Reports Of The WHO Climbdown On Its World Domination Plan Are Greatly Exaggerated

 

This week the 8th meeting of WHO’s Working Group on the International Health Regulations (2005) (“WGIHR”) has been meeting to review and incorporate over 300+proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) (“IHR”).

Nation States are being asked to sign up to this revised set of regulations which are now being referred to as The Pandemic Treaty because they will, if accepted, seemingly enable the World Health Organisation (a cabal of unelected bureaucrats,) on declaration of a 'Pandemic' to usurp the powers of sovereign governments.

Public opposition to the pandemic treaty has been growing in the nations of the developed world. Forewarned by the debacle of the COVID hoax pandemic, which showed how far the globalist movement and its servants are prepared to go in their bid to abolish freedom for all but a tiny elite, one per cent of the one per cent, that sufficient numbers are prepared to challenge the scaremongering narrative of propagandists to prevent any future power grabs succeeding.

But those who seek power without responsibility are not going to give up their gains without a fight.   

There are two instruments that WHO is attempting to have ratified at the next World Health Assembly taking place from 27 May to 1 June 2024: the IHR amendments; and, the Pandemic Treaty, also referred to as the Pandemic Accord, Pandemic Agreement and WHO Convention Agreement + (“WHO CA+”).  Both instruments are intended to achieve the same aim.  The Globalists (slimy, conniving little shits that they are,) require only one of them to be adopted next month to achieve their aims.

Although there have been several drafts of the proposed Pandemic Treaty, there has been little official information released regarding the IHR amendments.  The proposed 300+ amendments to the IHR were released in February 2023 and, a year later, an unofficial draft of the amended IHR was leaked, in February 2024.

Last week, on 17 April, the WGIHR released the latest draft of the IHR amendments labelled ‘Proposed Bureau’s text for Eighth WGIHR Meeting, 22–26 April 2024’.

In this draft the WHO has apparently taken out some of the more controversial provisions.  While some have claimed WHO is “backing down” and this is a “major victory for freedom,” they may have been too hasty, Dr. Meryl Nass, who has been following WHO’s machinations as they tried to blindside their opponents, the defenders of freedom,  has said: “The current language has been watered down, and is a bit trickier to disentangle, but the plan is exactly the same.”

Taking her lead from to an article published on Door to Freedom which compares the latest draft of the amended IHR to the current health regulations, Dr. Nass wrote on her Substack:

People said surveillance and censorship: control of misinformation and disinformation had been removed. Not so. They are just moved to an Annex and inserted elsewhere … The control of information is now even more stringent, as “surveillance” and managing misinformation are now considered “Core Capacities” that all nations will have to develop, and on which they will be scored using a monitoring system still to be developed.

So what if the term “non-binding” is no longer crossed out? The document is still binding on nations due to other language, the requirement to report back to the WHO on how well nations are complying, and the new compliance and implementation committee, which will ride herd on nations that do not comply.

Human rights, which were crossed out in the earlier draft, are now back. This shows you that those negotiating these treaties think your human rights are negotiable and can be given or taken away with the stroke of a pen.

The language stating that the WHO [Director-General] could designate potential pandemics has been replaced with likely pandemics. A weasel way of saying the same thing.

Tens of thousands of citizens across Japan took to the streets today in a series of rallies protesting at their governments intention to sign up to the World Health Organisation's (WHO) pandemic treaty. Democratically elected governments are aligning themselves behind this authoritarian and dictatorial power grab by unelected bureaucrats, and escalating concerns over “infectious disease” and “public health” with scaremongering propaganda about future pandemics of diseases that have not yet been created in the bioweapons laboratories of rogue states. Fear and panic thus created are becoming potent tools for an unprecedented push, using health scares and threats of social exclusion fron non compliance, to drive us towards what is perceived by many as a totalitarian surveillance society. Massive Rallies Break Out in Japan Against WHO’s Pandemic Treaty. – ‘Don’t Underestimate the Japanese’

From the bustling streets of Ikebukuro to the gatherings at Higashi-Ikebukuro Central Park, the sheer scale of participation speaks volumes. Organizers aimed for a monumental turnout of 100,000 protesters to demand answers on crucial issues, such as the stark increase in excess deaths and the lack of transparency on the adverse effects following vaccinations.

The protest not just opposed potential mandatory vaccinations but also the perceived overreach of health authorities and their ties with global pharma, echoing a distressing sentiment of disenfranchisement among the populace. Demonstrators criticized the lack of explanations for a sharp increase in excess deaths and demanded accountability and clarity on vaccine-related casualties.

Eminent speakers, including Professor Masayasu Inoue and modern history researcher Chikatsu Hayashi, provided compelling pre-demonstration speeches that laid bare the concerning dynamics between global health authorities and pharmaceutical agendas. Professor Inoue highlighted the concerning trend of our health being weaponized in what he termed as “a third world war fought with information.” He urged the public to resist introducing genetic vaccines into their bodies, implicating a significant portion of WHO’s funding comes from pharmaceutical giants and private interests like the Bill Gates Foundation. This follows Japan’s Message to the world delivered by Prof Inoue a few days ago.

Modern history researcher Prof Chikatsu Hayashi’s address was a rallying cry to resist the encroaching shadows of global totalitarianism, symbolically referring to the proactive stance against it as “stopping the third atomic bomb with our hands.” His poignant discourse highlighted a national movement poised against not only the Pandemic Treaty but also the underlying structures threatening Japan’s sovereignty and the well-being of its citizens.

So, what is the Treaty about, and should we be concerned?

The WHO wants member states to negotiate a new international instrument to advance collective action for pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.

In March 2021, world leaders, including Boris Johnson, announced the need for a treaty to enhance international pandemic cooperation. In October, a WHO working group published a ‘zero draft’ report for consideration by the World Health Assembly (WHA), the WHO’s decision-making body. As a result, the WHA convened a second special session in December, where it established an Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) to draft and negotiate the instrument with a view to its adoption under Article 19 of the WHO Constitution. Article 19 of the WHO’S Constitution gives the WHA the authority to adopt conventions or agreements on any matter within WHO’s competence. 

Does the U.K. support the treaty? Well, in May 2022, the Government responded to the petition, stating it supported “a new legally-binding instrument.” 

Government support that is pledged despite not knowing the substance of what is being proposed: the Government supports a new treaty “as part of a cooperative and comprehensive approach to pandemic prevention, preparedness and response”. 

We do know a little more now however and to put the scope of the treaty bluntly and in the briefest possible way, those nations which support it have agreed to accept the authority of the WHO on matters of health, and the WHO alone will have the power to declare a pandemic. Once the pandemic is declared the powers of the WHO will supersede those of elected governments and the unelected bureaucrats will be able to dictate laws and prohibitions, order lockdowns and make vaccination or other forms of mass medication mandatory. 

And these, as you may remember, are the people who gave us the COVID 19 hoax pandemic and tried to bully and coerce us into accepting injections of a toxic substance presented as a vaccine (though it never worked as such,) as well as lockdowns and social distancing.

It strikes we Boggart Bloggers as bizarre that governments of democratic nations are even discussing this, and yet in the face of massive public resistance a majority of our elected representatives are totally behind it and so show they are firmly in the grip of the Big Pharma cartel and certain billionaire psychopaths who funded the killer shot that did not immunise anybody against COVID 19 and now is allegedly behind a spike in cancer and cardiovascular deaths among people under fitfy years of age.

The loss of sovereignty through this treaty, , if it is universally accepted, is likely to be bigger, more arbitrary and more dictatorial than that of German parliamentarians to the Nazis through their passing of the enabling act of 1933. It is nothing short of a complete abandonment of the concept of human rights and the withdrawal by government of all individual freedoms.

So yes, we should be just a little bit concerned.

Pandemic Preparedness And The Road To International Fascism

 

Looking at the trend towards authoritarianism in matters of public health, sociologist Dr. David Bell, in an article published in the American Journal of Economics and Sociology  finds there are alarming parallels between past fascist regimes, recent pandemic control measures, and the World Health Organisation's (WHO) proposed pandemic response treaty, which would give the unelected bureaucrats of the WHO the power to usurp to themselves the powers of elected government and impose laws which nations signatory to the treaty would be bound to implement in order to 'halt the progress' of a future pandemic of an as yet unknown disease.

 The World Health Organization's broad definition of health embraces physical, mental and social well-being. Expressed in its 1946 constitution alongside concepts of community participation and national sovereignty, it reflected an understanding of a world emerging from centuries of religious and colonialist oppression and the public health industry's shameful facilitation of fascism. Health policy would be people-centered, closely tied to human rights and self-determination.

The COVID-19 response has demonstrated how these ideals have been undone. Decades of increasing funding within public-private partnerships have corroded the basis of global public health. The COVID-19 response, intended for a virus that overwhelmingly targeted the elderly, ignored norms of epidemic management and human rights to institute a regime of suppression, censorship, and coercion reminiscent of the power systems and governance that were previously condemned. Without pausing to examine the costs, the public health industry is developing international instruments and processes that will entrench these destructive practices in international law.

Public health, presented as a series of health emergencies, is being used once again to facilitate a fascist approach to societal management. The beneficiaries will be the corporations and investors whom the COVID-19 response served well. Human rights and individual freedom, as under previous fascist regimes, will lose.

The public health industry must urgently awaken to the changing world in which it works, if it is to adopt a role in saving public health rather than contributing to its degradation.

German MP Vows To End WHO / Billionaire Psycopaths Influence On Government Policy

 

 German Member of the European Parliament (MEP) Christine Anderson last week delivered a speech to the  Citizens Initiative in which she excoriated the World Health Organization, calling it a group of "globalitarian misanthropists" who she - and a group of seven other MPs, have vowed to dismantle in order to oppose the WHO supplanting democratically elected governments.

“We are here today to tell you WHO globalitarian misanthropists. We are here today to tell you — you picked this fight! You wanted this fight. Well, guess what? You’ve got it. Let’s fight,” Anderson told the audience, directing her remarks at the World Health Organisation (WHO).

She continued: "It is you [WHO] that is the small fringe minority,” she continued. “You are the ones who do not have the right to dictate to the people what they want and what they don’t want. An unelected body like the WHO is controlled and run by multi-billionaires should never be allowed to act in place of a democratically elected government." 

“So take it from me ... take it from the millions and millions of people around the world. We will bring you down, and we will not tire until we have done just that. So brace yourselves. We are here, and the fight is on. So let’s have the fight.”

"An unelected body like The  WHO is controlled and run by multi-billionaires should never be allowed to act in place of a democratically elected government," she said, failing to add that the WHO General Secretary is an Eritrean former terrorist who has done jail time for corruption.

Supported by seven other MEPs Anderson has taken on the task of reminding national leaders and ruling parties or coalitions that in democracies it is government of the people, by the people, for the people, and any government of anywhere in the world who disregards this fundamental principle of democracy by supporting the unprecedented power grab by WHO , the Global Pandemic Preparedness Treaty is an anti-democratic coup demonstrating nothing but his utter contempt for the people. The treaty, which globalist elites in all the world's wealthiest nations are falling over themselves to sign, would give the unelected bureaucrats of the WHO, if and when (probably when rather than if,) they decide to launch another hoax pandemic, the power to override national laws made by our elected representatives and impose laws desired by the billionaire psychopaths who fund the WHO.

TTIP:Here In A Single Article Is The Key To Why People Do Not Trust Mainstream Media

A single article published in UK newspaper The Daily Telegraph shows why few people trust what they read in mainstream media or see and hear in broadcast news bulletins any more. The author, obviously a proponent of the anti democratic trade treaty which is really no more than a corporate power grab.

No, TTIP is not a good reason for Britain to leave the European Union

Britain’s Eurosceptics on the Left and Right have found common cause in objecting to the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP). Boris Johnson last week ridiculed the EU’s negotiating model as a “pantomime horse”. On the left, critics say TTIP is a corporate power grab and threatens the NHS. These views are flawed for a number of reasons.

On the Right, Brexit promises the ability of free trade deals without interference from Brussels and its red tape. But TTIP would still influence the UK economy. Once outside the EU, the UK would be unable to stop TTIP, or shape it. The EU, like the US, will remain an important trading partner after Brexit. So whatever the future arrangement between the EU and the UK, British firms will be required to adopt EU rules and regulations if they want to sell into the single market.

In these opening paragraphs the author uses the favourite tactic of both pro - EU and pro - Golbalisation propagandists, he or she tries adopts a scornful tone to belittle the very sensible and rational arguments in favout of leaving the EU and against getting involved with dodgy trade deals promoted by the rent boy in The White House. The concluding sentence of the first paragraph is a blatant lie. I will now unequivocally call Rem Korteweg a liar and he / she can sue me if able to demonstrate that all non EU nations in the world have adopted EU regulations in order to see their products in the European Union. In fact a large part of the disputed clauses in TTIP relate to the insistence of the USA that EU nations conform to US standards before they can be sold in the USA. The USA however insists that it must be allowed to sell some goods in Europe that are incompatible with EU standards.

After the scaremongering comes the big lie Negotiations of TTIP have been surrounded by secrecy, and high security, even elected representatives of the American and European peoples have not been allowed to study and comment on the draft, yet this propagandist tells us:

More importantly, TTIP would create a transatlantic marketspace that would influence British firms and the UK economy by aligning regulation in the US and EU by recognising or harmonising each other’s standards. These standards would become benchmarks for others to follow, particularly in those countries that trade a lot with either the US or the EU, or both. In 2015, 63 per cent of British trade (imports and exports) was with the EU and US. British exporters, keen to adopt newly agreed transatlantic standards, would pressure UK regulators to implement the same rules at home. So, standards agreed in TTIP, on issues like health, environment or labour, would percolate into the UK. Yet the British government would have no say in the shaping of these standards, as it does now. Only if the UK stopped trading with both the EU and the US would Britain be immune to TTIP’s regulations.

One of the main points raised by what's been leaked (apart from WTF is 'marketspace'?), is when the author talks of 'recognising and harmonising' each other's standards, as those of us who have read the parts of TTIP leaked by Wikileaks, The Intercept and The Guardian's Glen Greeenwald know what this means. We should brush aside another lie peddled by the article first however; the author (again typically of pro TTIP and pro - EU propagandists) give the impression that all the opposition is cominf from extremists on the right and left. In fact many moderate groups representing small and medium sized independent business, trade unions, and independent watchdogs have opposed TTIP along with civil rights groups, consumer protection agencies and and environmentalists.

This harmonisation that is referred to as if only cranks and fanatics are questioning it, has been questioned by centrist politicians in Europe because one of the sticking points is that the USA demands that European Union negotiators yield to all its demands while refusing to give up any of its own protectionist tariffs and barriers.

OK Kortweg, I look forward to hearing from your lawyers, but I wan you, it will not be I who ends up sleeping inder a bundle of old rags in some derelict, inner city slum.

As for everyone else, you don't have to take our word for it (although there are plenty of words written by Boggart Bloggers available if you want to know more about the threats posed to democracy, national sovereignty and free speech, as well as the environment, jobs, workers rights, civil rights, free speech and public services posed by TTIP. Five minutes research should pull up enough material to convince you it is a fascist power grab. And if the threat of corporate fascism alone is not enough to convince you that Britain should leave the EU, there are a billion other very good reasons (80 million of them currently residing in Turkey.)
