Persecution Of Ched Evans: When Was Being A Scumbag Made A Crime?

Sheffield United footballer Ched Evans was charged with rape, convicted and served his time. Now certain elements of society, the left wing, feminist screechers, the mentally castrated metrosexual males of the public sector, academia and the media leading them, want to deny him a chance to return to the game he played at professional level, yet when we look at the details of his crime, while Evans clearly acted like the lowlife spawn of a pox whore's scab lice, whether what he did was truly rape begins to look very debatable. Does he therefore deserve the witch hunt treatment to which he is being subjected. Let's put the screeching hysteria of the left wing lynch mob aside and look at the facts as established in the trial and conviction of Ched Evans.


The problem now you see is the facts have been swamped by the screeching of the hate mob. Several lower league football clubs have already been subjected to such intense media bullying that had pulled out of negotiations aimed at giving Evans a route back into the game that was his livelihood. Another club, Oldham Athletic is now getting the same treatment, an online petition with a claimed 20,000 signatures has been presented to club officials and several sponsors fearing a backlash have threatened to pull out if Convicted Rapist Ched Evans (the media have changed the footballer's name for him) is signed as a player by Oldham.


The first thing we should ask before proceeding to the actual rape is how many of those 20,000 signatures belong to genuine Oldham Athletic supporters. Very few, we suspect, if fact we would be willing to bet most have come from people who live in the London area and have very little interest in football. The people campaigning to prevent Convicted Rapist Ched Evans returning to the game are probably made up mostly of angry female Social Justice Warriors who are more likely to shave their chins than their legs like football about as much as they like UKIP, or metaphorically castrated male Social Justice Warriors.


These limp wristed fellows may have played football as boys but now, because they like shagging hairy legged, stubbly chinned plug ugly women, see it as a misogynistic, racist, disablist politically incorrect pastime played by Convicted Rapists, knuckle dragging thugs and wonderfully talented but unreconstructed African immigrants, watched by knuckle dragging, ignorant, working class thugs and a few women who only go to matches to
olge the black guys knobsadmire the talents of the African players.  Football is an illustration of why Britain such an threatening and intimidating environment for women, compared to enlightened societies like Somalia, Uganda, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Tanzania. In all those enlightened places the (Western) Taxpayer funded National Heath Service will mutilate your daughter's vagina free of charge.


So that is a little background. Now we can move to the actual crime.


“Convicted Rapist” is the tag given to Ched Evans to suggest he was guilty of the very worst kind of sexual assault, the violent rape of a total stranger, perhaps even an under age girl. The facts paint a very different picture:


A few people in the media have been brave enough to risk the wrath of the screechers by actually referring to the facts (as recorded in court transcripts of the trial) Daily Telegraph columnist Allison Pearson (not a writer noted for support of the ISIS, The Taliban or other anti - feminist organisations. Pearson researched the case in forensic detail from the initial complaint to the trial and conviction. Here is an extract from her article:

   Sensitive readers should look away now. Footballer Clayton McDonald, a friend of Ched Evans, picked up a 19-year-old girl who was drunk at 4am, and went back to a hotel room with her. McDonald texted Evans: “I’ve got a bird.” McDonald and the girl then had sex. Evans turned up, and the court was told that the girl asked him to perform oral sex on her, which he did. Evans then had sex with the girl, whom he claimed was enjoying herself. A hotel porter said there was no sound of distress or cause for alarm. A few of the footballers’ charming mates showed up and filmed through a window. The next morning, Evans departed via an emergency exit. The 19-year-old awoke to find she was naked, with, she says, no memory of what had happened to her. That evening, she reported McDonald and Evans to the police.

If you think that is despicable behaviour on the part of Evans and his friend (who was not charged) I'd agree. The behaviour was appalling even to me, a man who had, according to serious studies, more that his share of casual sexual encounters when young. Sexual assault? Maybe, but it rather depends on your definition of 'capable of giving consent'. In another report the hotel night porter said the girl was very drunk and did not appear to know what she was doing on arriving. That is his personal opinion and probably a very sensible one. My point is a hotel porter is no more qualified than I or Evans to know if the girl was capable of giving consent, because there is no suggestion anywhere that she was screaming "HELP! RAPE!" as loudly as she could while any of the alleged acts were going on.


Personally, I’d hope, and experience suggests it is not a vain hope, that the 23 year old me would have thought in similar circumstances, "Hey, this isn't right, the girl's off her head." What I know for sure is that if one of my mates had phoned and said, "I'm in a hotel with a girl, d'you fancy coming round and we can give her a spit roasting," (look it up, the word plus 'sexual slang') call me old fashioned if you like possums, but I would not have been interested. More to do with my self respect or ego than anything else, in the same way as I could never have got my ego round the idea of paying a prostitute for sex.


But then forty something years later, after four decades of the amoral, anything goes morality advocated by the 'progressive left' in the past, attitudes have changed. And footballers are no longer likely lads with baggy shorts and brylcreemed hair who played for the local team in the town where they had been born and where their family lived.


The killer detail for me is about the girl having no memory of what happened to her? So what evidence was there she was incapable of giving consent, having gone to a hotel room with a man she had met only a few minutes before.


Going back to Allison Pearson's article, she writes that on being asked, asked the girls in her local beauty salon weren't nearly so convinced as all the leftie screechers screaming for Evans’s to be crucified.

    “Sounds to me like she woke up, realised she’d been dogging, felt really embarrassed about herself and called the police,” Hayley, aged 22 told Pearson. My wife, daughter and daughter - in - law agreed. Another commenter on the case said that lots of girls from her school went to posh London clubs to try and bag themselves the ultimate prize: a footballer, and would go to any lengths, even agreeing to a gang bang (footballers are fond of such group action, one sport psychiatrist has described it as sharing an erotic experience with team mates without compromising their macho credentials - I was never into team sports, all that bonhomie in the showers always seemed suspect to me).

Let's be honest, Ched Evans’s persecutors are not interested in facts or real justice mitigating circumstances, nor in points of moral principle. They just want a new target for their hatred of the working classes. A question that is bothering me however is: "Where was the moral outrage from the screechers when the Jay Report into systematic abuse of under age girls in the local authority care system by Pakistani men was published? One girl victim of the gangs had her tongue nailed to a table as a warning not to tell anyone that she had been gang-banged and yet the screeching sisters seemed to go into collective denial, launching hate attacks on anyone who tried to raise the question of why the police, officials and the local council did not act. Apparently demanding justice for white working class people is racism in the warped minds of these politically correct lunatics.

FDA Reverses Position On Daily Asprin

If you haven’t had a heart attack, step away from the aspirin bottle… If you are one of the 40 million Americans who take an aspirin every day, you may want to heed the latest warning from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

After many decades of promoting aspirin, the FDA now says that if you have not experienced a heart problem, you should not be taking a daily aspirin—even if you have a family history of heart disease. This represents a significant departure from FDA’s prior position on aspirin for the prevention of heart attacks.

On its website, the FDA now says:

“FDA has concluded that the data do not support the use of aspirin as a preventive medication by people who have not had a heart attack, stroke or cardiovascular problems, a use that is called ‘primary prevention.’ In such people, the benefit has not been established but risks — such as dangerous bleeding into the brain or stomach — are still present.”

Yesterday we reported sex slave allegations about Prince Andrew (or was it the day before, being a news blogger is so exciting at the moment one loses track) having been involved in the abuse and exploitation of a 'sex slave' kept by his friend, the American billionaire and convicted sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein.

Buckingham Palace was of course quick to broadcast fat Andy's statement that he totally denied the allegations, (and we were equally quick to quote that great line from the late Mandy Rice Davis on being informed, that a prominent Conservative politician Lord Astor had denied an affair with her, "He would, wouldn't he."

Andrew and Virginia, is it true he never met her? 

Back in the days when the lovely Mandy was a key figure in a political sex scandal, everybody naturally believed the establishment figure who "would, wouldn't he", now of course, with freedom of information law and The Internet always available to broadcast the minority report, and with fifty years of being lied to behind us, nobody (well except for a few power and authority worshipping lefties) believes politicians, mainstream media or members of the establishment.

And rightly so it seems. In spite of The Duke Of York's claim that he did not know his accuser, Virginia Roberts, still photos showing them together have emerged and rumours that a video recording made by Epstein of them 'together' (i.e. at it) exists.

All we can say is what a great start to the year. Bring it on.

One thing we find iffy about this story however is the way it has been reported as a paedophile scandal. While the alleged abuse took place in Florida where the age of consent is 18, and Virginia Roberts was 17 at the time, no matter that a crime has been committed, or how repellent some people may find the idea of a 17 year old woman having sex with a man of 40ish, she was at the time a sexually developed young adult.

Let's concentrate on the sleazy company and was keeping, and the allegation that disgraced press baron Robert Maxwell's daughter Ghislaine took the role of madam at Epstein's Florida mansion, procuring girls for the wealthy and powerful. There is plenty of fun to be had from that.

This may not be apparent from anything you read of hear in Western Media, but while Europe's political union, the EU, remains committed to NATO and the USA, the swing towards anti European start up political movements across the member states and the scepticism shown by business leaders to the Obama administration's flagship trade treaties TTIP and TPP The complex geostrategic manoeuvres progressively undermining the hegemony of the US dollar as a reserve currency and, most of all, the petrodollar will continue, in fact the move to abandon The Petrodollar is likely to accelerate.

China faces immense challenges, but Beijing watchers report these are being approached with self-confidence of fully emerged economic superpower. President Xi Jinping and the his regime will keep investing heavily in the urbanization drive and the fight against corruption that exist from the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)to the lowliest local official. Internationally, the Chinese will step up their push for new overland and maritime 'Silk Roads' which will underpin the long-term Chinese strategy of unifying Eurasia with trade and commerce.

Global oil prices are likely to stay low as Obama, a man who does not learn from mistakes, continues to flood the market with oil from America's vast shale deposits in spite of oil companies being unable to sell the product at a profit in the current market conditions. Saudi Arabia and the OPEC counties will continue to ignore American demands for them to cut production. It is typical of Obama and the race obsessed amateurs he has packed his administration with that, intent on punishing Russia for protecting its own interests in Syria and Ukraine, they are inflicting more harm on their allies and their own people.

A nuclear deal between Iran and the P5+1 nuclear powers looks unlikely. If sanctions (actually economic war) against Iran continue to seriously hurt its economy, Tehran’s reaction will be to look for even more integration with Asia, not the West.

Washington is well-aware that a comprehensive deal with Iran cannot be reached without Russia’s help and yet The Rent Boy President continues to provoke Russian anger. A return to the “Bomb Iran” hysteria of the past would only suit the usual suspects who would profit from war. It is insane then that both Iran and Russia are now subject to US led Western sanctions. No matter how it was engineered, the fact that stands is that the current financial/strategic oil price collapse is a direct attack against (who else?) Iran and Russia and those nations are not going to sit back and absorb the pain forever.

Speaking to the Economist, Green leader Natalie Bennett argued that being on benefits in the UK is worse than being one of India's 179 million people living below the poverty line:

"The world is sodden with stuff, it cannot have more stuff,” said Ms Bennett. Yet [the Greens] do not appear to have considered what her ideological purity would mean for milllions of the world's poorest people, almost none of whom live in Britain. When Bagehot suggested to her that there was a problem with this, Ms Bennett said <del>India? Who gives a fuck about ...</del> he was worrying too much: to be poor in India wasn't so bad as to be on benefits in Britain, she suggested, "because at least everyone else there is poor too”.

Well yeah, The Greens have more fruitcakes than UKIP, Labour and The Conservatives put together but what was she actually suggesting? See, people in China and India and Bangladesh and Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Nigeria etc. earn their living making cheap shoddy shite for us to consume. And if we stop consuming it, businessmen in those countries (where there is a much more brutal attitude to hiring and firing) will not pay anyone to make stuff.

Simples, but then economic realities usually are simple when they are explained by a realist. But not by a leftie or a Green, apart from the fact these people are under the impression that 2+2=5 if some bloke with a PhD says so, they are quite happy for the poor to get poorer while the rich get richer, so long as the middle and working class are taxed to penury so that a left wing leader can give more 'development aid' to third world tyrants who will use it to buy obsolete planes, ships, tanks and long poles with nails through the end.

AirAsia Wreckage Only Deepens Latest Air Crash Mystery

The wreckage of AirAsia flight QZ8501 which now has been confirmed to have crashed this past weekend 40 minutes into its flight from Surabaya to Singapore, should now be a straightforward air disaster story, a terrible tragedy but the kind of thing that happens from time to time for very easily understood reasons. Unfortunately, like the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 in March and the shooting down of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 in August this latest of 2014's major air disasters is turning into another mystery that raises more questions the more we learn about it.

We must kick off with a quick recap on the rescue operation: Reuters reported earlier today, the wreckage appears to have been uncovered after rescuers said they have found the plane on the sea floor off Borneo, where sonar detected a large, dark object beneath waters near where debris and bodies were found on the surface.

Another anomaly has been the claim that rough seas and bad weather have hampered the search. Yet in the picture below of floating debris, allegedly from the AirAsia aircraft, the sea does not look particularly rough.

Ships and aircraft had been searching the Java Sea for Flight QZ8501 since Sunday, when it lost contact during bad weather about 40 minutes into its flight from Surabaya to Singapore. So far, the news feeds report, seven bodies have been recovered from the sea, this in itself should raise eyebrows as yesterday (Tuesday) it was reported forty bodied had been recovered. Still we can put the discrepancy down to journalistic over enthusiasm if you like.

Nothing surprising there, except perhaps that with all the technology modern aircraft carry, it took the rescue operation so long to locate the crash zone. From there however the story starts to get really strange. From Reuters we learn that "a body recovered on Wednesday from the crashed AirAsia plane was wearing a life jacket, an Indonesian search and rescue official said, raising new questions about how the disaster unfolded.

That would support a theory that it suffered an aerodynamic stall. This morning, a total of four bodies were recovered, one of them reportedly of them was wearing a life jacket," Tatang Zaenudin, an official with the search and rescue agency, told Reuters. He declined to speculate on what the find might mean. AirAsia Chief Executive Tony Fernandes told reporters there had been no confirmation yet of the sonar image, nor of the discovery of the body wearing a life jacket. And as we reported yesterday, the floating wreckage looked as if it could have come from one of the numerous refugee boats that sink in these waters.

Where is the mystery? As Reuters comments, the fact that one person put on a life jacket suggests those on board had time before the aircraft hit the water, or before it sank. And yet the pilots did not issue a distress signal. The plane disappeared after it asked for permission to fly higher and deviate from its planned course to avoid bad weather."

A pilot who works for a Gulf carrier said the life jacket indicated the cause of the crash was not "catastrophic failure". Instead, the plane could have stalled and then come down, possibly because its instruments iced up and gave the pilots inaccurate readings.

"If there was time to put on a life jacket it means the thing didn't just fall out of the sky," said the pilot, who declined to be identified.

So what does that leave u with? A plunging plane with over 160 people on board, a very experienced pilot, in fact a former air force fighter pilot with 6,100 flying hours under his belt, a sturdy Airbus 320 with hardly any crashes or fatalities in its history, one that last underwent maintenance just a month ago in mid-November... and then suddenly everything goes to hell, the pilots lose control and are somehow "too overloaded" to send a distress call?

Hardly; in fact the story makes no sense at all, which brings us to the latest unexplained airplane crash mystery.

Which is why we expect this story to be promptly revised as this type of loose end is hardly acceptable to those who like to control every narrative.

Tatang Zaenudin, an official with Indonesia's search and rescue agency, said earlier that one of the bodies had been found wearing a life jacket. But he later said no victim had been recovered with a life jacket on. "We found a body at 8.20 a.m. and a life jacket at 10.32 a.m. so there was a time difference. This is the latest information we have," he told Reuters.

Floating Debris Is From Missing Air Asia Jet - Or Is It

As a wave of comment on internet news suites about the similarities between the disappearance of an AirAsia Airbus, flight QZ8501 on a routine trip from Jave to singapore and the equally inexplicable disappearance of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 in the same area en route from Kuala Lumpur nine months ago, it was quite predictable that while there remains no trace of MH370, this time floating debris and bodies have been found at the alleged crasah site.

For reasons of sensitivity new organisations are quite properly not publishing images of the bodies, however images of the 'floating debris' from the wrecked plane have been widely circulated. Problem is, what is shown does not look like wreckage from an aircraft, it looks like junk that could have come from any of the small, overloaded boats of dubious seaworthyness that sinks in the waters of the Java Sea while carrying refugees / asylum seekers / impoverished migrats in search of a new life.

The floating debris offered as 'proof' that the place where the AirAsia aircraft crashed into the sea had been found.
