Pretend Gangsta Pharrel Williams Advises Europe's Politicians On Migrant Crisis.

Pharrell Williams: great at wearing silly hats, mediocre singer, shit at politics.

Whenever a multi - millionaire movie or pop music celebrity decides to dabble in politics it is always going to be worth looking at if only because we experienced bloggers know we will once again be given proof that you don't have to be intelligent even to an average level, in order to become a millionaire move or pop music star.

Latest in a long line of performers eager to prove that people who pretend to be gangstas, spies or other things they are not for a living should be content to recite the lines written for them and not offer us their own idiotic thoughts is Pharrell Williams who was once in some kind of boy band and now is famous for wearing silly hats. Mr. Williams has elected himself as spokesperson for oppressed minorities (like multi millionaire pop stars for whom the hits have dried up) on the topic of Europe's immigrant crisis.

The Hollywood Reporter, ran a story on how Williams – whose career has been on a downward trajectory since he was a member of the funk-rap band No One Ever Really Dies (N.E.R.D) – used his platform at MTV’s European Music Awards (EMAs) in Milan last night (26 October, 2015) to urge European nations to “let them in”. He was referring to the tide of undocumented migrants flooding into Europe from Africa and the middle east, a topic on which a 42-year-old, Virginia-born hip-hop producer is undoubtedly an expert.

The story continues, "Pharrell Williams closed out the ceremonies with a performance of Freedom, dedicated to 'the refugee crisis in Europe'. The crowds in both the Piazza Duomo and Mediolanum sang along with their fists pumped in the air, but crowds at these events are notoriously easy to manipulate and entirely unrepresentative of mainstream society.

As always when wealthy celebrities decide to pontificate on how mainstream society should deal with humanitarian crises one finds oneself wondering how many migrants Mr. Williams has welcomed into his Hollywood mansion, to share in the spoils of his $80 million net worth? 500? 1000? No, come on, it must be 5000. Surely someone as magnanimous as “Skateboard P“ isn’t just asking the lowly populations of Europe to shoulder the blame? Surely a man so humane and so concerned about those less fortunate than himself is going to step up to the mark. Or maybe not. Perhaps he thinks his wealth entitles him to tell us how to spend our hard earned.

The people Williams is addressing are, in a most cases, less wealthy than the migrants he is telling them to help. When they can pay up to $10,000 to be ferried across the Mediterranean in flimsy, unseaworthy craft surely they are not as desperate as the attention seeking celebs and their sheep like followers are telling us they are. But I’m sure Mr. Skateboard’s geopolitical advisors had filled him in on that point already.

He started the song with a new refrain of “Let them in!”

“Freedom is something you’re born with,” he continued. “No one has to give it to you.”

While it is refreshing to hear an MK Ultra Hollywood liberal (he is of course supporting the uberNazi candidate Hillary (Benghazi Bitch) Clinton for next years U.S. elections - come on Bernie Sanders, FFS) admit that government is not the progenitor of freedom, I’m afraid he makes a fairly basic error: many of the migrants entering Europe illegally aren’t looking for freedom, they’re looking for a free ride.

... It’s part of a distressing pattern these days of overwrought commentary about popular culture. As well as Beyoncé thinkpieces there are the Stars Wars thinkpieces, of course, and the Lana Del Rey thinkpieces or, God help us, even Kanye West thinkpieces. Don’t get me started on the fact that “thinkpiece” is now treated as if it were a single word...

Euronazi Leaders Admit The Voters Are Irrelevant.

E U Commission President Jean Claude ~~Drunkard~~ Juncker, a man reputed to have brandy for breakfast, (paid for by us European taxpayers of course,) has praised Hausfrau - Volksfuhrer Merkel for IGNORING public opinion on the crisis in German cities and towns caused by uncontrolled mass migration of illiterate third world peasants.

European leaders threw threats and warnings at each other at a meeting held on Saturday (24 October) as thousands of undocumented travellers (a few refugees, mostly economic migrants) continued to stream across poorly secured borders into the Balkans. Saturday's meeting was in preparation for European Union talks aimed at deciding on a course of action to tackle the crisis (Source: Reuters).

Juncker invited the leaders of Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia to Sunday’s mini-summit.

Concerns are growing about the hundreds of thousands of undocumented travellers arriving on European shores and camping in western Balkan countries as winter closes in and conditions become colder and more difficult. Over 700,000 migrants and refugees are estimated to have made their way to Europe by sea some crossing the Mediterranean from north Africa, others making a short crossing from Turkey to Greece and the Balkans having travelled across Turkey by land. According to mainstream media they are fleeing war and poverty in the Middle East, Africa and Asia, but independent surveys have found most are not from nations affected by war at all.

Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania have all stated they would close their borders if Germany or other countries shut the door on refugees, warning they would not let the Balkan region become a “buffer zone” for stranded migrants.

"The three countries, we are standing ready, if Germany and Austria close their borders, not to allow our countries to become buffer zones. We will be ready to close borders," Bulgarian Prime Minister Boiko Borisov told media representatives.

Until recently Hausfrau - Volksfuhrer Merkel was saying all refugees were welcome in Germany, but that triggered such a massive surge in numbers and had such a dramatic adverse effect on German national infrastructure, political partners in Germany's ruling coalition have forced her to back off from that position risk the collapse of her government.

Before the meeting Juncker praised Merkel for ignoring German public opinion in her efforts to flood her nation with Muslim migrants and make GFermans a ethnic minority in Germany. An avid integrationist, the alcoholic EU President sees the 'refugee' crisis as a way to dilute opposition to political integration of the EUs 28 member states into a single federal superstate. Merkel has described the absorption of millions of Islamic fundamentalist refugees into secular Europe as a bigger challenge for Europe than Greece’s debt woes.

"This isn’t about short-term popularity but about substance," he told German media group Funke.

The Eurocrats are finally telling the truth, they are fascists; the elite rule, the populace are irrelevant. According to Juncker's comments reported above, if the public has an opinion, it isn't "substance" and that opinion is to be ignored. Bureaucratic Dictatorship by unelected officials is finally admitted.

Germany is now close to gaining the domination of the continent Hitler and Kaiser Bill sought, with the support of the quisling leaders in France, Spain, Sweden, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Poland and other EU members. The non-quislings will be stripped of power, as happened in Portugal last week when an anti - EU coalition won a general election only for the President (usually a ceremonial office only) and law courts to announce they would not allow a government opposed to EU integration to take office.

Is Juncker correct, it is about substance? Or is it about whether Europe will survive in domestic peace and as part of the Judeo-Christian West. In short, unless we kick out the fascists from Brussels, no, it wwill not.

The majoroty of Europe's ~~insurgents~~ migrants follow a religion / ideology that calls upon them to conquer and / or kill you (read the Koran if you do not believe me). That means some will be terrorists and the rest will breed prolifically enough that at some point they will be the demographic majority and ethnic, Secular or Christian Europeans will be oppressed and persecuted minorities as our African, Asian and Arab conquerors turn once great nations into barbaric third world shit holes, imposing sharia law and Islamic culture (if that isn't an oxymoron?).

The idiocy of the political left who are eager for this to happen is that after spending fifty years screeching about women's equality and human rights are quite happy for human rights law and womens' place in society to be dictated by Sharia which identifies the role of women as their husband's or father's chattel.

On the way there we will face Syria - like civil wars. If there is one thing your average Islamic fundamentalist nutter l;ikes better than killing Infidels of any flavour it is killing Muslims of the wrong flavour.

European Authories already know many of the migrants are violen terrorists, but continue processing them rather than expelling them. It's as if European Union authorities and national leaders want war in Europe, followed by demographic and political take over and colonization. Is that the "substance" Juncker had in mind? Or was he babbling nonsense because as usual he was totally rat - arsed?

World Health Chiefs Say ‘Red Meat As Likely to Cause Cancer as Smoking’

So that lazy bugger Ian finally got bored with sunning himself in Majorca and unlocked all the Boggart Blog and Greenteeth he managed to get us locked out of the day after he landed in Palma. Sorry for the absence, and a bit of a departure from world politics to get us restarted.

Boggart Blog, Greenteeth, The Daily Stirrer and Little Nicky Machiavelli have always been very sceptical of the health scares regularly published by the kind of 'scientists' (or science tits as we like to call them, who eat off our taxmoney and are quite happy to say whatever the relevant government wants them to say to justify raising a new tax or increasing a few old ones. Here's our take on another one ...

"Bacon, sausages and burgers are as likely to cause cancer as smoking, the World Health Organisation is set to announce. Also due to join its ‘encyclopaedia of carcinogens’ is fresh red meat, which has been deemed only slightly less risky. The warnings could lead to new warning labels on packs of meat.

With the war on tobacco all but won, and the war on sugar well underway, health bosses are moving on to their next targets and appear to have settled on red meats. Earlier this year Labour’s farming spokesman, vegan Kerry McCarthy called for meat to be treated like tobacco, with a public health campaign to stop it being eaten."

So we are all going to die of eating sausages? Are the WHO going to launch an anti - red - meat campaign with the slogan "Red meat is the new Swine Flu?"

Another way of looking at this article of course is to say that it is an admission by the WHO that cigarette smoking does not cause cancer, which while true is a dangerous thing to say because after non stop anti - tobacco propaganda for the past fifty years, such a statement would be open to being interpreted as meaning cigarette smoking does no harm.

For a statement such as "Cigarette smoking causes cancer" to be true it would be necessary tp demonstrate that everybody who smokes cigarettes regularly for any length of time, (say ten a day for a year) will no on to develop lung cancer. Official figures show that around 15% of male smokers and less than 10% of female smokers will get lung cancer. AND THAT IS NOT TRUE.

The 'scientists' who plug this tax raising tobacco causes cancer scam should hand their heads in shame. Not being a scientist myself, and therefore not a lying, cheating, money grubbing charlaten who will say anything for a big enough bung, it would be irresponsible of me not to0 mention that smoking is linked to many other deadly diseases such as emphysema, chronic bronchitis, diabetes, heart disease, blocked arteries and dementia. It is very bad for you.

Andrew Allison, head of campaigns for the Freedom Association said: “I am sceptical of any report that says 20,000 early deaths in the UK can be prevented if we cut down meat consumption by the equivalent of one rasher of bacon a day. They are just plucking figures out of thin air.

“However, this will no doubt be used by the health lobby to campaign for more taxes on the food we enjoy, and also as an excuse for schools to clamp down further on what parents can feed their children in packed lunches.

“Like most reports of a similar nature, I take it with a pinch of salt, and I hope the Government does too.”

A Few Random Jottings On Syria, Afghanistan and Flight MH17 While Our Editor Is Away

Our editor is off for a week in luxury resort of Portals Nous in Majorca. We're not saying Ian is stinking rich but the average restaurant dinner for four in Portals Nous will land you with a bill for more than most people's houses are worth. OK, we're exaggerating, but only a little.

Did The Pentagon know Kunduz air strike target was a hospital?

The Medicins Sans Frontiers Hospital at Kunduz after the US Air Force attack

Some rather disturbing news about the recent US airstrike that destroyed a Medicins Sans Frontiers hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan. The first lie out of Washington (after the obligatory denial of any involvement) was that the hospital was a cover for a terrorist base, then the narrative changes and the US government said they had been misinformed about the target. Now it emerges that American military intelligence analysts were gathering information on the facility for some time because they believed it was being used by a Pakistani operative to coordinate Taliban activity.

So the U.S. authorities knew they would be bombing a hospital in Afghanistan days before the the operation was launched on Oct. 3. The Associated Press news agency revealed the extent of US government dishonesty on Thursday 15 October.

U.S. fighter jets struck the Afghan hospital, one of many run by Medicins Sans Frontiers (Doctors Without Borders), an international charity group based in Geneva, Switzerland, killing 12 medical staff members and at least 10 patients, three of them children. At least 37 people were injured in the attack, some critically. It is reported that 33 people are still missing following the strike.

Government And Media Lies Upheld By MH17 Official Whitewash

The Dutch Safety Board report on the shooting down of Malasysian Airlines flight MH17 over Ukraine concludes that the aircraft crashed because it was hit by something fired from somewhere by someone. They don't quite phrase it so succinctly of course, but state that an older model Buk missile apparently shot down Malaysia Airline Flight MH17 on July 17, 2014, without identifying who supplied the missile and who fired it. Yet, what is perhaps most striking about the report, in view of President Barack Hussein Obama's claim made before the airliner had hit the ground that he had irrefutable evidence that Russian military personnel, with the full knowledge of The Kremlin, had committed the atrocity is what is not there. There is nothing at all from the alleged U.S. intelligence data on the tragedy.

The absence of evidence from U.S. spy satellites and other military and civilian sources that Secretary of State John Kerry insisted just three days after the shoot-down could pinpoint from where and by whom the missile was fired. Such information would naturally be important in determining responsibility.

On July 20, 2014, Kerry stated on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that “we picked up the imagery of this launch. We know the trajectory. We know where it came from. We know the timing. And it was exactly at the time that this aircraft disappeared from the radar.”

But no such U.S. government information is mentioned in the 279-page Dutch report, which focused on the failure to close off the eastern Ukrainian war zone to commercial flights and the cause of the crash rather than who fired what at MH-17. A whistleblower within the U.S. intelligence system leaked earlier this year that CIA analysts had met with Dutch investigators to describe what the classified U.S. evidence showed but apparently with the caveat that it must remain secret. No doubt it would 'threaten national security' to reveal this evidence. Perhaps that threat was the likely exposure of criminality in the regime the US engineered coup in Ukraine put into power.

In October 2014, Der Spiegel reported that German intelligence, the BND, concluded that the Russian government was not the source of the missile battery – that it had been captured from a Ukrainian military base – but the BND blamed the ethnic Russian rebels for firing it. However, a European source said that the BND’s analysis was not as conclusive as Der Spiegel had suggested.

The official report, released Tuesday 13 October, did not clarify conflicting accounts but did agree with an analysis by the Russian manufacturer of the Buk anti-aircraft missile systems that the shrapnel and pieces of the missile recovered from the MH-17 crash site came from the 9M38 series, representing an older, now discontinued Buk version.

Earlier this week, we noted that Iran had reportedly sent “thousands” of troops to Syria in preparation for an offensive aimed at retaking the city of Aleppo.

With a population of more than 2 million, Aleppo was Syria’s largest city prior to the war and it’s now run by a hodgepodge of rebels and militants including al-Qaeda, the Free Syrian Army, and ISIS.

The battle is also notable for the scale of Iran’s involvement. Between Hezbollah and Iranian forces, the battle for Aleppo is shaping up to be the largest ground operation orchestrated by Tehran to date.

Swedish Government Review Of White Genocide (Immigation) Policy Concludes That Swedes Don’t Actually Exist

Muslim migrants to Sweden show what they think of their host country.

On October 12th, 800 Swedish politicians, business owners, trade unionists and other influential people attended a conference called “Sweden together“.

The conference, which was hosted and launched by Swedish Prime Minister, Stefan Löfvén, was rife with anti-White ideology, such as the statements in the above image.

The slide in the image above says:

“1. Immigration is nothing new.”

“2. We are all a consequence of immigration.”

“3. There is no indigenous Swedish culture&rdquo

This made people quite upset on social media.

Ingrid Lomfors is the woman standing at the podium in the picture, and she has a very conclusive past, which makes it obvious that she is anti-White to the core.

During the conference, Prime Minister Löfvén called on them to welcome fake refugees. He also offered “special entrance” into the “100 club“, a business club for businesses who give 100 fake refugees a job.

“Companies that provide at least 100 new arrivals the opportunity to show what they can do in the labor market have a special entrance to the Employment Service and together tailor to initiatives which create opportunities for the companies to receive the new arrivals.“

Notice how he calls them “new arrivals” – that’s now the politically correct way of saying illegal immigrants and fake refugees.

Going back to the anti-White rhetoric in the image, one thing worth pointing out is that they deny Swedes (and White people) exist, because then they cannot be accused of White Genocide against Swedish families.

Hausfrau - Volksfuhrer Merkel Forces Germans To Kneel To Her Muslim Allies

Our editor / blog owner is on holiday so there's no one to keep us on the right side of respectability

A mother posted an extract from a letter that her friend's son had got from his school. It describes the activities of a project week, including going to help out in an asylum centre. This provoked a flurry of indignation and disbelief, but a local newspaper has confirmed the story.

The Kiel Ministry of Education confirmed the letter was authentic. Already this week, as described above, the schoolchildren from a school in Lübeck had put fresh linen on the beds, sorted out clothing and helped out in the kitchen in an accommodation centre for refugees passing through. This took place in the context of a project week intended to prepare pupils aged about 13-14 for practical work experience (i.e. as Domestic Slaves for Muslim migrants from Africa and tyhe middle east who have been sucessful in asserting their right to free money, houses, medical care and European virgins in Germany.)

As we reported last week, the USA has capitulated in the face of Russian air and ground strength, and abandoned the ill conceived (there's understatement for you) strategy of funding, training and arming islamic extremist groups in Syria fighters and using them them against the well drilled (by Russian officers) and well armed (with Russian weapons) troops loyal to President Assad. Credit where it is due, the rebels were doing OK, with US, French and British air support, until Russia intervened directly.

The Pentagon’s pledge to recruit 5,400 properly "vetted" anti-ISIS rebels by the end of the year was certain to end in tears. How the world laughed when word got out that only “four or five” of these fighters were actually still around. The rest are allegedly killed or captured, but more likely they took the monay and weapons they were given and went into business fighting as mercenaries for anti - Assad forces paid by the US (vial illegal oil trades), Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

This debacle has cost US taxpayers an estimated (very conservatively) $40 million over the last six months.

Because its latest anti - Assad initiative tirned out such an embarrassment, the Pentagon has come up with a new idea to support Syria’s “freedom fighters” as they fleeing under bombardment by Russian air force jets, planning no doubt to regroup and relaunch the jihad, possibly in Iraq, Afghanistan or somewhere in Africa.

The new plan: "helicopter ammo". No, really. The US is dropping "tons" of ammunition into the middle of the Syrian desert and hoping the “right” people find it.

No, don't titter at the back there, that's Obama and The Pentagon's Plan B.

Here’s how CNN reported it:

U.S. military cargo planes gave 50 tons of ammunition to rebel groups overnight in northern Syria, using an air drop of 112 pallets as the first step in the Obama Administration's urgent effort to find new ways to support those groups.

Details of the air mission over Syria were confirmed by a U.S. official not authorized to speak publicly because the details have not yet been formally announced.

C-17s, accompanied by fighter escort aircraft, dropped small arms ammunition and other items like hand grenades in Hasakah province in northern Syria to a coalition of rebels groups vetted by the US, known as the Syrian Arab Coalition.

And here's a bit more color from a news channel generally considered The Republican Party propaganda department, Fox News:

The ammunition originally was intended for the U.S. military's "train and equip" mission, the official said. But that program was canceled last week.

"So now we are more focused on the 'E' [equip] part of the T&E [train & equip]," said the official, who described equipping Syrian Arabs as the focus of the new strategy against ISIS.

The Defense Department announced Friday that it was overhauling the mission to aid Syrian rebel fighters. After the program fell far short of its goals for recruiting and training Syrian fighters, the DOD said it would focus instead on providing "equipment packages and weapons to a select group of vetted leaders and their units so that over time they can make a concerted push into territory still controlled by ISIL."

The shift also comes as Russia continues to launch airstrikes in Syria, causing tension with the U.S. amid suspicions Moscow is only trying to prop up Bashar Assad.

Col. Steve Warren, spokesman for the U.S.-led anti-ISIS coalition, confirmed that coalition forces conducted the airdrop on Sunday.

"The aircraft delivery includes small arms ammunition to resupply counter-ISIL ground forces so that they can continue operations against ISIL. All aircraft exited the drop area safely," he said in a statement. All pallets successfully were recovered by friendly forces, a U.S. official said.

Yes, "friendly forces." Who will no doubt be aiming "friendly fire" at Syrian Chistians, Jews, atheists and those unfortunate people who just happen to be the wrong sort of Muslim.

US aircraft just parachuted 50 tons of ammo stacked on pallets into the most dangerous and volatile place on earth with no way of knowing if it falls into the "right" hands, or those of ISIS, the PKK, Al Qaeda, Shi'ite militias or gangsters. (It goes without saying that the term "right" is meaningless there, they're all bastards). Meanwhile, the Russians are dropping bombs on the same extremists who are set to receive and use the guns and ammo Uncle Sam is dropping against Syria's legitimate government.

If it somehow falls into the "wrong hands", and it would not be the first time that happened (see Mosul, and revisit the $500 billion worth of weapons US military advisers "misplaced" in Yemen). This is of course great news for the U.S. military-industrial complex which has supported all the neo Con Obama administration's wars. Such cock ups mean more war, more profit, more promotions. And if it turns out they mean more "terrorist attacks" on U.S. "friends and allies", and perhaps even on U.S. soil, well so long as the gated communities and exclusive suburbs where the elitists live are not attacked, that's go to be good for business too.

China launches global yuan payment system

The Central Bank of China’s has launched a global payment scheme which will provide facilities for settling cross-border trades in yuan. The China International Payment System (CIPS) signalled its intention to internationalize the yuan and challenge the domination of world trade by the US dollar several years ago.

China is backed in this project by Russia and by emerging economies such as Brazil, India and Nigeria and oil exporting states such as Venezuela whose trade had been restricted by American manipulation of currency and commodity markets.

“The establishment of CIPS is an important step in yuan internationalization, providing the infrastructure that will connect global yuan users through one single system,” Helen Wong, greater China CEO for HSBC, was cited as saying by the Financial Times. The move comes less than a year after China launched its Asian Investment Bank, AIIB to rival the World bank and IMF as a financier of infrastructure projects.

CIPS will accept payments in cross-border trade, direct investments, financing and personal remittances. The system is open for operations 11 hours a day. The first CIPS transaction was completed by Standard Chartered Bank for Sweden's IKEA. Nineteen banks have been authorized to use CIPS; eight of them are Chinese subsidiaries of foreign banks, including Citi, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and ANZ.

Prior to launching CIPS international, transfers in Chinese currency could only be carried out through offshore clearing banks in Hong Kong, Singapore or London. While the procedure was slow and costly, the new system is expected to significantly reduce the cost and time for money transfers.

China is also trying to reduce its reliance on the global transaction services organization SWIFT.

Five Suicide Bombings Target Chad, Killing Over 40 People - Boko Haram Blamed.

With all the attention focused on Syria, Yemen and Ukraine we tend to overlook that nasty little war against Islamic Extremists Boko Haram in central Africa. But if you are a gambler we'd suggest that now Vladimir Putin has tired of Saudi Arabian puppet Barack Obama pussyfooting around in Syria and has taken it upon himself to kick the collective arse of ISIS, Al Nusra and Al Qaeda, the min theatre of the war against extremism will move to Africa.

Could this be the beginning?

Chad (sources: Associated Press, Agencie Presse France) — A village in Chad, one of the world's poorest nations, was targeted by terrorists on Saturday. The village in a region of Chad that is home to thousands of Nigerian refugees forced to flee from their homes by the brutal violence of Islamic extremist group Boko Haram, was devastated by at leat five sucicide bombing attacks which killed at least 36 people and left about 50 others wounded. Officials said the attacks appeared to be coordinated.

Authorities in Chad have blamed extremists from neighboring Nigeria for staging the attacks in the western village of Baga Sola. A communique from government spokesman Hassan Sylla Bakari claimed at least 41 people had died, including the five suicide bombers who were identified as two women, two children and a man. Some of the wounded are in a critical condition and are not expected to survive.

A group of suicide bombers, all thought to be female, hit the market in Baga Sola at its busiest time on Saturday, killing at least 16 people, the head of Chad's gendarmerie, Gen. Banyaman Cossingar said. A second group of suicide bombers killed at least 22 people at a nearby refugee camp, he said, although the final death toll from that attack is not known.

There were conflicting reports on the number of wounded. The government's official count was 48, while UNICEF said at least 53 people were wounded, including 14 children. Police spokesman Paul Manka said the attackers staged five bombings, adding that two were near the refugee camp but not in it. News agencies in Africa, prinicipally associated Press and Agencie Presse France said it was not immediately possible to independently verify the differing claims due to the extremely remote location of the attacks.

For months, Baga Sola has been home to thousands of people who already had fled deadly Boko Haram attacks in Nigeria. The U.N. says the Dar-es-Salam camp now has just over 3,000 refugees, and can house up to 15,000. The village is in the Lake Chad region near the border with Nigeria, where Boko Haram first launched its insurgency six years ago. Amnesty International says the uprising has killed 20,000 people. While Boko Haram has attacked Chad's capital before, the bombings on Saturday appear to be the largest and most elaborate staged yet in the country's lake region.

The Austrian Freedom Party (FPO) which strongly opposes the mass migration engineered by the EU and supported by all European integrationist leaders appear to be on the verge of winning control of the municipal authority of Vienna, a city which has consistently voted socialist since the end of World War 2.

With citizens' concerns about the influx of Muslim migrants and its long term consequences growing, Viennese voters are turning to the FPO en masse. In latest polls the party is now only one point behind the city’s governing socialist democrats, within pollsters margin of error.

FPO leader Heinz-Christian Strache addressing a rally of FPO supporters outside St Stephen’s Cathedral on Thursday said: "Let’s roll up our sleeves and do this, out of love for our home town, out of love for the people of this city! We will succeed, I can feel it."

In the last round of elections, five years ago, the FPO was over 18 points behind the victorious socialists. Now they are statistically even, with the momentum of anger at the unchecked arrival of illegal immigrants behind them, raising the possibility they could find themselves in control of Vienna's city government. Even if the FPO emerge as the largest party however, the socialists are likely to try to form a coalition of opposites as happened in Sweden, to make sure the status quo is preserved. Such is the contempt of the political elite for democracy, constitutional law and the people.

Whatever happens in Vienna's City Hall, a strong performance by the FPO would shake the foundations of Austria’s political establishment, with Vienna typically regarded as being so left wing and politically correct that it has often been referred to as Europe's “red city”. Unfortunately being left wing does not buy Viennese women any indulgences with Muslim extremists, if in town alone they are still considered prostitutes and impure women who deserve to be raped.

One Viennese FPO supporter told The Local she had not been able to find a “real job” for the past four years. She explained why she was voting for Strache: “This time we stand a chance of being heard. People realise that the real defender of workers’ rights is him.”

More than 200,000 people passed through Austria last month, forcing the country to reinstate border controls along with Germany, Slovakia and the Netherlands.

In June 2015, the FPO joined with France's Front National and the Dutch Freedom Party to form the Europe of Nations and Freedom group in the European Parliament.
