La France en flammes! Ethnic Minority Students Wreak Havoc Across The Nation

In France students of ethnic minoority background have been on the rampage across the country this week, with teachers being doused in petrol  (gasoline,) and injured, schools and buses set on fire, and hundreds of arrests reported. News buletins in France this morning show buses and schools on fire after days of rioting. French Prime Minister Lecornu was forced to convene an interministerial emergency meeting at 1 p.m. to seek ways of containing the crisis.

Rioting and civil unrest have been a regular feature of French life during President Macron's second term in office and several times it seemed as if Macron's government was on the brink of collapse as protesters clashed with riot police in major cities.

Images of violence and vicious assaults, along with a report of attempted murder, hit France this morning, Oct. 1, as the high school riots began their second week across France. What began as purely local incidents has developed, encouraged by unions far left activists, protesters demanding better conditions for students and teachers, into violence at dozens of locations, concentrated at schools with large immigrant populations

Further clashes, burning buses, and arson attacks have been reported. French news outlet BFMTV is even speaking of murder attempts being carried out by certain students in one incident where the leadership team of one school in Marseille narrowly escaped death when students tried to set him on fire.

Protests over crowded classrooms, teacher shortages and lengthy school days have spread across France, with police detaining more than 400 people, many of them minors, on Tuesday.

The movement began at high schools in the Paris area last week before spreading across the entire country. Some school blockades turned violent as protesters burned rubbish bins and hurled bottles at officers, who responded with batons and tear gas. It is noteworthy that the confrontational attitude of the French police only serves to escalate tensions during times of civil unrest. Authorities said 48 law enforcement officers were injured.

The unrest coincided with a public sector strike over the government’s budget plans, adding to political tensions and a headache for Emmanuel Macron ahead of next year’s presidential election when Macron or his chosen successor will face a major challenge from Marine Le Pen and her anti - immigration party Rassemblement National. Mass immigration and the ensuing social problems have become the major political issue all over Europe.

In the working-class suburbs of Aubervilliers and Montreuil, protesting students criticized a lack of resources and expressed the feeling of being left out, while rejecting claims that they are manipulated by radical-left politicians.

The high school protest movement, now in its second week, keeps gaining momentum. Actions were reported at nearly 410 schools across France on Tuesday, September 29, more than 11% of the country's public and private high schools. The Union syndicale lycéenne, a high school student's union, had called for the movement to spread nationwide to coincide with the civil servant strike, after a week of protests and sporadic blockades in the Paris region. The Education Ministry reported "45 total blockades" and "46 attempted blockades."

Some actions led to violent incidents. Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez announced Tuesday evening that 440 arrests were made, mostly of minors. However, most of the protests took place peacefully, bringing together hundreds or even thousands of students with a wide range of grievances.

The Paris region, where the movement started, still accounted for 75 disrupted schools today. Outside the Le Corbusier high school in Aubervilliers, a working-class suburb north-east of Paris in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis, it took only half an hour for the handful of students initially stationed at the gates to be joined by dozens more.  "Groups were set up on Snapchat to tell us about the blockade. Word of mouth did the rest," said Kanou and Wiam, both seniors.

Reports say over 350 high schools and about 30 university campuses were affected by the movement on Thursday alone. RFI reported 83 police and gendarmes were wounded today, with 119 students and school staffers injured since the start of unrest last week.

Reuters reported the principal of Marseille’s Victor Hugo high school was doused in gasoline and injured, while two other principals were injured in attacks in Rouen and Petit-Quevilly. Police used tear gas in several cities, with Reuters reporting students accusing authorities of heavy‑handed tactics. Meanwhile, authorities are warning of "urban violence" and attempted arson at multiple schools.

The protests coincide with the government announcing a series of unpopular spending cuts in its 2027 budget two weeks ago and have become a political flashpoint at a sensitive moment for the French government.

The Liberal Order’s Last Stand - At This Year's Munich Conference Consensus Give Way To Warmongering

A bunch of warmongers who see themselves as the main defenders of the so - called Western ‘rules-based international order,’ aka the US / European liberal consensus have meeting at the annual Munich Security Conference this weekend, a jamboree at which assorted nobodies get to strut around pretending thy are world leaders. This year, the focus has been on Russia as usual, but also on US President Donald Trump and the ‘populist’ threat in Europe.

The liberal order’s last stand at Munich: As it happened

The first two days  provided a feast of warmongering as first NATO General Secretary Mark Rutte told Europe to prepare for war with Russia while  German Chancellor Friedrich Merz again vowed to build “the strongest conventional army in Europe." So far there have been no reports of delegates laughing so hard at this pledge they gave themselves a hernia.

The reason for all this war talk is of course the need to demonise Russia and its leader Vladimir Putin in order to prop up support among European populations for contnuing the futile war in Ukraine. War is always the last resort of fail politicians and few in history have failed as catastrophically as the current crop of European leaders without actually losing a war.

Speaking on Saturday, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer told the conference that Europe must be ready to fight to protect its people, values, and way of life and that he has never lost a fight he has been in, (this is clearly because he has never been in a fight.) The PM  stressed the continent must "stand on its own two feet" when it comes to defence commitments. During his speech, Starmer also said the Royal Navy would deploy its Aircraft carrier strike group to the Arctic and High North as part of efforts to bolster security against Russian threats.

Actually our only aircraft carrier in at the moment in dock undergoing extensive repairs. Fortunately Trump understands Russias ambitions in the Arctic region and they have nothing to do with Aircraft Carriers

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio tried to bridge the rift Trump caused with the EU by demanding that the USA be given control of Greenland, and imposing tariffs on any nation that opposed him. Rubio invoked the old ‘common adversaries’ narrative to urge US-EU unity. The UK’s Keir Starmer parroted claims that Russia could attack NATO by 2030 – a scenario that Moscow (and anyone with a grain of common sense,) ridicules – to push Europe to spend more taxpayer money on the military.

A theme of Trump's foreign policy in his second term as in his first is that for fifty years the USA has been catrying the burden of defending the free world alone as European leaders pursued virtue signalling policies like Net Zero and Open Borders. Unfortunately such policies have bankrupted all major European economies and they can't even afford decent boots for their soldiers let alone the kind of weaponry needed o take on Russia. Thus it can be seen that his tariff threat was about much more than Greenland.

Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky has been wandering around, begging bolw in hand, seeking more funding for his corrupt neo - Nazi cronies to stash in their Swiss bank accounts war effort, while French President Emmanuel Macron called for diplomatic channels with Moscow to be reopened, and floated a joint EU nuclear doctrine almost in the same breath.

Ursula von der Leyen, dicatorial leader of the authoritarian European Commission,  spoke about threats to the EU’s “liberal consensus and democratic” way of life,

The term liberal is very misunderstood, even by people who think they understand it and should but don’t appear to (e.g. national leaders and other senior politicians,).

The phrase «classical liberal or classical liberalism goes pretty far back. John Locke in the mid-1600s used it to articulate his ideas on natural rights what we just call our inalienable rights that Jefferson articulated. Whether you believe these rights exist is another issue but there are many who do and they are the modern classical liberals.

In the early 1960s, socialists started calling themselves liberals because socialism as a political philosophy is so easily debunked. and around the early 1970s the classical liberals started calling themselves libertarians and this hold true still today. The people this article is about, those like Merz and Macron and Linsley Graham are not either liberals/socialists or libertarians, they are fascists. The have refined the art of merger powerful political interests with corporate interest, using the government to benefit themselves and their donors, at the cost to you and I as taxpayers.

Donald Trump, Marco Rubio and Keir Starmer are also fascists, operating under the guise of either being liberal or conservative. It’s not conservative to increase defense spending to extravagant levels when we can’t even afford the interest of the existing debt without printing even more money.

These crypto -  fascists are using the economic and financial elements of fascism, while lying to us on the sociological aspects of it. The socialists keep call themselves liberals  Do you really think they are investigating any of the Epstein’s co-conspirators or clients?

NATO chief Rutte Warns Europes Leaders To Prepare For War With Russia

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte warned today that The West will face war with Russia on a scale not seen since the days of “our grandparents and great-grandparents”.

Former Netherlands Prime Minister Rutte said Vladimir Putin had chosen the NATO alliance as his “next target”, in some of the  strongest warnings yet from a European leader on the prospect of war spreading across Europe.

“Conflict is at our door. Russia has brought war back to Europe, and we must be prepared for the scale of war our grandparents or great-grandparents endured,” Mr Rutte said in Berlin. “We need to be crystal clear about the threat. We are Russia’s next target, and we are already in harm’s way.”

The assessment came towards the end of a frantic week of diplomacy, as Ukraine and its European NATO allies led by UK's Starmer, French President Macron and German Chancellor Merz submitted a new peace proposal to the Trump administration that will be discussed in Paris this weekend.

Earlier this week US President Donald Trump accused European leaders of being “weak” and outlined plans to pivot away from traditional security alliances on the Continent.

The US president is “extremely frustrated” with Europe,  Kyiv and Moscow, Karoline Leavitt, his press spokesman, said on Thursday. She added: “He doesn’t want any more talk. He wants action. He wants this war to come to an end.”

There were reports on Thursday of tensions forming between European leaders, with Giorgia Meloni, Italy’s prime minister, reportedly putting pressure on Kyiv to accept “painful” concessions, apparently on Washington’s behalf.

Why do some European leaders, including Starmer, seem to want to perpetuate and risk an escalation in the war in Ukraine? Given that few European nations, including the UK, have the military capability of conducting any kind of sustained defence operations, it would seem rather foolish. The arrogance of these lesders blinds them to Europe's political shift to the right, Starmer is trying to impress his EU chums, Macron is a failed president trying to look important and Merz is a clow who allows the minority party in hisd ruling coalition to dictate his government's policy.

Meanwhile Trump's apparently crazy threat to annex Greenland which is owned by Denmark but according to washington is vital for America's security. While Greenland is mostly a frozen wilderness Washington's security concerns are genuine as both China and Russia have been active in the Arctic circle and a view of the planet from above the north pole shows how vulnerable Greenland, with its ermanent population of only 50,000 could be.

The war in Ukraine is not about Russian expansionism into Europe, alleged threats to Latvia, Estonia and Poland were all fake news, Putin's plan to recreate the Soviet Union is just rhetoric to justify dragging people towards a potential war that we should not be involved in. Nothing to do with us. Much blame lies with Obama then Biden, and the corrupt regime of the crook Zelensky and his cronies in Ukraine. With the number of Ukrainians going to great lengths to avoid defending their own country, why should our British professional soldiers and in future possibly conscripts be put at risk of death or injury?

A couple of years ago, Putin said “The West is willing to fight to the last Ukrainian.”.

The question we should be asking is why are our governments, of both main parties over the past thirty years so eager to get us involved in other peoples' wars?

Our interference in Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq has not benefited us in any way. It was widely predicted by experienced army officers in Afghanistan that 'when Britain withdraws the Taliban will move back in', and they did. We were involved in ousting dictators in Iraq, Libya and Syria, only for those nations to become failed states .

Now we have imported tens of thousands of Muslim Afghans that we really did not have to, and few of whom will benefit Britain and many will be, if reports are correct, sexual predators, criminals and political subversives. So the sensible thing would be to keep out of conflict until there is cast iron evidence that we are endagered. We saved Europe in the 1940s at terrible cost to ourselves and yet the Europeans hate us. Let Europe fight Putin without us if they want a war so much. Starmer might want a war simply to make himself feel important, but we the people neither want nor need a war with Russia.

Also one must ask WTF  is going on with this Russia threat bollocks? Half the time we are told the Russian military is a basket case suffering huge losses and with creaking equipment.

Then we get told that Russia is ready to roll across Europe despite France Britain and the USA having nuclear weapons and the combined forces being many times stronger than Russia.

This smacks to.me more of the project fear they perfected during the pandemic. Keep the plebs terrified and the powers that be can impose restrictions at will and do anything they want to 'keep us all safe'.

Something is well off here Do not comply, they can't put us all in prison.

France's Prime Minister Resigns After 27 Days In Offfice - Can Macron Survive Or Will This Crisis Fracture The EU

posted by Le Vieux Pet, 6 October 2025https://miro.medium.com/v2/resize:fit:1400/1*_Jl4yuJneFERLc0PxmxlIA.jpeg

Today France’s latest prime minister  Sébastien Lecornu, having entered the quickly revolving door of the The Palais Bourbon, meeting place of the National Assembly only was unceremoniously ejected like some hapless cartoon character when the Assembly refused to approve his government appointments. Lecornu handed his resignation to Emmanuel Macron on Monday after just 27 days in the role.

His announcement came hours after unveiling his cabinet, plunging the country into fresh political chaos and leaving it without a budget for he next financial year. President Macron accepted the resignation of his seventh prime minister on Monday morning, making Mr Lecornu, 39, the shortest-lived government chief in modern French political history.

French politics has been in disarray since Mr Macron’s ill-advised gamble to call a snap poll last year, which ended in a hung parliament and has resulted in the nation becoming ungovernable.Pressure is now piling on the globalist president to call fresh snap elections or step down two years before the end of his second five-year term, thus precipitating a presidential election which would almost certainly be won by a nationalist of the right or  left, either result being unacceptable to the European Union.

Appointed last month, M. Lecornu had faced the formidable task of cobbling together a consensus in a deeply divided parliament for an austerity budget for next year. Earlier this year,Francois Bayrou and Michel Barnier were ousted by the National Assembly  when they presented plans for a cost-cutting budget which were voted down by the Assembly.

Unfortunately the cabinet unveiled on Sunday afternoon by Lecornu cosisted largely of the same people as had been in the previous government, which sparked fierce criticism across the political spectrum. The return to the cabinet of Macron's ally Bruno Lemaire, as finance minister aroused particu;arly vitriolic responses. Rivals have dubbed Lemaire “the man who bankrupted France”.

France’s debt-to-GDP ratio is now the European Union’s third-highest after Greece and Italy, and is close to twice the 60 per cent permitted under EU rules. The deficit is heading for 5.4 per cent of GDP this year. Tax increases and rising living costs, particularly of fuel, have seen the country brought to a standstill by violent protests and civil disorder. To put it bluntly France is up that well known creek of brown, smelly stuff and not so much without a paddle as without a canoe.

Despite this mess having been a long time in the making with Macron's time in office punctuated by protests and riots, the French people all vote for legacy parties ans more government spending. Even Le Pen's  party offers only more of the same with only the promise that they would skew the overspend toward ethnic French and away from  African and Middle Eastern minorities. The only truly libertarian, free market, fiscal responsibility policies are offered by micro parties on the fringes of French politics.

Macron has been the most gung - ho of western leaders about supporting and even escalating Ukraine's war with Russia in hopes of seeming presidential and rounding up enough support to get a coalition and excuse to do the hard things, like increase the retirement age from 62 to 64, loosen the 32 hour workweek or whatever it is now, etc.   War has always been the final resort of leaders who do not have a clue how to get out of the the financial and political farmyard slurry they landed themselves in.

In reality France is in no different a situation than every other major western nation all of which are now reaping the rewards of running their eonomies on debt for decades, yet the arrogance of  elitist leaders causes them to refuse to address the realities on the ground. The west needs to immediately end the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East and in France's case the meddling North Africa (trade with those nations properly).

EU member states must be given back responsibility for their borders, Brussels - dictated policy having failed so disastrously, then all nations need to close their borders , end ALL migration by illegals, Round up all people living and working in a country illegally, (a 2020 estimate by the Independent newspaper of people living in Britain illegally put the number between 3 and 7 million - 5 to 10 percent more than the legal population,) and throw them out or gulag them if no one will take them. That may be brutal but it is the only way to deter future illegal immigration.

Of course  none of this will happen since government NEEDS immigration to fuel population and GDP growth and thus  justify its itself and claim some level of success for economic policies based on borrowing money and pumping it into the system via benefits, having exported far too much of the real economy to China and the far east. The reality is the common people need less war, less government, less illegals, and more control of their own lives.

Strikes And Protests Threaten France's New Prime Minister Lecornu After Only A Week In The Job

 https://cms.zerohedge.com/s3/files/inline-images/Strikes-and-Demonstrations-in-Fr.jpg?itok=nC4ZmrJ_

On September 8, news broke that, as had been expected the French Government Collapsed after a No-Confidence Vote. We reported that a new, left wing protest movement 'Bloquons Tout' (We block everything,) had vowed to prevent the new government from passing a budget bill for 2026 planned until all cuts to welfare and public spending are abandoned.

According to trade unions, more than 1 million people took to the streets of France last Thursday, September 18. Their goal was to put pressure on the country’s new Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu and force President Macron to dissolve the National Assembly and call a general election.

This was the second day of chaos in two weeks, the first having taken place on September 10, the day after the new Prime Minister took office. Bloquons Tout and their supporters are engaged in an intensifying battle both in parliament and on the streets about how to plug holes in France’s finances, with opponents fighting proposals to cut spending on public services that underpin the French way of life.

But what do the French expect from their new government?

In Paris, hospital nurse Aya Touré put her finger on the pulse of many who took to streets across France on Thursday against the government of President Emmanuel Macron.

“Fed up. Really, really fed up,” she said. “Those people governing us, they have no clue about real-life issues. We are paying the price.”

Strikes that hobbled the Paris Metro and disrupted other services have mostly ended but there is still widespread disruption, coupled with nationwide demonstrations. Ptotestors have voiced to widespread complaints that eight years of leadership by France’s business-friendly president have benefited too few people and hurt too many.

The day of upheaval for the European Union’s second-largest economy aimed to turn up the heat on new Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu and his boss, Macron.

“I don’t know how it’s even possible to consider making cost savings,” said Clara Simon, a history student who marched in the crowd of protesters in Paris, brandishing a poster that read: “University in danger.”

Macron’s opponents complain that taxpayer-funded public services — free schools and public hospitals, subsidized health care, unemployment benefits and other safety nets that are cherished in France — are being eroded by his governments that have lurched from crisis to crisis since he dissolved parliament in 2024, triggering a legislative election that stacked Parliament’s lower house with critics of the president.

Left-wing parties and their supporters want the wealthy and businesses to pay more to help rein in France’s debts, rather than see public spending cuts that they contend will hit low-paid and middle-class workers. Placards at the Paris demonstration read: “Tax the rich.”

“We need to find money where there’s money,” said Pierre Courois, a 65-year-old retired civil servant. “France’s deficit is an issue, but it’s not by cutting on public services that you fix it.”

Many complained about mounting poverty, sharpening inequality and struggles to make ends meet.

“Our pay is stuck, colleagues are leaving, and wards are closing beds,” said 34-year-old public hospital nurse Stephane Lambert. “For us it’s the same story: less money in our pockets, fewer hands to help, more pressure every day.”

France’s economic problems are self inflicted. The unsustainable defecit is due to France spending way too much on globalist policies including Net Zero and mass immigration. Even though France has been in decline since World War 2, throughout the Cold War, & after the Cold War the ruling elite have insisted on behaving as if France is still the great power it was befor Word War One. Look at how Macron has been at the forefront of efforts to launch a direct intervention by NATO troops on the ground in Ukraine and how much of the money France does not possess has been pledge by the egomaniacal president to prolonging the slaughter of young Ukrainians in a war they cannot win and in effect have already lost.

France’s citizens want higher standards of living (including decadent lifestyles) with an increasingly outdated productivity & creativity. France is spending way too much on  supportimg millions of undocumented, unskilled, professional benefit claimants from culturally incompatible third world nations. Add to all that and Ukraine, the cost of supporting Israel, & various foreign interventions in Sub-Saharan Africa, South East Asia and elsewhere and it is easy to see why the world's seventh largest economy is bankrupt.Investment

Macron's new Prime Minister must pass a cost cutting budget or face sanctions from the EU, yet France's citizens will not allow such a budget to pass if it impacts their prosperity and Marcon, a former Goldman Sachs Banker and committed globalist will not countenance sacrificing any of the globalist sacred cows.

This one will run and run.

France In Chaos As Macon Government Falls Apart

 18 September 2025

An estimated 900,000 people took to the streets of cities across France to protest against the Macron government. (Picture: Getty via Daily Express)

Barely a week after the government of Frane's fourth Prime Minister in twelve months was forced to resign and another, likely to last even less time, was cobbled together amid chaos as President Macron, who promised to rule in the manner of a Roman God lurched from crisis to crisis like the political equivalent of a Bacchanalian debauchee, the country is bracing “for big anti-austerity street marches and labour strikes,” while the state’s finances are in freefall  and the budget for 2026 is unlikely to be passed without a coupe more governments coming and going. All over the nation police and civic authorities were bracing for another wave of strikes, riots and civil disorder. In Paris, for instance, the Metro is semi-comatose; in the country as whole, a third of teachers are on strike.

An earlier wave of protests – under the slogan “Let’s block everything”– did not quite achieve its aim of forcing Macrom to dissolve the National Assembly and call a general election, but it did attract double the number of participants the authorities had expected. In that respect – even if they were different in their ideological background – the French protests resemble the recent ‘Unite the Kingdom’ rally in London. On both sides of the Channel, decrepit, unpopular, unresponsive globalist regimes are barely hanging on to power as massive waves of public dissatisfaction shake the foundations of the political establishments.

As the French have taught us to say “Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose” (“The more things change, the more they stay the same”). Especially after Macron’s two irresponsible and egotistic decisions of 2024, France can’t find a way out of the mess he has created: first, he called snap parliamentary elections and, second, because the vote did not deliver the result he wanted, ignored the will of French voters. And for his hubris he has brought on himself the curse of Bloquons Tout

Thus the France of President Emmanuel Macron, who is really the egomaniac-in-chief, is somewhere on the spectrum between “spiraling political crisis” (Financial Times), “big trouble” (The Economist) and terminal collapse. Again.

If Macron had respected the results of the elections he would have had to charge either a left-wing bloc, with the most combined votes, or the new-right Rassemblement National (RN), which obtained the most votes for a single party but which Macron had previously engineered a blatant stitch up to keep Marine Le Pen out of power, with building a new government. Yet Macron's out - of - control  ego, despite his shrinking popularity, drove him to insult the majority of his  country's voters. Since then Macron has tried to impose his will against parliament. The problem? Parliament won’t agree.

So, after what the YouTube channel of leftist journal l’Humanité calls “the parliamentary hara-kiri” of the last short-lived (even by French standards,) prime minister, here we go again. Total deadlock at the political center; riots, tear gas and burning cars in the streets, baton-charging police, and bared brests galore; before finally yet another compulsive attempt by Macron the Unpopular to succeed with what keeps failing: installing a new – his fifth in less than two years – prime minister (his name is Sébastien Lecornu, but don’t bother remembering) who has no majority in parliament and thus, cannot possibly pass the budget ex-investment banker Macron wants in order to get his kind of austeritarian-neoliberal handle on France’s very real debt crisis.

In short, since Macron refuses to either call fresh parliamentary elections or resign and let France elect a new president, let’s do the doom loop again as the cast of a French Rocky Horror Show might sing.. But perhaps things are different this time. As in, even worse. Maybe this crisis is not just bad-business-as-usual but a sign that a bigger political earthquake is coming, the kind that could end the fifth republic and derail the globalist agenda.

Consider the historic comparison. Two British experts discussing the French mess for the conservative British magazine Spectator could not help but recall that the French Revolution – the big one, 1789 – started with a debt crisis, too.
