On July 5th, the director of the FBI, James Comey, held a press conference where he announced the FBI’s recommendation to not prosecute Hillary Clinton for the crime of possessing an illegal and unsecured email server in the basement of her home. However, days before this announcement was delivered, an anonymous forum poster had already stated that the FBI would not recommend the prosecution.

The forum known as 4chan is the originating home of the hacker group called Anonymous. It was on this forum that someone claimed to be a member of the FBI team investigating Hillary Clinton’s email servers and other corruption scandals that surround the candidate. It is impossible to tell if this person was a legitimate member of the FBI team, but when their prediction came true, people started paying attention.

The anonymous poster returned for several question and answer sessions over the next few weeks. He responded to the questions with only vague hints as it was necessary to conceal his identity to avoid retaliation. With the information he provided, many would-be investigators began diving into the bowels of the internet looking for the connections and proof of Clinton’s scandalous affairs.
All of the question and answer sessions, known as an AMA, has been archived for future reference. Here is a breakdown of some of the topics discussed with the FBI informant.

Crowds Are Stupid; Wisdom Is Solitary

Do you even get the feeling when you are online that in spite of Google's claims to order search results primarily according to quality, the good stuff is actually being concealed from you? If so, you will not be surprised to learn that unless you are running TOR and Tails, it is. Some critics of the way the web has been hijacked by a few technology corporations say as much as 96% of online content is inaccessible to Joe Ordinary and you (but not me, I had a long career in data networking; although I would not put the figure as high as 96% unless you use exclusively Google for search. 90% would probably be nearer.).

A few years ago, tired of hearing that idiotic dictum of Bill Gates (the man who made 'not fit for purpose' an acceptable quality rating,) and other Silicon valley mind manipulation artists about The Wisdom Of Crowds, I posted online an essay, Shakeaspeare's Proud Loner and The Widom Of Crowds to explore this wisdom of crowds phenomenon.
It's good to see more and more people are thinking on the same lines. Even if this writer is discussing Democratic and Republican Party political philosophies, if you are patient enough to read the whole article (linked at the end of this extract) he comes to some interesting conclusions about groupthink, and how opinion is manipulated.

Have you ever won or lost a political argument? Have you or an opponent ever said: “Your facts and logic are overpowering, I have to concede that you’re right.” It’s never happened, has it? It doesn’t happen because politics has little to do with facts and logic. It’s anchored in emotions that take root in infancy and are so deeply ingrained they are undoubtedly part of humanity’s evolutionary code. No bond is more enduring than that between parent and child, and none is more laden with psychological baggage. While political argument will always be a frustratingly fruitless endeavor, you can at least understand why this is so, and perhaps avoid wasting your time.

The first lesson infants learn, evolutionarily hardwired, is that mom provides. She supplies the physical basics, and psychological sustenance as well. She smiles and coos, delighted by almost everything her baby does. “Mom,” as in mom and the apple pies she cooks, has a sacred, unrivaled place in the human conscious and subconscious. Insulting someone’s mother is an invitation to a fight. Whether you realize or admit it or not, the person that bore, gave birth, and nurtured you through childhood has a outsize presence in your psyche.

“Branding” is a marketing buzzword, but one of some intellectual value in a field littered with useless emissions. If you’re trying to sell something, you want consumers to associate your product or service with a simple but psychologically powerful concept. Food companies and restaurant chains sell healthy and delicious, or tie eating into warm memories. Purveyors of athletic clothes and footwear link themselves with athletic excellence. The fat blob swilling beer on the couch gets winded going to the refrigerator, but wears Nike sweats. Cosmetic and fashion companies peddle hope to millions of women and men who will never look like the models who show off the merchandise. Insurance and home security companies sell fear.

Ethics out of the window as US Government authorises Frankenstein science.

It had to happen in the USA sometime. Where even third world nations have resisted the blandishments of creepy, wannabe - God scientists, it was inevitable that a nation that could elect a crack addicted arse prostitute as its president and follow up with a choice between a corrupt billionaire and a liar, fraud and embezzler whose only qualification for the role was that she is married to a guy who used to be president, would be the first to allow experiments in creating human / animal hybids in the hope of creating monster that would make $$$billions for corporate business. The US National Institutes of Health wants government money to fund research that would mix human cells into animal embryos. It is hoped it could lead to major breakthroughs to tackle disease. Critics worry that it will raise serious ethical issues.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) had operated a moratorium on researching whether human cells could be used to modify animal brains from 2009. NIH Guidelines for Human Stem Cell Research does not allow human cells to be injected into animals, nor for the breeding of animals using human eggs or sperm cells. Now however, the organization has changed its mind and wants to investigate this field further.

Some of the researchers believe that the techniques could lead to breakthroughs in trying to tackle diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's (this is the usual justification for creepy science the public would not tolerate if scientists were honest and said, "Fuck, we just wanted to create the first viable ManBearPig,") while it could also be used to grow organs needed for human transplants.

"I am confident that these proposed changes will enable the NIH research community to move this promising area of science forward in a responsible manner," Carrie Wolinetz, NIH associate director for science policy, wrote in an article on the organization’s website. Really? Well why don't they show us a few of the amazing breakthroughs that have resulted from ethically dodgy science? The cure for cancer for example? The cures we were promised for Alzheimers and Parkinson's diseases if only we would stop being fuddy duddies and allow scientists to create human embryos to experiment on?

The case is of course, that like the scientists who worked for the Nazis in that unfortunate era in German history, these arseholes are interested only in seeing how far they can push nature before it breaks.

Critics of the plan are worried that the proposed experiments could raise complex ethics questions and go beyond what is deemed acceptable in today’s society, especially when looking at altering an animal’s brain with human cells.

“Let's say that we have pigs with human brains and they are wondering why we are doing experiments on them,” New York Medical College researcher Stuart Newman told AFP.

“What if we had human bodies with animal brains, and then you say, ‘Well they are not really humans, we can do experiments on them and harvest organs from them’,” he observed. “I am coming up with extreme scenarios, but just making these chimeric embryos 15 or 20 years ago was considered an extreme scenario.”

Wolinetz says that adding human cells to animals is nothing new this technology has been used by those in the biomedical industry.

“Researchers have created and used animal models containing human cells for decades to gain valuable insights into human biology and disease development. For example, human tumor cells are routinely grown in mice to study cancer disease processes and to evaluate potential treatment strategies,” she wrote in the statement. again, OK fine, so show us the revolutionary cancer treatments that are saving millions of lives without recourse to surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy?

The revised proposal from the NIH differs in that it would involve human stem cells being injected into an animal embryo at a very early stage, which could theoretically mean that the human cells would contribute to the development on the animal.

Newman is adamant in his opposition, telling AFP this “is just a road that we should not go down.” While he accepts that the intention is not to create animals with fully functioning human brains, he adds that “we don't have any laws in this country that would stop unethical people doing those things.”

Some experts have spoken of the need to use human cells in animals to help find cures for diseases, which are baffling scientists. Robert Klitzman, director of Columbia University's Masters of bioethics program, believes the move taken by the NIH could potentially help millions of people around the world and was a “great step in the right direction.” Naturally (ahem) he offers no evidence to back up this assertion, only the arrogance that defines followers of The Church Of Scienceolgy cult.

“We need to be careful with human brain cells,” he said. “What we don't want is a mouse or a chimp that suddenly has human-like qualities, because morally that creates a number of problems.”

In a gesture that shows grasroots opinion in European Union nations is not in line with the anti - Britain rhetoric of senior EU bureaucrats, American globalist politicians and pro - federalisation leaders of Germany and France, small businesses along the Italian riviera have started to fly Britain's Union flag in protest at a European Union ruling which would open the area to multinational businesses.

The protests come in reaction to the ruling in an EU court which compels Italy to abide by EU regulation passed in 2006 which would open the area to multinational businesses – something that the Italians have long resisted. Although the notorious Trans Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) is not yet agreed and will probably face a veto from several EU nations, this skewing of advantage to global corporations and resulting destruction of small businesses is precisely what business associations and trade unions fear the so - called 'free trade treaty' would permit

The 1,500 businesses taking part in the protest released a statement to the Italian press explaining why they chose the Union flag saying, "We’re all British," and added, "We’re all against Brussels technocrats who want to destroy an entire category of business owners".

One businessman, Riccardo Borgo, who runs a small business on the beach in the Liguria region told Italian press: "We, like the British, want Europe to change pace," directly referring to the British referendum (Brexit) on EU membership. Sr. Borgo did not mince words with what he thought would be the inevitable consequences of continued overreach from Brussels saying: "Otherwise, ideally, we’ll leave with the door slamming."

The British vote to leave the EU has had a huge knock on effect across Europe with many parties seeing the success of the leave campaign as a way to either reform the EU, or leave it entirely.

Last Spring, my book Clinton Cash was released and it initially set off a media maelstrom. It began on April 19, 2015, with a leaked copy of the book going to the New York Times. The copy was not sent by me or my publisher. If the Clintons leaked the book with the hope of having it prematurely dismissed, that proved to be a mistake. The paper called the book “the most anticipated and feared book” of the political season. The Times went on to note that the book was hardly a hysterical attack on the Clintons, but rather, “mainly in the voice of a neutral journalist” who “meticulously documents his sources, including tax records and government documents.”
Things got worse for the Clintons a few days later when two New York Times Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative reporters, Jo Becker and Mike McIntire, took two of the most explosive chapters in the book and did their own digging. What they found confirmed what I had reported. They ran a 3,000-word, front-page article in the paper confirming that:
–Bill and Hillary Clinton had helped a Canadian financier named Frank Giustra and a small Canadian company obtain a lucrative uranium mining concession from the dictator in Kazakhstan;
–The same Canadian company, renamed Uranium One, bought uranium concessions in the United States;
–The Russian government came calling and sought to buy that Canadian company for a price that would mean big profits for the Canadian investors;
–For the Russians to buy that Canadian company, it would require the approval of the Obama administration, including Hillary’s State Department, because uranium is a strategically important commodity;
–Nine shareholders in Uranium One just happened to provide more than $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation in the run-up to State Department approval;
–Some of the donations, including those from the Chairman of Uranium One, Ian Teler, were kept secret, even though the Clintons promised to disclose all donations;
–Hillary’s State Department approved the deal;
–The Russian government now owns 20 percent of U.S. uranium assets.
In short, here was what you might call a radioactive scandal. It included secret donations, the Russian government, foreign financiers, more than $145 million, and Bill and Hillary Clinton. And this was just two chapters of the book.

Now we learn via news feeds that accoring to Russian military intelligence, having used what was possibly a fake coup d'etat to seize total power in his own nation, Erdogan is travelling to Saudi Arabia in order to declare himself as the “leader” of ISIS and the entire Islamic world. The Russian Defence Department say that Erdogan plans on igniting a World War III between Russia and Nato (and its allies) so that he can establish a global caliphate. This is not a new story, but recent developments in Turkey and the middle east, along with Erdogan's planned visit to Saudi Arabia show the agenda is moving forward.

According to a Kremlin report, Erdogan has claimed leadership of ISIS on the strength of a fatwa issued by Hayrettin Karaman, and an an entirely new constitution in Turkey which gives Erdogan the legal right to become an emir and establish his caliphate.

With many Muslims in the world already calling Erdogan a “god”, this report continues, it is, also, critical to remember that his “main teacher” Hayrettin Karaman, who issued this fatwa, had previously, in 2009, been caught on a secret recording issuing another fatwa directly to Erdogan authorizing Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization (MIT) to assassinate Turkish politician Muhsin Yazicioglu—and which in giving his reason to Erdogan as to why he was allowing this murder simply stated “slaughter is obligatory”.

The Russian report also says the West is now becoming extremely concerned about Erdogan too, and as evidenced by the Wall Street Journal yesterday warning that Turkey has, over a period of a few weeks, gone from being viewed by Western government officials, media and academics as a valued member of NATO, a potential EU member state and a stabilising influence in the highly volatile middle eastern geopolitical area, to an active supporter and sponsor, of international terrorism. Erdogan's moves risk plunging NATO into armed conflict with Russia.

Speaking last year of the porous Turkey-Syria border too, this report further notes, US Vice President Joseph Biden let slip, in a moment of rare candor, that the biggest problem America was facing in confronting Islamic State terrorists was its own NATO ally Turkey—a true admission he was forced by President Obama to apologize for.

And even though the Obama regime keeps turning its face to hide from itself the crimes of Erdogan, this report warns, it may no longer be able to do so after US military supported Syrian Democratic Forces (a rebel alliance that includes the powerful YPG Kurdish militia comprising women troops and Arab rebel groups) this past weekend wrested control of the strategic Tishreen Dam from Islamic State terrorists on the Euphrates River—an action of victory against these terrorists that, nevertheless, prompted Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu a few hours ago to issue a warning to the Obama regime stating that “Turkey is closely following the situation in northern Syria’s Tishrin area, and will not let any hostile groups cross west of Euphrates.”

Turkey has long opposed advances by Syrian Kurdish forces, for fear this will lead to the creation of a Kurdish state on its border which in turn might encourage its own Kurdish minority, and which Erdogan views as the main threat to Turkey, not the Islamic State.

Erdogan’s hatred of Syria continues unabated, due to their leader Assad being a secular, Alawite and tolerant of Christians and other groups — and is in the way of Erdogan’s imperial vision (Syria was a part of the Ottoman Empire). Erdogan’s imperial vision however, this report notes, has clashed with (Orthodox Christian) Russia’s conservative reflexes—which President Putin understands the implications of the disruption of the regional balance entailed in Erdogan’s megalomaniac vision.

The Real Rate Of Inflation, USA, UK (Europe's is off the scale). The Global Economy Is Bankrupt.

What would happen if the real rate of inflation was revealed? The entire economy of the developed world, and the case for globalisation with it, would immediately collapse. Consider the immediate consequences to Social Security, interest rates and the cost of refinancing government debt (most of those three, five and ten year bonds governments issue each month to fund their current account deficit are rolled over rather than being paid off).

Unbiased private-sector efforts to calculate the real rate of inflation have yielded a rate for the USA of around 7% to 13% per year, depending on the locale, many times the official rate of around 1% per year. Figures calculated by Ed Butowsky of Peak Prosperity reveal what economically literate people have long suspected, that government economic statistics should be displayed on the 'fairy tales' shelf.

The cost of living for many British households is also close to four times the Government's published rate of inflation, while such figures as are available for other major European economies are simply irrational, the result of prointing money and claiming it represents GDP growth. GDP itself, the sacred cow of modern economics, is not a true measure of economic health.

Millions of families all around the developed world are experiencing inflation far beyond the official rate of 2.4 per cent, new research suggests.

The UK Government was recently accused of neglecting hard-up families as the research shatters the illusion that the Consumer Price Index - used by the Bank of England to set interest rates - represents the true cost of living as experienced by many households.

Pensioners are the hardest hit, with inflation rates of almost nine per cent, as record gas and electricity bills take a massive slice out of their budgets.

Both middle class and poor families are also shown to be experiencing inflation well above the national average, as the increased costs of household bills, food and other essentials erode their earnings.

The research, produced by Capital Economics (site available to subscribers only), reveals the enormous difference between the CPI and the inflation rates experienced by many families.

According to the study, pensioners' costs rose by 8.9 per cent in the 12 months to October.

Hard-up families, getting by on £20,000 a year, saw their costs increase by 4.6 per cent — almost twice the national average and well above the annual rate of wage increases, 3.9 per cent.

So what happens if the status quo accepted the reality of 7+% inflation? Here are a few of the consequences:

National Insurance and Social Security beneficiaries would demand annual increases of 7% or more instead of zero or near-zero annual increases. Social Security systems in the USA, Britain, the European Union and other advanced nations which already distributing more in benefit payments that is received in payroll related contributions, would immediately go deep in the red.

Governments claim past surpluses are ring fenced and have accumulated so much interest they will remain solvent for decades. The reality is that governments have blown the family fortune on universal benefits (to buy votes), foreign aid (to buy influence) obsolete and useless weapons systems (to buy testicular fortitude) and vanity projects (to buy a place in history). Thus they have to borrow every Dollar, Pound, Euro, to cover deficit spending by Social Security and other government departments by selling more Treasury bonds. And some governments are already in a situation where they have to borrow money just to pay the interest on existing borrowing.

Another consequence of admitting the real inflation rate would be Global investors demanding yields on Treasury bonds that are above the real rate of inflation. If inflation is running at 7%, then bond buyers would need to earn 8% per year just to earn a real return of 1%. At the moment the 'coupon value' (published rate) in 3.1% for US bonds, 3.5% for UK paper ranging up as high as 7.5% for Italian bonds and 8.6% for Greek bonds. Some Swiss bonds however carry a negative interest rate (bond holders pay the Swiss government for the privilege of holding its debt, betting that Swiss Frances will increase in value against other currencies. In other words the investors know governments are printing money to hide the true states of their economies.

Governments and central banks are only able to sustain their enormous deficit spending because interest rates and bond yields are near-zero or even below zero. This leads to another problem and another illustration of the lunacy of current economic policy. The near zero rates are not available you you and me, they are the rates governments lend money to banks in the hope of stimulating their national economies. But while governments need to borrow such vast sums to stay afloat, the banks simply lend back at three or more per cent the same money they have borrowed at half a per cent. Nice work if you can get it.

If governments suddenly had to pay 8% or more to roll over maturing government bonds, the cost of servicing the existing debt--never mind the cost of additional borrowing $400 b every year simply to fund overspends would rocket, squeezing out all other government spending and triggering massive deficits just to pay the ballooning interest on existing debt.

Bond yields of 8% and over would destroy the economic status quo which relies on massive government deficit spending.

Private-sector interest rates would also rise, crushing private borrowing. How many autos, trucks and homes would sell if buyers had to pay 8% interest on new loans? A lot less than are being sold at 1% interest auto loans or 3.5% mortgages.

Any serious decline in private and state borrowing would bring consumer spending on non - essentials to a near standstill; as my articles on The Baltic Dry exchange HERE and HERE explained, the quantity of manufactured goods moving around the world was and has remained disturbingly low. Recall that a very modest drop in new borrowing very nearly collapsed the global financial system in 2008-09, as the whole system depends on a permanently monstrous expansion of new borrowing to fund consumption, student loans, taxes, etc. As Steinbeck wrote in Chapter 5 of The Grapes Of Wrath, "The monster has to grow or else it dies, and if it is to grown the monster must be fed."

The reality is that real inflation stands at 7+% per year, and this reality must be hidden behind bogus official calculations of inflation. hiding it is an unsustainable policy however, already the number of economic alarm bells ringing out their warnings suggest a bigger crash than 2008 is on the way. Super-wealthy elites earning 10+% yields on stock, bond and real estate portfolios aren't particularly impacted by 7% inflation; their real wealth continues to expand nicely.

Ordinary savers, and people who rely solely on earnings and pensions however are seeing their standards of living and their aspirations evaporate.

Obama: Another case of pot calling the kettle ...... oops

I thought I'd heard it all, but this sets a new world record in hypocrisy

Donald Trump "is unfit to be President" according to failed President Barack Hussein Obama, who today challenged congressional Republicans who have criticized their presidential nominee to disavow his candidacy.

"The question I think they have to ask themselves is, if you are repeatedly having to say in very strong terms that what he has said is unacceptable, why are you still endorsing him?" Obama said Tuesday at a news conference at the White House following a meeting with Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

"What does this say about your party that this is your standard bearer? This isn’t a situation where you have an episodic gaffe. This is daily. Weekly."

"There has to come a point at which you say someone who makes those kinds of statements doesn’t have the judgment, the temperament, the understanding to occupy the most powerful position in the world," Obama said.

Coming from a President under whose administration US Foreign Policy has destabilized the Middle East, destroyed Libya and Syria, left Yemen in flames handed Iraq to ISIS, driven Egypt back to the dark ages and allowed United States diplomatic staff to be slaughtered at Benghazi, put Iran on the path to nuclear weapons antagonized Russia and China and saddled their own country with the gayest army ever, the suggestion that anyone, even Bozo the chimp is less qualified to be President than the incumbent shows a mind at odds with reality.

Obama's outburst may have been an attempt to squeeze more mileage out of Trump's alleged insult of the parents of an American Muslim soldier who died in Iraq. After the dead man's father had recited a carefully prepared speech (so full of vacuous banalities it might have been written by Obama's speechwriters which the mother stood in silence, The Republican candidate asked why she had not spoken. Was she not allowed to he queried. Deomcrats of course pretend they were shocked but what should shock decent people is that the Islam adoring Democrats would sink so low as to pull such ab obviously stage managed stunt in pursuit of the minority vote.

When the mother of a Christian soldier whose son had been blown up by a roadside bomb in Iraq asked why she had not been given a similar opportunity to praise her son's sacrifice, the liberal hate mob turned on her instantly. Well they're nothing if not predictable.

Never the shrinking violet, Donald Trump lashed out at Obama's "failed leadership". To us Boggart Bloggers Obama's whine sounded like another case of the pot calling the kettle and extremely tarnished piece of kitchenware.

Snowden Mocks Claims That Russia Hacked The Democrats Campaign Computer System

In a now familiar tactic shared by the US political right and left, government departments, the military and mainstream media, the Democratic Party has blamed the WikiLeaks release of internal emails on hackers paid by the Russian government. Russia. NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, however, isn’t convinced.

Over the weekend, WikiLeaks released a cache of some 20,000 emails from high-ranking members within the Democratic National Committee (DNC). The correspondence has embarrassed party elites, showing an obvious bias against Clinton’s primary opponent Bernie Sanders, a level of interference that amounted to electoral fraud.. The revelations have already forced DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz to step down while the evidence of vote rigging has given ammunition to Republican candidate Donald.Trump as he duels with "Crooked Hilary" for the Presidency of The United States.

Rather than address the content of the emails, the DNC has instead launched a smear campaign against WikiLeaks, and alleged that the organization received the information from hackers hired by the Russian government.

These claims have been made without a shred of evidence to support them, and few people are gullible enough to believe the somewhat desperate political part as scandals and allegation of corruption stacjk up around their candidate. Among the skeptics is NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, who points out in a series of tweets that if there was any evidence of Russian involvement, it would be easy to deduce.

Blaming Russia for various embarrassments has been a fallback position for decades, but recent months have seen a dramatic uptick in the policy. In the lead-up to last month’s Brexit referendum, former UK Prime Minister David Cameron accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of having a vested interest in the result.

Putin dismissed the allegations thus: "Statements made by the UK prime minister, Mr. Cameron, before this plebiscite, before this referendum, on Russia’s stance, have no basis and never had," the Russian president said. "I believe that this is nothing more than a flawed attempt to influence the public opinion in his own country."

A lot of British voters did too, along with Obama's idiotic attempt to bully and intimidate the British into giving the result the Washington hawks needed, Cameron's anti - Russian outbursts helped influence people to vote LEAVE.

Western pundits have also attempted to blame Moscow for the rise of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. These claims are based largely on the fact that the billionaire has noted that he respects the Russian president as a leader, and would seek to improve relations between the two countries.

"It’s no secret that the 'demonization of Russia' and all that is connected with Russia, unfortunately, is an essential feature of the US election campaign," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in March. "We always deeply regret it and wish electoral processes would do without such references to our country."

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has also come under attack for the fresh email leak, criticized for focusing on Democrats. But in an interview with Democracy Now, Assange made clear that he has little appreciation for either major US presidential candidate.
"Well, you’re asking me, do I prefer cholera or gonorrhea?" he said. "Personally, I would prefer neither." That said however, Assange has hinted that the next batch of leaked documents will be even more damning for Clinton.

Ah well, as we keep reminding American voters there are two other parties contesting the presidency on a national level.

Whistleblower Claims "NSA Has All Of Hillary's Deleted Emails,"

Over a year before Edward Snowden took a leak all over the Obama administrations pretensions of decency, openness and moral rectitude (which nobody who had avoided brainwashing ever believed anyway,) whistleblower, William Binney, gave an excoriatingly detailed report to Wired magazine about the surveillance state being operated by Washington. "Conspircay Theory" chorused all the Pavlov's Dogs of politics ad the media. The vast archive of surveillance data leaked by Snowden would substantiate all Binney's claims the following year.

Binney, vindicated, has returned to the fray; the whistleblower said in a radio interview on Sunday (31 July) that the NSA has all the e-mails allegedly deleted by Hillary Clinton and the FBI could gain access to them if they so desired, William Binney was formerly high-ranking NSA official so he would know.

Speaking on Aaron Klein Investigative Radio, Binney raised the possibility that the hack of the Democratic National Committee’s server was done not by Russia but by a disgruntled U.S. intelligence worker concerned about Clinton’s compromise of national security secrets via her personal email use. (Clinton, you may recall, was notoriously arrogant and high handed in her treatment of the staff of security agencies who were assigned to her personal team, treating highly trained personnel as gofors and bag carriers, so it's likely she has no shortage of former staffers who have scores to settle.
