Migrant Convicted Of Murder Can’t Be Deported Because Of Criminal - Friendly EU Rules

Migrant gang member William George, who was convicted along with gangsters of manslaughter after the murder of an 18-year-old in Manchester and now released but deemed likely to offend again cannot be deported because of European Union rules, it has emerged.

Abdul Hafidah was murdered in front of rush hour commuters in Manchester in May 2016. The teenager, was run over by a car and then stabbed multiple times by members of a rival gang, including Belgian national George.

At the original trial the court heard that though George played a crucial role in the killing by confronting Hafidah and allowing others to surround him, he was not directly responsible for Hafida's death. Thus his sentencing hearing was told the charge in his case could only be manslaughter,  The other attackers, after hiting Hafida with a car, beat the teenager, hit him with a hammer at him and stabbed him, leading to his death from a knife wound to the neck.

Ten members of Manchester's notoious AO gang were convicted of the killing

George, a Belgian who moved to Britain with his parents at the age of eight, was jailed for 12 years for manslaughter for his part in the assault. In 2018 he was served with deportation papers, which said he had a “real risk” of reoffending.

Home Office officials have now lost a six-year legal battle to remove George from the UK, despite him being associated with the still active gang.

Under Brussels directives, which applied until Brexit, EU nationals who lived in Britain for an extended time could only be deported “on imperative grounds of public security”. A judgement published this week showed judges concluded that George, who committed his criminal offence before the UK left the EU, did not meet the strict criteria for removal and to deport him would violate his human rights.

Dismissing an appeal by the Home Office against an earlier immigration court decision quashing his deportation, the snivelling leftie judges in the Court of Appeal, anxious to avoid anything that might trigger racial tensions conveniently forgot that nothing is bigger than the law and adopted the usual kid gloved approach to criminals of certain ethnicities resorted to legalistic jiggery - pokery ruled that the threshold had not been reached. To any sane person of course, it is blatantly obvious that the threashold had not just been reached but had been tranpled underfoot and left for dead, and this proves once again, as if any more proof were needed, that Britain must leave the ECHR immmediately.

Lord Justice Nicholas Underhill said George enjoyed “the highest level of protection against removal” as a European Economic Area (EEA) national and that there had been no “express misdirection of law”.

The New Normal Is Just The Same Old Fascism

Phrases like 'The New Normal' and 'The Great Reset' have crept into everyday language (courtesy of the World Economic Forum and other globalist organisations as they seek to advance agendas that offer nothing new, great or normal. Improved transport and communications systems, greater prosperity (in the liberal democracies at least,) and universal education have made a growing level of coordination between big business and national governments, i.e. “public-private partnership” to borrow a phrase beloved of Tony Blair and other globalist leaders, the de facto economic model for large, modern economies.

This model has for several decades appeared to be successful The People's Republic of China, as liberalisation of the old communist regime created by Mao Tse Tung, allowing the people to act on their own initiatives and in their own interests, thus enabling the uge nation with its diverse population of well over 1 billion people to transform itself from an anachronistic peasant economy to a dynamic modern nation able to challenge the USA and European industrial and financial global hegemony. Even sectors considered critical to the national security of the NATO alliance member states, such as the defence and telecom industries, now find contributing industries and their supply chains dominated by Chinese companies.

However, what we must take care not to forget about China is that it is still a communist dictatorship, the state and The Party are inseperable and the global businesses based in China and owned by Chinese money all have close links to the state. Thus nothing these companies do is without some politocal aspect. It is this 'oneness' of everything in China  that has created the platform for the success of the public - private partnership model. Nothing is actually completely private. 

The overelap of public and private sector collaboration makes sense in geopolitical terms and indeed may now be a necessity in order for the /US - UK - EU bloc to compete with the rapidly expanding BRICS organisation led by Russia and China and including other emerhing economies mostly in the global south.

Having said that, the public-private partnership model poses some significant risks for the liberal democracies. These are apparent in the way many of the free nations have become far more illiberal and less democratic since the turn of the century.

There are traditional arguments against state-corporate coordination from both the political Right and Left that we are all familiar with. From the Right, we hear warnings that state inference in the private sector risks undermining market mechanisms, and that “picking winners” risks creating significant inefficiencies and distortions. From the Left the complaint is that corporate influence risks distorting the government’s responsibility to adequately regulate corporate behaviour or to protect the interests of workers or the poor, or that corporate influence in government enables wealthy individuals (The Billionaire Psychopaths as this blog calls them, to exert undue influence over elected representatives.

The key problem with the public-private partnership model is that far too often in practice the actual public seem to be left out of the approach entirely. The alignment of corporate and state interests that occurs through the public-private partnership model enables both government and big business to operate entirely outside the system of democratic governance. The interests of various “stakeholders” — corporations,QANGOs (Quasi Autonomous Non Governmental Organisations, state bureaucracies, and numerous self-interested officials  may be consulted, but the public opinion is way down the list of considerations.

NGOs are a pernicious and dangerous threat to democracy and yet their numbers and powers have been extended enoromously by politicians and parties that shout the loudest about their determination to 'protect democracy' (usually against other democratic parties that look as if they may win the next election.) Although some NGOs are well known, most lurk in the shadows, lobbying govt for prolicy initiative that voters have had no chance to support or oppose, often undermine the well being of said voters. Very few of them have grassroots support and are often funded by govt itself, non elected political organisations, supra national breaucracies such as The United Nations and the aforementioned billionaire psychopaths.

 A big problem is that there is a bit of a money merry-go-round here – and often it is not companies directly. The funding of non-grassroots NGOs often derives from very wealthy individuals and family foundations. Those NGOs lobby for action, but at the same time the funders are also investing in companies providing ‘solutions’ to the issues the NGOs are lobbying about. A simple example might be carbon tax credits for instance where there is a lobby for laws and regulations, but also business opportunities from the trade.

As an example, a funder can support NGOs that support changing regulations on electric vehicles, but then also manipulate share prices on car manufacturers, spark-plug manufacturers etc. If the policy comes into being, the funder reaps the rewards via the movement in share prices, not the direct investment.

Funders would say that funding NGOs for something they believe in, and also investing in companies backing the same cause makes total moral sense – charity and business views are aligned and there is no moral equivocation or fault, the classic example being the way Bill Gates, having established himself as the global vaccines Czar, manipulated the market in pharmaceuticals shares during the COVID scamdemic.

However, from the point of view of the public, someone investing or making money from a policy they are also lobbying the government for looks rotten. (And it gets worse where the NGO is taking money from a funder, lobbying and then getting government money via grants or contracts to continue lobbying, amplifying the funders views with public money).Since these are not grassroots causes they often have little real public backing, and the money from the funders allows them to pay professional wages to connected people to get in to the committee rooms behind closed doors and influence government officers and elected representatives.

There’s an older name for “public-private partnership”: Fascism. At least that’s what its founder Mussolini regarded it as being, “the union of corporate and state power.” And, unsurpisingly it was a threat to democracy, and to the rule of law, and to liberalism (in its original meaning), then, and it is now. And no, democracy, rule of law and liberalism are not coextensive as too many seem to believe these days.

19 Arrested At Moldovan Border AsYoung And Not So Young Men Flee To Evade Conscription

Desertion is rampant in Ukraine, and attempts to escape military service continue to be a major issue for Ukraine’s armed forces. While young Ukrainians are being rounded up by military recuiters as they leave nightclubs or music and sports venues, othrs between the ages of 16 and 60 who do not want to go to war are finding other ways to avoid conscription. Border guards near the border with Moldova  this week detained two groups of men who tried to escape from Ukraine. They received administrative notices of having committed a crime,” the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported.

Border Officers detained two groups, consisting of 8 and 11 men at the border. In order to flee the country, they had paid $3,000 to $5,000 for online instructions from an organizer via the Telegram channel, which had them split into two groups to be more mobile and less conspicuous. 

Desertion is rampant in Ukraine, and attempts to escape military service continue to be a major issue for Ukraine’s armed forces, reports Do Rzeczy. 

“Ukrainians who do not want to go to war are looking for various ways to avoid conscription. Border guards near the border with Moldova detained two groups of men who tried to escape from Ukraine. They received administrative notices of having committed a crime,” the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported.

Officers detained two groups, consisting of eight and 11 men. In order to flee the country, they had paid $3,000 to $5,000 for online instructions from an organizer via the Telegram channel, which had them split into two groups to be more mobile and less conspicuous. 

The men have been charged with attempting to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine and of evading conscription into military service..

On Sept. 6, border guards from the Volyn detachment detained two men who intended to illegally cross the state border, and on Sept. 7, four fugitives were detained in Zakarpattia who had been hiking in the mountains for five days and wanted to cross the Tisza River. Meanwhile, in the Rivne Region, fugitives who tried to get to Belarus almost ran into mines. Doubtless many more are crossing undetected every day.

Ukraine is now trying to implement a new law whuch willl ban the mobilization of men under the age of 25. Support for the change was high, and the law is now on President Zelensky’s desk to be signed, although The President-with-the-pisno-playing-penis is likely to veto  the legislation as he now rules as an autocrat, his legitimate term of office having expired in the first half of this year. The coke snorting, cross dressing clown only remains in office because he cancelled elections, fearing defeat even though he had bnned all opposition candidates.

The act would prevent the mobilization of people aged 18-25 who have not completed military service or studied at military universities but fall under the status of so-called “limited usefulness.” This means a person who is not suitable for military service in times of peace due to their health condition but can be called up for service during war.

Another law, however, was passed back in April, whereby a soldier can no longer decide to end his service after 36 months, as had previously been allowed.

Meanwhile the always deluded and now clearly insane Zelensky addressed the Ukrainian parliament on Wednesday and unveiled his latest so-called "victory plan," although there is little hope tha any of Ukraine’s Western backers will support his proposals.

Zelensky’s plan includes five points and three classified sections that he did not make public. The plan is essentially a list of demands that Zelensky has been making of the US and NATO for months. He claimed that if the plan was implemented, Ukraine "may be able to end the war no later than next year."

Most people in the west are aware the only way Ukraine can end this war is by surrendering, which they could do tomorrow, and probably would if NATO leaders told the neo Nazi cabal in Kiev, "No more money for you to stash in your Swiss bank accounts."

One of the points in this victory plan is for Ukraine to receive a formal invitation to join NATO, but  that is not going to happen in the near or distant future as it would, by brining NATO into direct conflict with Russia, make cities like Berlin, Rome, Paris and London legitimate targets for Moscows inter - continental ballistic missiles. Ukrainian neutrality has always been a key Russian demand for any peace deal. NATO membership is the red line which if crossed would trigger nuclear war.

The plan also calls for more air defense systems and for NATO countries to help shoot down Russian missiles over Ukraine, which  again would mean direct NATO involvement in the war. NATO countries have previously rejected Ukrainian requests to intercept Russian missiles and drones.

Another point in the plan calls for support for Ukraine to use NATO-provided missiles to launch long-range strikes inside Russia, an escalation that would risk nuclear war. So far, the US and the UK have rejected Zelensky’s repeated request for help with long-range strikes.

Ukrainian MP Oleksii Honcharenko, a member of the European Solidarity party, criticized Zelensky’s plan. "First of all, it’s not a plan. Plan means something with concrete steps," he said, according to The Associated Press. "It’s kind of a wish list from Ukraine for our partners, how they can and should support us. And it doesn’t look realistic. We were waiting for some real serious conversation about the situation and the strategy, and this is not that."

Zelensky unveiled the plan as Russia continues to make advances in eastern Ukraine, a reality Honcharenko called "contradictory." Russia's foreign ministry responded by saying: "They need to sober up in Kiev."

For years the political and business establishments aided and abetted by mainstream media have been diverting public public attention from the stuff  that is really messing up the world we live in by demonising Carbon Dioxide, a trace atmospheric gas made up of one Carbon atom bonded to two Oxygen atoms, that far from being a pollutant is actually essential to the continuation of life on this planet (if you're wondering why, all life forms, bacteria, insects, worms, vegetation of all kinds, fish, birds, mammals (including us,) are carbon based life forms. Think it through.

The problem for Carbon Dioxide is that it is released by the processes involved in many of the dirtiest, smelliest, noisiest industrial and agricultural activities. This makes it an easy target for the green loons of the environment lobby and not-very-bright denizens of our great universities to blame for pollution problems when they have been paid by global corporations to shift blame from the real culprits, one of which is plastics.

 It's easy to understand why the corporate Godfathers want to protect the plastics industry, the world is burying itself in plastic, mostly single use plastic packaging. The stuff is everywhere, it is even, as you read, insinuating itself in the form of micro-particles into your vital organs. And as it decomposes it releases the toxic shite it is made from. But as everybody knows, toxic shite is the stuff money is made from.

Consumers rightly want something to be done about plastic pollution. Recycling is something, we're told by the politicians, establishment types, media mendicants and corporate Godfathers. Therefore oil companies, manufacturers and retailers are doing it. The trouble is there are many types of plastic, quite a lot of which are either impossible or very difficult to recycle.

This inconvenient fact does not trouble the not-very-bright denizens of our great universities, they have no interest in things like cost - benefit analysis because their revenue stream comes from research grant phishing, thus many of these initiatives are ill conceived and counter productive, some fall way short of their intended purpose, some would cost $£€100 times more than they would save and others actively cause more environmental damage than they are preventing. 

For example, in 2021, the UK supermarket chain Tesco set up bins in its stores in which customers could leave their difficult-to-recycle “soft plastics”, like the low density polyethylene from shopping bags and film lids. At the time the company boldly forecast it would “collect more than 1,000 tonnes a year” and planned to “recycle as much of this material as possible back into products and packaging sold in Tesco stores”.

However, according to a recent investigation by the Environment Agency and the pressure group Everyday Plastic, the vast majority of this waste ended up being incinerated rather than being recycled. ClientEarth, a non-government organisation that specialises in environmental law, says the results of the investigation shows this and othee supermarket soft plastic take-back schemes are misleading customers.

The problem appears to be widespread and certainly not limited to soft plastics. According to Greenpeace and Everyday Plastic, 58 per cent of all plastic waste in the UK is incinerated, 14 per cent is exported to other countries and 11 per cent is sent to landfill. Just 17 per cent is actually recycled.

Another initiative to encourage consumers to sent plastic waste for recycling, The Big Plastic Count was run across a week in May and its results show that the average household threw away 66 pieces of plastic per week. Based on those figures the organisers, Greenpeace and Everyday Plastic, estimate that the UK throws out nearly 100 billion pieces of plastic a year.

The survey involved nearly 100,000 households each recording the type and amount of plastic they dispose of for seven days. Organisers say the results prove that recycling alone is not a solution for reducing how much plastic ends up either as landfill or being burned..

"This is a jaw-dropping amount of plastic waste," Greenpeace UK's plastics campaigner Chris Thorne said. "Pretending we can sort this with recycling is just industry green-wash. We're creating a hundred billion bits of waste plastic a year, and recycling is hardly making a dent."

These statistics might surprise the gullible, Greta -worshipping green loons but they will not shock anybody who knows anything about either plastic or recycling.

The UK government publishes data, external about the amount of plastic waste being collected from households and the latest statistics (2021) show that more than 2.5 million tonnes of plastic packaging waste was created. The paltry amount actually recycled is shown above.

"We are going further to tackle single use plastics through our landmark Environment Act," a spokesperson for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural affairs said. They highlighted measures that had already been taken to restrict the supply of plastic straws and cotton buds and said proposals were being finalising for a deposit return scheme for plastic bottles.

The vast majority of plastic that people use, and in many cases put into their blue recycling bins, is headed to landfills, or worse, according to a report from Greenpeace on the state of plastic recycling in the U.S.A. so in spite of the virtue signalling they are no better at recycling than we Europeans.

The Greenpeace report cites separate data published in May this year which revealed that the amount of plastic actually turned into new things (presumably the old coke bottles into fleece jackets thing,) has fallen to new lows of around 5%. I guess everybody who wanted a fleece jacket has one now.)That number is expected to drop even further as more plastic is being produced every year.

Greenpeace found that no plastic — not even soda bottles, one of the most prolific items thrown into recycling bins — meets the threshold to be called "recyclable" according to standards set by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation New Plastic Economy Initiative. Plastic must have a recycling rate of 30% to reach that standard; no plastic has ever been recycled and reused close to that rate.

"More plastic is being produced, and an even smaller percentage of it is being recycled," Lisa Ramsden, senior plastic campaigner for Greenpeace U.S.A. observed. "The crisis just gets worse and worse, and without drastic change will continue to worsen as the industry plans to triple plastic production by 2050."

Waste management experts say the problem with plastic is that it is expensive to collect and sort. There are now thousands of different types of plastic, and none of them can be melted down together. Persuading consumers to sort their plastic waste is impossible as training is needed to be able to differentiate the various kinds and paying people to sort it would only add a further cost to an already unviable business model.

Plastic also degrades after one or two uses. Greenpeace found the more plastic is reused the more toxic it becomes. What did we old 'conspiracy theorists tell you up at the top of the article?

New plastic, on the other hand, is cheap and easy to produce. The result is that plastic trash has few markets — a reality the green lobby has not wanted to hear and does not want the public to hear.

The problem with reducing plastic pollution now is the need to re-educate individuals that a great deal of the material they have been told is sent for recycling into useful stuff is ending up in a landfill, or an incinerator. A Greenpeace official said. "It's not going to a recycling facility and being recycled. It's going to a recycling facility and being landfilled somewhere else because industry can't do anything with that material."

That message has been difficult for the public to absorb with so many different bins in public spaces, and their own communities telling them to put their plastic in recycling containers.
