Health Tyranny: WHO Digital Health Certification Is A Step Closer To Authoritarian One World Government

Early this month, the World Health Organisation (“WHO”) and the European Commission (“EC”), having been thwarted in their bid to introduce vaccine passports during the pandemic, as a back dooor way if implementing a Chinese Communist Party style Social Credits system, announced the launch of another fascistic 'digital health initiative' in which the WHO would establish a global covid vaccination certification system based on the European Union’s (“EU’s”) already existing Digital Covid Certificate.

This vaccine passport system would become the Global Digital Health Certification Network (“GDHCN”) run by the WHO and include “a wide range of digital products to deliver better health for all.” (like the COVID vaccines did for all those people with blood clots, myocarditis, compromised immune systems etc.) The vaccine passport plan also aims, in time, to cover all recommended vaccinations. In other words if you don't have every vaccine the WHO approves you will not be allowed to travel. And if you do you will be too ill, weak or dead to travel.

 

WHO member states have approved a $6.83 billion budget for the next two years, which will require a 20% hike in mandatory member fees. Well obviously. Any plan cooked up by the sociopathic, self-serving bureaucrats who run these quasi - autonomous, supra - national agencies spawned by the wannabe world government that is the United Nations is bound to involve hitting the long suffering taxpayers of Europe, North America, Japan and Australia for more money.

But here's where it gets really sinister. The budget hike is needed, we're told, because the WHO is being set up as the sole decision-maker over public health globally through the proposed pandemic treaty and International Health Regulations (“IHR”) amendments, each of which reinforces the WHO’s authoritarian powers through different avenues while erasing national sovereignty and human rights.

Baked into the Pandemic Treaty we also have One Health, which perfectly dovetails with The Great Reset narrative. When you add the treaty, the IHR amendments and One Health together, it becomes clear that the WHO is being set up as the de facto power centre of the deep state, and this One World Government will rule everything.

Excess Non-Covid Deaths Top 12,500 in 14 Weeks As Oxford Professor Joins Call for Government to Investigate Alarming Trend

There have been 12,517 excess non-Covid deaths registered in England and Wales in the 14 weeks since April 23rd, according to the latest official data from the Office for National Statistics, released on Tuesday.

In the week ending July 29th, the most recent week for which data are available, 11,013 deaths were registered in England and Wales, which is 1,678 (18%) above the five-year average for the week. Of these, 810 mentioned COVID-19 on the death certificate as a contributory cause and 531 mentioned COVID-19 as underlying cause, leaving 1,147 deaths from a different underlying cause. Note that this was the week following the brief but intense heatwave (with recorded temperatures topping 40°C for the first time in some areas), so some of these will be heatwave deaths, as will many of the additional Covid deaths (being people who happened to have Covid at the time). ... But back in June 2008, the price of crude oil per barrel was $187.04, and the average price per litre of petrol in the UK was £1.04p (source).

So as things stand, the price per barrel of crude oil is 52.3% down from the price in 2008, but the price per litre of petrol is 70% up from 2008.

Germany plans China-style color code vaccine passport upgrade with multiple tiers of “rights”

German Health Minister Karl Lauterbach has announced that the nation’s digital contact tracing and vaccine passport app, Corona-Warn-App (CWA), will start assigning different colors to citizens based on whether they received a COVID-19 vaccine within the last three months.

The CWA will assign one color to citizens who add proof that they received a vaccine within the last three months and a different color to citizens who add proof of vaccination that’s more than three months old. Only those with the color showing that they’re “freshly vaccinated” (have received a vaccine within the last three months) will be exempt from Germany’s mask requirement in public indoor spaces.

Other citizens, including those who received multiple vaccines but had their last vaccine more than three months ago, will have to show proof of recent recovery from COVID or a current negative test to get an exemption from this mask requirement.

Germany’s Berliner Zeitung noted that the colors codes in the vaccine passport app would “give different rights in the future” and said the system would put citizens who are already quadruple vaccinated on the same legal footing as those who are unvaccinated. ... Continue reading >>>

“Anything But A Cashless Society”: Physical Money Makes Comeback As UK Households Battle Inflation

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has been pushing hard for a ‘cashless society’ in a post-pandemic world, though physical money has made a comeback in at least one European country as consumers increasingly use notes and coins to help them balance household budgets amid an inflationary storm. 

Britain’s Post Office released a report Monday that revealed even though the recent accelerated use of cards and digital payments on smartphones, demand for cash surged this summer, according to The Guardian. It said branches handled £801mln in personal cash withdrawals in July, an increase of 8% over June. The yearly change on last month’s figures was up 20% versus the July 2021 figure of £665mln.

Across the Post Office’s 11,500 branches, £3.31bln in cash was deposited and withdrawn in July — a record high for any month dating back over three centuries of operations. 

The report pointed out that increasing physical cash demand was primarily due to more people managing their budgets via notes and coins on a “day-by-day basis.” It said some withdrawals were from vacationers needing cash for “staycations” in the UK. About 600,000 cash payouts totaling £90mln were from people who received power bill support from the government, the Post Office noted.

As it becomes evident the war has been lost, someone will have to take the fall, and it appears that Washington is preparing to throw the leader in Kiev to the wolves.

The US proxy war against Russia was beneficial for Washington as long as there was a stalemate that was draining Moscow’s military, economic and human resources, even threatening to demote Russia from the rank of a great power. For example, Congressman Dan Crenshaw justified his support for the process by arguing that “investing in the destruction of our adversary’s military without losing a single American troop strikes me as a good idea.”

After more than five months of grinding down the Ukrainian military, the entire frontline is cracking. By punching through the heavily fortified defenses in Maryinka, Peski, Avdeevka, it appears that Moscow has sealed the fate of Donbass. As the fighting moves out of heavily populated industrial areas to a more open landscape, the territorial advancements of Russia will likely intensify. Furthermore, sanctions have backfired terribly on the West, causing a political crisis.

Meanwhile, a new security crisis has emerged in East Asia that is more deserving of US focus and resources. The US and UK built a narrative of victory when they convinced Zelensky to abandon peace talks with Russia in March, but now Washington needs to adapt the narrative for Kiev’s pending loss.

No UK Vaccine Mandate As Long As ‘People Keep Taking the Booster’ - Government Minister

 

A Government Minister and senior Conservative Party figure hedged the Johnson regimes policyon vaccine mandates following moves in Europe's traditionally most Nazi nations (Austria and Germany,)introduction of mandatory vaccination or full house arrest for the unjabbed, by saying that the UK will not have to consider those measures as long as “people keep on taking the booster,” instead of giving an unequivocal assurance that there would be no such fascistic human rights violations in the world's greatest democracy.

Conservative Party co-chairman and Minister without Portfolio Oliver Dowden has effectively said that as long as people take the booster when the government demands, the Johnson administration will not consider following European countries down the road of mandating vaccination or lockdowns for the unvaccinated, refusing several times to rule out the British government would never subject citizens to such oppressive measures.

Responding to the news that Austria had mandated the vaccine for all and Germany was introducing lockdowns for the unvaccinated only, Mr Dowden said on talkRADIO on Friday morning: “It’s not something that we want to do or plan to do in the United Kingdom. The reason why we don’t want to and hopefully won’t have to do any of that is because of the booster.”

“So as long as people, when they get the call up, take that booster jab — it’ll be open to everyone by the end of  January — I’m confident that… we’ll be able to withstand even given the challenges of this new variant,” Mr Dowden added saying that he expects the legislation to go through Parliament in early Jan and becomes law after that.

What a great deal he's offering, get the killer shot voluntarily guys and we will not force the killer shot on you. And bit by bit the plan unfurls, just as Boggart Blog predicted two years ago. Now we predict that if vaccine mandates are passed into law the fascistic Johnson regime willo face civil disobedience on an unprecedented scale in Britain. And we are not the only onces who see trouble ahead.

Ritchie Allen, host of the most popular internet radio talk show in Europe has been following the media for the last 2 weeks and is now reporting that the coverage of the Omicron variant by mainstream news organisations has been so blatantly biased it amounts to nothing more or less that a propaganda campaign or psychological operation to prime people for mandatory vaccinations and domestic vaccine passports. Extreme scaremongering, blatant lies about the risk posed by this variant which, according to reports from South Africa where it was first observed, only produces at worst very mild symptoms, and a further ramping up of the coercive measures aimed at forcing people to accep vaccination, combined with skewed figures suggesting the unvaccinated are a tiny minority although we hear from unofficial but reliable sources that around a third of the population are still 'purebloods'.

They are currently creating an environment where those who aren’t vaccinated are seen as selfish and less than human. However, at the same time news is leaking out, mostly from the USA where freedom of information laws somewhat limit the ability of government agencies and their enablers in the media, of the near total ineffectiveness of the vaccines at providing protection from COVID, and the often fatal side effects of being injected with a serum that produces a toxin (the notorious spike protein,) within the body of the infected injected person. So I, and the many others like me, may be seen as less than human now, but if governments and certain Silicon Valley billionaires get their way, soon we will be the only true humans left.

But my opinions do not matter any more than my predictions, which so far have all turned out to be broadly correct. I am only read by at most a couple of thousand people a day, (let's be realistic, most of the 'page views' clocked up in our internet traffic figures are no such thing, they are simply visits from search engine bots indexing our content.  It is the leaders of countries and global corporations who determine policy, on pandemics, climate change and everything else so , with the help of a compliant media a simple matter to drag enough of the population along with the narrative, whether
it is a democracy or fascist dictatorship, or a parliament or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought by fear and insecurity to do the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are in danger and only government intervention can save them, then denounce anyone who tries to tell the truth for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. Protests Against New COVID Lockdown Threat Turn Rotterdam Into A War Zone

Violent protests flared up across Europe yesterday (19 November) as several governments followed Austria by reinstating strict COVID lockdown measures which amount to segregation of the unvaccinated, and full lockdowns amid a wave of new infections. COVID-19 infections are surging in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Czechia and Greece, with these countries and others returning to the kind of strict public health measures which have previously failed contain the spread of the 'deadly virus' that only kills people who are over a thousand years old and have dozens of pre - existing, potentially fatal conditions. Austria has gone so far as to enact a nationwide lockdown beginning Monday. 

The worst of the violence broke out in Rotterdam, second largest city in The Netherlands, during a large demonstration against the threat of new lockdowns.

Mayor Ahmed Aboutaleb told reporters it was "an orgy of violence." He said, "on several occasions, the police felt it necessary to draw their weapons to defend themselves" as rioters set fires, torched cars, threw rocks and other blunt objects at police. 

"They shot at protesters, and people were injured," Aboutaleb said. He couldn't provide an injury report but said police fired warning shots.

A statement issued by Rotterdam Police reported several people were injured in the Rotterdam riots on Friday, including police officers, who were pelted with stones and fireworks. Police, in turn, deployed water cannons and fired “warning shots” which they say may have injured at least two people.

“We fired warning shots and there were also direct shots fired because the situation was life-threatening,” police spokeswoman Patricia Wessels told a reporter from British newspaper The Times.

“We know that at least two people were wounded, probably as a result of the warning shots, but we need to investigate the exact causes further.”

According to the police statement, protests started with around 100 people gathering at 8 pm on the Coolsingel, one of the Dutch city’s most famed streets. Once word got around however, the demonstration spontaneously swelled involved possibly thousands of people eye witnesses reported on social media.

After the protests violent, with protesters throwing petrol bombs and setting fires to cars — including at least one police car — as well as public buildings, the police issued orders for people to leave the city centre, announcing through loudspeakers, “Violence will be used or people will be arrested” if they failed to leave, the local NRC news service reported.

The protests came as the Dutch government vied with fascist fellow travellers in Austria to become the first European nation to reintroduce lockdown measures. The government has also implemented a curfew on certain businesses and has barred fans from attending sports matches.

The government has also said that it is planning on putting forward a law that would exclude people who test negative for the Chinese virus from the nation’s vaccine passport system, meaning only those who have been fully vaccinated or have proof of recovery would be allowed into certain public venues. Quite what they hope to achieve with this idiocy is unclear as it is now commonly known that none of the vaccines currently available provide immunity thus vaccinated people can contract the virus from and transmit it to other vaccinated people..

A planned protest against the measures in Amsterdam on Saturday was cancelled following the riots, with the organiser of the event saying that they could not guarantee the “safety” of the protesters.

A large-scale protest is currently underway at the time of this reporting in Vienna in response to the newly formed government in Austria enacting a nationwide lockdown and declaring that vaccines would become mandatory in February, with the unjabbed facing fines and possible prison sentences.

Some commentators in Austrian capital Vienna were cynical enough to ask if the whole point of this latest escalation is justify more restrictions on personal liberty.

Austria and Germany .... hmmm. Anyone with a little knowledge of twentieth century history might ungenerously think it didn't take long for them to revert to type, did it? Seventy - five years of civilised co - existence with the rest of the world was just a veneer, as soon as a suitable scapegoat appeared, on which blame for everything could be laid, the authoritarians came crawling out from under their stones.

Following the previously announced lockdown of the unvaccinated in Austria's COVID hot spots, which has failed to put a halt to soaring case numbers, the entire country will now be placed under a full lockdown lasting at least 10 days even though previous lockdowns have failed to slow the spread of the virus. As that famous German national, Albert Einstein once said, "the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and hoping for a different result. 

Another first for The Fourth Reich Austria, starting From February 1st, everyone in the nation will be legally required to have been fully vaccinated (it is not clear whether this is defined as having had two shots, or two plus the first booster,). Austrian authorities also said they would make the COVID-19 vaccine mandatory, vowing “penalties” for those who continue to resist.

“We haven’t been able to convince enough people to vaccinate. For too long, I and others have assumed that you can convince people to get vaccinated,” said Chancellor Schicklegruber Schallenberg. "It hurts that such measures still have to be taken."

Just to show how imposing such oppressive measures on the scapegoat minority caused him deep personal anguish, Shciklegruber Schallenberg also vowed to impose “penalties” on those who still refuse to get vaccinated.

This move, especially if it is echoed by Germany, which is much larger in population and economic power, is deeply concerning as it shows the elites are prepared to be uncompromising in their bid to push this power grab all the way. This blog has said many times the current and totally manufactured crisis can only end with blood on the streets.

The mandatory vaccination / vaccine passports / lockdowns and exclusion from society of the unvaccinated demanded by politicians, bureaucrats has been so totally undermined by independent news organisations, whistleblowers and exposure of the fake facts, bogus statistics and irrational mathematical acrobatics now that the only way the governing elites of the political and corporate establishments can keep it afloat relies on the susceptibility of the majority to accept the diktat of authority because they, the majority believe they are powerless to resist. The facts certainly do not support the continuation of attacks on personal liberty, introduction of social credit scores and the implementation of global governance under the auspices of a committee of unelected bureaucrats.

In August 2021, Public Health England released data, supported several times since then by other independent analysis of data, which shows that vaccination with any of the currently approved vaccines does not effectively protect against Covid infection and transmission. The actual level of relative risk reduction worked out at around 17 per cent for the over-fifties. This would mean the vaxxed and unvaxxed pose a comparable danger to each other. All the fascistic Covid apartheid schemes are therefore pointless and untenable.

The UK government has tried to buy cheap popularity by hailing is vaccine campaign as a great success, but even if we disregard the obvious dodginess of claims that 80% of the nation is vaccinated (a more realistic figure would be 65%, similar to the uptake in Germany, Austria and other north European nations,) in every age group over 30 in the UK, the rates of Covid infection per 100,000 are now higher among the vaxxed than the unvaxxed. For people aged between 40 and 79, infection rates among the vaccinated are more than twice as high as among the unvaccinated. 

An offshoot  of Public Health England, the ridiculously named UK Health Security Agency, has tried to claim that data ‘should not be used to estimate vaccine effectiveness’, (how should we measure it then, by running a mathematical model of people being ill?). Whatever, the increase in infection numbers after vaccine roll outs compared with before are significant enough for people to draw their own conclusions.

As for the comparative contagiousness of each group, the data is mixed. A study published in Nature early last month confirmed PHE’s finding that the Covid-positive vaxxed and unvaxxed carry nearly identical viral loads; hence they should be similarly infectious. But viral load turns out to drop more quickly in the vaccinated, making them infectious for a shorter period. ’

All this information is available online although it is not reported by mainstream media. Thus due to the deceitfulness, stupidity, derangement and a stubborn refusal to admit tey were conned by scientitists and Big Pharma corporations or all of the above, political leaders and policy-makers are not simply refusing to act on the implications of data on vaccine effectiveness, but refusing even to acknowledge the facts. 

The absurdity of vaccine passports in continental Europe is worse than pointless, fully vaccinated people can flash their QR code a thousand times a day, it will not make them less likely to catch the virus from another QR code flashing, simple minded conformist. Segregating restaurants, theatres, sports venues, pubs and even shops promotes the wrong impression — statistically, the lie — that the unvaccinated inferior race who are excluded from society pose a far graver threat of communicable disease than the diners, theatre goers, sports fans, drinkers and shoppers who, like you, have righteously presented themselves at the altar of the God Science, been given the double clot shot, dutifully worn the masks, only had sex doggy style and all the rest of the bollocks are only at risk from those of us who have declined to be genetically modified to turn out bodies into spike protein factories. 

In truth, the double-jabbed airline passenger in 24A can be just a poetentially more threatening a seat-mate than the great unvaxxed banished from the flight, because the unvaxxed, having weathered eighteen months of the pandemic and survived are more than likely to have natural immunity, a phenomenon that has ensured our survival as a species since men first stood erect, but which we are now told by the priests and hierophants of The Church Of Scienceology, it is heretical to mention.

It is gratifying to those of us who have pointed out the many gaping holes in this phoney narrative since day one that more and more people are coming round to the view that the whole phoney narrative of the killer - virus pandemic is part of an agenda that will if it succeeds will result in global governance and the abolition of personal liberty, free speech and most of our rights.

The pass is mandatory for every Italian citizen and "allows" entry into work spaces or activities like going to restaurants, bars, cinemas and theatres based on one of the following three conditions that must be met: 

• proof of at least one dose of Covid-19 vaccine

• or proof of recent recovery from an infection

• or a negative test within the past 48 hours
  

The government's move has not been well received by Italian citizens.

Spontaneous protests broke out across the country, as workers angry at the law's provision that those who don't comply with the fascistic edict can be fined 1,500 euros ($1,760); or alternately be forced to take unpaid leave for refusing the jab. CNN reported that it triggered "protests at key ports and fears of disruption to supply chains" on Friday, detailing further:

The largest demonstrations were at the major northeastern port of Trieste, where labor groups had threatened to block operations and around 6,000 protesters, some chanting and carrying flares, gathered outside the gates.

Around 40% of Trieste's port workers are not vaccinated, said Stefano Puzzer, a local trade union official, a far higher proportion than in the general Italian population.

As The Hill notes, anyone wishing to travel to Italy anytime soon will have to obtain the green pass by proving they are fully vaccinated, or providing a negative test.

The prime minister had earlier promoted the pass as a way to ensure no more lockdowns in already hard hit Italy, which has had an estimated 130,000 Covid-related deaths since the start of the pandemic.

Meanwhile, the requirement of what's essentially a domestic Covid passport is practically catching on in other parts of Europe as well, with it already being required to enter certain hospitality settings in German and Greece, for example. Some towns in Germany have reportedly begun requiring vaccination proof just to enter stores. So likely the Italy model will soon be enacted in Western Europe as well.

OK, so germany's love of authoritarianism is well known and Greece is another former democracy now ruled by an EU appointed bureaucratic dictatorship. Do you see a pattern emerging here?
