Russia Outmanoeuvres the west again

While mainstream media (and even some of the more rabidly fascistic left wing bloggers) have been trying to demonize Russia as a way of drumming up public sympathy for Barack Obama's efforts to start a shooting war with Moscow, we Boggart Bloggers and our friendses (sorry, been watching The Hobbit with my grandchildren, gollum!) Little Nicky Machiavelli and The Daily Stirrer have been diligently reporting on how Russia and China are quietly winning the real World War Three, the war to replace the US dollar as global reserve currency and end American - European economic dominance.

As the world waits for the outcome of the latest crisis over attempts to resolve the debt problem in Greece and thus hold the Eurozone together, we can claim once again to have been right when months ago we reported the new Greek government, Syriza, would turn to Russia for help in finding a way out of the Euro.

The Independent reports Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras made the coded threat Friday as he shared a platform with Russia's President Vladimir Putin at the St Petersburg Economic Forum, hinting that
Greece would consider a Russian financial lifeline as it looks to find a way out of its crushing debt burden to the European Union (EU).

The revelation came only a day after "cash for reforms” negotiations between Greece and its eurozone creditors collapsed, bringing a catastrophic default on 30 June closer to reality.

Mr Tsipras described Russia as one of "Greece's most important partners” while criticizing the EU sanctions imposed on Russia last year. Choosing words likely to be interpreted as a clear warning to the country's creditors that Greece may look to Russia if the country falls out of the eurozone, Mr Tsipras repeated warnings that his country is looking at all its financial options.

On the back of that report we also learned Russia and Greece have signed a deal to create a joint enterprise for construction of the Turkish Stream pipeline across Greek territory, Russian Energy Minister Aleksandr Novak revealed the pipeline will have a capacity of 47 billion cubic meters a year.

The construction costs are about €2 billion and the parties will sign a roadmap Friday, Novak told RIA at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum.

The Greek extension of the Turkish Stream project is called the South European pipeline in the memorandum signed on Friday, Novak said, adding that the construction will start in 2016 and be completed by 2019.

The two countries will have equal shares in the company, Novak said.Construction of the pipeline in Greece will be financed by Russia, and Athens will return the money afterward.

The Russian shareholder in the joint enterprise will be state-owned Vnesheconombank (VEB), Novak said.

Greek Energy Minister Panagiotis Lafazanis said the Friday meeting was"historical”.

So things are turning out exactly as we said they would. As US/EU global domination plans crush the financial and political sovereignty of smaller nations that get in the way of the globalisation project, Russia and China are making new alliances. The new BRICS bank, the AAIB and other moves show who is winning the currency war.

No Go Zones For Whites In Swedish Cities

The issue of whether there are No-Go Zones in Europe or not has been somewhat controversial, mainly because the term has not had a clear-cut definition when applied to civilian cities.

The original term is military lingo for hot areas controlled by the enemy, where it is suicidal to venture without sufficient firepower to match that of the enemy. This describes the situation of police officers pretty well; you have to enter the area in force or stay out, since a lone patrol car WILL be attacked.

Jacob Ekström is a police officer working in these areas. He has this to say in the latest issue of Forsking & Framsteg, the premier scientific journal in Sweden:

“The situation is slipping from our grasp,” he says about infamous enclaves Tensta and Rinkeby. “If we’re in pursuit of a vehicle, it can evade us by driving to certain neighborhoods where a lone patrol car simply cannot follow, because we’ll get pelted by rocks and even face riots. These are No-Go Zones. We simply can’t go there.” [My bold]

The article goes on to chronicle the rapid rise in gun-related violence in a country that was essentially unarmed up until just 15 years ago, the evolution of criminal gangs and clans from the middle east as an alternative societal structure, and how the “exclusion areas” (i.e. ghettos) have grown from 3 in 1990 to 156 in 2006.

The reporter brought the status report by Ekström to Lars Korsell, researcher and head of the organized crime unit att the national crime prevention bureau.

“Yes, it is pretty sensational that there are enclaves where Swedish law no longer applies,” Korsell replied slowly and ponderously.

Then there’s the religious interpretation of No-Go Zones. It is my understanding that parts of London, Paris and other major European cities with large Muslim populations have a shadow justice system based on Shariah Law. Posted signs prohibiting alcohol, music, revealing women’s clothes etc. enforced by volunteers patrolling the streets, sometimes even wearing vests bearing the name “Shariah Police”.

Financial Coup in Greece?

From day to day mainstream and alternative media commentators speculate about when Greece will finally admit is is bankrupt and will have to leave the European Single Currency system, abandon the Euro and return to the Drachma, and the Euronazis of Brussels admit they were wrong to bend the rules in order to get Greece to adopt the Euro, and stop piling more agony on the long suffering Greek people and help organize a painless exit.

From France Le Monde Diplomatique reports that four months after Syriza’s victory in the Greek election, with the traditional parties of government since the fall of the military junta, the Panhellenic Socialist Movement (Pasok) and New Democracy (right wing) have been completely destroyed. The first radical leftist government since the “mountain government” at the time of the German occupation is still very popular despite its struggles to resist EU presure for more austerity.

Although the "troika", (the IMF, ECB and EU commission) hated because of the harsh economic measures imposed as a price for the bailout and thus to blame for the subsequent economic disaster, is no longer mentioned, its three parts — the European Commission, European Central Bank (ECB) and International Monetary Fund (IMF) — continue to squeeze Greece by imposing the same austerity on the government of Alexis Tsipras.

With GDP down by 25% since 2010 and an unemployment rate of 27% (over 50% among the under 25s), Greece has a social and humanitarian crisis on its hands. But despite the results of the January elections, which gave Tsipras a clear mandate to end austerity, the European Union continues to treat Greece as a naughty child who must be punished for its irresponsible behaviour and to discourage voters in Spain and elsewhere who still believe in the possibility of governments opposed to German domination (that point of view does not bode well for an EU future of ever closer union with France and Germany as the main political and economic powers).

This situation is like Chile in the 1970s, when US president Richard Nixon was determined to topple Salvador Allende to prevent leftwing contagion in America’s backyard. “Make the economy scream,” said Nixon, and when it did, General Augusto Pinochet took over.

A similar, externally orchestrated coup is under way in Greece, using more modern economic tools including manipulating bond markets. Two options remain for Tsipras’s government: to be strangled financially if it keeps trying to implement its programme, or to renege on its promises and fall, abandoned by its voters.

George Soros Unmasked As The Orchestrator Of Ukraine Chaos

Just days after George Soros warned that World War 3 was imminent unless Washington backed down to China on IMF currency basket inclusion, the hacker collective CyberBerkut has exposed the billionaire as the real puppet-master behind the scenes in Ukraine. In 3 stunning documents, allegedly hacked from email correspondence between the hedge fund manager and Ukraine President Poroshenko, Soros lays out "A short and medium term comprehensive strategy for the new Ukraine," expresses his confidence that the US should provide Ukraine with lethal military assistance, “with same level of sophistication in defense weapons to match the level of opposing force," and finally explained Poroshenko's "first priority must be to regain control of financial markets," which he assures the President could be helped by The Fed adding "I am ready to call Jack Lew of the US Treasury to sound him out about the swap agreement."

The hacking group CyberBerkut claims it has penetrated Ukraine’s presidential administration website and obtained correspondence between Soros and Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko. It has subsequently posted all the intercepted pdfs on line at their website. As the Cyberberkut page is in Cyrillic I'll ember their screenshots of the images:

The hacker group have also published three files online (all in Cyrillic), which according to our sources include a draft of “A short and medium term comprehensive strategy for the new Ukraine” authored by Soros (dated March 12, 2015); an undated paper on military assistance to Kiev; and the billionaire’s letter to Poroshenko and Ukraine’s Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk, dated December 23, 2014.

According to the leaked documents, Soros supports the Obama administration stance on Ukraine, but wants the US President to go further in meddling with the former Soviet state's internal politics.

The billionaire financier is adamant that the US should provide Ukraine with lethal military assistance, "with same level of sophistication in defense weapons to match the level of opposing force. In poker terms, the US will ‘meet, but not raise," the 84-year-old businessman wrote, allegedly signing one of the letters as "a self-appointed advocate of the new Ukraine."

Western backers want Kiev to restore the fighting capacity of Ukraine without violating the Minsk agreement, Soros wrote.

Among other things, the leaked documents claim that the Ukrainian authorities were also advised to "restore some semblance of currency stability and functioning banking system and maintain unity among the various branches of government” in order to receive assistance from foreign allies.

Stability? Ukraine is led by a bunch of right wing extremists put in power through a CIA engineered coup. How can anyone talk of stability? In the paragraph above we seem to see a hint of the senility that affects many people of Soros' age.

(Don't bother telling us this is not a literal translation, our version also sets out some background for readers who do not view east - west relations from a businessman's perspective.

Readers of this blog will know we are fans of the German financial newspaper Deutsche Wirtschafts Nachrichten because it seems to be alone among mainstream media in the developed world in printing unbiased and non partisan reports of events world politics. There is not of the usual USA / EU = white hats in their rports but balanced views that retain an awareness that in the geo political power games everybody wears grey hats.

Russia’s president Putin has become more harsh in his ctiticisms of US foreign policy over the past few years, from the moment France, the UK and USA used the excuse of staging a 'humanitarian mission to prevent genocide in Libya' to wage a bombing campain on that country with the aim of bringing down the Gaddafi regime, relations between the western powers and the Russia / China alliance have been going downhill fast. Now Putin is proposing an alliance with China and the BRICS countries in order to close the security gap left by the US foreign policy: The illegal interventions of the West in the Middle East have led to a strong Islamic State and he suggests BRICS should jointly defend themselves against such developments.

Putin bluntly accuses the west of being responsible for the emergence of the Islamic State. At a meeting with the BRICS security chiefs on May 25, he reportedly said: "We know what is going on in the Middle East and North Africa now. We see problems caused by a terrorist organization, which calls itself ‚The Islamic State’. However, there was no terrorism in those states before the unacceptable interference from the outside took place without an approval of the UN Security Council. It is obvious that the consequences are tough. Everything that has happened in the international arena over the last couple of years needs to be re-adjusted."

Putin sees other states threatened by the aggressive policy pursued by the West. He told the meeting: "It is obvious that our nations are threatened and this is due to the fact that the international law has been violated in combination with violation of sovereignty of different states and their spheres of influence".

Also discussed were the threats of ‚color revolutions. One took place in the Ukraine, and Moscow believes that the US was behind the ousting of president Yanukovich as a result of the Maidan unrests. It is also a known fact among western observers that the US was pulling the strings in the background.

Only recently a classified Pentagon report revealed that the US government had knowledge of the creation of IS but did nothing to prevent it, since a conflict among Muslims suits the geostrategic direction of the US government.

It seems that Moscow intends putting more pressure on the West. The US / EU coalition coalition is not making progress against fragmented fighting groups in Syria and recently, after a period of consolidation, IS took another major Iraqi city. Recently David Cameron recently asked the Russian leader to help find a joint solution for the Syria crisis. Putin, who supports Assad, understands he holds the stronger hand and is likely to demand a high price for his cooperation. The harsh words used against the West in connection with the rise of the Islamic State may indicate the direction in the Middle East game.

Most of my attention to the 'free trade' treaties being pushed by the Obama administration has been focused on the USA / European Union (EU) 'free' trade deal, the Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) because we are a British publication.

The Pacific Rim equivalent, Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) has been more in the news recently however lately, as US President Barck Obama has been busy bribing and bullying the US Senate and House of Representatives into abdicating their constitutional role of holding the administration to account and granting Obama the powers of an autocrat so that he may 'fast track' TPP into law without Concress being allowed to vote on it, debate it or even know what is in it.

As the Obama Administration scrambles to attain “fast-track” authority from Congress, the content of this unbelievably dangerous gift to multi-national corporations is being kept secret from the public, and for very good reason.

The Obama administration is lobbying hard for Congress to pass a trade promotion authority (TPA) and to quickly approve the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), a free trade agreement that is on the verge of being finalized.

The administration and its supporters on this issue, including leading Republicans, argue that the case for TPP rests on basic economic principles and is only strengthened by the findings of modern research. On both counts their claims are greatly exaggerated – particularly with regard to the notion that more trade, on these terms, is necessarily better for the United States.

There is a strong theoretical and empirical case – dating back to David Ricardo in 1817 – that freer trade should make countries better off. However, modern-day trade agreements, including those currently being negotiated, are very different from earlier experiences with trade liberalization.

The TPP is not only – perhaps not even mostly – about freer trade, and thus who gains and who loses is very much dependent on what exactly are the details of the agreement. Ukraine is in a mess, the civil conflict between the Kiev government's troops and Donbass separatists who want to join the Russian speaking eastern province with Russia goes on, with sporadic outbreaks of violence. The economy is in tatters, unemployment and inflation are out of control and many Ukrainians cannot afford basics like food and energy.

As usual however the crisis is not affecting the wealthy elite. According to Petro Poroshenko’s income declaration he earned almost 3 times more money during his year in power than previously. His chocolate business is growing despite an election promise to sell it.’

People in Ukraine are well aware of how the chocolate oligarch is enriching his allues as he tightens his grip on power in the country. Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty has focused its ire on President Poroshenko, advising him to take his own medicine: it published a report revealing how he used presidential influence to quietly appropriate historic sites and bury subsequent investigations.

The US-funded Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) has dug into President Poroshenko’s misuse of his presidential power. The revelations come as Poroshenko, soon to mark his first year in office, faces growing criticism, both within the country and abroad, for his failure to address economic problems and his cosy relationships with borderline criminal businessmen.

Google a step closer to developing machines with human-like intelligence

Computers will have developed “common sense” within a decade and we could be counting them among our friends not long afterwards, one of the world’s leading AI scientists has predicted.

Professor Geoff Hinton, who The Guardian reports was hired by Google two years ago to help develop intelligent operating systems, said that the company is on the brink of developing algorithms with the capacity for logic, natural conversation and even flirtation.

The researcher told the Guardian said that Google is working on a new type of algorithm designed to encode thoughts as sequences of numbers – something he described as “thought vectors”.

Although the work is at an early stage, he said there is a plausible path from the current software to a more sophisticated version that would have something approaching human-like capacity for reasoning and logic. “Basically, they’ll have common sense.”

The idea that thoughts can be captured and distilled down to cold sequences of digits is controversial, Hinton said. “There’ll be a lot of people who argue against it, who say you can’t capture a thought like that,” he added. “But there’s no reason why not. I think you can capture a thought by a vector.”

A Swedish Voter Loses It With The Politically Correct Idiots Running His Country

The problems caused by government created immigrant ghettoes in Swedish cities have turned the once safe streets into war zones as rival gangs from various immigrant communities vie for control of the drugs, prostitution and illegal gambling trades.

In a YouTube video one voter told Sweden's politicians exactly what he thought of them. And he is not alone, when we hear stories (verified) of elderly Swedish people being evicted from their homes because the building is needed by the government to provide housing for immigrants and asylum seekers, yet at the same time politicians are talking about 'the urgent need to bring more unskilled and uneducated immigrants into the country, it is clear the political establishment has lost its collective sanity.

here are a couple of comments from a threat at The Local which suggest that true to their commitment to perversity, the Swedish government's policy is to welcome the illiterate and uneducated arivals who will have promblems integrating while marginalising the better educated immigrants who have some understanding of how European societies function:

This country simply do not accept educated foreigners! I got MA degree and lot of working experience with several international organization, but this is still useless when it comes to get into swedish job market. They have packed the country with people with no working skills and zero knowledge of doing something other than lying and cheating.... so unfortunately there is no room here for honest and educated people! And yeah, arbetsförmedlingen, OMG the most horrible public institution I have ever seen and heard about in a developed country.

You have well mentioned the true so called equality in Sweden. In this country exploitations takes place of international brains at every level. I never wanted to be in Sweden for job, as my country can serve this for me. I am Swedish graduate, but what i have seen there this country needs cheat Afghan, Irani, Kurdis, Somalis and so on. These groups are making fool Sweden and then they makes jokes. Anyhow, nothing is going to change in Sweden: Any person with vision, having some serious attitude in life can never get anything there, Even if 25,000 kr net salary one gets, i dont call it a win. The Western values( if they have any) every one knows, these cheat refugees dont represent any one. I can sharing with full responsibility they are smugglers who are making money outside their lands, then using the same money to be transported in EU, and then getting asylum by taking the rights of all those good minds who want to serve this world. Have you ever seen the situation in stockholm, malmö, and so on. These people are now even in the northern sweden, but this is natural law, there should be someone to destroy as these countries do destruction in other countries. Sweden dont need isis, these people are enough

US Department of Defence Admits Supporting ISIS and Buffer Zones In Syria

While the Western mainstream media and even independent gatekeepers like Noam Chomsky for years spread the lie that any suggestion that the United States and NATO were supporting ISIS was a “conspiracy theory,” recently uncovered and declassified documents from the Defense Intelligence Agency have proven the Western press and the likes of Chomsky wrong and, yet again, the so-called “conspiracy theorists” right.

This is because, on May 18, Judicial Watch published a selection of recently declassified documents that were obtained from the US Department of Defense and the US State Department as a result of a lawsuit filed against the US government. The lawsuit and most of the documents contained within the release revolved around the Benghazi scandal but a deeper look into the documents dating back to 2012 reveal an even bigger story – that the US and NATO have admitted in their own documents to supporting al-Qaeda and ISIS in Syria and Iraq.

Docs Show Al-Qaeda Involvement From Beginning – No Moderates

The documents demolish the “official story” of Western governments promoted from the beginning of the Syrian crisis until the present day – that the “rebellion” was organic, grassroots, and made up of moderates and freedom-loving democracy proponents. The document states unequivocally that “The Salafist [sic] the Muslim Brotherhood, and AQI are the major forces driving the insurgency in Syria.” It points out that “The West, Gulf countries, and Turkey support the opposition; while Russia, China, and Iran support the regime.” Tellingly, the report then states that “AQI supported the Syrian opposition from the beginning, both ideologically and through the media . . .”

Indeed, the documents clearly admit that the crisis unfolding in Syria was never a moderate rebellion fighting for democracy, it was made up of fighters from the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Qaeda (al-Qaeda In Iraq/Al-Nusra Front) from the very beginning.
