Turkey Planned Shootdown Of Russian Plane Weeks Ahead - Wikileaks

The global political situation gets worse each day it seems for those of us who hold no stake in the industries that profit from war and simply want to liive quiet and moderately enjoyable lives.

Via Wikileaks, it is revealed that Turkish President (and wannabe Sultan) Recep Erdogan made plans to shoot down a Russian warplane deployed in Moscow's anti - Islamic State campaign in Syria six weeks before the shooting down of a Russian Su-24 bomber in Syrian airspace near the Turkish border, a whistleblower apparently in Turkey said on Twitter.

Erdogan is worried about the outcome of the upcoming elections and is contemplating bringing down a Russian aircraft, the anonymous Twitter user, who goes by the name of Fuat Avni, posted on October 11.

Fuat Avni (probably not a real name), a whistleblower well known to Wikileaks, who has, according to the website, provided accurate insider information exposing the malfeasance of the Erdogan regime, is reported to have revealed that Erdogan personally gave the order to shoot down the Russian bomber, claiming as justification that the aircraft violated Turkish airspace.

According to information published on Twitter by Wikileaks, Erdogan had been trying to mobilize voters prior to a general election, (held on November 1), by dramatically escalating tensions with Russia. Interesting fact: Amid accusations of vote rigging and electoral fraud the Edrogan's Justice and Development Party (AKP), managed to regain parliamentary majority, which it lost five months earlier in an election it was widely expected to lose.

Following AKP's victory, Erdogan, who as a president has limited powers, has pushed for a new constitution, which would grant the president significantly more powers on a par with those enjoyed by an autocrat. However, the AKP still needs 13 more votes in the Turkish national assembly to be able to hold a referendum on this issue.

France's FN Win Regional Elections First Round. Now The Cheating Starts.

We want to avoid the usual hyperbole on this story, but victory for France’s Front National in the first round of regional elections on Sunday (6 December, 2015), in which the anti EU party led by Marine Le Pen lead the vote in six of France's thirteen regions, will shake up the political landscape not only in France but throughout Europe and possibly further afield.

With the FN vote boosted by fears of further terrorist outrages following the Islamic State attacks that left 130 people dead and many seriously wounded in Paris on Nov. 13, as well as by the socialist government's abysmal economic record and catastrophic levels of unemployment and immigration, Le Pen’s party secured 29.4 per cent of the vote nationally with over 85 per cent of the votes counted, according to official government figures.

“This is a historic, extraordinary result,” FN lawmaker Marion Marechal-Le Pen told TF1 television. “The old system died tonight.”

Twenty-five year old Marechal-Le Pen, the granddaughter of party founder Jean-Marie Le Pen and niece of party leader Marine, led the first round in southeast France with 42 percent – twice her grandfather’s score there in 2010. Run-offs will be held on Dec. 13.

With attention shifting from these regional polls to the 2017 presidential and parliamentary elections, with French politics now clearly a three-way race after Sunday’s election, ending decades of domination by the Socialists and conservatives. The election results have caused so much panic in the political establishment that traditional enemies, the socialists and conservatives are collaborating to block the anti - EU party and usurp the democratic process. In France, as in the UK and USA, voters perceive little difference between the mainstream parties, which all support globalism, politically correct policies on immigration and minorities and globalism, with the possibility of a global, totalitarian government of unelected bureaucrats being frequently raised in forums like the United Nations, the G20 meetings and other gatherings of world leaders.

While the FN is well placed to win one or more regions in the Dec. 13 run-off, especially after Marine Le Pen attracted over 41 per cent of the votes in the north, the third placed Socialist party demonstrated it's anti - democratic nature by announcing that it was pulling its candidates out of the race there and in the southeast.

The Socialist party is putting up a “barricade” to the right where it is far behind, party chief Jean-Christophe Cambadelis said. “The Left is the last shield of democratic France against the xenophobic far-right,” he said. There speaks a true effing democrat. NOT!

Opinion polls before the election had, however, shown that Le Pen could win even if the Socialists pulled out, a result which would encourage anti - tyranny voters everywhere, especially in the UK where just a few days ago we witnessed the leaders of both Conservative and Labour parties tacitly condoning electoral fraud that reduces British democracy to the levels of third world political corruption.

ISIS Opens For Business In Afghanistan

Long before the UK Parliament debated bombing ISIS in Syria, long before France started bombing ISIS in Syria, or the Paris terrorist outrage that triggered the French escalation of their was with terrorism, long before Vladimir Putin grew bored with watching the ineffectual efforts of the USA to look as if they were opposing ISIS while really they were only interested in overthrowing Assad, we Boggart Bloggers and Daily Stirrers were warning western leaders that bombing Syria as they had bombed Libya would only create a failed state like the mess Libya now is.

Bombs will never defeat a fighting force like ISIS because they are not regular soldiers, terrorists do not hve standing armies. Thus when things get hot, the ISIS fighters, like the Taliban in Afghanistan, like Al Qaeda in Pakistan, like Boko Haram in Nigeria and like the Viet Cong simply dissolve into the general population.

In fact as the pounding they are getting from Russian air power and Iranian ground troops puts ISIS on the back foot in Syria and Iraq, we learn they have opened a new branch of the franchise in ............... guess where ................. Afghanistan, where the last troops of the US Army of Occupation recently pulled out after ten years of fighting guerilla warfare.

"We do not accept compromise or humiliation. We will either become captors or martyrs. We either want honor and liberty or death with nobility and martyrdom. On the path of Allah, we consider imprisonment worship, we consider extradition vacation, and we deem death martyrdom.

This is the propaganda messages from Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) published in Fatah (meaning "victory" in Arabic), a pamphlet published in local languages and being distributed in Afghanistan and
Pakistani, in Peshawar, a Pakistani city on the border with Afghanistan and in Muslim areas in norther India.
The pamphlets invite citizens of both Afghanistan and Pakistan to pledge allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the self-declared caliph of Islamic State and join the jihad against the infidel.

In three weeks since the pamphlets began appearing, it was reported that ISIS aligned militants launched
their first offensive in Afghanistan’s central province, Ghazni alongside Taliban fighters, which left more than 100 people dead. Guerillas carrying the black flags of ISIS overran several villages, beheaded family members of local dignitaries, were involved with Afghan military personnel and police officers, and burned at least 60 homes. The attack came as a shock to many political and news reporting organisations in the region. The received wisdom had been that Afghanistan was not on the agenda for ISIS.

Why has ISIS chosen to reach out to this region, bypassing the many other nations bordering its current stronghold in Syria and Iraq?

The answer could be that the failure of secular governments in Afghanistan and Pakistan to deliver stability and security, has contributed to growing support for extremism and sympathy for alternative forms of government such as theocracy. Acceptance of a even a hardline, theocratic Caliphate — such as ISIS promises to impose across the Muslim world is seen by many among the poorer classes as desirable to the kleptocratic governments supported by the west. ISIS regularly boasts of its effectiveness in delivering justice (public beheadings etc.) in their propaganda campaign.

Additionally, over the past decade, extremist ideology and violent jihad has been systematically
promoted in Afghanistan and Pakistan by Islamic fundamentalist regional powers, such as
Saudi Arabia, Qatar. Pakistan’s powerful military establishment and their proxy groups offer a similar kind of brutal order and though such governments are as blatantly corrupt as western imposed secular regimes they use the religious angle to demand loyalty and total control of the media to suppress dissent. These countries
see violent extremism as a strategic instrument to gain leverage in regional politics.

There is also ideological proximity between ISIS and one of Afghanistan’s dominant extremist group The Taliban. Their aims, and methods are similar, although they are not affiliated. During the Taliban’s rule in the 1990s, the Taliban massacred Shia Afghans and vandalized shrines and sacred historical sites — most spectacularly the giant Buddha statues of Bamiyan province. They carried out public executions, revived medieval punishments such as stoning and engaged in the kind of brutal tactics that ISIS uses today to exercise power through fear.

ISIS appears to have assessed the situation and wants to take both tactical and strategic advantage by reaching out to Afghanistan and Pakistan and possibly merging The Taliban into their own ranks. Every declaration of allegiance to ISIS in this part of the world and every battle fought under ISIS’s flag —
no matter how small or big — is a victory for their sophisticated (and on evidence western backed) public relations campaign.

Has Turkey Invaded Iraq? No More Than Usual.

You may have read yesterday that the world's newest (well oldest really, but we are not allowed to tell the truth about NATO members) rogue state Turkey had invaded Iraq. The start of World War Three? The final provocation that would prod Russia into attacking a NATO member, thus legitimizing US attacks on Russia.

Putin would be obliged to respond to any US attack, all NATO members would have to support Turkey, China have pledged their support to Russia and Iran are already involved. So how serious it it?

Well Turkey sending troops into Kurdish territory Iraq is not really a big deal except to mainstream media which is part of the psy - op which is spreading fear and panic to trick us into accepting further sacrifices of our rights and liberties, and the more excitable alternative media sites. Turkey has had among its political aims the genocide of the Kurds for decades. They also have ambitions around the annexation of a slice of Syrian territory.

You might also remember from our previous posts on Turkey' links with ISIS, Know your Enemy ... Turkey Delivering Weapons To ISIS ... NATO Tolerates Turkey Helping ISIS ... Edrogan's son runs ISIS Oil Business and that there seems to be some degree of collaboration when it comes to the laundering of ISIS crude oil into western markets. Technically the trade is "illegal" but because NATO and Washington are happy to turn a blind eye and because the 45,000 or so barrels per day that ISIS pumps are so inconsequential in the large scheme of things, it's easy for Islamic State oil to be "lost" in the much larger quantities flowing through Turkey's oil ports on the Mediterranean coast. This is great for those involved in the smuggling operation (Russia has presented evidence of what what Moscow says are other ISIS oil smuggling routes but that's for another article).

What Turkey and the Sunni Muslim monarchies on the Persian Gulf would like of course is to eliminate the Kurds. Ironically the Kurds in Iraq are to some extent complicit in the smuggling operation because the illegal sale of Kurdish crude allegedly funds the Peshmerga's fight against Islamic State. As with every other aspect of the conflict in this region, the entire craptangle is impossibly convoluted.

But Turkish incursions into Iraqi Kurd territory occur as frequently as Kurdish incursions into Turkey's land. It's nothing to worry about.

Turkey / ISIS Oil Trade? Everyone Knows What's Going On Say Istanbul Residents

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has adamantly denied Russian accusations of Turkey’s oil dealings with Islamic State, yet ordinary Turks question his words and are not surprised by the evidence presented by Moscow.

Russia Today’s Harry Fear asked people on the streets of Istanbul what they thought of the report presented by the Russian Defense Ministry, which claims Erdogan and his family benefit from oil products smuggled by Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) from Syrian and Iraqi territory. Erdogan earlier promised to step down if such claims are proven true.

“I believe that Erdogan and ISIS [have some contract between them],” one man said. Another Istanbul resident told RT that “the rumors have been circulating for a long time and everyone knows what’s going on, but nothing has been done about it.”

“Now Erdogan has to step down,” he added.

Yet many are pessimistic about such a possibility, with one young man saying “I don’t think he’s going to resign. He’s a dictator and loves being one.”

Turkish mainstream media omitted to cover both the Russian Defense Ministry’s revelations and Erdogan’s offer to resign if the allegations against him are proved. Sibel Gunes of the Turkish Journalists’ Association explained that “the government created a restrictive climate for journalists wanting to report in the dangerous border regions.”

On Wednesday, the Russian Defense Ministry released maps and satellite imagery it said proves that Turkey is the main consumer of oil smuggled by IS from Syria and Iraq, and claimed that the Turkish president and his family are involved in criminal dealings.

Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov, who hosted a briefing last Wednesday (2 December, 2015), said: “A united team of criminals and Turkish elites, involved in stealing oil from its neighbors, is acting in the region. This oil is being supplied to Turkey on a large industrial scale via improvised pipelines composed of thousands of oil truck tankers.”

Despite Erdogan’s robust promise to step down in the event that the intelligence presented is real, Antonov stressed the Turkish president’s resignation is not Russia’s goal and “is for the people of Turkey to decide.”

Consensus on the streets of Isanbul was that even if a legally binding contract signed by Edrogan agreeing terms for the oil trade with terrorists is produced, the tyrant will not leave office."

Today I saw this headline, German Brown Coal Power Output Hits New High (Der Spiegel English edition) and because the German government has been touted as one of the greenest and most committed to
~~switching off the light and heat~~converting the national economy ro run entirely on 'sustainable energy supplies'. Knowing from friends on the ground rather than in Ivory Towers in Germany that German energy industry was, until they recommissioned a number of mothballed coal plants, struggling to keep up with demands having tried to replace outmoded coal and gas stations with wind turbines (solar panels are about as much use for large scale generation in Germany as they are in Britain, then in a frenzy of panic they closed their nuclear stations because of a mess in Fukushima on the other side of the world.

So here is the shocking story beneath that headline. Once again they hypocrisy of the climate change scaremongering is exposed. And when you remember that both India and China have plans to build ten times as many new coal burning power plants as Germany over the coming years, it shows what a nonsense the Paris conference is. And it shows what shits politicians are and what a bunch of snivelling little creeps those lying statistics nerds who call themselves climate scientists are. They are whores, they will say anything they are paid to say.

Who is paying them you might well ask. Well who do you think will profit from the $1trillion market in trading carbon credits. Goldman Sachs? George Soros? Al Gore? All of the above banksters and billionaires?

Germany plans to wean itself off CO2-belching coal-fired power stations. But new figures show that coal power output in 2013 reached its highest level in more than 20 years. Researchers blame cheap CO2 emissions permits, and demand urgent reforms.

The increase in coal-generated power also led to a new record in German electricity exports to around 33 billion kilowatt hours. “In 2013 Germany exported more power than it imported on eight out of 10 days. Most of it was generated by from brown coal and anthracite power stations,” said Patrick Graichen, a power market analyst at Berlin-based think tank Agora Energiewende. “They are crowding out gas plants not just in Germany but also abroad — especially in the Netherlands.”

So much for Obama's sanctimonious speechifying, Cameron's shiny - faced blethering, Merkel's hypocritical humbug and all the rest of the complete and utter bollocks being talked in Paris. We can only realistically reduce carbon by reducing our rate of consumption of material goods in the developed nations. but the politicians who are damning carbon dioxide constantly tell us economic growth is essential.

And economic growth means more carbon dioxide.

Now I'm in favour of scaling down economies, living smaller, making stuff last longer, boycotting the throw away society. Do you know how many million tons of CO2 is produced by making the stuff we rip off things we buy and just throw away? I looked it up once, its a lot - but nobody is telling us to boycott overpackaged things to save the planet.

Landmark Report Explodes The Myth Of Economic Benefits From Mass Immigration

The Contribution politicians and left wing hand wringers claim is by migrants to Britain’s economy are “modest” compared to their long term costs, while mass migration depresses wages and harms GDP growth, a report on the findings of research led by a respected academic has found.

While mass migration will drive almost all population growth in the next 75 years, the growth will not deliver any improvement of living conditions or economic growth, according to Prof. Rowthorn's research. As the population of Britain’s grows by an astonishing 30 million by 2080, GDP per capita — a totally inaccurate and misleading measure of wealth but the only one the government's Office Of National Statistics supplies us with, — will only see marginal growth as wages stagnate due to the offshoring of jobs and the influx of cheap labour.

A similar thing is already destroying the living standards of middle income families in the USA. While most new jobs being created are in the service sector, manufacturing, construction and research & development are contracting as sources of employment.

The wage stagnation, or even a real-terms decrease in earnings, that will inevitably result from the twin trends of offshoring work and importing huge numbers of workers is certain to be felt primarily by working class Britons as oversupply of labour from new migrants pushes down wages. The report also exposed the myth that migrants were important to an economy, by paying for the pensions of retired British (that one never had any basis in logic, new citizens only increase tax revenue if jobs can be found for them, and with the exception of Canada, western economies are not creating jobs. Even Germany's economy has been hit by the costs of mass immigration.

In reality, when the claims of the politically correct political consensus are subjected to detailed examination, the opposite is true of most of them, Prof. Rowthorn states.

In the case of the ‘dependency rate’, the number of pensioners that can be supported from the contributions of every 100 working age people — not only did the figure not improve, the amount of immigrants required to keep the level stable continues to rise.

A hidden nasty in the statistics shows that as working-age migrants get older, retire, and do not return home — there will be a requirement for whole new generation of migrants to work in the public sector caring for them.

On this phenomenon, Prof. Rowthorn writes: “Many people would consider it better to settle for much less immigration and much slower population growth at the cost of a slightly faster ageing” of the population.

The report suggests, it will be better to raise the retirement age slightly instead, and spare Britain tens of millions of migrants and descendents of migrants, many of whom will not be willing to accept British laws or customes and will refuse to integrate over the coming decades. As we know there are now people in towns with large immigrant communities who, despite having been born in Britain to parents born in Britain, do not consider themselves British, are intolerant of aspects of British life and are supporters of those groups demanding their own laws and areas from which white people are excluded.

The report has been received welcomed by some. Responding to the remarkable findings, Lord Green of Deddington, Chairman of the independent Migration Watch UK think tank said:
“This landmark report is the nail in the coffin for claims that mass immigration is good for Britain. It shows the impact on jobs and pay as well as the massive impact of population growth on schools, hospitals and housing.
“Immigration is currently the greatest concern for the British public yet campaigners continue to parrot selective and misleading arguments about its supposed benefits. In reality, it is nigh on impossible to find any reasons for growing our population by 20 million over the next 50 years.”

Civitas director Dr. David Green went further, commenting that the evidence put forward by Prof. Rowthorn exposed the weakness of arguments in support of mass migration, and said it was also a selfish policy for first world
nations to pursue.

He said: “Rich countries are enriching themselves at the expense of poorer countries. The attitude seems to be: let poor countries go to the expense of educating their young people and then invite them here to exploit their skills. Poor countries can’t afford to lose their best educated and motivated young.

“Defenders of mass immigration say that immigrants take dirty or hard jobs that locals will not do. But in the past in Britain, before our public service employers were hijacked by Britain - hating Marxists, and in other countries with low immigration such jobs are filled. Employers simply have to pay more for dirty and arduous jobs. So it should be.

The end result of the current policy will be an underclass of foreign workers doing unpopular jobs, an academic, managerial and professional elite enjoying an exotic lifestyle and lost generations of bar tenders, waitresses, call centre clerks and delivery drivers working for minimum wage. Instead an advanced and wealthy society should be aim for a high-wage economy in which everyone can earn a fair living”. But then the left always did despise the masses whose votes they have for so long taken for granted.

German Intelligence Warns: Saudi Arabia Has "Destabilizing Role" In The Middle East

Yesterday in posting about the San Bernadino mass shooting incident I highlighted the fact that while most Muslims in the west are ordinary people who just want to pursue their own goals of getting a bigger house, better car etc. without interfering with other people's lives, in many of the terrorist incidents over the past few years, the perpetrators had links with Saudi Arabia.

This was true of the San Bernadino two, the Paris attackers last month, the Charlie Hebdo shooters in Paris back in January this year, the London bombers of 2005, the Madrid bombers of 2004 and of course the 9/11 hijackers, to mention only few.

This blog, though we do not break stories, is hot on research and is is usually a few weeks, if not months ahead of the rest of the world in joining the dots until a picture emerges of what is really going on. In this case however it seems we were only 24 hours ahead of the pack. Which while a bit deflationary for our egos, is great news for people who rely on the blogosphere for information.

The Daily Telegraph reports:

Saudi Arabia is at risk of becoming a major sponsor of terror destabilizing influence in the Arab world, German intelligence has warned. OK, honour is restored, we were sating this a year ago.

Internal power struggles and the desire to emerge as the leading Arab power threaten to make the key Western ally a source of instability, according to the BND intelligence service.

“The current cautious diplomatic stance of senior members of the Saudi royal family will be replaced by an impulsive intervention policy,” a BND memo widely distributed to the German press reads.

Saudi Arabia has previously been accused of supplying arms and funding to jihadist groups fighting in Syria, including Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (Isil).

To understand the threat posed by the Wahabbite Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in modern geopolitics, you must first note that the Wahabi sect is the most extreme version of fundamentalist Islam and the religion of choice for Saudi monarchs and their families. And then you need to understand the manoeuvres happening behind the scenes.

If Saudi Arabia was a secretive, medievalist monarchy before King Abdullah passed away, the succession has thrown up the first of a dynasty of rulers that will make their predecessors look like Little Sister Of The Poor by comparison. In the case of the Saudis, the current King, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is about 900 years old and was in poor health when he ascended to the throne, the dickhead who really wields power, the world domination nut who can hold the global economy to ranson by turning off the oil tap, is his son, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, also known as “Reckless.”

Should Prince Reckless succeed in convincing people to remove the King and put the psychotic son in charge we are in big trouble. If a second scenario unfolds and the ~~Empire~~ King strikes back, there will be a brutal crack down on dissent which will delilitate the state further as its best minds are stoned or whipped to death, thrown off minarets or beheaded. This behavior will ultimately lead to the emergence of an unpredictable and unprecedentedly bloody tyranny because the only people left to run things will be nutters who will kill anybody that 'looks at them a bit funny, like', If you think the Middle East is insane now, you ain’t seen nothing yet.

Turkey's Links to Islamic State

The Russian Government is on a mission. We are not yet sure what their ultimate aim is but in the short term it seems The Kremlin is determined to demonstrate that the regime of Recep Tayyip Edrogan in Ankara is not only sympathetic to the Islamic State terror group, but has actively been assisting their war effort for the past two years.

That Turkey is helping ISIS will not come as news to anyone who has been following independent news or the news feeds the general public do not have access to. Turkey is run by a Sunni Muslim cronyocracy and thus is allied with the Wahabi (the most extreme version of Sunni Islam) monarchies of Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

But Russia is not interested in sectarian conflicts within the Islamic world. Vladimir Putin and his colleagues are concerned about the obstacle to Russia's geopolitical position that would be created should Assad, a Shi'ite whose regime is secular by middle eastern standards, be replaced by a Sunni Theocracy.

And so Russia keep producing eveidence (though in a sane world none would ever have been needed - Turkey's genocidal war on the Kurds shows the true nature of the regime) of Turkey's illegal trading with and supplying arms to ISIS.

Research carried out by a team of international experts has revealed nine pieces of evidence that Turkey has collaborated with Islamic State since 2014. This latest revelation, when added to the Armenian Genocide, the attempted genocide against the Kurds and the Alevi, when added to the repression, torture and atrocities carried out by Turkey even against its own people, underlines the notion that the State of Turkey is a pariah.

Recent research carried out by a team of experts from Columbia University, USA, including researchers from the United States of America, Turkey and the European Union, led by David L. Phillips, Director of the Program of Peace-Building and Rights, Columbia University Institute for the Study of Human Rights, has raised awareness of Turkey's collaborating with Islamic State. These are not empty allegations and before anyone shouts 'conspiracy theorist' or accuses me of presenting unfounded chatter picked up from Internet comment threads, I did go to great lengths to verify the authenticity of the material. The response was "confirmed", although the report is only available in full for purchase. Exerpts can be viewed at many locations however, such as this website as well as the article in Wasdhington's blog linked above.

While Turkish President Erdogan denies these allegations (to misquote the late Miss Mandy Rice Davis, He would say that, wouldn't he?) and speaks about a smear campaign being conducted by western media against his government, let us see the allegations for ourselves, set out in the research paper "ISIS-Turkey links" (A summary of the issues covered published by the report's authors).

The first allegation is that Turkey has supplied military equipment to Islamic State, the object of the allegation being documents from the Adana Office of the Prosecutor which show that Turkey has been arming terrorist groups. The allegations include evidence from truck drivers delivering such equipment In January 2014. It is further alleged that Germany and the USA are aware of the fact that Turkey has aided terrorists militarily and financially.

The second allegation is that logistical assistance was provided by Turkey to Islamic State fighters, and that Turkey is a known transit point for terrorists entering Iraq and Syria; it has also been claimed that Turkey has provided satellite images to ISIS.

The third allegation is that Turkey has trained Islamic State fighters or has allowed Turkish territory to be used for gathering and training purposes. Furthermore, convoys of Islamic State terrorists have crossed freely to and from Turkey in full view of Turkish soldiers.

The fourth allegation is that medical aid has been extended by Turkey to Islamic State fighters.
Turkey is funding Islamic State, NATO turns blind eye

The fifth allegation is that Turkey has been buying oil from Islamic State, providing the terrorist group with funds, while there are claims that illegal pipelines run from Syria through the territory into Turkey. This is not one tanker or two taking advantage of a dodgy security situation. It is chains of vehicles stretching out into the horizon, lining up to buy oil from Islamic State and provide this terrorist group with funds. Day and night, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, a constant pipeline-lifeline of money going from Turkey into Islamic State's coffers, funding the terrorist activities of this extremist group. And Turkey is in NATO and NATO does nothing. On top of this, there are reports of cultural treasures looted from Syria and Iraq crossing into Turkey.

The sixth allegation is that Islamic State fighters are being recruited in Turkey and operations are launched from Turkey to recruit Turkish-speaking Islamic State terrorists from Turkey and Germany. Recently, mortars were fired against the Syrian Arab Army (the Syrian authority) from inside Turkey. Turkey is being used as a base by terrorists and NATO does nothing. But then again, people in NATO countries were weeping and saying the Lord's Prayer for the victims in Paris - how many of them were mourning the victims (almost double in number) of the terrorist strike against the Russian passenger jet or the military personnel murdered by terrorists after Turkey shot down a Russian bomber over Syria?

The seventh allegation is that Turkish terrorists have joined Islamic State and are fighting alongside them on the front line. There are claims that Turkey has also supported the al-Qaeda linked al-Nusra Front and has sent special forces to fight with Islamic State.

The eighth allegation is that Turkey actively intervened in the Battle of Kobani, supplying Islamic State with trains full of ammunition and supplies

The ninth allegation is that Erdogan and the Turkish elite share a similar worldview with Islamic State, being Islamists. Perhaps that is why Kurdish fighters were allegedly prevented by the Turks from entering Syria to fight against Islamic State.

These are the allegations in the research which has scoured multiple sources of information online and in the printed press. Yet as we go back in history, we find far more than allegations - we find factual evidence of atrocities. Such as in the 1980s when the Leftist politicians were rounded up, tortured and killed. In 1993, in Sivas, 37 people were burned to death in a hotel because they planned to hold a demonstration. Why? They happened to be Alevi.

Add to that the case of other atrocities carried out against the Armenians, against the Alevi, a mystical branch of Islam and historic persecutions against the Greeks, ethnic Assyrians within Turkey, and the Kurds, and it is hardly surprising that not one of Turkey's neighbors has an easy relationship with Ankara.

This is not the fault of the Turkish people, who tend to be warm hearted and generous of spirit to visitors who respect their traditions. Most Turks wish to see a balanced society in which people can express themselves. This is not the Turkey of Erdogan or of Sunni Muslim despots in general. The Turkey of Erdogan aids, abets and finances terrorists, collaborates with Islamist fundamentalists, oppresses its people, murders Kurds, murders Alevi and commits war crimes such as illegally trading with ISIS.
