Tommy Robinson Acquitted Of Terrorism Charge As Judge Excotiates Police Evidence

UK Nationalist Tommy Robinson was today cleared of trumped up terror charges at Westminster magistrates’ court.

The trial was the result of Robinson being stopped in his car at the Channel Tunnel in Folkestone in July 2024 and accused of “frustration” of police counter-terrorism powers after refusing to provide police officers with his mobile phone PIN.

District Judge Sam Goozee pronounced Robinson not guilty of failing to comply with the counter-terrorism powers during the incident on July 28 last year, saying “I cannot put out of my mind that it was actually what you stood for and your political beliefs that acted as the principal reason for this stop.”

Robinson, who organised the recent million - strong protest against mass immigration which brought central London to a standstill in September, has long been a thorn in the side of Britain's globalist political establishment but now his popularity among young, working class males is now scaring the authorities witless and this verdict will have them in a blind panic as many pundits have said the UK population is on the brink of revolution. 

He also said PC Mitchell Thorogood’s decision to stop Robinson was based on a “protected characteristic”, adding: “I cannot convict you.”

At the time, Kent Police said Tommy Robinson, real name Stephen Yaxley - Lennon, was detained by officers under Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act 2000.

Under this legislation, police are allowed to stop anyone passing through a UK port “to determine whether they may be involved or concerned in the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism”.

A  person who is detained under this law can be held for up to six hours, is legally obliged to answer questions and must provide the password or PIN for electronic devices, or be held to have committed a criminal offence if they refuse.

Robinson was charged with one count of failing to provide the Pin to his mobile phone under Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act 2000, police said.

In fact he judge was absolutely brutal in his takedown of the police. He said that the evidence was unreliable and lacked credibility and surmised that the principal reason why Robinson
was arrested and prosecuted was not anything he said or did that could in any way be linked to terrorism.

The judge said he acquitted for two reasons. number one um that he could not separate the politics from what the police did. There was no evidence that they arrested him or stopped him for any suspicion of terrorism, but rather that 10 years ago he was with a political movement called the EDL or the English Defense League. The judge pointedly reminded police that a person's political beliefs are a protected characteristic. You can't target someone because of their religion or because of their politics. If that moves into terrorist activity, fine, says the judge, but there was no evidence whatsoever of that happening.

It was actually quite a blistering takedown. The judge went through each of
the police officer witnesses and basically said, "I don't believe them. They are not credible." 

So we learn from this wek's mainstream news coverage that refusing to give a phone PIN code to a police officer is construed as an act of terrorism, leading to a charge and appearance in court. Whereas , according the the UK justice system ,rampaging through a train  stabbing innocent people at random is not to be an act of terrorism. 

As the law stands, not disclosing a PIN number is not an act of terrorism, however it is an offence under the terrorism legislation if an individual who is a terrorist suspect refuses to disclose a PIN. The police must have reasonable grounds to suspect the individual is a terrorist or involved with another or others who are.

The police cannot lawfully demand a PIN number from just anybody. That is why the prosecution’s case failed, and the judge said there were no grounds to suspect Tommy Robinson was a terror suspect. Using the terrorise act was a gross abuse of the law and police misconduct.

Train Horror As Knife Rampage Leaves 10 in Hospital – Not Terror Attack Authorities Claim.

 Thirty police officers and numerous ambulances rushed to the London North Eastern Railway (LNER) Doncaster to London King’s Cross service after it made an emergency stop in the Cambridgeshire town of Huntingdon as two men of Caribbean descent rampaged through the inter - city train randomly attacking passengers. The attack is believed to have begun shortly after the train left Peterborough. 

In this latest outrage the two assailants, armed with machetes terrorised fellow travellers. Passengers are reported to have hid in toilets as one suspect carried a “big knife”, witnesses said, while others claimed they were trampled on as distressed passengers attempted to flee the chaos.

Armed police descended on the platform and “tasered a man waving a large knife”, bystanders also claimed. 

Videos also emerged on social media showing police cars racing to the scene as armed officers raced to the platform at around 7.42pm on Saturday.

The motive for the attack is not known but there may be a religious element involved as several passengers involved in the attack reported one of the assailents kept saying, "The devil is not going to win." In the most blatant attempt yet to gaslight the public about this type of atrocity which is happening more and more often,the authorities claimed the attack was not terror related.

Britain is at boiling point as once again and civil conflict it closer as the authorities try to cover up the obvious racial and religious elements of this crime, in this case we have witnessed the authorities trying to deflect attention from the elephant in the room by spreading misinformation: they told us that the suspects were "British nationals," that the attack was not though to be terror related and that there was no racial or religious element. 

A month ago we were hearing and seeing the same narrative in the aftermath of another knife weilding madman's attack on a Synagogue in Manchester. The reaction to this latest incident is so reminiscent of the government's idiotic reaction last year to the killing of three young girls in Southport when an attempt to cover up the truth about the killer's background and motove triggered violent protests.  

In the past week alone in the past week alone, a refugee from Afghanistan has been charged with killing a dog-walker and stabbing two other people in Uxbridge, an asylum seeker from Somalia has been jailed for stabbing a bank customer to death in Derby, an asylum seeker from Sudan has been convicted of murdering a female member of staff from his migrant hotel in Walsall by stabbing her with a screwdriver, an asylum seeker from Libya has been jailed for chasing Bournemouth hotel staff with a knife because he didn’t like the free food they’d given him, an asylum seeker from Afghanistan has been found guilty of raping a teenage girl in Elgin, and an asylum seeker from Ethiopia who’d been convicted of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in Essex was first accidentally released by prison staff, and then, upon recapture, was gien  £500 by the Home Office in a desperate effort to dissuade him from trying to challenge his deportation. And still they try to tell us talk og an immigration crisis are just a far - right conspiracy theory.

I don't really care how they label the train stabbings - whether it's terror-related, gang-related, or linked to mental health issues. It doesn't make a difference to the bigger picture, and it doesn't change the underlying reality we face. 

 

Calling someone a British national doesn't inspire confidence either; we have British nationals who can't even speak English, let alone embody the values of this country. Citizenship has become a technicality rather than a symbol of belonging or shared purpose.

 

The truth is undeniable: whether it's terrorism, organised crime, or the result of untreated mental health crises, we are living in a country far less safe than it was 15 years ago and seemingly drifting towards civil conflict. According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS), knife crime in England and Wales rose by 9% in 2022 compared to the previous year, with over 50,000 recorded offences. 

 

Despite having more laws on the books, we have fewer police officers on the streets to enforce them. The number of police officers per 100,000 people has dropped from 262 in 2010 to 228 in 2023. Our growing population, which now exceeds 67 million, is stretching already limited resources, leaving communities vulnerable and under-protected.

 

Public services are overwhelmed, with NHS waiting lists reaching a record high of over 7.6 million people in mid-2023, and the cracks in the system are widening with every passing year.

 

Our media, which should serve as a watchdog for truth and accountability, is blatantly dishonest. Sensationalism and bias have replaced objective reporting, and the public is left misinformed or manipulated. A study by the Reuters Institute found that only 34% of Britons trust the news they consume, one of the lowest levels in Europe.

 

Meanwhile, our government operates with an increasingly tyrannical approach, prioritising control and optics over meaningful solutions. The opposition fares no better, merely echoing what people want to hear without offering genuine alternatives. They engage in revisionist rhetoric, conveniently forgetting their own failures when they held power.

 

Our capital city, once a symbol of culture and opportunity, is now plagued by violent crime and a steady decline in tourism. London saw a 16% increase in homicides in 2022 compared to the previous year, and reports of thefts and muggings have surged by 25%. The streets that once bustled with visitors from around the globe now carry an air of unease.

 

Economically, we've been a basket case ever since the 2009 financial crash. The so-called recovery was a façade; bailing out bankers and handing out bonuses to the very people responsible for the crisis wasn't real economic repair work. It was a band-aid on a gaping wound, leaving the average citizen to bear the brunt of austerity and stagnant wages.

 

Real wages in the UK have fallen by 3% in the last two years alone, marking the steepest decline in decades.

 

Family life, the cornerstone of any strong society, has been fractured since the lockdowns. The isolation, stress, and disruption caused during that period created divisions that have only deepened over time. A survey by Mind revealed that 60% of adults in the UK reported a decline in their mental health during the pandemic, and the effects are still being felt today.

 

Relationships are strained, mental health issues are on the rise, and the sense of community that once defined neighbourhoods has eroded. These issues are compounded by the failings of self-serving politicians who prioritise their careers over the well-being of their constituents.

Muslim grooming gangs targeted ‘tens of thousands’ of children ‘because they are White,’ says Trevor Phillips

Award-winning broadcaster, writer, and former politician Sir Trevor Phillips has slammed the government for collapsing the National Inquiry into the Muslim grooming gangs scandal, saying that the predominantly Pakistani Muslim gangs have targeted “tens of thousands” of White children across Britain, describing the abuse as “industrial” in scale and protected by political fear.

Speaking to Times Radio, Phillips said the stalled grooming gangs inquiry has been hindered by authorities’ reluctance to confront the link between race and sexual predation.

While immigrants / asylum seekers and sex crime are inexorably linked the groming gangs are something different. “What’s coming together here is a really horrid combination that nobody really ever wants to talk about — the intersection of race and sexual abuse,” he said. “Let’s be honest, a lot of this is bringing those two things together in an unpleasant way,” he said.

Drawing on decades of experience reporting on child abuse, he added that the  grooming gangs' victims were deliberately chosen “because they are White and because they are outside the community of the groomers.”

Phillips, who won a Royal Television Society award for a 1988 documentary on pedophiles, said the form of abuse perpetrated by the gangs stood apart due to its vast scale and the complicity of public institutions including the police. “These people [Pakistani Muslims] know that they are protected,” he said. “They’re protected politically, by social workers, by local police, because everybody says we don’t want to ramp up inter racial tensions in the community.”

Sir Trevor, the former chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, said Labour’s response to the grooming gangs scandal was “utterly shameful” because it was “so obviously political” aiming at all costs to avoid offending a particular demographic of voters.

The broadcaster, who has previously sought selection as a Labour candidate for London mayor, said the move risked providing an “open goal” to Right-wing critics of the party’s policies on immigration. The grooming gang scandal is not the only instance of crimes, mostly of a violent or sexual nature which are undeniably linked to mass immigration. 

Phillips accused successive governments and local Labour councils of failing to act for fear of inflaming community tensions. “The government clearly never wanted these two things to be put together,” he said. “Much of this took place in areas run by local Labour councils, and the authorities who ought to be watching over this — stopping it, monitoring it — did nothing.”

He said that, unlike other forms of child abuse, these crimes were not hidden. “The difference with this grooming gangs thing is that everybody knows. It happens in public. The girls are first attracted by young men from within those communities — flash cars, cigarettes, drugs — and then they’re passed around amongst older men,” Phillips said.

The remarks come as the government’s stalled inquiry into grooming gangs faces criticism for being too limited in scope. The investigation follows revelations such as the 2014 Jay Report, which found that more than 1,400 girls were abused in Rotherham between 1997 and 2013, often by groups of men of predominantly Pakistani heritage. 

Similar networks were later uncovered in Rochdale, Telford, Oxford, and dozens of other towns, primarily across England.

 It is well known that these crimes were brought to public notice by ex - police detective Maggie Oliver while Keir Starmer was Director of Public Prosecutions, but the justics department chose not to act against the criminals 'to avoid raising inter - racial tensions'.

Phillips warned against attempts to downplay the racial and cultural dimensions of the scandal, calling it “completely different” from other forms of child exploitation. “This could not be more different,” he said. “That’s the scandal here.”

In recent months, the government’s inquiry into grooming gangs, which was only set up earlier this year after years of growing public pressure, has faced renewed controversy after several victims of the gangs' abuse resigned from its advisory panel, saying their voices were being ignored and that the investigation had become “toothless.” Former participants accused officials of narrowing the inquiry’s scope to avoid confronting the ethnic and religious factors of the abuse.

At a press conference with Reform U.K. leader Nigel Farage on Monday, one rape gang survivor, Ellie Reynolds, told journalists, “It’s taken the media decades to recognize grooming gangs that are coming over and raping our children because they are White.”

In a joint letter addressed to Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood last week, four survivors who resigned from the Victims and Survivors Liaison Panel said they had been “dismissed, silenced, and called liars” by government officials, including Safeguarding Minister Jess Phillips, whom they accused of publicly contradicting their accounts.

They said they would only consider rejoining the inquiry if the government minister responsible, also named Phillips, resigned, if survivors were consulted on the appointment of an independent chair, and if the inquiry’s focus remained strictly on grooming gangs and group-based child sexual exploitation.

It is beyond belief that Labour are even trying to defend their latest efforts to stall a National Inquiry into the  Pakistani rape gangs. It is so obviously a crude and blatant attempt to protect the perpetrators and their own backs, at the expense of justice for thousands of young English girls - it is beyond contempt. It is yet more evidence that they are totally unfit to govern, and should hang their heads in shame.

Link Between Mass Immigration And Violent Crime Now Undeniable

Boggart Blog has posted many articles and reports since 2015 on the huge rise in sex offences observed all over Europe and the undeniable link between this trend and mass immigration. In these past ten years politicians have at best done nothing to deal with this outrage and in some cases (e.g. the UK grooming and rape gangs scandal,) have acted as protectors and enablers of the criminals, justifying their actions by claiming they are trying to avoid stirring up inter - racial or sectarian tensions.

But the fact is wherever there are governments that welcome uncontrolled immigration, there is two tier policing and a bias in the justice systems in favour of immigrants and third world ethnic minorities. 

No Go areas have spring up in cities across France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium and especially Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo in Sweden - and those are just the ones that admit the problem. 

Now at last there seems to be a wave of public anger rising in all European and North American nations that are hosting significant numbers of immigrants who entered illegally or as bogus asylum seekers.  An ever growing number of Sex crimes committed by migrants lodged in free accommodation provided at taxpayers expense have triggered protests and violent riots here and elsewhere.

 ‘PROGRESSIVE’ politicians in Britain and other European countries and their mainstream media mouthpieces are still trying to gaslight the public that it’s a form of misinformation to assert there is any link between mass immigration and violent or sexual crime. 

Here’s a brief overview of just a few cases involving non-European migrants and violent crime from just the past two weeks: 

Three Middle Eastern migrants were charged with gang rape in Brighton.

An Arab-speaking African migrant was charged with raping a ten-year-old girl in Dublin.

Also in Dublin, a 17-year-old Somalian was charged with the murder of a 17-year-old Ukrainian at an asylum centre for teenagers.

In Walsall, West Midlands, a Sudanese asylum seeker was convicted of murdering Rhiannon Skye White, who worked at the asylum seeker hotel where he was being accommodated at taxpayers’ expense. 

As reported by the European Conservative, a Swedish court refused to deport an 18-year-old Eritrean rapist on the grounds that the assault was carried out quite quickly. His victim was 16 and attacked on her way home from work.

That’s just a tiny snapshot of some of the cases over the space of two weeks that show how British, Irish and other European ‘progressive’ elites are willing to put their own citizens in harm’s way to maintain their extremist open borders agenda. The worst case is Sweden where uncontrolled mass immigration has transformed the former liberal exemplar into a crime ridden, violent nightmare. There are such horrors on a weekly basis occurring all over Europe. Unfortunately few are truthfully reported by the increasingly biased and propaganda driven organisations like the BBC.

‘It’s only going to get worse’ – Irish girl warns politictians on consequences of mass immigration

A 15-year-old Irish girl, Kaiden McKenna, an active boxer in her hometown of Castleblayney, delivered a moving speech against mass immigration earlier this week. In the video, she describes her fear of taking public transportation and simply going for a jog in her hometown — all due to rising immigration and the presence of migration centers in her area.

“As a young person, especially a young girl, I feel more unsafe now than ever…After a few scary encounters, I can’t even walk alone to the bus anymore,” says McKenna,

“I’m here to give my perspective on the IPAS centers and the unvetted migrants moving into our town,” she says.

She directly blames Irish government immigration policy and the IPAS (International Protection Accommodation Service,) centres, accommodations facilities for illegal and undocumented immigrants which are springing up around Ireland. She also expresses her worries about future centers being built in her area.

“Every morning, either my mom just after a night shift or my dad dragging my brother out of bed, one of them has to walk me to the bus,” she says.

McKenna also expresses her fears about going running in her own town.

“Going for a run with my mom meters behind me in the car because it’s not safe is unacceptable. It’s only going to get worse if there are more IPAS centers in Blaney,” she warns.

 McKenna’s warning comes after violent protests broke out earlier this week following the arrest of an African migrant for allegedly raping a 10-year-old girl in the massive migrant center at CityWest in Dublin.

German and Polish Citizens Experiencing War - exhaustion And Compassion Fatigue Over Ukraine

 

 

Reports coming out of Germany and Poland are shining a spotlight on the disquiet among voters in those nations over aid to Ukraine. Public concerns include official welcoming of refugees who end up receiving benefits from the state. Taxpayers in these countries are now asking just how much more they are expected to give.

Ever since Russia’s invasion in 2022, Ukrainian citizens aged 18 to 60 have technically been able to leave the country only with official permission. However that has not stopped a constant stream of deserters fleeing the beleagured nation under cover of darkness and at poorly guarded parts of the border. To make matters worse at the end of August this year, Kyiv decided to liberalize the law, allowing young men aged 18 to 22 to travel abroad. 

According to data from the German Interior Ministry, the number of Ukrainians coming to Germany per week increased from just 190 in August to over 1,000 in September.

In October, the number increased even further to 1,400-1,800 per week.

Bavarian state First Minister Markus Söder has now called on the EU to respond to a massive influx of Ukrainian refugees. 

“We must control and significantly limit the rapidly increasing influx of young men from Ukraine,” Söder said in an interview with the Bild daily, as cited by Do Rzeczy.

“The EU and Berlin must influence Ukraine to change its liberalized exit regulations again,” he added. 

A new survey by the INSA Institute for “Bild” news organisation has also shown that the majority of Germans do not want to finance benefits for refugees from Ukraine.

In a recent survey only 17 percent of responded “yes” or “maybe” to the question about citizenship benefits for refugees from Ukraine. The majority, 66 percent, are against it, and 7 percent of respondents indicated that it makes no difference to them. The rest did not answer or selected “don’t know.” The survey also asked about the idea of ​​mandatory return of Ukrainian men to their homeland to serve at the front. 

Sixty-two percent of respondents believed that able-bodied Ukrainian men who arrived in Germany after the outbreak of the war should be allowed to return to their homeland. Eighteen percent of Germans surveyed opposed this, while 8 percent indicated they were indifferent, and 12 percent declined to answer.

In Poland, a report highlighting just how much aid that country has provided to Ukraine provoked a lot of hostile comment. 

Paweł Kowal, Chairman of the Council for Cooperation with Ukraine, presented the “Polish Aid to Ukraine 2022–2023” report on Thursday.

The total cost of aid to Ukraine, including weapons and ammunition, training, logistics, humanitarian aid, and medical support, exceeded $4 billion by March of this year. In 2022, it reached $1.6 billion, and in 2023-2024, $1.3 billion. Poland has also donated over 19,500 Starlink terminals to the front.

In total, aid for Ukraine in 2023 / 24 represented 3.83 percent of Poland’s GDP. 

The report’s authors, notes Do Rzeczy, also highlighted assistance for Ukrainian refugees, including access to healthcare, the labor market, and the education system. Poland additionally supported Ukrainian entrepreneurs by facilitating their business operations. 

It's not only Europe - excluding Ukraine, Russia and Belarus - that's having a problem with refugees, asylum seekers, whatever the fashionable appelation for illegal immigrants is this month, but the whole of Western civilization. A question mainstream media will never ask relates to the the correspondence to the rising number of females running governments where we observe these globalist, open borders, welcome the flotsam and jetsam, emotion led policies? Females and males have entirely different ways - in the aggregate - of organizing, governing, etc. Books have been written to explain this. 

Remember how the head of Harvard, Lawrence Summers, was dumped when he suggested the scientifically provable fact that women were less attracted to hard sciences than men and that it was due to natural differences? That same attitude permeates much of Western Civ as we currently know it.

Then the collusion between the new breeds of power seekers was enabled by the power of money, lots and lots of it all emanating from the prosperity that emanates from state benefits funded by public debt. Why restrict your power base when you can afford to expand it by simply running up more debt and loading the burden of interest pay,ents onto hard working taxpayers?

 When we see many nations doing the same suicidal thing then we are witnessing a consequence of the unbridled concentration of money  and power in the hands of a shrinking elite. The refugees, asylum seekers, economic migrants from Ukraine, eastern Europe the Middle East, Africa, Pakistan etc.are partly to deflect attention from the increasingly authoritarian technocratic governance and party to undermine social cohesion and thus make organised resistance impossible.

Alleged RapeOf Girl By Asylum Seeker In Dublin Prompts Riot Outside Asylum Seeker Hotel

 

 

Six people were arrested from a furious crowd estimated at approximately 2,000 very angry Irish citizens outraged by allegations that an asylum-seeker had sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl, protested against illegal immigrants asylum seekers being housed in the Citywest hotel in the Saggart suburb. At 764 beds, Citywest is the largest hotel in all of Ireland, and last month the government bought it for €148 million so it could be converted to a permanent facility for housing migrants, disingenuously calling it an "international protection accommodation centre." 

According to local media, a 26-year-old migrant was charged with sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl on the hotel grounds between 11pm Sunday and 1:30am Monday. The girl had reportedly been in state care after her family struggled with her behavioral problems, but she'd given the slip to her minders on a trip to Dublin, only to fall prey to the 26-year-old migrant.  

Protest turned to violence as thousands of flag-waving, bottle-throwing, firework-wielding Irish citizens surrounded the migrant hostel in southwest Dublin, Ireland on Tuesday night, setting fire to a police vehicle. 

The "Gardai" (police) -- say they were on the receiving end of "sustained violence" that included glass bottles, bricks and fireworks.as rumours about the nature of the assault spread. Despite the onslaught, a line of Gardai in riot gear were able to prevent rioters from reaching the hotel. 

Bringing the "pitchforks and cudges" analogy to life, the fed-up citizens brandished pitchforks and other garden tools, along with fireworks and handheld lasers, and chanted "GET THEM OUT!" Some 300 Gardai mounted the defense, employing a water cannon. 

“This was obviously not a peaceful protest,” said police commissioner Justin Kelly. “The actions this evening can only be described as thuggery. This was a mob intent on violence against gardai. I utterly condemn the attacks on gardaí who did their jobs professionally and with great courage to keep people safe."

The government purchase of Citywest was made over the objection of locals, who'd organized several protests throughout the summer and amassed more than 8,000 signatures on a petition against the permanent conversion of the hotel to migrant accommodation, a similar situation ti that in Epping, England where protests against a hostel for asylum seekers turned to riots after sexual assaults on young girls by migrants. The hotel's leisure center has 3,000 local members. The government plans to keep it open, though we'd imagine fewer locals will want to put themselves or the wives, sisters and children in reach of the hive of secually incontinent migrants. 

This is not the first sex crime linked to an immigrant hostel in Dublin but the Irish government is similar to the UK it's controlled by globalist's except Ireland still is a member of the EU, where the UK is not but still plays by the EU's rules.
