has to like-minded inviduals still occupying posts in the judical system. This of course iss a speculation of mine. I have no proof for this.
The case will now return to the High Court in mid-October for a full judicial review of Epping Forest district council’s claim that the use of the hotel to house asylum seekers breaches planning law. So there is still hope the courts will put the rights of British people ahead of the rights of illegal immigrants.
