Centre Right Flemish MEP Gerolf Annemans Warns European Conservatives Need To Prepare For Mass Censorship

 

 

 

In the latest blow to the European Commission's globalist ambitions, Andrej Babiš’s ANO party has won the Czech parliamentary election held on Oct. 3–4, securing 34.5 percent of the vote and 80 of the 200 seats in the Chamber of Deputies.

Although there was a strong margin of victory the result it leaves Babiš short of the 101 seats required for a majority and looking at forming a government in coalition with smaller, more radical parties of the right.

The SPOLU coalition, led by outgoing Prime Minister Petr Fiala, suffered heavy losses, taking just 23.4 percent and 52 seats. The centrist Mayors and Independents (STAN) followed with 11.2 percent and 22 seats, while the Czech Pirate Party rebounded strongly with 9 percent and 18 seats. Tomio Okamura’s nationalist Freedom and Direct Democracy (SPD) secured 7.8 percent and 15 seats, and the anti-establishment Motorists party secured 6.8 percent and 13 seats.

Though Czechia (formerly the Czech Republic,) is not one of the major economies in the EU this victory for Euroscepics and Nationalists continues a trend among EU member states to vote in more conservative or nationalist governments that will oppose moves by the controlling EU Commission in Brussels towards federalisation and further economic integration. With the two biggest EU members, France and Germany both in the throes of economic and political crisis, Eurosceptic governments in power in Italy, Netherlands, Sweden and Austria while Poland is struggling with a constitutional crisis it is likely the unelected Bureaucrats of the EU Commission will lash out and try to use authoritarian measures to reverse this trend.

In an interview with RMXnews Belgian lawmaker Gerolf Annemans, the Vlaams Belang MEP and president of the European Identity and Democracy group, warned that greater censorship of conservative voices and publications is just around the corner, and  advised centre right and right-wing groups on how to ensure their message continues to reach the public.

He says opponnts of EU federalisation, globalism, authoritarianism and cultural Marxism across Europe should begin contingency planning for the inevitable near future event when right-wing platforms are targeted for complete censorship by an increasingly authoritarian establishment Annermans told Remix News at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Hungary last week

“Globally, we expect that we have to seek alternatives. That’s why we now organize visiting homes on a very large scale. We are shifting toward means that give us the opportunity to reach the electorate even if we are cut off on social media,” said Vlaams Belang MEP Gerolf Annemans.

“We have new means to talk to the people. People want to hear us. So, the people are open to hear and to listen to us and we adapt to the situation. We expect social media to be shut down for normal political communication,” the MEP warned.

Vlaams Belang is a Flemish nationalist party that proposes independence for the region of Flanders from the rest of Belgium. It has had considerable success in recent years, particularly on Facebook where it has amassed 620,000 followers, helping the party push its core messages and propel itself to the top of the polls in the region. Furthermore, the party is the most popular party with young people, and a key element of that popularity is the party’s efforts on TikTok and Facebook, including substantial monetary investments into the platforms.

“We invest where we can and we use the means that we have, but of course that cannot rely [on social media] for more than a few years because we see what the European Union is doing with the Digital Services Act,” he said.

The Digital Services Act is the European Union’s attempt to regulate social media, placing requirements on digital platforms to monitor content and remove that deemed to be 'hate speech' or fail the requirement of being “socially desirable.” The vague definitions of “harmful content” and “disinformation” could result in tech platforms acting in an overzealous manner in order to avoid financial penalties imposed by the European Commission for failing to comply with the regulation.

The act is widely seen not as a means of providing safety to naive or unskilled unternet users but an attack on the right to free speech. Control of the right to free expression has long been an ambition of the EU Commissioners. 

However it is easy for website owners to find a hosting service based outside EU jurisdiction and for users to access those sites via a VPN (virtual private network) to evade blocks on accessing certtain sites. The inadequacy of the Digital Servives Act was exposed a few weeks ago when service providers were forced to introduce age verification challenges for access to sites offering pornography. There was no reduction in traffic with porn sites but an upsurge in users taking advantage of VPNs or block chain systens such as TOR.

Why The Assassination Of Charlie Kirk Matters To Us All

One becomes accustomed to seeing graphic reports of violence in the USA, particularly in Democrat - run cities so because I generally skim past any headlines in my news fed from US Christian Conservative or 'woke' left news sites. Thus when news of the murder of Charlie Kirk started to come in it did not attract my attention. American news is loaded with stories of violent death, especially in the past week with the fatal stabbing of a Ukranian refugee in Charlotte, which was studiously ignored by mainstream media until the noise on alt_news and the blogosphere forced the propaganda industry to report on case almost three weeks after the event.

To be honest the name Charlie Kirk only stirred in me a vague feeling that the assassain's victim had been someone significant. I now know of course that Charlie, an internet influencer, had become a hugely significant figure in American politics, despite never having been elected to a Federal or State Senate or Congress. He was one of the most successful internet influencers on the right of the political spectrum, and widely respected even by many opponents, mainly for his civil style of debating and willingness to listen to all opposing opinions.

We can only hope that Kirk's death will serve as an alarm to those who so far have drifted along assuming that the people who govern us and the people who would like to govern us will some how blunder through whatever crises face the world while the lives of ordinary citizens go smoothly on, unaffected by war, sectarianism, terrorism, political extremism and the civil disorder that is fermenting just below the suface of society in the USA, UK, France, Germany and most of the liberal democracies.

Nick Freitas, a Christian commentator on Charlie Kirk's death, has ably discerned the profound difference between 'conservatives' and the left, between the 'progressives and the broad right consensus. It is much deeper than our common political differences and exchanges - it is a radical difference in world views.

The American website Counterpunch (www.counterpunch.org) has several articles, none of which are flattering but which expand on tht point. Here is an extract from one:
 

"If we are going to be truthful in this moment, the hate that Kirk put out came back on him. The killing of Charlie Kirk fits within this arena of speech that is racist and hate-filled, but is designed to pose as rational and logical political speech. In his rhetoric and so-called debate style this 31-year-old evangelical firebrand of the right has stated that Black pilots were incompetent, Gays should be stoned, ironically he was opposed to gun control, abortion, LGBTQ rights, criticized the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Martin Luther King Jr., promoted Christian nationalism, advanced COVID-19 misinformation, made false claims of electoral fraud in 2020, and is a proponent of the Great Replacement conspiracy theory."

There is no doubt his murder was wrong, but from the above and orther items read to inform myself, it is easy to see how he could have pissed off a lot of people. But nothing I have read either written by him or of him by non partisan authors suggests he was racist or hate filled while the words published in counterpunch certainly suggest that publication's contributors are filled with hatred of anybody who does not share their opinions. And society has been so deeply divided and pushed so far to the extremes that respectful dialogue between goups which hold different opinions no longer seems possible.

In April this year, Charlie Kirk said — correctly as it turns out — on social media: "Assassination culture is spreading on the left. Forty-eight percent of liberals say it would be at least somewhat justified to murder Elon Musk. Fifty-five percent said the same about Donald Trump. The left is being whipped into a violent frenzy. Any setback, whether losing an election or losing a court case, justifies a maximally violent response."

The Martyrng Of Marine Le Pen Will Only Serve To Accelerate The Rise Of Europe's Right

Marine Le Pen’s conviction for misuse of EU funds and subsequent five year ban ban from all politics including the democratic contest to become the French president (in which she has been consistently leading polls,) has polarised Europe, redefining the political narrative in the battle for the cultural and political heart of Europe. The verdict, making her ineligible to seek political office for five years, rules her out of the 2027 French presidential race, a contest for whih she was conidered the front runner, and will cement claims by her party, the right wing National Rally, that it faces judicial and political persecution in a system weighted in favour of the elite and is always subject to interference by the corrupt EU bureaucracy in Brussels.

“Today it is not only Marine Le Pen who was unjustly condemned: it was French democracy that was killed,” Giorgia Meloni, the Eurosceptic and populist prime minister of Italy, said.

While most of Europe's prominent left wing politicians were quick tio jump on the threat to democracy bandwagon, at least one pointed out that the conviction could backfire on the establihment by allowing Mme. Le Pen to present herself as a political martyr, and thus strengthen support for her party and her bid for the presidency one French conservative pointed out.

The French court's action has quickly been linked to the ruling by Romania’s constitutional court to cancel and postpone presidential elections last year that looked within the reach of the radical nationalist right, albeit in different circumstances, amid claims of Russian interference in the electoral process.

Even among French mainstream conservative Republicans party, however, there is the belief that the judgment is more about blocking a radical candidate and anti-establishment contender for power than a simple, black-and-white criminal case.

“The democratic destiny of our nation [is] confiscated by an outrageous judicial cabal,” Éric Ciotti, a former president of the party, said. “The favoured candidate in the presidential election prevented from running. This is not a simple dysfunction. It is a system to capture power that systematically throws aside any candidate that is too far to the right and who has a chance of winning.”

The narrative will add credibility to National Rally’s argument that the French political system is rigged against them after the party was locked out of power by tactical voting in parliamentary elections last year.

“…enabling her to pose as a political martyr…” says an opponent. There is no question that she is a political martyr. This conversion of fact and free speech to “misinformation” seems to be a common left wing and globalist tactic. The state must suppress evidence that mRNA vaccines cause harm, in case it causes vaccine hesitancy (amongst those who believe they cause harm because of that evidence). The state must hide strong evidence against Neodarwinism so as not to encourage the “Creationists” (ie all who believe there is strong evidence against Neodarwinism). The State must jail those who expose rape gangs (to prevent the public believing there are rape gangs). The must censor all news from Russia (whilst Russians retain access to ours) in case people believe Western censorship to be a far right talking point.

And all these acts which rob us of our freedoms are being implenented to protect our freedoms and save us from wicked people who pose a threat to democracy by standing as candidates opposed to the establishment in democratic elections.

Why Does It Take A Black American To Speak The Truth About Immigration To Britain And Europe

American economist and social philosopher, Thomas Sowell now aged 94 but with a mind as sharp as a Samuri sword is a  widely published author of articles, essays and books and as a guest on TV and radio, a well-known voice in the American conservative movement as a prominent black conservative.

 

When asked recently to comment on the current social and political chaos in Europe Prof Sowell responded: "Europe is belatedly discovering how unbelievably stupid it was to import millions of people from cultures that despise Western values and promote hatred toward the people who have let them in.”

 

To be fair he could have said the same (and might well have done so,) about the USA during both the Obama era and when demented Joe Biden was fronting a Democrat politbureau which governed as a Soviet style bureaucratic dictatorship.

The same thing seems to be happening all over the developed world,  and is certainly not  confined to Europe alone. Worse, not only are most of the immigrants flooding in low quality individuals from cultural backgrounds which make them hostile to Euro - American values and ways of life. In fact a lot of these immigrants actively dislike the countries they moved into. They will go on about the “degenerate West” or decry “Western racism”, describe western women as whores for dressing fashionably and going out in public eith their faces and hair uncoverd

But when you ask them about their own countries, seeking to understand why women are treated as chattels of their husband or father, why homosexuals can be legally murdered, or why their culture exists in a state of medieval barbarity all you get is an endless list of excuses, or some bearded lunatic threatening you with a knife and yelling Allahu Akbar!

It’s sad but undeniable that certain political movements in the west have contributed greatly to this situation. The people, particularly the young of  Western nations hate themselves and this can be traced back to the education system which teaches a distorted version of history and untroduces critical race theory into the curriculum at every opportunity, young males have are emasculted having been taught via feminist, gay, and trans propaganda that there is something shameful about being a heterosexual male.

Tolerance is the key to the problem, the ideas has been inculcated that we must always be tolerant. And so people have come to believe we must tolerate the intolerance of those who would destroy our civilised societies. The people who demonise the liberal values of the westrern democracies would not last a day if they went to Russia, China or the Arab world and began loudly decrying all the ills of local society society and the mistakes of the government… here, in Europe, and apparently in muh of in America it isn’t much different, such behavior is not just tolerated but encouraged.

The difference in Europe and many of the USA's larger cities, is the sheer volume of immigrants. There are just so many of them social services are overwhelmed. And a disproportionate number of them are Muslims and North Africans. Whereas American immigrants are primarily Latinos who don’t exactly “hate” American culture — they’re quite adapt at fitting in, in fact, a lot of these Muslims have been radicalised by fundamentalist preachers and are intent on forcing the people of their host nation in order to accommodate the values of the newcomers. Now of course, there’s a difference between a physician from India or Jamaica or a well-educated Turk, and some dirt-poor Moroccan or Tunisian from a small town or rural village, with fundamentalist Islamic values…

While I agree with Sowell's words quoted above, I must query if it is entirely right to call their attitude to the west and its cultures and peoples “hate” — it isn’t. It’s something closer to a total lack of respect mixed with pure contempt. Radicals don’t see the tender-spirited, bleeding-heart liberals that make up Europe’s core as equals or as people deserving of either fear or respect. Their own governments would cut their heads off for rape or theft, in Europe they get a slap on the wrist while those who allowed them to enter hand-wringingly explain away their basest behaviors as “cultural differences.”

If the authorities do try to bring them to justice for crimes ranging from enering the country illegally to rape, terrorism and murder, human rights lawyer, traitors like British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, defender of terrorists, enabler of rapists, supporter of anti Semitism, friend of paedophiles and general arsehole, will use any loophole or technicality they can to win the right to remain for these people BECAUSE HUMAN RIGHTS!

Is it any wonder we are seeing a rise in civil unrest in Britain and all around Europe.

German Conservatives Fail To Pass Anti Immigration Law

German mainstream politicians and media have presented that the real 'threat' the country is facing is not brutal terror rampages and attacks like those recently seen in Magdeburg and Aschaffenburg (both perpetrated by asylum-seeking migrants), but the fact that Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) has been polling better than ever before and having serious national influence as Friedrich Merz - Merkel's successor as leader of the country’s conservatives - seeks to push through tighter immigration controls.

All of this has triggered former German Chancellor Angela Merkel's intervention, given the supposed 'embarrassment' of witnessing the Christian Democrats currently relying on the AfD help to pass the new immigration bill. The conservative CDU-CSU (Christian Democratic Union of Germany and the Christian Social Union in Bavaria) has broken the longstanding taboo of working with the AfD when on Wednesday they together passed a motion calling for a crackdown on new arrivals and strengthened border controls.

Former Chancellor Merkel has blasted Merz. "I believe it is wrong," she began in fresh comments. It marks an unprecedented intervention by the former leader since she stepped down from politics in December 2021. As is custom the former chancellor has been silent for years after leaving power. It appears the intervention worked as the conservatives on Friday have failed to pass the measure.

She had used the opportunity to 'remind' everyone there should never be any association whatsoever between the mainstream parties and the AfD. She wagged her finger at Merz for breaching the longstanding "firewall" against the AfD. They are supposed to be shunned politically... but no longer.

"I think it is wrong to no longer feel bound to this proposal, thereby allowing a majority with the votes of the AfD in a vote in the German Bundestag for the first time on 29 January 2025," she wrote on her website. The walls are closing in, and AfD party officials are grabbing the popcorn to enjoy the mainstream fallout and shrieking.

Without doubt, panic is truly setting in, revealed also in how quickly anti-AfD politicians have been in invoking fears of a return to Nazis.

POLITICIANS BICKERING OVER SYRIA SITUATION DISPLAY THEIR IGNORANCE OF ASSAD REGIME'S HISTORY

It's good to see members of our Labour government falling out over the situation in Syria. This morning it was reported that Health Secretary Wes Streeting has criticised Ed Miliband, the Energy Secretary, over his failure to back military action against Assad in 2013, saying the “hesitation” created a “vacuum” that Russia filled.

Miliband, now UK Energy Secretary, was Labour leader when he led efforts to torpedo Lord Cameron’s attempt to launch air strikes on the Assad regime in Syria to deter the use of chemical weapons. On Thursday night Mr. Streeting, the Health Secretary, said that “if the West had acted faster, Assad would have been gone”.

But Miliband contradicted his Cabinet colleague on Friday morning, saying it was “just wrong” to suggest Assad would have been forced from power sooner if the West had resorted to its usual tactic for dealing with conflicts that are nothing to do with the USA or NATO by carpwt bombing a third world nation at the time. He also said he had no regrets about his decision to vote against the U.K. joining U.S.-led strikes after the House of Commons narrowly rejected the move. 

Firstly however, we should look at the whole issue of the regime's alleged use of chemical weapons. This blog reported at the time that the weight of evidence indicted the gas attacks were false flag events, instigated by the rebels themselves or their western sponsors in order to provide an excuse for direct intervention in support of rebel groups backed by closet Muslim US President Barack Obama, the Saudi Arabian puppet whose ambition was to overthrow every secular Muslim government in the Middle East and replace them with Islamic Fundamentalist regimes.

The United Nations investigated 16 reports of use of chemical weapons in Syria in 2013/14, of which five were confirmed (see https://documents.un.org/doc/undoc/gen/n13/617/84/pdf/n1361784.pdf). Three of the five concerned attacks against soldiers of the Syrian Arab Republic. Many alleged attacks reported by UK, France and USA could not be confirmed.

The final UN report on the use of chemical weapons in Syria in 2013 was unable to apportion blame to any party: since the Syrian Arab Republic forces were attacked using Sarin in 3 of the only 5 confirmed cases, it is not credible that Assad was to blame.

One commentator at the time expressed the opinion that “As a weapon of war, they [chemical weapons] have been utterly useless … but as a propaganda weapon to justify Western military intervention, they can be priceless”.

It is hardly credible that Syria used chemical weapons against its own army. Whatever one's opinion of Assad and his alleged brutality, he is not stupid. It is possible that weapons were stolen by what are today called ‘rebels’ or maybe they were given to them by the CIA or MI6, who knows although if the truth could be revealed I kow what outcome I'd be betting on.

Swithing our attention to the recent uprising which finally brought down Syria's secular government, all of the ex-intelligence agents and internationally respected guests on https://www.youtube.com/@judgingfreedom are unanimous in assigning the funding source of the various ‘rebel’ groups who overran Syria in their shiny new tanks and armoured troop carriers to primarily the CIA (with MI6 never far behind), who were presumably surprised there was so little resistance. But with the Syrian industry in the hands of the ‘rebels’ in Idlib, the US troops plundering Syria’s oil in the east and the suffocating US sanctions, Syria simply had nothing left to feed its citizens, let alone finance its army. And since Assad had earlier rejected both Iranian and Russian advice that his troops badly needed training and materials, it has been postulated he was perhaps trying to start aligning himself with the West as a last ditch effort at survival.

So now the West has to sell the HTS – the main Jihadist group of quite a few others – as 'moderate rebels’ instead of Jihadists, with their leader, al-Jolani, who is wanted by USA and other states with a reward of $10 million for terrorist offences due to his connection to ISIS and Al-Qaeda. It will presumably not be long before HTS starts beheading the numerous Christians in Syria, in fact we Boggart Bloggers have already seen reports of such behaviour by 'moderate rebels' against Christians in Kurdistan.

Therefore British MPs need not “hang their heads in shame”, unless they were aware that US and UK intelligence services may possibly have been involved, either directly or by accusing Assad of using chemical weapons. Indeed, these intelligence services are now accused of funding and inciting the (non-) Syrian ‘rebels’ to take over the country – rebels known to be extreme Jihadists who will undoubtedly cause Syria to become another source of chaos and terrorism for years to come.

This may delight the armchair warriors who like to give the impression they would gleefully bathe in the blood of impoverished third world peasants whose governments stand up to the globalist narratives, and the politicians who have now built an impressive record of failure in their attempts to make the entire planet conform to their 'woke' values and world domination agenda. After Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, …, the West may congratulate itself on creating another ‘failed state’ in distant regions.

So, far from “backing military action”, MPs should be wondering why on earth UK should bomb any country at all: after all, WWII ended some time ago and distant countries are capable of solving their own problems – preferably peacefully but certainly without foreign interference. 

Instead of asking “What happened next in Syria?” we should should perhaps be asking our politicians and mainstream media propaganda merchants ask why on earth the UK government believes it should be playing any military role whatsoever in the Middle East or anywhere else outside UK (including Ukraine).
