Reports Of The WHO Climbdown On Its World Domination Plan Are Greatly Exaggerated

 

This week the 8th meeting of WHO’s Working Group on the International Health Regulations (2005) (“WGIHR”) has been meeting to review and incorporate over 300+proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) (“IHR”).

Nation States are being asked to sign up to this revised set of regulations which are now being referred to as The Pandemic Treaty because they will, if accepted, seemingly enable the World Health Organisation (a cabal of unelected bureaucrats,) on declaration of a 'Pandemic' to usurp the powers of sovereign governments.

Public opposition to the pandemic treaty has been growing in the nations of the developed world. Forewarned by the debacle of the COVID hoax pandemic, which showed how far the globalist movement and its servants are prepared to go in their bid to abolish freedom for all but a tiny elite, one per cent of the one per cent, that sufficient numbers are prepared to challenge the scaremongering narrative of propagandists to prevent any future power grabs succeeding.

But those who seek power without responsibility are not going to give up their gains without a fight.   

There are two instruments that WHO is attempting to have ratified at the next World Health Assembly taking place from 27 May to 1 June 2024: the IHR amendments; and, the Pandemic Treaty, also referred to as the Pandemic Accord, Pandemic Agreement and WHO Convention Agreement + (“WHO CA+”).  Both instruments are intended to achieve the same aim.  The Globalists (slimy, conniving little shits that they are,) require only one of them to be adopted next month to achieve their aims.

Although there have been several drafts of the proposed Pandemic Treaty, there has been little official information released regarding the IHR amendments.  The proposed 300+ amendments to the IHR were released in February 2023 and, a year later, an unofficial draft of the amended IHR was leaked, in February 2024.

Last week, on 17 April, the WGIHR released the latest draft of the IHR amendments labelled ‘Proposed Bureau’s text for Eighth WGIHR Meeting, 22–26 April 2024’.

In this draft the WHO has apparently taken out some of the more controversial provisions.  While some have claimed WHO is “backing down” and this is a “major victory for freedom,” they may have been too hasty, Dr. Meryl Nass, who has been following WHO’s machinations as they tried to blindside their opponents, the defenders of freedom,  has said: “The current language has been watered down, and is a bit trickier to disentangle, but the plan is exactly the same.”

Taking her lead from to an article published on Door to Freedom which compares the latest draft of the amended IHR to the current health regulations, Dr. Nass wrote on her Substack:

People said surveillance and censorship: control of misinformation and disinformation had been removed. Not so. They are just moved to an Annex and inserted elsewhere … The control of information is now even more stringent, as “surveillance” and managing misinformation are now considered “Core Capacities” that all nations will have to develop, and on which they will be scored using a monitoring system still to be developed.

So what if the term “non-binding” is no longer crossed out? The document is still binding on nations due to other language, the requirement to report back to the WHO on how well nations are complying, and the new compliance and implementation committee, which will ride herd on nations that do not comply.

Human rights, which were crossed out in the earlier draft, are now back. This shows you that those negotiating these treaties think your human rights are negotiable and can be given or taken away with the stroke of a pen.

The language stating that the WHO [Director-General] could designate potential pandemics has been replaced with likely pandemics. A weasel way of saying the same thing.

Death Of Democracy: Government's Dare Not Tell Us What The WHO Is Pushing Them To Sign Up To

The World Health Organisation (WHO) is currently ramping up pressure on governments of states signed up to support it to accept its International Health Regulations Amendments (IHRs). The problem is We The People have not been allowed to know what our leaders are considering signing up to. 

In addition to being given virtually no information about the WHO’s IHR amendments, the British public will not be consulted on whether our nation will signed up to be bound to the changed agreements. Regardless of your opinion on the matter, the Government and the WHO will decide for you. This may not sound so bad if you are unaware that among the amendments we are likely to be committed too are clauses that give the WHO the ability by declaring a 'pandemic' top usurp to itself the powers of government for all nations signed up to its contract to oversee healthcare on a globalist basis.

That ought to scare any sane person shitless because in effect it means that a bunch of unelected bureaucrats who alone have the power to declare a pandemic, can then dictate laws and policy to democratically elected governments. And yet our elected leaders are eagerly pushing ahead with efforts to commit us to surrendering national sovereignty to a committee of globalists currently led by a former terrorist leader from Eritrea. To describe Eritrea as a failed state would be an insult to failed states. Public opinion, among those who know anything about the treaty, is strongly opposed to the prospects of more lockdowns, mask mandates and informed consent being obtained by coercion. But the contempt the ruling classes have for ordinary punters is well known

This is happening in spite of growing opposition from voices, including Members of Parliament and senior medical professionals who are expressing strong concerns about what  our joining this scheme to transfer power from the elected parliament to foreign bureaucrats could mean for our individual freedom, our ability to make informed choices, the national economy and for democracy. It is therefore of paramount  importance that we all familiarise ourselves with the issues around this debate and then consider expressing our concerns about what the revised IHRs will mean for us as individuals. Most people would take this approach to any other situation which could dramatically affect the way they live their life and impact on their family and future so why are we being obstructed from doing so in this case.

Not knowing about the WHO’s IHR amendments is understandable because there has been little coverage of what the new regulations are and how they curtail a national government's ability to define its own health policy within the mainstream media. Thus very little public debate on what amounts to a political power grab has been possible. This is unacceptable, given the impact which they could have on our lives.

In summary, the WHO is demanding two international legal instruments intended to increase significantly its authority in managing public health emergencies, including pandemics:

1. Amendments to the 2005 International Health Regulations (the IHR amendments)
2. A pandemic treaty (the WHO Pandemic Agreement)

The WHO International Health Regulations group aims to present the amendments package at the World Health Assembly in May at the 77th World Health Assembly. The last draft of that document was published by the WHO over two years ago, in February 2022 and is summarised in this comprehensive UsForThem briefing paper (full paper here), which outlines the scope and severity of the issues, particularly in terms of their implications for human rights, free speech and national decision making autonomy.

There is a legally binding process for amending the terms of reference of any United Nations agency but in this case there is strong evidence that the process has not been lawfully adhered to. The WHO failed to publish a draft of the revised package of IHR amendments in January 2024, as required under Article 55 of the IHR. This means that the WHO cannot now lawfully present the IHR for a vote within the timeframes required under international law. The May deadline for the vote must therefore be extended. You would expect that something as important as this would be raised in Parliament and widely reported in the mainstream press, but it has not been.

Pamela Hamamoto, the State Department official representing the U.S.A in negotiations, has already declared that America is committed to signing a pandemic treaty that will “build a stronger global health architecture,” or in other words put almost total power in the hands of unelected and unaccountable public servants  which is precisely what we don’t need. 

If we learned anything from the pandemic, it was the folly of entrusting narrow-minded public-health officials with wide-ranging powers. The countries that fared best, like Sweden, were the ones that ignored the advice of the WHO, and the U.S. states that fared best, like Florida, were the ones that defied the White House Coronavirus Task Force and the Centers for Disease Control. In Enland the 35% of people who did not accept even a single shot of the mRNA vaccines in spite of the bullying and coercion employed in promoting the jabs ('Get the jab or lose your job,' had a far lower chance of catching COVID than the multi vaxxed. This wasn’t a new lesson. Previous research had shown that giving national leaders new powers to respond to a natural disaster typically leads to more fatalities and economic damage.

Such lessons iare anathema to politicians and bureaucrats. Instead of analyzing their many mistakes during the pandemic, WHO officials are still busy congratulating themselves on their performance and claiming the 'millions of lives' saved by vaccines, masks and lockdowns entitles them to expand their empire. This is in spite of a growing mountain of bodies and a truly gobsmacking increase in excess deaths providing evidence to the contrary.

Under the proposed new regulations, which would be “legally binding,” nations that signed up to the agreement would commit themselves during an emergency to “recognize WHO as the guiding and coordinating authority of international public health response.” The agency could then issue directives on quarantines, contact tracing, lockdowns and travel restrictions, border closures, mandatory vaccination and vaccine passports. In the name of “equity,” nations and companies could be required to share intellectual property, to supply the WHO with vaccines and other products, and to provide various “resources”—including funds to pay for the WHO’s expanding bureaucracy.

World Health Organisation Uses Health Scares To Help Globalist United Nations Become WorldGovernment

 

With the World Health Organisation (WHO) now reset as a promoter of Diversity, Inclusibity and Equality (DIE) as well as hoax pandemics and dodgy vaccines, having revealed through such cock ups as its calamitous Covid response that its main mission, like that of its parent organisation The United Nations is to work towards the creation of a global government, is busy setting the stage not for the much hyped 'New World Order' but for a return to a rather unpleasant old order last seen in the first half of the twentieth century. 

An army of health professionals, academics and bureaucrats, equipped with an arsenal of weaponised rhetoric about ‘vaccine misinformation’, ‘health equity’ and ;medical colonialism,' and with the backing of of corporate and philanthropic sponsorship, is forming the strikeforce. The social order of winners, losers and enablers – all the stuff we naïvely thought we had put aside – was just festering in the shadows.

While historically European colonialism proved an excellent way to extract the wealth of others, it also had disadvantages. One was the importations, alongside perfumes, spices, ivory,  apes and peacocks,
Sandalwood, cedarwood, and sweet white wine* came disease pestilence such as cholera, typhus, bubonic plague and HIV. While smallpox had been a devastating European export, clearing coveted lands for colonial settlement, transmission of disease in the reverse direction  could not be hidden from the public.

However colonialism was too big a money spinner for considerations like the spread of disease to be allowed to stand in its way. And once liberal ideology started to challenge the march of unfettered capitalism, along came political philosophies like fascism, Marxism and socialism to assert the rights of the state over those of the individual which had been championed by liberals.

An ever-growing bureaucracy, in an ever-growing list of international agencies, now implements the globalist agenda, removing remaining vestiges of local ownership and control. Thousands of well-salaried ‘humanitarian’ workers are the new East India Company bureaucrats, projecting the same façade of Western largesse to the distant, ignorant and undeveloped. Untouchable international agencies such as WHO, external to national judicial control, do the leg work for those with money and power.

The WHOs characteristics may be more akin to fascism than Marxism. Its agendas are built and delivered via public private partnership initiatives. PPP is to all intents and purposes fascism, the merging of powers of the corporate state and corporate business as defined by Italian dictator Benito Mussolini,

Marxism tries to distance itself from Fascism by characterising it as right wing. In fact both are right wing because in the west, traditionally the political right refers to government authority and control while the left was about the rights of the individual. The terms 'left' and 'liberal' have been usurped by Marxist, socialist and fascist authoritarians because it was associated with a kinder, more humane style of politics than any authoritarian movement could lay claim to. 

After the crimes against humanity committed by Marxist, Communist and Fascist regines it is easty to see why the globalist authoritarians would try this, but if one shuts out all the words and look at the actions and results alone then there is no difference between collectivist and oligarchic regimes except that one emphasises the nation while the other pretends not to. For the individual, the outcomes are the same. To boil it down further it is about power and the control of the individual.

In my opinion PPP has always been around, e.g. the creation of the London sewers by Joseph Bazalgette and the construction of all our schools and urban roads. The trick is how to avoid corruption. When I started working in IT more years ago than I care to mention it was fashionable to say that computers and technology would libersate humanity. New WHO Charter Could Create A Global Authoritarian Regime In The Name Of Health

 

When it was established in 1948, under the auspices of the newly minted United Nations, the purpose of The World Health Organization (WHO) was that it would act as an advisory body in international health matters. Since 2005 however, the WHO has, through the implementation of International Health Regulations (IHR) as the main compliance tool to ensure that public health emergencies would be handled swiftly, established itself as a supra - national political entity. The COVID pandemic perfectly illustrates how powerful the WHO already is in geopolitics. And it is set to become even more powerful.

A new set of amendments (pdf) to the WHO, proposed by the bureaucrats who represent national governments, was published at the end of 2022, with the aim of increasing the WHO’s power under the guise of the IHR. This, in addition to a newly proposed Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) (pdf) and the addition of a pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response treaty, raises several red flags on the changing role of the WHO , from international health advisory body to becoming a global regime using 'public health' as a cover for superseding the sovereignty of elected governments.

Related to these far reaching measures, the WHO has published a number of amendments to the IHR that will strengthen the it’s power considerably pertaining to global health emergencies. For example, the WHO will have the power to act upon potential rather than actual emergencies, and allow the director-general of the WHO control over the production of medication that may be allocated as he or she deems fit.

Even the current over - used 'evidence-based medicine,' advice from the European Medicines Agency, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), UK National Health Service and other health agencies serves as nonbinding recommendations to doctors that give them the right to make their own decisions based on their knowledge of the patient. The bond of  trust between doctors and patients has always been considered incorruptible and demands that doctors practice medicine grounded in ethics and based on genuine medical knowledge, skills, and experience—all things that most doctors still have.

Recently however that bond has been shattered by numerous scandals culminating in the ridiculously hyped COVID-19 pandemic and the mRNA non - vaccines that were allowed to sidestep all safety and ethical oversights in the rush to inject the world with a formula that was never going to make people immune to a relatively minor infection with an infection to fatality rate similar to that of any year's seasonal 'flu. 

Drug and vaccine makes, member of the Big Pharma cartel, powerful health agencies headed by nelected bureaucrats, and health insurance enterprises linked to the banking and finance community are all intertwined, forming a tremendous conglomerate of power. In the name of protecting the people, this manifestation of power has reached an unprecedented level, which was on full display during the pandemic in the form of lockdowns, mandates, the rush of drugs and vaccines, insurance policies determining diagnosis, etc. The doctor / patient personal relationship has been totally corrupted by corporate money and political power.

All of this is apparent in the latest latest proposed reforms to the role and powers of the WHO which should raise serious concerns over whether the WHO is turning into a global quasi-regime.

The newest changes to the WHO's constitution are amendments to the International Health Regulations agreement. The World Health Assembly first adopted the IHR in 1969 to cover six diseases and it has since been revised several times.The amendments to IHR will demand WHO member nations detect, assess, report, and respond appropriately in regard to public health emergencies that can spread on an international scale. During the COVID-19 pandemic, especially during its onset, China demonstrated an aptitude for disinformation and a lack of transparency toward the international community with regard to sharing data, allowing a probe into the origins of the virus, and issues involving the most recent unprecedented spike of infections and death after the country lifted its zero-COVID restrictions.

How in hell's name any sane person could think tinkering with regulations will change the behaviour of nations like China, Russia, Iran, Turkey or North Korea (and that's just the usual suspects,) is a mystery. but then when dealing with bureaucrats, sanity to too much to hope for.

One of the major concerns raised by people who have seen early drafts of the amendments is that the WHO is giving itself the authority to override health measure decisions made by individual nations and grant the organization the capacity to censor what it considers misinformation and disinformation, should the amendments be adopted. This is a serious threat to the sovereignty of every WHO member and, given the lies we have been sold throughout the three years of the COVID fiasco, the safety of every individual living in WHO member states.

At the same time, the WHO’s new amendments change the advisory nature of the IHR to that of law, meaning that the organization will hold just as much power—if not more—as the state legeislature of any mmber state's elected government with legally binding jurisdiction and enforcement capabilities.

These fears are even more worrying because the amendments are vague in nature and leave much room for interpretation. For example, the amendments do not specify the amount of funding countries need to contribute, which could lead to an escalation of corruption in underdeveloped countries.

Another astounding change in the proposal is the removal of “respect for the dignity, human rights, and fundamental freedoms of persons” in Article 3 of the IHR, being replaced with the meaningless terms “equity” and “inclusivity.” Echoes there of demented Joe Biden's idiotic exhortation to Americans to get the vaccine, "Nobody is safe until we re all safe," indicating that the vaccines would not protect against infection, (because of course, if the vaccines worked the vaccinated would have nothing to fear from contact with an unvaccinated person.)
