Supporters of populist politician Marine Le Pen took to the strets on Sunday to protest against the lawfare move to exclude her from the presidential race.Organisers estimated that around 10,000 people turned out to express theur disgust at the politically motivated verdict against Marine Le Pen, which bans her from running for president in 2027 and for any poitical office for five years..

 A post on the official National Rally, on behalf of the party she leads in the French national assembly read: “The people of France refuse to yield to the tyranny that attacks the one who embodies hope for millions of our compatriots.”

Released on bail pending appeal, Le Pen addressed the gathering in person, telling the crowd: “Thank you so much for your courage, your generosity, your perseverance… You are amazing!” she said, also thanking National Rally President Jordan Bardella for his support.

“We will continue to fight for justice,” Marine Le Pen said. She also posted footage from the protest on X, saying “Stand up, for justice, for the people, and for France! “

“I don’t know how to give up. I don’t know how to surrender. We are committed to the fight,” Le Pen added, praising the demonstrators’ patriotism.

“Long live the Republic, long live France!” Marine Le Pen concluded her speech.

Jordan Bardella Le Pen's protege and likely successor as the party's presidential candidate if the ban on Le Pen is not overturned also spoke, stressing that he would stand by Le Pen despite the verdict, calling the conviction of the faction leader a dark day in French history. 

“I am sure, my fellow countrymen, that she can count on you. Help her, help her face this injustice. Stay by her side!” Bardella pleaded to those gathered, who broke into applause.

Health Tyranny Takes An Even More Sinister Turn

 Who could possibly object to Wes Streeting’s plan to turn the NHS ‘from hospital to neighbourhood’ and from ‘sickness to prevention’? Of course, it is much better to prevent an illness than to wait until you develop it and then have it treated. Except that unfortunatrely medicating the entire population against all known diseases is just a way for shovelling tax[ayers money into a bottomless pit within which burns the fire of a dystopian hell (can you tell I'm a published poet?).

A study commissioned by the Health Secretary (presumably before the Labour government came to power,) the Darzi report said it had diagnosed the NHS woes, and Darzi himself wrote in the Guardian that his recommended solution to the stage 4 cancer of bureacraicioma is a “pivot to prevention” rather than continuing to treat sickness and injury.

Naturally this appealed to the control freak instincts of Wes Streeting. The new Secretary of State for Health and Social Care at the Institute for Public Policy Research said: “We will publish a 10-year plan early next year that will set out how we deliver three big shifts in the focus of the NHS: from analogue to digital (whatever that mouthful of bollocks means,), hospital to community, and sickness to prevention.” 

Speaking at the Labour Party conference earlier this month, Streeting said, “Without action on prevention, the NHS will be overwhelmed.” Yet the prevention mantra is a familiar line for a UK Health Secretary to trot out.

On hearing this latest iteration of the 'prevention' mantra Trust the Evidence team at Substack thought they would ask how common the prevention mantra is amongst the 13 Health Secretaries we’ve had since 2000.

They learned that prevention is a go-to line for all Health Secretaries who don't want to admit they haven't a clue how to fix the health service, (See the PDF for the table of statements).  And why not, 'prevention is better than cure,' is a line I remember my mother using in unsuccessful attempts to coax a recalcitrent nine year old to eat vegetables.

It was a favourite strategy for the Labour Government until 2010 and when the Conservative - Lib Dem coalition came to power, they were also quick to the mark regarding prevention. Andrew Lansley said: “But as well as re-focusing the treatment side of healthcare, we need to do far more on prevention."

In 2013, the Deprtment of Health and Social Security (DHSC) published ‘Living Well for Longer: A Call to Action’ to reduce avoidable premature mortality. And guess what? “If we are to tackle the challenge we face, we need to make improvements across the three domains of prevention, early diagnosis and treatment.” When I’m a celebrity, Matt Hancock came into the job he was also a prevention disciple as he made prevention one of his earliest priorities for the NHS and social care, publishing the ‘Prevention is better than cure: our vision to help you live well for longer’ plan. 

But you cannot prevent old age, nor the diseases that arise because of old age – dementia, diabetes, chronic renal, cardiovascular, pulmonary problems, arthritis, sight and hearing loss, to name a few. These conditions arise because the body wears out the older it gets, the immune system weakens, cell replacement slows down, cells go rogue and become cancerous. 

The best way to preserve our health as we get older is to take personal responsibility rather than trust government experets, the immune system can easily be boosted through diet, general health is improved by modersting consumption of alcohol, sugar (particularly the highly refined types like HFCS,) and foods containing high levels of manufactured chemicals, and regular exercise dies wonders for general health. 

The biggest problem the NHS is facing is a growing elderly population with these conditions which are costly and time consuming to treat. When the service was created in 1948, the year I was born, life expectancy was 68 years – now it’s 81. Many of the conditions now treatable were not back then, so people died earlier and places a lesser burden on the helth services.

Until the late 1970s, premature babies died. Now they survive, many with medical condition due to their incomplete development in the womb, requiring a lifetime of medical care which increases as they age. Treat a 50 or 60 year old with a cardiovascular condition, that person lives on to get something else wrong with them. It’s what Americans call “whack-a-mole”.

The Medical-Pharmaceutical-Industrial complex and Governments who intervene in healthcare, have led us all to believe that everything is preventable through mass medication and vaccination programmes and thus death eliminated. This is, is it not, the old con trick of religions: conform, never question authority and you can live forever. In heaven with God and his angels in the religious version, in socialist/capitalist utopia in this secular era.

Not so long go we collapsed whole societies and economies, medicated billions of people, so granny could avoid death for a few months or years more.And yet the method of prevention did not work, the vaccinated got ill and in some cases died, while unvaccinated Grandad (yours truly) with his self prescribed immunity boosting diet never had so much as a snotty nose throughout the years of the scamdemic.

Disease prevention via mass medication is a just a pretext for “NHS experts” and research grant grifters in universities to issue advice to government to mandate certain preventive medications so that awkward squad members among the general public can be told what they have to or are not allowed to  do because allowing personal choice could lead to unhealthy behaviour.

This approach to healthcare is fraudulent because causal links between “unhealthy behaviour” and diseases happening 30 years later cannot be established based on our present lack of understanding how human bodies work at the chemical level. In spite of all the "Smoking causes lung cancer," of the 1980s and 90s it remains the case that only 8% of women and 15% of men who indulge in tobacco smoking go on the develop lung cancer. Smoking damages health in many other ways of course, including being a major contributor to many cases of heart and circulatory diseases but it is more difficult to suggest a direct link between those diseases and smoking. And of course some non smokers do develop lung cancer.

It’s only possibly to correlate anecdotes people tell of their past lives with diseases they happened to develop in old age and then claim a causal links must surely exist based on that.

This governm.ent cannot save, fix, redeem, or cure the NHS; no government can. This is why I feel a sense of foreboding at the current Health Secretary’s plans to pivot from treatment to prevention. Distributing smartwatch-style devices (connected to NHS data centres via the internet of course,) to monitor our health in real time opens so many doors for a government that has already shown some unpleasantly authoritarian tendencies. The intention is patients will be given these devices to monitor blood pressure, glucose levels and other metrics, supposedly in order to keep them out of hospital.

But it is not hard to see where this could quickly lead. At first, the smartwatches will be just for people with diagnosed conditions like heart disease and diabetes. But gradually it will seep into the rest of the population, to the point that we will all be expected, or even ordered to wear them. As with Covid testing and vaccines, there will be a sanction if we refuse. The life insurance industry will get in on the act, just as it has with black boxes on cars – which offer us the chance of lower premiums if we agree to have our driving habits constantly monitored. You won’t wear a Fitbit? Sorry, we will have to remove your passport, its for your own protection.

Are Woke Governments Trying To Ban Hate Or Simply Trying To Abolish Dissent?

 

All around the developed world laws are being enacted which seek to criminalise, and thereby abolish, hate. Along with the ideological idiocies of the 'woke' wankerati who have insinuted their weird idesas into every level of government, the promotion of transgenderism, net zero trashing national economies,  support for mass migration, recently rediscovered enthusiasm for war, and the extreme reactions to those who challenge official narratives, it seems there is some sort of globalist cabal trying to redefine what makes us human.

 On gender, global warming, race, immigration, the approach is identical. Discussion is allowed within undefined subjective limits, but opposition or straying beyond those is made synonymous with hatred. Applying this approach to literature, which is something the woke wankerati are attempting, will completely destroy it as an art form. By making hatred taboo, it undermines one of the most important inspirations writers have and one of the most important emotions. 

Since the reign of King Alfred in the ninth century, English law correctly concerned itself only with the illegality of making specific threats or incitements of physical violence. Moving from that to policing general ‘hate’ expression is worse than fascism, since what counts as ‘hateful’ in general expression is subjective and not something that a free society should define. 

Laws pre-empting online hatred (for example, in Canada) resemble a plot thread from one of Philip K Dick's dystopian stories but now exist in reality and can be linked with ‘woke’ attempts to recreate humanity, especially the idea that asserting fundamental biological identity is hateful, whereas recognising someone’s self-proclaimed gender identity is a legal requirement. And we can be sure that very soon the government of Keir SStürmer will be following this lead, with the Home Secretary urging police forces to ramp up recording of ‘hateful but legal expression’.

Why wouldn’t the general population hate such authoritarian governance from a bunch of far left bullies like The Labour Party? It’s likely the wannabe communist tyrants know that response is inevitable and as they showed in the early days of their government, they are quite prepared to release from prision people doing time for murder, rape, arson, theft and violoence in order to make room in the prisons for people who protest peacefully against government policies. 

As many have argued, the gvernment needs to prevent debate because they know their position is utterly indefensible. Small wonder they draw that conclusion. But they’re actively seeking to provoke, to flush out the largely fictitious ‘far Right’ haters they claim threaten society. And now they’ve achieved this, the real free-speech clampdown can begin.

This suppression of dissent is not so much about going against hate but about silencing criticism and dissenting opinions. Instead of addressing whatever happened to be said, it’s asserted that the content of the statement doesn’t matter because it’s really just an outburst of an intense, negative emotion way beyond the ability of the person who said something to control, or, in short. “These are but the utterings of a dangerous lunatic!”

This is not only disingenious but also logically invalid: Hatred for XY may well motivate someone to make perfectly trueful but not exactly complimentary statements about it: Someome who complains about a noisy pride-parade may well be driven by hatred for gays but this doesn’t mean the parade wasn’t a noisy nuisance, say, because of lots of people using compressed air horns all the time. The (usually unprovable) conjecture that such-and-such a thing was secretly driven by ‘impure’ motives doesn’t necessarily invalidate it.

Noteworthy: This is also emblematic of the puerility underlying the whole woke-thing. “You all just hate me!” she cried, storming out of the room and violently slamming the door behind her. is a classic, if not even hackneyed, rendering of a puberty trantrum. Grown up people are said to remain rational even in face of strong emotions. The woketurds don’t want to grow up.

The truly frightening thing about these hate laws is that they do not attempt a legal definition of what constitutes hate, but simply rely on the opinion of whoever has been offended by what has been said ir written.

Without Hate how could we ever recognise Love? The only form of Hate that is not positive is Ideological Hate; the irrational hatred of a group, or groups, purely because dogma demands it of the adherent. We see this in Starmer’s vicious demonstration of hatred towards pensioners which is driven by the fact they are the group that did most to keep Labour out of power. We have all read of Rayner’s foul mouthed rants about Tories; not because they are awful people, simply because her ideology demands she hates them.

Governments are still lying about the deaths and serious health problems caused by COVID vaccines

 The Boggart Bloggers were not alone in being profoundly sceptical about the COVID19 pandemic that was top of the news from 2020 to 2023 and is still disrupting lives today, even though we now know the manufactured virus was much less of a threat to most of us than the DNA editing injections passed off as vaccines, though they did not make people immune to COVID and in fact, as studies have shown, made people more likely to be affected by the disease.

Througout 2021, when the vaccines were launched early in the year, on through  2022 and into 2023 the official mantra was that Covid vaccines were “Safe and Effective,” and the official narrative was that the unvaccinated could infect and possibly cause the deaths of people who were vaccinated. This was said more by politicians and officials than by manufacturers, who likely were mindful of the Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code of Conduct and similar regulations in other developed nations.

This expressly forbids such assertions. Clause 6.4 of ‘Overarching Requirements’ instructs: “It must not be stated that a product has no adverse reactions, toxic hazards…”  and ”The word ‘safe’ must not be used without qualification”. 

Despite that the propaganda campaign went on, the UK government even tried to shame us hold outs by  repeatedly publishing the lie that over 90% of the population were fully vaccinated. Fortunately government official at both elected and employed levels are crap at technology and it was child's play for the tech savvy amongst us to hack official websites and find that in mid 2022 the true figures were that 35% percent had not had a single shot of the mRNA gene editing medication, almost 60% did not get the first booster and 80% did not get the second booster.

It is only now that the truth about Covid is emerging, making clear that the whole pandemic, which was not realy a pandemic because the infection to fatality rate did not come anywhere near the level at which an epidemic would previously have been declared, was an exercise in Pharma Fascism and Health tyranny. People are still suffering long term effects and dying from the clotshots yet nobody in government, the pharaceutical industry and few members of the medical professions will discuss any of the oveerwhelming evidence that the whole exercise was a crime against humanity.
No one has shown any evidence of the ‘virus’ in a Wuhan bat or any bat, no one can explain how the transference to humans took place. No one can prove that such genomic material, if real, leads to illness or death. Citizen journalists and 'conspiracy theorists' have submitted thousands of FOI requests on this and other ‘viruses’ including ‘orthopox viruses’ and not a single agency can show a single chuffing piece of evidence to support claims that the virus exists.

If it is not possible to show an isolated, purified genomic structure in a cell, you can’t make a quackcine.
I can see however, US$300 billion £60 billion and €countless in revenues were accured by the BigPharma Cartel with an average of 30%  bottom line profits.

A reasonable analyst, looking at the evidence, could only conclude there was no pandemic and that death rates increased markedly after rollout of the vaccine programmes. Excess deaths, remarkably consistent through the late 20th century and first two decades of the 21st. are now running at 10% above pre vaccine levels across the developed world. The only variable of difference is the gene altering mRNA injection and it matters not what brand or technology.

The Medical Nazis in businsss, government and the academic community have admitted that the stabs did not prevent COVID and did not reduce symptoms, so ergo they saved no one. Various experiments have stabbed or injected healthy people with fluids from those with ‘SARS II’ and no one became ill. These experiments imitate the thousands of similar experiments with the common flu. 

History, if it is allowed to report facts, will probably classify the pandemic as the greatest mass murder of citizens across the world, an experimental product which without the suppression of Governments medical agencies of hydroxychloroquine (aka quinine) and ivermectin, would not have been passed for use on the public. 

But then the billions made by Pharma and it’s key investors wouldn’t have been made and the greatest ever assault on human rights and personal liberty outside of wartime could never have been justiied.

Look at the state of the world since Governments collaborated with each other, the globalist Nazis of the World Economic Forum, the medical professions and corporate industry to do this to us, we are sicker, poorer, and no longer live under democratic rule, but instead a cadre of new Aristocrats who see it as their birthright to run the world and dictate how we live.

The people who exploited and promoted the pandemic will never admit to themselves or us what they did. and continue to do, I just wish I was not an atheist because if I could believe in aby god I would pray for some sort of divine intervention to causes them to live every moment of very long lives in absolute torment.

And that is exactly what we have seen happening over the past week.

The Truth Has Become An Enemy Of The State And Must Be Kept Hidden At All Costs

 Several industries have grown out of the need of globalist governments to keep the majority of the population in a state of fear in order that We The People will not rise up against the oppressive policies related to climate change, health tyranny, mass immigration, surveillance and censorship, technological dictatorship, and the suspension of our civil rights and liberties. 

There is the mathematical modelling industry which uses fake science to provide statistics which appear to back up the bogus narrative spun by the misinformation industry, the surveillance industry which is as I write developing technologies that will enable your TV, fridge, washing machine and probably even your toilet to spy on you (your computer, smartphone and car are already set up as spies,) and there is the unnamed industry that occupies millions of people who stalk internet comment threads simply parroting the official line at anybody who challenges the government approved truth.

From all that you can see why the words I used as my headline appeared in a Freedom Research article.

But has The Truth become an enemy of the state?

Actually, it's much, much worse than that.

The 'state' has taken for itself the rôle of defining 'the truth' - using (abusing?) both the legal and political systems to redefine 'the truth' to promote its ambitions. This is easily traceable to the emergence of Socialism at the end of the 19thC.

This has, of course, nothing to do with the likes of Kier Hardie or even Karl Marx. The Industrial Revolution, while introducing unprecedented prosperity, had brought many social difficulties with it, just as, in similar way, the current 'deindustrialisation' economy of the west is doing.

 Current economic policy, based on spending money that doesn't have any 'value' connection, is most certainly the highroad to poverty.

The world has seen massive advances in technology ever since the Bronze age. It's speed of 'progress' has increased exponentially since the use of the power of steam, the internal combustion engine, and jet development. So called 'fossil fuels' have always existed from the discovery of how to make fire from dry sticks and moss, to the use of coal. But used widely, caused a reduction in poverty and an increase in longevity as Paul has written.

But there has, and possibly always will be a section of humanity that wishes to dominate and control from the war lords through 'Royalty', governments and those with sufficient gold and silver to ensure they stay - in control. With the increases in global population since the 18thC, that level of control has been seen as diminishing in ratio, hence new ideas of 'health' procedures, euthanasia, weather control, food, water and air quality in order to maintain a manageable level of control. We are seeing the New World Order at work to cull the masses.

That historically we have had times when it was hotter, colder, airborn gasses that have been higher and lower in content, matters not. The levers of control are those of fear, create sufficient fear amongst the masses, and regardless of data to the contrary, control can be maintained. Telling lies often enough, loud enough, creating 'Acts' through legislation, enforcing same, and we have a plethora of rules, regulations and directives seized upon by the hierarchy to further subdue and keep 'at heel' the masses at large through media and its followers. The masses become indoctrinated by the constant drip drip of lies which at times becomes a flood in terms of 'green' movements declaring we can, and must - 'save the planet'.

But what is the point of 'saving the planet' if we must destroy human civilisation to do it. Should we return to primeval savagery or even bring about our own extinction there is no point saving the planet because there will be no collective consciousness to experience it.

How good it must have felt for politicians to set those lofty goals, knowing that someone else must deal with the cost and the implementation? But now the bills are now arriving, and they’re bringing a world of hurt.
