Judges Are Usurping The Power Of Britain's Parliament And Becoming A Threat To Our Democracy And Human Rights

Recent events in Britain have echoed a trend we are seeing in the USA, European Union and around the world, that of judges and the court system blocking the implementation of laws and decisions made by our elected representatives in government.

It is very importabt that We The People are aware of this “CREEPING KRITOCRACY” i.e. “RULE BY JUDGES”, also called also called “Legislating From The Bench”, and “Judicial Overreach” which is now in full swing around the world, and oppose it by any means we can. Just look at Brazil, under the Maxist regime of far left president Lula da Silva if you need an example. Since gaining power in a blatantly rigged election Lula has imprisoned the leader of the main opposition party and, having packed the judiciary with far left allies, is now weaponising the law against anybody who opposes him.

Civilised behaviour and mutual respect is the bedrock of any  society, and law is its formal expression. If laws are not drafted and framed with the consent of society, however, civilised behaviour begins to vanish. This what we see happening in todays two - tier justice systems, laws have been made which do not have our consent as they often favour minorities over the majority of the population, for exmple the 'transgender rights' laws which trample on the basic rights of biologicasl women. Worse, they are being applied by over-reaching judges, who dominate those we have elected to represent us. This can only be changed by a radical reversal in the attitudes of our elected politicians, the election of new ones, or by civil disorder. Politicians must be prepared to change the laws and if necessary, the judges who presume precedence over the elected assemblies of democratic nations. The alternative- what we see now - is increasing levels of lawlessness, even among those who are instinctively law-abiding.

Today's judicary are fast becoming a real threat to peace and stability in the UK. They give the impression of being far too politically orientated, with some horrendous decisions that are blatently unfair, including thode which blatantly attack our right tp free speech by criminaliings so - called 'hate speech'. Of course the differences in the verdicts and sentances in the cases of Lucy Connolly and Ricky Jones are the obvious two for comparison and the failure of government and the legal system at all levels to deal adequately with the scandal of gangs of Pakistani migrant that groomed, abused and raped under age and vulnerble non Muslim girls is a good illustration of why the public are disgusted with those who rule us.

Two thousand years ago the Roman statesman Marcus Tullius Cicero wrote that in a civilised society there can only be one law, which must apply equally to all, ( which includes even judges, left wing activists and illegal immigrants.) Our judges seem to have forgotten, or maybe never bothered to learn that. 

Sad to say that in the UK, in 2025, no one is guaranteed a fair trial, such concepts depend on the judge and the lawyers being fair and unbiased and that appears to no longer be sacrosanct. What has happened to British justice?

Not long ago the case was that criminals despised the judiciary, the legal system and the police and decent law-abiding people admired it and placed their trust in it. How the tables have turned in the past feew years, decent law-abiding UK citizens have lost faith in a judicial system that treats them with utter contempt, imprisoning respectable people for expressing dissent via social media posts while grovelling at the feet of organised crime networks, illegal immigrants, political activist groups that flout laws, human rights grifters and the bone idle non-contributors who scour every possible avenue to further their careers as professional benefit claimants. 

Conservtive MP Robert Jenrick is correct, there must be a mechanism put in place to remove those whose personal opinion takes precedence over law, and it cannot come soon enough. The UK public have had quite enough of those who despise their own country without them being allowed to continue their assault from the benches.

UK Bid To Abandon Common Law Right Of Trial By Jury Is Another Step Towards Technocratic Tyranny

 

Hot on the heels of their voting for new laws permitting euthanasia and decrimnalising late term abortions at any point pre birth, (effectivly legislating the return of back street abortions,) the Labour government revealed plans to reform the UK’s criminal justice system, which include the scrapping of the right to trial by jury for many offences and reduced sentences for those who plead guilty. All are part of a larger agenda that would empower tyrannical authoritarianism hidden behind the mask of human rights.

Former senior judge and current Investigatory Powers Commissioner Brian Leveson was in the news this week for defending the commission's  recommendation of, among other things, “jury-free” trials, in order to “prevent the collapse of the criminal justice system”.

Note the language. “Jury-free“, not “jury-less“, as if juries are a food additive we should avoid, rather than a right guaranteed in British law for over 800 years.

This is not new. “Replacing”, “updating” or otherwise “reforming” Jury trials has been on the globalist agenda for years now.

However the right to jury trial is held in high regard by the public: confidence is retained because ordinary people can be seen to participate equally and to be the guardians. In one sense, it is one of the very few opportunities in which democracy comes to life. Above all, it generates respect for the rule of law – so grossly ignored at present on the global stage. The jury provides, in clearest terms, a conscience. This is particukarly important in cases like the UK-wide 'grooming gang scandal' in which the politicisation of policing and justice have led to political considerstions taking precedence over the protection of the vulnerable from criminals.

There may be quicker ways of dispensing justice (famously parodied by Lewis Carroll in the trial of the Knave of Hearts); even faster and cheaper via AI; also, cheaper ways by inducing quick pleas in exchange for a reduction in sentence. But these do not engender confidence or reliability. An alternative is to restrict the number of cases eligible for trial by jury. Then it can be said it’s not an attack on juries but just a response to exigency. Over time, however, it gets dangerously close to the former.

All of this is completely Illegal under common Law THE ONLY LAW In fact Legislation in contradiction of Common Law is logically Illegal, as its BREAKING the existing Law and any Legislation which is in line with common Law, is completely redundant, why do you need a piece of legislation when the common Law crime already exists to prosecute them ?

Well the answer is simple lets take for example some company poisoning a river, politicians would have you believe the act of poisoning isn’t a crime under common Law (it most certainly is) and that we need them to come to our rescue, the second thing they achieve is lessening the sentence for their mates who own these poisoning companies, instead of a 15 year jail sentence, the new sentence is a small percentage of their profits and a hearty slap on the wrist.

There is not a single wrong doing which cant be dealt with the correct application of Common Law, for those still on the left right hamster wheel (which is not many here thankfully) For the left companies damaging Public property and poisoning rivers, those are crimes under common Law and for those on the right Mass immigration would be considered theft of public land and trespass. You don’t need legislation its nothing more than the public declaration of the criminality of politicians.

Supporters of populist politician Marine Le Pen took to the strets on Sunday to protest against the lawfare move to exclude her from the presidential race.Organisers estimated that around 10,000 people turned out to express theur disgust at the politically motivated verdict against Marine Le Pen, which bans her from running for president in 2027 and for any poitical office for five years..

 A post on the official National Rally, on behalf of the party she leads in the French national assembly read: “The people of France refuse to yield to the tyranny that attacks the one who embodies hope for millions of our compatriots.” 

Organizers estimate that around 10,000 people showed up to protest the verdict against Marine Le Pen, which bans her from running for president in 2027. A post on X by the National Rally, whose faction she leads in the French parliament, read: “The people of France refuse to yield to the tyranny that attacks the one who embodies hope for millions of our compatriots.” 

Released on bail pending appeal, Le Pen addressed the gathering in person, telling the crowd: “Thank you so much for your courage, your generosity, your perseverance… You are amazing!” she said, also thanking National Rally President Jordan Bardella for his support.

“We will continue to fight for justice,” Marine Le Pen said. She also posted footage from the protest on X, saying “Stand up, for justice, for the people, and for France! “

“Long live the Republic, long live France!” Marine Le Pen concluded her speech.

Jordan Bardella Le Pen's protege and likely successor as the party's presidential candidate if the ban on Le Pen is not overturned also spoke, stressing that he would stand by Le Pen despite the verdict, calling the conviction of the faction leader a dark day in French history. 

“I am sure, my fellow countrymen, that she can count on you. Help her, help her face this injustice. Stay by her side!” Bardella pleaded to those gathered, who broke into applause.

Is Britain Really Heading For Civil War?

Writing in Saturday's Telegraph (5 April 2025) Tim Stanley opined "I now fear Britain is heading for open sectarian conflict, possibly war, and there’s nothing we can do to stop it."

A situation in which millions believe cops are not impartial public servants but an occupying force is the headline metric of state failure. Mainland Britain has become Ulster.

Decades of uncontrolled immigraton, politicians and law enforcement agencies pandering to the demands of racial and religious minorities, unequal application of law and justice have built a level of white resentment that one must  to acknowledge is real and growing, that beyond the curated audience on BBC Question Time and other political talk shows and the cherry picked vox pop clips on news broadcasts ll showing what a woke, multicultural society we are, millions have evolved from irony to nihilism to something more disturbing. 

Just read through some of the comments beneath any item on a news website dealing with Islamic extremism, two tier justice, suppression of free speech or four star hotels full of asylum seekers. “As a 28-year-old, fighting-age male, I am ready to lay down my life for Mother England and the survival of my folk,” a typical comment read today 

Viewers refer in code to Rotherham – to avoid being muted in the forum, or worst having their door kicked in and being arrested for hate speech by the Starmstaffel, Starmer's Thought Police. Mention the grooming scandal that suggested the authorities were willing to cover up rape to maintain the peace. and you're looking at life wth no right of appeal.

The UK is “a tinder box waiting to explode”, writes another unhappy commenter,. In 2024, police produced a report warning thei nation might be further buffeted by inequality, climate change and “paranoid populism”. Separately, a government think tank warned of “civil war… ” as a potential “underanticipated disruption”.

In fact, the low level insurgency has already begun. Ireland has seen arson at asylum hotels. Last year, Britain had riots. Why did No10 insist that so many protestors be thrown into jail in effect for broadcasting the truth? While Islamist terrorism is more lethal than far-Right extremism, there are only 4 million Muslims whereas there are around 50 million whites.

Our criminally demented rulers have replaced our formerly safe, orderly, low-crime, high-social trust society with its opposite. This has been done deliberately and with malice aforethought, because the affluent middle class leftists hate the white working class, and the globalists (including many “Tories”) want to turn us all into programmable producer-consumer units who have no group loyalties. Hence, for example, the insanities of The Great Replacement, and the mass rape of our children at the hands of our rulers’ beloved population imports.

The question now is what do we do about it. Can it be true that nationalist revolution and civil war is the only way to save our people and our country?

Fear of such an uprising is exactly why the Communist human rights lawyer illegally occupying the post of PM cracked down so brutally on the Protests supporting British values like equality before the law last summer…because that was was the ONLY TIME to date ordinary Britons have risen up to vent their bottled up anger at the deliberate destruction of their country's social fabric and the murderous gang rape of their children by hostile, parasitic aliens forced upon them by successive treasonous governments.

Though the Working Class Patriots were UNARMED and peacefully protesting, the protests were brutally put down by the police who ignored attackes by roving gangs of Muslim thugs, some armed with machetes, and denounced by Middle & Upper Class Britons everywhere.

Now we learn that The Plod have seized the legally-owned guns of the farmer and Independent MP, populist Rupert Lowe, because of the false accusations of a Muslim with hearing problems (Rupert had said to him “I’ll cut this short” at the end of their political argument, which the Muslim with hearing problems and a penchant for Taqiyya, shrieked to police was “I’ll cut your throat” or some such nonsense.

How many weapons have been seized by police from the mosques where an actual Muslim police officer told the Muslims to stash them? ZERO.

And how many times did police question the Imam at Southport Mosque where the Southport Stabber attended? ZERO.

The Irish government did the same thing to anti - immigration protestors when they held angry protests against the same Muslim aliens murdering and raping Irish children: the government cracked down brutally on the Patriots, while mollycoddling the Aliens, and all the protests died down.

That’s why it is unlikely there  will be a “nationalist revolution”, because the Communist/Liberal/Globalist Propaganda has been too successful in lulling the population to sleep, draining away their will to resist. Until Tommy Robinson is released from prison of course.

Two Tier Justice Normalised In Two Tier Keir's Two Tier Nation - Being White, Christian and Heterosexual Is Now Proof Of Guilt

 

OK the headline is a bit of an exaggeration, but it made you look and that's what headlines are for. In fact,Judges in the UK legal system have been told to consider the background of ethnic minority  and sexual offenders before passing sentence in a move Conservative leadrrship contender Robert Jenrick has slammed as “two-tier justice” with an “anti-white and anti-Christian bias”.

According to guidance handed to magistrates and tial judges from the Sentencing Council, they should “normally consider” ordering a pre-sentence report on an offender if they came from “an ethnic minority, cultural minority, and/or faith minority community”. But there are no requirements for similar reports on offenders of any other ethnicity.

Pre-sentence reports are compiled by the probation service to provide courts with information that could mitigate against jailing an offender in favour of suspending their sentence or handing them a community punishment.Things like mental health and family circumstances are usually considered but race, sexual orientation, choice of pronouns or religious persuasion have previously not been. For the past 1200 years the principle of equality before the law, introduced around 890 AD in the Liber Judicialis of King Alfred the Great has always forbidden two tier or multi - tier justice in England at first and then throughout the expanding realm

Jenrick, the Shadow Justice Secretary, said the guidance was “completely outrageous” and enshrined a “double standard, two-tier approach to sentencing”.

“Under Two-Tier Keir our justice system is set to have an anti-white and anti-Christian bias,” he said.

Reform MP Rupert Lowe is singing from the same song sheet:

How could Christian, Jewish, Hindu or other religion  possibly expect justice in the UK court system for protesting against the gang rape and murder of British children by Pakistani Musims, when Starmer had just bizarrely appointed a Pakistani Muslim Activist as not only the UK Justice Secretary only a few weeks before the riots? And SHE CHOOSES THE MEMBERS OF THE SENTENCING COUNCIL HERSELF!!!

The Justice Secretary is a fucking criminal by her own confession, why is she even in the government.

How can anyone expect a Pakistani Muslim to care about Tommy Robinson being starved to death while suffering mental torture in long term solitary confinement in a Maximum Security Prison for a civil offence involving his objection to the preferential treatment of MUSLIMS in a British court? Was it she, rather than Starmer, who quietly ordered him to be treated so inhumanely, in violation of his human rights?

Look what happened in Scotland when the SNP decided it was a good idea to appoint a Pakistani Muslim as “Justice Minister”. This bigot tried to push a bill through through the legislature that would have given Sharia Law equal standing with British law in Scotland, even declaring that Scots could be arrested for saying hurty words about Islam even in the privacy of their own homes!

Our entire judiciary is infested by this kind of scandalous political activism by judges who hould be fired if they ever stray from strict impartiality for fuck’s sake! They should all be given the sack, and the Sentencing Council abolished.

 

Starmer ‘guilty as anyone’: grooming gang whistleblower Maggie Oliver supports Elon Musk's challenge British Establishment

 

Former Greater Manchester Police detective Maggie Oliver whose campaigning led to the grooming and abuse gangs scandal becming public knowledge has re – entered the fray, saying Prime Minister Starmer, who was head of the Crown Prosecution Service at the time she was being hounded for trying to make the outrages public knowledge, must bear responsibility for widespread failure to bring those responsible to justice.

With fallout from the grooming gangs case still making national news twelve years after Oliver’s efforts helped break the story in nationally, we now learn that the Labour government has blocked a national public inquiry into the grooming scandal in which thousands of vulnerable girls were raped and sexually abused by gangs of mainly British Pakistani men.

Previous reports have been published into the failures of the police and local councils to prevent abuse in towns such as Rotherham, Rochdale and Telford, with officers and prosecutors avoiding taking action for fear of being called racist or Islamophobic. As we reported yesterday the advice (command?) to ignore complaints relating to sex crimes by Muslim gangs was handed down from Government officers on advice from the Crown Prosecution Service.

The controversy was reignited when the local authority in one of the towns affected asked the government to convene a national inquiry, claiming corectly that only a government sponsored inquiry could compel potential witnesses (e.g. police officers, social workers and town hall officials,) to give evidence. This request was blocked by the responsible minister Jess Phillips, a loudmouthed feminist who is now protecting rapists and denying justice for victims of rape and violent abuse, in order to protect her boss Starmer and the corupt gang of hypocrites he leads. Since news of Phillips denying Oldham council’s request there have been growing calls for a statutory national investigation to examine wider failings, including by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) where Sir Keir Starmer was director of public prosecutions (DPP) between 2008 and 2013.

Unfortunately for Starmer the cover up failed and and now the story has gone international and escalated way beyond his ability to control it.

Elon Musk, the US billionaire and ally of Donald Trump, accused Sir Keir of failing to prosecute child rapists, suggesting that safeguarding minister Jess Phillips had rejected Oldham council’s calls for an inquiry in order to protect him.

Sir Keir claims he addressed the CPS’s failings over the scandals, admitting that the vulnerable girls were let down while he was in charge when a case was dropped against a rape suspect despite overwhelming evidence of their guilt.

The worst aspect of all this is that the grooming and abuse are still going on and that is widely known to be the case by the authorities, yet they continue to do nothing, while the useless police run around investigating ‘hate speech incidents’. And if a bunch of local lads decided to take the law into their own hands we know they would be given the toughest sentences the law permits. Ultimately however local lads will take it into their own hands across the UK and across Europe. Because it is increasingly evident that politicians and bureaucrats are not on the side of the people they purportedly represent. While some may say (and health minister Wes Streting has,) Elon Musk has no right to comment on UK legal matters he’s as entitled as anybody to state his opinion, and for those of us who have writtent about thos saga of injustice and cover up which spans both Labour and Conservative governments, the fact that Musk’s huge media proile will guarantee the case finally get the coverge it deserves is gratifying.
