An organisation named The Black Insurrectionist did the legwork and obtained what appears to be a duly signed affidavit from an ABC employee attesting under oath to the network’s staggering corruption to ensure that Kamala Harris won her single debate against Donald Trump. Secret negotiations, bias, squashed issues, sample questions...it’s all there. Of course, we have only this unknown employee’s sworn assertion that these things happened but, if they did, it would destroy the Harris campaign overnight.

It is common knowledge that Debate Moderators as well as Chief Executive Officers of my employer are well known not to support Donald Trump, this led to several employees speaking up in regards to how fair the debate was going to be. We were given assurances that the debate would be fair and neither the Harris campaign nor the Trump campaign would [redacted] unfair advantage.

In fact, nothing was fair.

ABC allegedly agreed to Kamala’s demands for accommodations so that she would not appear at a visual disadvantage compared to Trump (accommodations that our geo-political opponents such as Xi Jinping or Kim Jong-un won’t be making):

The Harris campaign received particular accommodations, including, but not limited to, the providing of a podium significantly smaller than that used by Donald Trump, and assurances regarding split-screen television views that would favorably impact Kamala Harris’s appearance relative to Donald Trump.

The affidavit closes by saying, among other things, that the affiant “sent a certified letter to Speaker Mike Johnson, dated September 9th, 2024, to establish a record that the correspondence was sent before the debate commenced.” And—what should worry ABC and Kamala’s campaign—the affiant claims to:

have secretly recorded several conversations that will prove that the Harris Campaign insisted upon not only the Fact Checking of Donald Trump, but also insisted on what questions were not to be asked under any circumstances or else the Harris campaign would decline to participate in the debate.”

Under the guise of removing Biden from the presidential race, a coup d'etat took place in the United States. On Thursday, July 18 at 01:14 New York time, US President Joe Biden died of coronavirus. Biden's body is still in the freezer at the White House. The medical personnel who were involved in the treatment and resuscitation of Biden were held for some time at the residence in Washington, but after the go-ahead from Vice President Kamala Harris, they were conditionally released under a non-disclosure agreement and are now at their place of permanent residence under a ban on leaving the District of Columbia. Biden's death turns out to be a state secret. Part of the late president’s family found themselves hostage to the situation and their fate is being decided by the current leadership of the country. Biden's wife Jill and his children are under the control of Secret Service people who are now subject to the orders and instructions of Harris. Certain compromises have been reached with the president’s children; they are ready to support the myth of Biden allegedly alive until the autumn US presidential elections, but at the same time they put forward a number of conditions that were accepted. Ashley Biden will become Secretary of Health and Human Services in the future Cabinet, and Hunter Biden will move to the US National Security Council.

The appearance of the president's double after Biden's death completed the coup d'etat and put an end to the implementation of these intentions. Kamala Harris communicates through several channels at once with the leadership of several countries privy to the situation, issuing guarantees of continuity of course and various promises. In particular, the start of deliveries of F-16s is the result of an agreement with Kamala Harris to contain America’s Russian expansion in the region. Zelensky, through the State Department, received the go-ahead from Harris for active peacekeeping activities, which he, in fact, immediately took up. The compromise and agreements rallied around Harris by the late Biden’s inner circle are shaky and fragile. Negotiations are currently ongoing on the final configuration of power in the United States on the eve of the elections. There will be decisions and big changes soon. The country is really led by Kamala Harris. US President Joe Biden is dead, his place is taken by an impostor double! There's emerging evidence of tank fire and small arms fire at the border, after the IDF confirmed that ground forces are entering the next phase of their operations.

According to reports in The Times Of Israel  "Palestinians claim Israeli tanks exchanging fire with gunmen inside Gaza." This is confirmed by Al Jazeera and by many online news sites and blogers. Amateur video, mostly taken on cellphones shows what one blogger describes as, "Anti-tank missiles have been fired at Israeli forces that entered Gaza."

Hamas has responded by issuing a "call to arms" for Gaza and the West Bank (the Israeli occupied area of Palestine). There have since been reports of large overnight protests by Palestinians in the territories. The fate of the over 220 Israeli and foreign hostages is in doubt, while reports from Washington and NATO headquarters suggest Israel's allies led by the USA are still working to keep the negotiating process going as the situation threatens to spiral out of control and trigger a full scale regional war.

In latest news from Tel Aviv we are learning that the Israeli Defence Force (IDF) say their offensive to remove Hamas from Gaza territory has entered the next phase of its operations. We assume this means a full ground assault with air support is under way, as citizens reports on social media show heavy aerial bombardment continuing. But Israeli officials are still claiming this  just another "expanded" raid. The Biden White House is now making a show of wanting a more 'humanitarian' approach and has asked Israel to ensure only "surgical" strikes, and to allow the Strip access to aid. However it is a sign of how Americas global influence had been diminished in recent decades when its former client state Israel ignores the demented, geriatric American president.

American Financial Meltdown? Troubled California Bank PacWest Craters 60% On Report It Is Seeking Buyers - Crisis Affects Other Banks

This morning  U.S. Federal Reserve chairman Jerome Powell openly lied to financial reporters during a  press conference stating without a hint of irony that the US banking system is "sound and resilient."

Ironically even as Powell was speaking the news broke that  another  bank collapse was on its say.

Shortly after the conference closed, Bloomberg reported that California-based bank, PacWest Bancorp., was weighing a range of strategic options, including a sale.

The Beverly Hills-based bank - whose financial conditions it appears has been far worse than the Fed, which had just hiked interest rates another 25bps (a quarter of one per cent,) calculated for - has been working with consultants and also been considering selling a huge slice of its business to raise capital according to Bloomberg. While it is open to an outright if the right offer (i.e. any offer,) comes along, , the company hasn’t yet started a formal auction process.

According to the report,  and similar to other recent bank collapses SVB and FRC, "a potential buyer would also have to potentially book a big loss marking down some of its loans, a spokesperson said."

Shortly after the close, Bloomberg reported that another regional, California-based bank (of course), PacWest Bancorp., was weighing a range of strategic options, including a sale.

According to the report,  and in a similar way to ,other recent bank collapses SVB and FRC, "a potential buyer would also have to potentially book a big loss marking down some of its loans, a spokesperson said."

Following publication of the Bloomberg report, PacWest - which had $28 billion in deposits at last check (far less as of this moment) and $44 billion in assets, saw its stock plunge more than 60% in the space of a few hours.

Earlier we reported that First Horizon tumbled as much as 40% after saying it and Toronto-Dominion Bank mutually agreed to terminate their merger agreement amid uncertainty around regulatory approvals.

Meanwhile, with the Fed still burying its head in the sand as an epic bank crisis hurtles towards the USA, Powell may be  hopeing that a avalanche of bank failures will make the Fed's job of sparking a recession, credit crisis and deflationary bust easier.

Credit Suisse On The Brink, Which Bank Will Go Next?

For the past few days we have been focused on the banking crisis in America, with Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank and First Republic Bank went into administration as rising interest rates, falling bond yields and defaulting borrowers combined to make them insolvent. It was always clear this crisis was not going to be limited to America but may be a surprise to people not involved in finance or investing is Swiss retail bank Credit Suisse. Swiss bankers are traditionally known for their cautious approach to lending mess so how did one of their leading banks, and one designated in previous crisies as too big to fail get into the impending mess.

The exposure of Credit Suisse to far too much dodgy debt has been known for a long time, in fact shareholders in the bank have been asked to bail it out several times. This time however, the distressed bank’s biggest shareholder, Saudi National Bank (SNB), which is 37% owned by the kingdom's sovereign wealth fund, has publicly ruled out further investment for the bank.

Shares of Swiss banking giant fell by more than 20 percent and the cost of insuring its bonds against default soared on Wednesday when SNB, its biggest shareholder said it would “absolutely not” provide additional support.

The decline brought shares to an all-time low. Concerns about the bank’s health and stability have been weighing on the stock for three months.

The most recent sell-off appeared to be triggered by remarks from the chairman of Saudi National Bank, the biggest shareholder of Credit Suisse, when asked if the Saudi bank was open to further capital injections.

“The answer is absolutely not, for many reasons outside the simplest reason, which is regulatory and statutory,” Chairman Ammar Al Khudairy said in an interview with Bloomberg TV.

SNB's announcement that it is not prepared to flush any more money down the toilet that is Credit Suisse is just about the worst news stockborkers and bond traders could have been given with markets already in a blind panic following several bank runs and resultant bank shutdowns.

A couple of paragraphs quoted by Zero Hedge in their writeup of the situation explain how this has led to “the cost of insuring the bank's bonds against default in the near term to distressed levels.” 

"One-year credit default swaps for the embattled Swiss lender were indicated at 835.9 basis points on Tuesday's close of business, based on pricing source CMAQ. Other pricing sources point to a further rise on Wednesday, while a level of 1,000 would indicate serious concern," Bloomberg said. 

Credit Suisse’s CEO was on the stump defending the bank and its capital ratios today, but that doesn’t mean much in an investing environment where any hint of negative performance can immediately trigger a collapse of share prices and market capitalisation.Take these examples of recent attempts to reassure investors:

“I would ask everyone to stay calm and to support us just like we supported you during the challenging times,” Silicon Valley Bank’s CEO said just days before the bank was taken over by the FDIC.

“Signature Bank, a New York-based, full-service commercial bank, announced today updated financial figures as of March 8, 2023 and reiterated its strong, well-diversified financial position and limited digital-asset related deposit balances in the wake of industry developments,” Signature Bank wrote in a PR just 3 days before it was also taken over by regulators.

And now, today: "We have strong capital ratios, a strong balance sheet," said Credit Suisse Chairman Axel Lehmann, dismissing rumours that the bank was trying to negotiate terms of a bail - out with the Swiss government.

Earlier this month, while speaking at the Financial Sector Conference in Saudi Arabia, Lehmann said government assistance "isn't a topic" for the lender as the Swiss bank sought to shore up confidence among shareholders and clients.

This may come as a surprise to some, but the Chairman may have 'misplaced' the truth.

The Financial Times reports that, according to three people with knowledge of the talks, Credit Suisse has appealed to the Swiss National Bank for a public show of support.

Credit Suisse also asked for a similar response from Finma, the Swiss regulator.

“It is looking inevitable that the Swiss National Bank will have to intervene and provide a lifeline,” said Octavio Marenzi, analyst at Opimas.

“The [Swiss National Bank] and the Swiss government are fully aware that the failure of Credit Suisse or even any losses by deposit holders would destroy Switzerland’s reputation as a financial centre.”

This latest news comes on top of a report that the ECB has asked EU lenders to disclose their exposures to the Swiss lender, a person familiar with the matter told the Financial Times.

Finally, Bloomberg reports that the US Treasury says it's monitoring the Credit Suisse situation, and is in touch with global counterparts.

Officials at the Treasury Department are working closely with European regulators, said one of the people, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

As we wait for the next bank to collapse I can only quote the words of a wise and articulate man I once worked with, when he was told 'government experts' were being brought in to supervise the multi - million £ project we were working on as it was of national importance."

He said: "We're fucked, I'm fucked, you're fucked, we're all fucked. We're fucking fucked."

U S Regional Bank First Republic Crashes As America's Banking 'Crisis In Confidence' Becomes Contagious

Shares in America's First Republic Bank's crashed when the New York stock market opened for trading this morning. The crash was triggered by a statement issued on Sunday night that sought to ease investor worries about the bank's liquidity situation in the wake of the failure of Silicon Valley Bank. Shares in the San Francisco based regional bank are down 60% on last week's close.

Customers queue outside a First Republic branch hoping to get at least some of their money out.

In the Sunday night statement the bank claimed that it had more than $70 billion in unused liquidity to fund operations from agreements that included the Federal Reserve and JPMorgan Chase & Co.

"The additional borrowing capacity from the Federal Reserve, continued access to funding through the Federal Home Loan Bank, and ability to access additional financing through JPMorgan Chase & Co.increases, diversifies, and further strengthens First Republic's existing liquidity profile," the bank said, adding that more liquidity is available through the Fed's new lending facility. 

Unfortunately this information, coming only days after Silicon Valley Bank had issued similar assurances shortly before being declared insolvent, failed to assure investors and depositors.

Bloomberg's Ven Ram opined, "The plunge in its shares is classic market psychology at work, with investors starting to question the credentials of any lender that may be remotely in the same category of Silicon Valley Bank," . 

Zero Hedgepointed out over the weekend, "as a result of the SVB failure - one look at what is already taking place at some smaller, vulnerable banks such as this First Republic Branch in Brentwood should be sufficient to see what comes to morrow if the Fed makes the wrong decision today."

Despite the emergency lending program announced by the Fed and Treasury on Sunday to increase the availability of funds to meet bank withdrawals and prevent runs on other banks, fears have not been alleviated as other regional banks, which are sitting on some $620 billion in unrealized losses on all securities (both Available for Sale and Held to Maturity) at the end of last year, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp," continue to experience significant pressure."

How was this allowed to happen? I worked in a British financial institution and do not claim great expertise in the American way of doing things but one flaw in U.S. corporate law allows companies to skew their balance sheet with outmoded accounting methods which maintain asset values at the original level rather than using the more modern, (and better suited to current financial volatility,) mark to market, in which market values current at the closing of an accounting period are used. Thus a company may claim $100 billion in assets against only $75 billion in liabilities, but when assets are calculated to market values only have assets with actual worth of $70 billion thus being insolvent.
