Hillary Clinton's Crimes Are Much Worse Than We Thought

Congressman Trey Gowdy, who has a reputation in Washington for asking questions the rich and powerful do not want to answer has confirmed what was hinted at in a leak a few days ago, namely that the crimes Hillary Clinton is implicated in (including corruption, electoral fraud, abuse of office for personal gain and perjury) are "much worse than first thought." Details emerging from the investigation into her emails are soon to go public and Mr. Gowdy has said that "history will be nicer" to James Comey once classified findings of the case are revealed. Comey of course was pilloried for his decision not to pass evidence of Clinton crimes to the Attorney General giving the excuse that even though there was irreftuable evidence of lawbreaking he did not think any reasonable prosecutor would bring a case against Clinton.

Gowdy (Republican, South Carolina), who removed himself from the shortlist of candidates to replace the Comey as Director of the FBI, has confirmed that the problem with the case and with progressing the inquiry have been down to the far-reaching nature of the crimes of Mrs. Clinton who stands accused of using her charity, The Clinton Foundation as a personal income generator and means of peddling influence to corporate and foreign interests and greasing the palms of those from whom she needed political favours. Many high-profile political figures in Washington D.C. are also believed to have been complicit in the crimes.

Infowars reports: Gowdy’s statement also indirectly confirms an Infowars report from July 7 in which an anonymous FBI source said the reason why Comey didn’t prosecute Clinton over Emailgate was because it would pit the FBI against the “rest of Washington D.C.” due to so many high-level politicians implicated by Clinton’s crimes.

"Clinton Foundation Is Charity Fraud Of Epic Proportions", Analyst Charges In Stunning Takedown

In early May, we introduced readers to Charles Ortel, a Wall Street analyst who uncovered financial discrepancies at General Electric before its stock crashed in 2008, and whom the Sunday Times of London described as "one of the finest analysts of financial statements on the planet" in a 2009 story detailing the troubles at AIG. Having moved on beyond simple corporate fraud, Ortel spent the past year and a half digging into something more relevant to the current US situation:"charities", and specifically the Clinton Foundation’s public records, federal and state-level tax filings, and donor disclosures.  

Four months ago, Ortel began releasing his preliminary findings in the first of a series of up to 40 planned reports on his website. His allegation was simple: “this is a charity fraud.”

To learn more about the Clinton Foundation, Ortel decided to "take it apart and see how it worked" and he has been doing that ever since February 2015. 

“I decided, as I did with GE, let’s pick one that’s complicated,” said Ortel. “The Clinton Foundation is complicated, but it’s really very small compared to GE.”

When Ortel tried to match up the Clinton Foundation’s tax filings with the disclosure reports from its major donors, he said he started to find problems. That includes records from the foundation’s many offshoots—including the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Clinton Global Initiative—as well as its foreign subsidiaries.

"I decided it would be fun to cross-check what their donors thought they did when they donated to the Clinton Foundation, and that’s when I got really irritated,” he said. “There are massive discrepancies between what some of the major donors say they gave to the Clinton Foundation to do, and what the Clinton Foundation said what they got from the donors and what they did with it."

As previously reported, last year the Clinton Foundation was forced to issue corrected tax filings for several years to correct donation errors. But Ortel said many of the discrepancies remain. “I’m against charity fraud. I think people in both parties are against charity fraud, and this is a charity fraud,” he said.

To be sure, Ortel's efforts were to be commended: digging through the foundation's numbers can not have been easy, considering that the nation’s most influential charity watchdog put the Clinton Foundation on its “watch list” of problematic nonprofits in 2015. Furthermore, the Clinton family’s mega-charity took in more than $140 million in grants and pledges in 2013 but spent just $9 million on direct aid. That's because the organization spent the vast bulk of its windfall on "administration, travel, salaries and bonuses", with the fattest payouts going to family friends.

Trump Questions if Bill Begged Lynch to Spare Hillary During Tarmac Meeting

For over a year we have reported Hillary's Progress. Was Mrs. Clinton heading for The White House or the Big House. From what we've learned of the activities of 'Crooked Hillary' both as a public servant and the head of a multi million dollar 'charity' which performs charitable acts mainly for friends and associates of the Clintons and people who can be useful in Hillary's campaign for The White House.

Numerous other scandals have come to light too, for example: did Hillary perjure herself to saver her serial rapist husband from being convicted for sex crimes?

Right now it seems the biggest threat to Hillary's ambitions is not Donald Trump but the FBI as the investigation into her criminally negligent handling of state secrets while serving as Secretary of State draws to a climax. And as usual Hillary is relying on wealth and political contacts in order to avoid having to face justice and answer for her transgressions.

Following revelations that former President Bill Clinton had a private meeting with US Attorney General Loretta Lynch in the midst of his wife’s email investigation, presumptive Republican nominee Trump seized the opportunity to call foul on his Democratic counterpart.

Lynch has dismissed the controversy, insisting that the her brief conversation with Clinton on an airport tarmac in Arizona focused on social issues and small talk unrelated to Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. But that hasn’t prevented criticism from both sides of the aisle. First, as a personal friend of the Clintons, who has benefitted from their patronage, should Lynch have declared a conflict of interest and stood herself down from the 'Servergate' investigation?

Criticism of the private meeting came from both sides of American politics. Democratic Senator Chris Coons said, "I think she should have said, 'look, I recognize you have a long record of leadership on fighting crime but this is not the time for us to have that conversation. After the election is over, I welcome your advice and input,'" .

But, unsurprisingly Republican nominee Donald Trump has gone in hard:

"I think it’s the biggest story, one of the big stories of this month, of this year," the billionaire told radio host Mike Gallagher, adding that the meeting was "terrible."

"I’ve been talking about the rigged system, how it’s rigged and, you know, this is terrible…You see a thing like this and even in terms of judgement, how bad of judgement is it for him or for her to do this? I mean, who would do this?"

Who would do such a thing indeed. Some slack jawed hill billy low life who thinks its fun to stick a cigar up the minge of a junior employee and then put it in his mouth and make crass remarks maybe?

FBI Vows To Go Public If Obama Blocks Indictment Of Hillary

As we have been reporting, Barack Obama's anointed successor Hillary Rodham Clinton is in big trouble over the casual way she handled top secret emails while serving as Secretary of State. The only thing saving Hillary right now is the protection being given her by The Obama Administration. However, if Obama’s Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, does not follow her oath of office and indict Hillary Clinton, FBI investigators will go public with their findings, according to former US House of Representatives majority leader Tom DeLay.

On The Steve Malzberg Show on Monday, 13 June, DeLay repeated a previous claim that the FBI is ready to indict the former Secretary of State on criminal charges related to 1,300 classified documents stored on a private email server.

"They’re ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public," the Texas Republican told the radio host, "one way or another either she’s going to be indicted and that process begins, or we try her in the public eye with her campaign. One way or another she’s going to have to face these charges."

Malzburg also talked with former Attorney General Michael Mukasey on Monday. He said Obama may direct Lynch to not indict Clinton and if he did it would result in Watergate-level resignations.

“The fact is that the president can direct the attorney general not to bring charges. The attorney general works for the president and the president can order that … Although I can’t believe that you wouldn’t get people resigning in the wake of something like that, the same way that we did at the time of Watergate,” Mukasey said.

Having refused to release the documents despite long-standing Freedom of Information requests The State Department finally released a small batch of heavily redacted documents following several court orders. Wikileaks however (and presumably the FBI also) have around 30,000 documents from Clinton's private server that were circulated during her time at the State Department.

In addition to messages marked 'clasified' relating to national security, documents contained in a Wikileaks email dump revealed conflict of interest issues between Clinton’s official duties as secretary of state and “pay to play” schemes with the Clinton foundation.

Since the story emerged over a year ago, mainstream media media has played down the allegations, conveniently forgetting that while she was in charge of the state department Mrs. Clinton destroyed the careers of several senior military officers, ostensibly for more trivial offences than she now stands accused of, but according to Washington insiders, probably because they stood up to her bullying and authoritarianism. With the exception of Fox News and the alternative media, she has also been given an easy ride on allegations of corruption within the Clinton Foundation, the multi - million dollar charity she heads, which seems to spend little on charitable works and a lot on cronyism and handing out sinecures to allies and people the Clintons seek favours from.

Inexplicably many Democrat voters say they will vote for Clinton regardless of criminal charges.

It's nothing personal, but the more I learn of Hillary Clinton the more I dislike her. This corrupt, crooked liar should not be allowed to run for president of the Glee Club let along the third most powerful nation in the world (hey, don't moasn at me about that, get on Obama's case). The woman is a phoney, a self interested, self aggrandizing elitist with a sense of entitlement the size of a galaxy. Whatever Hillary does, and whatever minority group the claims she is acting in the interests of, you can bet the main beneficiaries are Hillary Clinton, her family and her cronies.

No surprise then that a whistleblower has exposed Hillary's charity, 'The Clinton Foundation as a fraud. She's not alone of course, those of us with access to inside information in finance know that The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation receives $2 of taxpayers money in the form of government grants and consultancy fees from nations and organisations around the world for every $1 it spends on 'good works' (i.e. channeling money into the coffers of corporate businesses.) And the Zuckerberg foundation, though not old enough to have filed audited accounts, is not a charitable trust, but a Limited Liability Company which arouses suspicion immediately.

But what about those sleazy Clintons?

Anti Poverty activists expose Bill Gates' Fake Philanthropy

We have been critics of Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates for many years, first for his company's 'not-fit-for-purpose' computer operating systems and sleazy, unethical business practices and more recently for his deceptive, self interested philanthropic efforts. Let's face it the man is a schnorrer and a fascist collaborator to boot.

Having said that, obviously we are happy to promote anything that exposes Gates for the fake and hypocrite that he is.

Save Us Bill Gates: Satirical video game slams billionaire’s philanthropy

Satirical video game makes it impossible for Bill Gates to give his money away, just like his charity in real life.

Anti-poverty campaigners have launched an online video game satirizing Bill Gate’s global philanthropy and featuring a pixelated version of the billionaire flying across stereotypical African landscape.

‘Save us Bill Gates’ was released on Friday by UK campaign group Global Justice Now in a bid to highlight the business magnate’s role in international development.

The game’s creators opted for 1980s-style animation, and have made it impossible for Gates’ character to lose money. Players must try to throw away all his money within 30 seconds by clicking their mouse. But no matter how hard players click, the billionaire’s wealth increases as the game goes on due to his investments in fossil fuels and tax avoidance - making it impossible for him to donate his fortune.

Global Justice Now’s campaigns and policy chief, Polly Jones, said the game shows how Gates’ free market approach to development holds the potential to make poverty and inequality even worse.

It is worth noting that Mark Zuckerberg's recently announced 'charity foundation' is even more blatantly fraudulent and self interested that the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation.

Philanthropic" Mark Zuckerberg Will Place Facebook Shares In A For-Profit LLC

Sorry to seem the The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, but somebody has to blow the whistle on the latest self serving stunt of the self server in chief, Mark Zuckerbugger but the great act of philanthropy with which the Inyaface Datatheft Book chief celebrated the birth of his child is, like everything else billionaire philanthropists do, not quite as straightforward as it has been presented in mainstream media.

Zuckerberg's contempt for those who use Facebook is well known (Zuckerberg admits he called Facebook users dumb f**cks) But all over social media the sheeple are falling over themselves to tell the world how wonderful this third rate little fascist collaborator is.

Yesterday mainstream media and the internet chatterati were unanimously wetting their knickers over Mark Zuckerberg’s announcement that he and wife Chan would "give away" ninety nine per cent of their holdings in Facebook shares to philanthropic causes. Most commentators however, missed the devil in the details of how Zuckerbugger decided to safeguard those shares by forming the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative as a limited liability company (LLC) to with the shares owned by a charity. It is extremely unusual, if not unique, to use the for-profit LLC structure for a charity as true charities have tax exemption anyway. but LLCs have certain legal advantages denied to charities.

The decision by Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, to gradually give away 99 percent of their Facebook fortune is big news not just for the huge sum involved—about $46 billion—but for how the couple chose to achieve their philanthropic goal. Rather than set up a private foundation or charitable trust as Bill and Melinda Gates did, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative will be structured as a limited liability corporation.

Jane Wales, vice president of philanthropy and society at the Aspen Institute, commented: "I’ve never seen someone set up an LLC exclusively for a philanthropic purpose before, normally they set up a foundation for the tax advantages of doing so."

Here are some significant ways that LLC status will shape what Zuckerberg and Chan do with their wealth.

There won’t be limits on lobbying

It seems clear the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative will put money to work in politics. Facebook, in its official description of its founder’s new LLC, noted that “making private investments and participating in policy debates” will be part of the mission.

In a public letter Zuckerberg wrote to his newborn daughter, Max, he likewise emphasized an appetite for pushing a policy agenda: “We must participate in policy and advocacy to shape debates.” If the charitable venture had been set up as a traditional tax-exempt foundation—what is called a 501(c)(3)— it wouldn’t have freedom to lobby lawmakers or engage in other political activities. The Internal Revenue Service prohibits tax-exempt groups from “directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office."

So that's the dirty version of the Zuckerberg Initiative . As many would have expected, the move (like the establishment of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is less about charity than it is about protecting a silicon valley billionaire's fortune from taxation and ensuring the heirs will have sinecures as directors of the 'charities' for as long as the line continues. And in the case of this limited liability charity, also about ensuring that Zuckerberg the oligarch, is able to influence U.S. government policy in any way that he, and his fellow billionaires, so desire.

It appears Zuckerberg has carefully studied the Warren Buffet / Bill Gates playbook to learn how to make stealing from taxpayers look like a pubic spirited act.
