POLITICIANS BICKERING OVER SYRIA SITUATION DISPLAY THEIR IGNORANCE OF ASSAD REGIME'S HISTORY

It's good to see members of our Labour government falling out over the situation in Syria. This morning it was reported that Health Secretary Wes Streeting has criticised Ed Miliband, the Energy Secretary, over his failure to back military action against Assad in 2013, saying the “hesitation” created a “vacuum” that Russia filled.

Miliband, now UK Energy Secretary, was Labour leader when he led efforts to torpedo Lord Cameron’s attempt to launch air strikes on the Assad regime in Syria to deter the use of chemical weapons. On Thursday night Mr. Streeting, the Health Secretary, said that “if the West had acted faster, Assad would have been gone”.

But Miliband contradicted his Cabinet colleague on Friday morning, saying it was “just wrong” to suggest Assad would have been forced from power sooner if the West had resorted to its usual tactic for dealing with conflicts that are nothing to do with the USA or NATO by carpwt bombing a third world nation at the time. He also said he had no regrets about his decision to vote against the U.K. joining U.S.-led strikes after the House of Commons narrowly rejected the move. 

Firstly however, we should look at the whole issue of the regime's alleged use of chemical weapons. This blog reported at the time that the weight of evidence indicted the gas attacks were false flag events, instigated by the rebels themselves or their western sponsors in order to provide an excuse for direct intervention in support of rebel groups backed by closet Muslim US President Barack Obama, the Saudi Arabian puppet whose ambition was to overthrow every secular Muslim government in the Middle East and replace them with Islamic Fundamentalist regimes.

The United Nations investigated 16 reports of use of chemical weapons in Syria in 2013/14, of which five were confirmed (see https://documents.un.org/doc/undoc/gen/n13/617/84/pdf/n1361784.pdf). Three of the five concerned attacks against soldiers of the Syrian Arab Republic. Many alleged attacks reported by UK, France and USA could not be confirmed.

The final UN report on the use of chemical weapons in Syria in 2013 was unable to apportion blame to any party: since the Syrian Arab Republic forces were attacked using Sarin in 3 of the only 5 confirmed cases, it is not credible that Assad was to blame.

One commentator at the time expressed the opinion that “As a weapon of war, they [chemical weapons] have been utterly useless … but as a propaganda weapon to justify Western military intervention, they can be priceless”.

It is hardly credible that Syria used chemical weapons against its own army. Whatever one's opinion of Assad and his alleged brutality, he is not stupid. It is possible that weapons were stolen by what are today called ‘rebels’ or maybe they were given to them by the CIA or MI6, who knows although if the truth could be revealed I kow what outcome I'd be betting on.

Swithing our attention to the recent uprising which finally brought down Syria's secular government, all of the ex-intelligence agents and internationally respected guests on https://www.youtube.com/@judgingfreedom are unanimous in assigning the funding source of the various ‘rebel’ groups who overran Syria in their shiny new tanks and armoured troop carriers to primarily the CIA (with MI6 never far behind), who were presumably surprised there was so little resistance. But with the Syrian industry in the hands of the ‘rebels’ in Idlib, the US troops plundering Syria’s oil in the east and the suffocating US sanctions, Syria simply had nothing left to feed its citizens, let alone finance its army. And since Assad had earlier rejected both Iranian and Russian advice that his troops badly needed training and materials, it has been postulated he was perhaps trying to start aligning himself with the West as a last ditch effort at survival.

So now the West has to sell the HTS – the main Jihadist group of quite a few others – as 'moderate rebels’ instead of Jihadists, with their leader, al-Jolani, who is wanted by USA and other states with a reward of $10 million for terrorist offences due to his connection to ISIS and Al-Qaeda. It will presumably not be long before HTS starts beheading the numerous Christians in Syria, in fact we Boggart Bloggers have already seen reports of such behaviour by 'moderate rebels' against Christians in Kurdistan.

Therefore British MPs need not “hang their heads in shame”, unless they were aware that US and UK intelligence services may possibly have been involved, either directly or by accusing Assad of using chemical weapons. Indeed, these intelligence services are now accused of funding and inciting the (non-) Syrian ‘rebels’ to take over the country – rebels known to be extreme Jihadists who will undoubtedly cause Syria to become another source of chaos and terrorism for years to come.

This may delight the armchair warriors who like to give the impression they would gleefully bathe in the blood of impoverished third world peasants whose governments stand up to the globalist narratives, and the politicians who have now built an impressive record of failure in their attempts to make the entire planet conform to their 'woke' values and world domination agenda. After Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, …, the West may congratulate itself on creating another ‘failed state’ in distant regions.

So, far from “backing military action”, MPs should be wondering why on earth UK should bomb any country at all: after all, WWII ended some time ago and distant countries are capable of solving their own problems – preferably peacefully but certainly without foreign interference. 

Instead of asking “What happened next in Syria?” we should should perhaps be asking our politicians and mainstream media propaganda merchants ask why on earth the UK government believes it should be playing any military role whatsoever in the Middle East or anywhere else outside UK (including Ukraine).

Is The Demonisation Of Trump Part Of A Plan?

 At the start of this year, former President Donald Trump facing a swathe of criminal charges and legal actions as widely varied in nature of his alleged offences as they were geographically with prosecutors (who coincidentally all happened to be Democrat activists,) in a plethora of states vying for the kudos that would go with being the person who kept Trump off the ballot for November's election. and ensure that he would not become President again. 

These actions, some speculative, some comical, embarrassed Trump but did not discredit him. His supporters and most unafilliated voters understood that with the Biden presidecy having made both party and office a laughing stock, the Democrats feared a crushing defeat and so tried to weaponise the justice system against him. The difficulty of facing multiple legal challenges on different issues cannot be understated but he appears to have ridden out the storm though further obstacles may still lie ahead. 

In Butler, Pennsylvania, a couple of weeks ago Trump narrowly avoided death when a botched effort to defend the former President by a pathetic Secret Service detail made his assassination a real possibility. From this point on, though, the inevitability of his return to the Oval Office seemed to have been well and truly cemented. 

As he stood on stage, bloodied from gunshot fire last week urging Americans to ‘fight, fight, fight’, it felt a truly momentous occasion.

A few days later doddering, demented Joe Biden stepped back from the Democratic Party candidacy and, apart from one very obviously faked video, has not been seen since.

The outgoing president's subsequent endorsement of Kamala Harris will likely be inconsequential in the outcome of the Presidential Election. The prospect of a Harris vs Trump campaign will not spook the upper echelons of the Republican Party but probably encourage them.

Currently commanding the ascendancy, supporters of Donald Trump are now approaching the forthcoming presidential election as if they are impervious to defeat. That hubris has clouded their judgment in the run up to the 2020 election has reawakened, leading them to forget the lessons they learned after 2020 and so may doom the Trump campaign to relive the same fate that befell them then once more.

As Seymour Hersh's recent reporting on the Obama-led soft coup that somehow ended Biden's candidacy only days after Dementia Man had publicly insisted that he was in it to win it, shows that Kamala, like Biden in 2020, has been installed as the democratic nominee for president  by deed of a shadowy cabal of back room operaters. This is in contradiction to achieving the distinction through the electoral process she and her party have exalted as sacrosanct to distinguish them as morally superior to their opposition though in fact, if we belive Obama has been the power behind the Presidential Seal as Biden bumbled from one gaffe to the next for four years, the Harris conspiracy could be the mechanism for securing a fourth term for Obama. Well he did say after winning his first term in 2008 that he wanted to be President for Life.

The chronology of Harris' selection harkens back to the corrupted process that in 2020 saw her latch onto Biden to become Vice President to begin with. Although the same chain of events that culminated in the 2020 election being manipulated to deny Donald Trump his re-election are emerging yet again, his supporters have become utterly oblivious and completely dismissive of the premise that the same outcome could be achieved in 2024, despite the same framework for rigging the vote already being in place.

There is little political threat from the Democrat opponent in the form of the laughing Kamala Harris, but the main opposition to Trump in this election, as in 2020, comes from the hugely corrupted electoral machine itself - the mail in votes of untold numbers of "invisible" voters, and the
equally corrupted Dominion machines which to the best of my knoledge are still in place.

Another factor that will influence the eection outcome is the unanimously left leaning, voicferous globalist media. In 2016, they painted a picture of Trump that the public soaked up, causing them dispise the man. This hate campaign was not confined to the USA but waged worldwide and  resulted in  the animosity and vileness we have been seeing whenever Tump's name is in the news since then. People who claim to hate the former president with an overwhelming passion even though they are not American and have no stake in the election, cannot explain the reason for their hatred. Since 2020, the media has been in overload to demonise the man and there will be no let up.

Trump has been on U.S. television in one role or another from the early 1980s, so plenty there don't fall for the current media spin that he is a toally evil person (plenty still do though) whereas over here they were not really exposed to the "Trump phenomenon" so are easier to brainwash. Nonetheless UK politicians seemed pretty keen on him about 15 years ago when he started looking at buying Scottish golf courses.

However when he announced he was running for the Republican presidential nomination, the insults started flying in a constant barrage.

Since 2016 when Trump was involved in the Rwepublican primares, media keep reciting the throwaway line about women and "grabbing by the pussy" which refers to an incident  20 years ago and was a not unusual joke at the time, certainly not literal. Women hang around rich men, as they do nowadays with footballers, and its not always the men that do the grabbing as I can attest based on one painful experience when a lady who's seen me order champagne for a group of colleagues decided to dispence with the small talk and just grab a handful.

Despite the media's fascination with and prudish condemnation of Trump's indiscretions there is seldom mention of Bill Clinton remarking "Hillary gets more p***y than me" about her proclivities. Also more recently about her 2016 campaign Bill said "Her campaign was that bad she couldn't sell p***y on a troop ship".

I use this as an example about people using a 20 years ago joke to denigrate Trump as an illustration of the fear and loathing the globalist left feel for Trump. That sort of comment really was common usage at the time, and still is where Bill Clinton is concerned.

While Harris was the least popular VP in American history, she is still close to Trump in polls not including Kennedy. The open question is why would Democrats pick the least popular VP in US history to replace the least popular President for 2024?

Democrats are experts at gaining power so there must be a logical explanation:

Here are my guesses:

(1) The candidate is not truly relevant when election fraud will determine the winner

The World Is being Dragged Towards War And Western Weakness Is To Blame

 

This week's news so far has focused on the worsening situation in the middle east, as western leaders appear to be accepting that there was from day one no way Ukraine could win its war with Russia and that since US and NATO leaders refused to allow Ukraine to negotiate a settlement based on the reasonable terms offered by Russia as the Istanbul talks brokered by Turkish president Recep Erdogan in April 2022 there is now no way Ukraine can avoid a crushing defeat or survive as a nation in the aftermath.

No wonder them that The White House and NATO are so eager to divert attention to events in Israel, Iran, Gaza, The Strait of Hormuz and The Red Sea. Unfortunately rather than learing from the mistakes that led to the debacle in Ukraine, the same western leaders now appear to be determined to repeat them. Or as somebody famous one said, "Its deja vu all over again."

By failing to give whole - hearted support to either Ukraine or Israel the western alliance has shown itself to be weak and indecisive. NATO should have taken decisive steps to halt both conflicts and then made clear to both the neo - Nazis in Kiev and the Zionists in Tel Aviv that future support in conflicts against bigger, more powerful neighbours would be conditional on their behaving properly and desisting from provocative actions.

Right now in the Middle East (Ukraine is lost,) we need rational, controlled escalation from the Western powers in the face of aggression by Iran and their proxies, Hamas and Hezbollah,not more appeasement, delusion and cowardice of the past few days. The authoritarian, theocratic regime in Tehran needs to be punished for its monstrous war-mongering, not mollified and placated by a bunch of Western ignoramuses who confuse weakness for virtue. 

But as has been the case since the end of World War Two, the liberal democracies look to America for leadership. And as has been the case for the past forty years at least, that leadership has not been forthcoming. Were Joe (Dementia Man) Biden a serious president, he would announce that the mullahs in Tehran have crossed a red line, that they are an existential threat to democravy and civilised coexistence. He would declare that enough is enough, that no country can shoot hundreds of drones and missiles at one of its neighbours with impunity, that no government can go on funding terrorism, rape, torture and murder on an industrial scale. He would understand the need to deter other rogue states through a show of strength.

But Joe Biden is not a serious president, in fact many commentators in Washington express doubt that Biden is actually the de facto president.  The "Biden Administration" they claim is really Obama 3.0, and is neither blind nor incompetent. The people in government are corrupt to an unimaginable degree. Obama (or Soetoro, Dunham or any other name he has gone by,) rakes in tens of millions in kickbacks from the Iran nuclear deal, and of course, Biden, as the puppet, gets his cut too. 

That's how "Obama" has managed to buy more than $60 million in homes in recent years. They have no loyalty to the United States (which "Obama" has said he hates almost as much as he hates Israel), and they are naturally reluctant to cut off such a lucrative source of income. 

If O'Bama really is the man making decisions in The White House, he has never really favoured the West or Israel and I still believe he is a closet Muslim. The West has also, for the afore mentioned forty years, been its own worst enemy by appeasing rogue states, tolerating and even rewarding terrorists and walloeing in a morass of collective guilt over the alleged sins of our colonial past. The U.K. was a leader in this ruch to self destruction, gaving immunity to the I.R.A. in order for the Good Friday agreement to succeed, negotiating a power sharing agreement in Northern Ireland which gave former terrorists power over the very people whose families the terrorists had spent years killing. The UK government are still prosecuting our soldiers today while former terrorists is in the regional parliament and are lauded as men of peace. 

The problem with this appeasement is Terrorists never go away and as we can see they seem to have an ever expanding network which sooner or later the West will be forced to face.

The egregious nuclear deal with Iran which was negotiated during the Obama’ presidency has been a triumph of naive hope over experience (back in the days when we were still on speaking terms with Russia, Vladimir Putin described Obama as a child, French President Nicolas Sarkozy dismissed him as inexperienced and a British MP of the days said Obama's problem was that he thought himself President of The World.

With Biden’s increasingly frequent senior moments it seems plausible that Obama continues to pull the strings. If, as seems likely, that is the case none of the current kerfuffles  will end well for we citizens of the western nations.

Make no mistake, the ideology of Islam is the enemy of secular liberal democracy. Every society it infects becomes more violent, segregated, repressed, and ignorant.

It is easy to see, from any historical record, or any current metric regarding economic, cultural or social outcomes, that Islam is a cancerous ideology. It makes half the population (women) second class citizens (or outright property); it imposes a positive feedback loop of circular idiocy; a bland mono-culture of arbitrary chauvinistic rules backed with the threat of violence; it seems to be in constant conflict with every other ideology on the planet; it has the explicit goal of dominating and subverting all other societies and belief systems. In A Sane World How Could A Senile Old Man Be Leader Of A Superpower?

There has been a strong suspicion from the start of his presidency that Joe Biden has been the puppet of his coven of back room fixers led by National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and perhaps, even further behind the scenes, Barack Obama. Biden has been an executive president in name only. 

It’s been like this throughout his presidency but it became an inescapable issue when special counsel Robert Hur declined to prosecute him for illegally retaining classified documents because he was ‘a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory’ whom a jury would decline to convict. Hur is a Trump appointee but the killer phrase was left in his report by Biden’s own Department of Justice despite White House pleas for its removal.

Senility is irreversible and progressive whether it goes rapidly or slowly. Biden is not going to improve during the election campaign or in the next four years if he is returned to office. According to opinion polls, for what they are worth these days, a significant majotity Democrat voters doubt Biden’s fitness for power although many state this will not stop them voting for Biden in November. Controlling the White House, and through it the nations financial, foreign and defence policy is more important to them than the lack of accountability of appointed officials. 

The US has been in this situation before. In 1919 President Woodrow Wilson suffered a massive stroke that left him unable to function. His wife and doctor concealed the extent of his mental and physical impairment and in effect and though unelected and without any democratic or legal mandate to do so, ran the country for the remaining 18 months of his term. They weren’t alone in the concealment, to suggest a cabal of politicans and officials closed ranks to conceal the truth from the American public migh today be dismissed as a conspiracy theory, but like most modern 'conspiracy theories' was nothing of the kind. Fortunately in Winson's case  nobody suggested the stricken president might seek another four years in the highest office.

There is a vast a difference between an incompetent president (several names spring to mind,) and a mentally dysfunctional president. The former gets things wrong and the mistakes he makes can have vast and costly repercussions. However it is not possible to hold to account people voted for knowing that person was suffering from disqualifying issues such as advanced age and a mental incapacity?

So with the president rapidly closing on a permanent vegitative state, who is actually running the nation that still likes to think itself the most powerful on earth?

Names like National Security adviser Jack Sullivan,  Secretary of State Tony Blinken ad former president Barack Obama have been bandied about as alt_media speculate on who is actually the de facto president, the puppeteer pulling dummy president Biden's stings.  With such a weak and demented figurehead nominally in charge of what is still arguably the world's main superpower, there will be no end of rich, powerful, corrupt people with agenda, determined to have their way and to get their grubby hands on the levers of power in order to achieve it. The Billionaire psychopaths of Silicon Valley, the power addicted technocrats of the World Economic Forum, far left media luvvies who hate anyone that disagrees with them, and of course the globalist bankers will all have thrown their hats in the ring.

 It is very revealing to look at who puts big money into election campaigns, who pushes incessant lobbying, who gets big government contracts, to get an idea of who can influence the President, any president but especially a mentaly incapacitated one who relies on a team of advisers, handlers, gofors and even a presidential arse wipers (allegedly.) ... It's a long list. And does anyone seriously think that the world's multi-billionaires, who have enough money to buy whole countries and who have already signalled their intentions to be global leaders of a global technocratic government that will micromanage the lives of entire populations,  have no interest in influencing decisions made by the POTUS? (In the future you will own nothing and you will be happy - Klaus Schwab, Founder and President of The World Economic Forum.)

From as far back as the ancient empires of Egypt and Rome, history provides evidence that nobody held power without mastering the inevitable hotbed of intrigue, plotting, blackmail, bribery and corruption that was always bubbling just under the surface, with political assassinations the regular order of the day.
