Minister For Net Zero Ed Minibrained Says Britons Should Eat Half As Much Meat To Save The Planet

The UK public should is to urged by Ed Miliband (of bacon sandwich regurgitation fame,) to contribute to reaching 'Net Zero' and saving the planet by eating less meat and dairy produce.

Government climate science advisers claim cattle farts are a major source of greenhouse gases to which The Science wrongly attibutes climate change, hurricanes, floods, heatwaves,cold waves, bad pizzas and wet dog smells. However while the swivel eyed policy wonk Miliband is going hell for leather to ban everything before someone else does, other ministers fear a backlash if they ask people to cut down on steak abd bacon sandwiches.

The Climate Change Committee (CCC) , a softer line advising people to reduce meat-eating for the sake of their health, as well as for the planet. It says the issue is one of many failings of a government which is delivering only a fifth of its pledges on climate change. This is not srprising as four fifths of he government's (the current and previous lot that is,) were totally imfuckingpossible anyway.

People should be asked to eat 20% less meat and dairy produce by 2030, and 35% less by 2050, the CCC insists. The committee also says Miliband must devise evidence-based policies to encourage healthier diets and set clear targets.

Net zero refers to reducing emissions of greenhouse gases as much as possible and then balancing out any remaining releases by absorbing an equivalent amount from the atmosphere - by, for example, planting trees.But the committee complains that the public hasn't been engaged to make changes (including eating less meat to reduce CO2 emissions from cow farts,) essential for protecting the climate.

Taking a few steps back to look at this in perspective, since we in the UK  contribute so little to overall worldwide CO2 production it won’t make one jot of a difference.

Until China and India stop belching out millions of tonnes per year, any sacrifices from us are pointless as the UK's total contribution to global man made CO2 emissions is 1%.. Enjoy that steak, if the end of the human race is coming, its coming whether you eat meat cooked in butter or not. 

Net Zero is a pseudo-scientific eco-scam cunningly designed to let the polluters keep polluting while shifting blame and responsibility onto the general public. Do you really believe any politician who says they can change the weather if you’ll let them tax you more and remove your hard-won civil liberties?!

Anyone with a basic understanding of Geology and Chemistry can see through the garbage in-garbage out modelled data that conveniently ignores volcanoes, water vapour and El Niño to blame a beneficial trace gas vital for all life on earth. If they’re so concerned about CO2 and methane, how about they ban AI Data Centres and restrict Google searches instead of attempting to force people to eat ultra-processed junk food and junk perfectly-good diesel car and boilers for expensive, inefficient, planet-destroying alternatives.

Conspiracy Theorists Were Right (again) Governments ARE Planning To Make Us Eat Insects

A research centre backed by the UK Government has been set up and tasked with getting insects and other meat alternatives onto supermarket shelves and making them more palatable to the public.

Businesses involved in creating meat alternatives have emerged in recent years, accompanied by propagada about how the omnivore diet of most humans is destroying the planet. Government departments and supra - national bureaucracies that created narratives about the environmental impact of animal agriculture, which accounts for around 80 per cent of greenhouse gas emissions from food production globally.

Minced fake meat created from crickets harvested in Cambridge and pet food made of chicken cultivated from egg cells are two products recently launched by British-based companies which it is hoped will become more widely accepted by consumers who,up to now, have strongly resisted food created by mad scientists in laboratories rather than farmers and nature.

The National Alternative Protein Innovation Centre (NAPIC) will look at how to cut red tape and bypass fod safety and hygiene stadards, while also exploring ways to sell meat alternatives to shoppers through focus groups sur,veys, nudging and misleading labelling.

But jbefore you are swept up by the hype about saving the planet  thake a step back and check out these interesting numbers. It takes 4171 cockroaches to produce the same amount of methane as a 1200 lb cow, 4171 cockroaches weigh just under 7 lb, cows taste better and produce several desirable products from dairy to fertilizer, cockroaches produce shit and methane and soread diseases. Termites produce more methane than cockroaches, they aren’t very tasty either but the psychopaths who govern us want to put them on the menu. No I haven’t eaten any. No dairy and no steak is a deal breaker for me, I’m a carnivore with the odd veggie dinner (portobello mushrooms stuffd with goat cheese and green pesto for example) thrown in.

 Call me a Conspiracy Theorist if you like, but it beomes more and more clear to me that there really is a plan afoot among that obscenely wealth cabal I call The Billionaire Psychopaths World Domination Society to reduce the majority of humanity to something resembling medieval serfdom.  Nations and social demgraphics have been brainwashed and gaslit to the point that all the powers that be have to do to kill them is to tell them to kill themselves and they do it with haste, eagerness and hostility towards those that are not killing themselves.

WAKE UP PEOPLE. Insects eat shit and carry all the dieases and parasites contained therein. And they can neither be gutted and cleaned like a fish or a chicken not butchered so that only muscle titue is eaten. You get the contents of the stomach, intestine and bowel in your cricket mince or cockroach mash.

Being ‘encouraged’ to have our wealth purged for the “benefit” of the state; being told that unchecked immigration is good for our country; feeding off insects and living in ever smaller properties, while our disposable income dwindles is NOT a future aspiration that even a young post-millennial would wish for. The Debate Over Lab-Grown Meat

 As Big Food corporations and billionaire psychopaths like Bill Gates turn the propaganda generator up to eleven to boost their efforts to force lab grown mean, synthetic dairy products made by cooking up chemicals in a laboratory and foods derived from genetically modified plants on the world at large, a major debate is brewing due to concerns about meat and dairy substitutes manufactured in chemical laboratories justified?

The narrative being spun by government, academia and business through their media subsidiaries assures us that yes, of course they are, because The Science. And of course we must accept that The Science is omnipotent, omnipresent and omniescent and may not be challenged

This should prompt us all to be extremely sceptical and ask ourselves:

Were Covid vaccines shown to be unsafe and 100%  ineffective by 2023?
Has the Acrtic ice cap been completely absent since 2010, having melted because of global warming?
Were low fat, plant based butter substitutes less healthy than dairy butter?
Do Ursine species defectate in arboreal settings?

The answers are: Yes, yes, yes, and 'Is the Pope catholic.' So much for the infallibility of The Science

On 1 May, 2024 Ron DeSantis, state governor of Florida, USA, announced that the sale of cultured meat grown from animal stem cells in a laboratory has now been banned in the state.

 “While the World Economic Forum is telling the world to forgo meat consumption,” he explained, “Florida is increasing meat production, and encouraging residents to continue to consume and enjoy 100% real Florida beef.” 

John Fetterman, the junior senator for Pennsylvania and a Democrat, endorsed the move the following day. “[It p]ains me deeply to agree with Crash-and-Burn Ron, but I co-sign this. As a member of @SenateAgDems and as some dude who would never serve that slop to my kids, I stand with our American ranchers and farmers.” 

Alabama, Arizona, and New Hampshire are also considering banning lab-grown meat in response to a host of concerns: that consuming it is bad for human health, that its availability will cause economic hardship by driving farmers out of business, that the promotion of lab-grown meat is part of an international plot, and that there’s something dystopian about the entire idea. In what follows, I will examine these objections one by one.

Meanwhile in Europe the jury is still out of lab grown meat, as worshippers of The Science continue to argue that anything natural is harmful to human heath. The health concerns surrounding lab-grown meat are misplaced, they argue. Scientists have conducted a thorough review and after feeding fake meat and fake cheese to mice concluded that as no humans died during the experiment lab-grown meat is safe for human consumption. In fact, they claim, it may be a healthier alternative because it can be customised to make it more nutritious with more protein and less fat than the ultra processed and hence more profitable foods sold in supermarkets. It also doesn’t require the administration of animal hormones and antibiotics to livestock, a farming practice that can be deleterious to human health.

So having allowed scientists to fuck up most of the food we eat with added toxic shite we are now being told to abandon these unhealthy foods and instead eat stuff made entirely of toxic shite instead of returning to the foods provided by nature which our bodies have evolved over millions of years to live healthily on.

The propaganda goes on. A 2023 study in Singapore found that:

Experts considered cultured meat to have benefits for individuals’ health. They pointed out that it would be possible to improve cultured meat with certain bio-nutrients, thereby making it healthier or more nutritious. Another expert shared his perspective on the personal health benefits of cultured meat, stating that it could help address the challenge of obtaining sufficient protein in his diet and improve his overall well-being. Additionally, experts highlighted that cultured meat could mitigate traditional risks associated with conventional meat, such as pesticide exposure, thus contributing to better personal health outcomes.

The authors recommend better communication (i.e. more propaganda lies,) to alleviate concerns and to dispel widespread misconceptions about the dangers of cultured meat to human health.

Personal freedom campaigners argue that even if propaganda supportig chemical slop based foods does not persuade sceptical consumers to buy it, that is not a good reason to ban lab-grown meat ad dairy outright. Informed consumers should be allowed to make their own choices, and those who are satisfied that it is safe should be allowed to eat it.

Cigarettes, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, confectionary, and fast food all pose risks to the health of consumers, but we are permitted to weigh the costs and benefits for ourselves. The risks to human health posed by lab-grown meat are thought to be very low, so the case for banning it on health grounds is weak.

Boggart Blog and its side publications are totally committed to arguing for individual freedom, and we would support the right of people to buy whatever toxic shite they fancy, so long as they have been fully informed of any risk. And as we have seen so many times, big business and the academics, politicians and media people on their payroll cannot be relied on to tell the truth when corporate profits (and by extension bungs, incentives and kickbaks,) may be affected

Angry French farmers storm Paris agricultural show before president due to visit

 Protestin French fearmer clashed with police and called for president to resign amid chaotic scenes as exhibitors and visitors at the Paris Agricultural Show anticipated the arrival of President Macon on Friday (23 February). A group of farmers stormed a major Paris farm fair today ahead of a planned visit by  President Macron amid anger over rising costs, particularly of energy, bureaucratic restrictions and green regulations linked to the EU wide 'net zero' policy. The farmers claim a combination of these things is making the profitable operation of a farm impossible, a point which is difficult to refute,

Confronted by dozens of police officers on duty at the trade fair, the farmers were shouting and booing, calling for the French president’s resignation.

“This is our home!”, they shouted, as French CRS riot police tried to contain the demonstration and keep the protests away from Macron. There were some violent clashes between police and demonstrators and several arrests were made.

“I’m saying this for all farmers: you’re not helping any of your colleagues by smashing up stands, you’re not helping any of your colleagues by making the show impossible, and in a way scaring families away from coming,” Mr Macron told reporters after a meeting with union leaders.

The Paris farm show is a major event in France, annually attracting around 600,000 visitors over nine days. It was meant to open at 9am on Friday. The doors were still closed at 0838 GMT, following the storming by angry farmers.

Scientists say gruesome cigarette-style warnings on MEAT could be used to shame buyers

We have become desensitised to seeing the shocking images of black lungs and rotting teeth cigarette packets,  they were intended designed to put smokers off the unhealthy habit but in fact it is punitive taxes that reduced the prevelance of tobacco smoking in European aduts.

Even though the scare tactics were not 100% effective they did enough to encourage those control freaks we must call scientists, to suggest that that slapping similar stickers on packs of meat in supermarkets could help to shame buyers into accepting a diet of mashed bugs and plant based gunge like Quorn and Tofu.

The stickers being proposed could include images of animals looking scared, accompanied by messages such as: 'Animals suffer when you eat meat.' They could also include images of decimated forests with the words: 'The Amazon rainforest is destroyed when you eat meat.' A study from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, where, as we reported last year, the authoritarian government is proposing to force many of the nation's farmers out of business in order to meet the EU's insane targets for reducing industrial emissions, found that consumers were less inclined to buy products featuring the labels.

'Meat-shaming messages trigger shame but also other negative emotions that translate into reduced purchase intentions,' the authors wrote. 

The question is will consumers buy plant based meat substitutes instead or will they simply find a traditional butcher who will serve their meat and meat products in a plain plastic wrapper?

The anti - meat activists scientists involved in the research say stickers could include sad images of animals, accompanied by messages such as 'animals suffer when you eat meat', or images of decimated forests reading, 'the Amazon rainforest is destroyed when you eat meat' 

A study from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands found that consumers were less inclined to buy products featuring the labels.

'Meat-shaming messages trigger shame but also other negative emotions that translate into reduced purchase intentions,' the authors wrote. 

 

 

The stickers could include images of animals, accompanied by messages such as 'animals suffer when you eat meat', or images of decimated forests reading, 'the Amazon rainforest is destroyed when you eat meat' 

The research team carried out three experiments using 'meat-shaming messages' to try to make consumers 'experience negative emotions and ultimately change their behaviour'.

The first experiment involved showing 161 volunteers one of two images of a packet of chicken breasts, one of which had a warning sticker.

This sticker had a photo of two battery chickens behind the bars of a cage, accompanied by the message 'eating meat makes animals suffer'.

Participants were then asked how likely they would be to buy the product, their emotional response, whether it would impact their future buying habits and how often they ate meat.

The results revealed that the warning label made consumers less inclined to purchase the chicken breasts, and even motivated them to eat less meat in the future.

In the second study, 483 volunteers were again shown packets of meat with one of six different meat-shaming labels.

Again, each had an image and message -two related to animal welfare, two related to environmental damage and two health-related.

One of each was accompanied by a 'personal' message - for example, 'By eating meat, you destroy the Amazon rainforest!' - while the other one had an 'informational' one - like 'Eating meat destroys the Amazon rainforest!'

One wonders how randomly the people selected for these very small samples were selected. It is surely the case that people not in any way sympathetic to vegan or green politics would be aware of the tactics these highly politicised campaigners use, and we also know after the fisascos of COVID and global warming that the words 'scientific' and 'integrity' should never appear next to each other.

'Our analyses show that adding a sticker to a meat package, warning potential customers about the negative consequences of their purchase, may be an effective way to influence buyers' behavior.'

For their study, published in Food Quality and Preference, researchers wanted to see if a 'confrontational approach' would have any impact on meat buying habits.

As we reported earlier in the year, in order to comply with new, economically suicidal European Union environmental laws the Dutch government’s plans to force the closure of thousands of dairy and livestock farms in order to comply with the latest and most insane to date batch of EU environment laws which aim to limit notrogen as well as Carbon Dioxide emissions. The European Union green agenda directive has been branded as the “Great Reset turned up to eleven”.

Last week the globalist government of  Netherlands National Socialist Prime Minister Mark Rutte finally spelt out its plans to cut nitrogen emissions to in line with the EU’s Natura 2000 programme, which seeks to effectively outlaw agriculture activity near supposedly at-risk wildlife regions across the European Union. In the plans presented by WEF rentboy Rutte, the government will buy out (at a non negotiable price,)  or simply confiscate in the case of farmers who will not sell, between two and three thhousand farms in The Netherlands, starting by as soon as April of 2023.

Even adolf Hitler and his brutal henchmen did not go that far.

The price farmers can expect to be paid for their land has not been set, however, leaks have suggested that it will likely be around 120 per cent of the estimated worth. This is a particularly slimy move because the farmers are being offered a 25% premium on the value of their land in return for compliance against nothing should they stand up to the authoritarian Bullies of Brussels

The government has said that while it hopes the scheme will be voluntarily adopted, if enough farmers refuse the offer, they will embark on forcibly seizing the land from the farmers, who staged mass protests over the summer against the plans.

Saying that there is “no better offer coming, nitrogen minister Christianne van der Wal told MPs on Friday that the government would “with pain in the heart” seize the land if necessary.

Commenting on the scheme, Dutch political commentator Eva Vlaardingerbroek told Breitbart London: “What this shows you is that the will of the people means nothing to our government. Despite all of the protest and (inter)national backlash, they’re pushing through with what I think are criminal policies.

“Our government doesn’t cater to the wishes of it’s own citizens, it caters to globalist institutions whose interest it is to control the food supply, so they can control us.”

She concluded: “It’s the great reset in full force.”

Earlier this year, Prime Minister Mark Rutte announced his intentions to cut nitrogen emissions from livestock farms in half by the year 2030 in order to satisfy goals laid out in the European Union’s insane Natura 2000 scheme, which requires that all EU member-states remove industry or farming from areas deemed to be of ecological importance.

It is nothing but an attack on the food security of EU citizens of course, nitogen makes up around 75% of the air we breathe and just as essential to life as Oxygen or Carbon Dioxide. The Dutch government has claimed that in order to meet EU goals, some farms may have to reduce their emissions by as much as 95 per cent which would mean culling their herds by over 50% and that up to 30 per cent of all livestock farms may need to be shut down for good. The threat of shutting down livestock farms is potentially disastrous for the Netherlands economically as the efficiency of the small nation's agricultural sector has made it the largest exporter of meat in Europe and the fifth-largest exporter of dairy produce in the world.

In response to the EU's authoritarian and ill advised scheme, thousands of farmers have regularly staged protests throughout the country, using tractors to shut down motorways and other critical infrastructure. These protests have spilled over into other EU nations with economically significant farming industries.

The attempts to shut down great swaths of the Dutch agricultural sector come amid increasing concerns over food security due to the war in Ukraine, which has traditionally been one of the bread baskets of Europe, growing millions of tons of grain on its vast, almost empty, plains. The Netherlands national farming lobbying group estimates agriculture accounts for 54,000 businesses throughout the country and produced 94.5 billion euros in exports in 2019. It is also the largest employer.
