FBI Leaks Expose Elusive "Shadow Government" Protecting Hillary In National Security Investigation

Big Foot, The Yeti and The Loch Ness monster continue to elude us but the existence of one creature previously though to be a modern myth has been confirmed when official records of its existence were revealed in documents relating to the FBI investigation into the case of former Secretary Of State Hillary Clinton's negligent handling of highly sensitive classified government material on a private server. It is The Shadow Government and for people like me who have been called conspiracy theorists for referring to 'The Shadow Government', the New World Order, Illuminati and so on, once again my friends we are vindicated.

While serving as Secretary of State under President Barack Obama, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton “blatantly” disregarded protocol, an issue that prompted an official to say that there was a “stark difference” between Clinton’s “obedience to security and diplomatic protocols” and the behavior of former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. The details come from a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) report released Monday. “This frequently resulted in complaints by ambassadors who were insulted and embarrassed by this breach of protocol,” the summary reads. According to the FBI docs, the interviewee also added that “Clinton’s [use of a private email server was] well known throughout Diplomatic Security, and [breaches] were ‘abundant.’”

The 100-page document contains interview summaries conducted by the FBI along with notes from its agents, which may offer the public a glimpse into the government’s official Clinton email investigation.

The last 100-page release is the fourth installment of documents related to the Clinton email probe recently released by the FBI. The most recent release also contains allegations regarding a “quid pro quo” request from Patrick F. Kennedy, the undersecretary of state for management, among other claims.

According to the FBI document, Kennedy “pressured FBI agents to change the classification on sensitive documents found on Hillary Clinton’s private email server” in “exchange for a ‘quid pro quo.’” Promptly after the document’s release, both the FBI and State Department denied such an arrangement took place — but that didn’t stop the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform from demanding more information on the exchange.

In a letter addressed to Secretary of State John Kerry, the committee chair, Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-CA), along with Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), the chair of the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, claimed to have reasons to believe Kennedy “inappropriately influenced the review of Secretary Clinton’s emails.”

Despite the uproar the release sparked due to the bribery allegations, some news organizations took particular interest in the FBI document’s mention of “the Shadow Government,” a group of “very high-ranking STATE officials that some referred to as ‘The 7th Floor Group’ or ‘The Shadow Government.’”

According to the FBI probe, “[t]his group met every Wednesday afternoon to discuss the FOIA process, Congressional records, and everything CLINTON-related to FOIA/Congressional inquiries.”

In the letter to Secretary Kerry, Chaffetz and Nunes added that members of the Shadow Government included Kennedy and “several former attorneys from the law firm that has represented [Clinton] in this investigation, Williams & Connolly LLP,” suggesting Clinton’s legal representatives may have influenced the FBI much like Kennedy attempted to.

Both congressmen are now urging Kerry to remove Kennedy from his post until further investigation can show proof the undersecretary did not have anything to do with the FBI’s decision not to prosecute Clinton.

In the FBI’s summary, the Shadow Government is said to have urged the FBI to drop the investigation documents all at once “for coordination purposes.” This information comes from an unidentified person, the FBI documents claim.

As this blog has been saying for years, the people we vote for in elections, be it Republican or Democrat in the USA; Conservative or Labour in Britain; Socialist, Liberal or Christian Democrat in Europe; the reason nothing ever seems to change is that the same faceless people end up running the country.

In August 2016 a U.S. District Court Judge granted Judicial Watch the right to put 25 questions to Hillary Clinton about the creation and operation of her private email server. The Judge's ruling meant that Mrs. Clinton had to answer under oath as if giving evidence in a court hearing ( learn more on Judicial Watch and Hillary).  Yesterday Hillary presented her response to the 25 questions which can be best summarized by the following stats:

Occurrences of the phrase "Does Not Recall":  20
Occurrences of the word "Object" or "Objection":  84

To summarize the 23-page response, the front runner to become the next president of the USA "does not recall" the much about her spell as Secretary of State (has she forgotten Benghazi we wonder) and "objects" to being asked about everything that she does recall.
Another phrase that occurs throughout the document, in relation to questions she deigned to answer, implies that she was labouring under the misapprehension that her emails subject to FOIA regulations would be captured on the email systems of her staffers who actually decided to follow the law and use "state.gov accounts."

American voters should now be asking themselves can their country take the risk of electing as their president a 70 year old woman who on the basis of rumour and observable evidence has memory problems consistent with serious dementia but is technologically imbecilic? A statement defending her against allegations of negligence in handling digital documents (mostly emails) marked 'classified' informs us:

"...her practice was to e-mail State Department staff on their state.gov accounts, her e-mail was being captured in the State Department’s recordkeeping systems."
It seems rather strange that Hillary Clinton recognizes the legal basis for using "state.gov" accounts but then says that she "does not recall whether she had a specific expectation that the State Department would receive FOIA requests for or concerning her e-mail."  Is she perhaps lying (now that would be a first - not) or is she unaware that American citizens and organisations are allowed to question political figures? If that is the case, her dementia has gone beyond 'advanced'. It is astonishing that she can even seek to excuse herself for her blatant disregard observing federal law on handling sensitive government records. The arrogance and hubris of the woman knows no bounds. 

In response to a question on whether Hillary's 30,000 "personal emails" were retained, Hillary said she did not think they were kept but denied "any personal knowledge about the details" of their deletion. Well to misquote prostitute Mandy Rice Davies in a 1963 trial relating to a state security scandal, "She would say that, wouldn't she."

White House Reveals Big Secret US Operation Against Russia - Ummmm?

American news channel NBC News reported last night that the CIA is putting together a complex and proportionate response to Russia’s cyberwarfare and interference with the US election process. Lester Holt quoted anonymous sources in describing the goals for the attack to be “clandestine” and “embarrassing.”

Wow, the Ruskies will not be expecting that when it happens.

It’s great to hear about a "super-secret group inside the CIA" and "top-secret documents" on broadcast television, isn’t it? It’s reminiscent of a scene from some  secret agent thriller, Jack Reacher or Jason Bourne maybe, about the necessity of making to secret plans for dealing effectively with threats. People with names like Putin, Medvedev and Lavrov must be loving it.

The reality here is White House security advisers want to send a message to Americans rather than the Russia government. Firstly there is a desperate need to reinforce the impression that the Russians have hacked into the electoral process and are manipulating voters into opposing the the current administration.It is a variant on Project Fear, the main strategy of the Remain campaign in the UK's Brexit vote. And we all know how well that strategy worked. So can The White House convince voters that the USA is surrounded by immediate threats and only another Democrat administration can save the country.

The second part is an attempt to repair the perception that President Obama and his team are incompetent, effete wusses who are only interested in matters affecting minorities, particularly gays and Muslims, and lacks the will and fortitude to stand up to a powerful enemt. Assuming all the hacks that have provided Wikileaks, DC Leaks and The Intercept with material throuout the summer  have been Russian cyber attacks meant to influence our elections, they are surprisingly wide ranging in who they benefit.

 The Obama administration has been hacked several of times, the biggest embarrassment being the year-long hack at the Office of Personnel Management, which gave China information on millions of Americans that enabled agents to blackmail or bribe them into espionage, or just ruin them with identity theft. Guccifer, an amateur, seems to have been able to hack The State Departmnt at will.

If the leaking of this anti hacking operation is meant at least in part to give the impression that Obama & Co are finally getting serious about making our adversaries pay for their transgressions it could not be more idiotically inept. Are we expected to believe the Obama Administration is taking a firm line against Russian cyberwarfare when plans to combat cyber attacks are announced, giving America's rivals advance warning so they can be prepared to deal with the defence measures..

Doesn’t the leaking by Obama, supposedly the profoundly intellectual, thoughtful, cautious law professor of any the strategy for humiliating Russia allow Putin, the ignorant macho thug, to get his retaliation in first? And as it has been demonstrated over the years since 2008, hasn't Obama learned from the way Putin has outmanoeuvred him in every confrontation, that Vladimir Putin may indulge himself with a pbit of macho posturing to highlight the effeminacy of his US counterpart but he is certainly not ignorant.

Out Of Touch Elites Are Clueless About The Anger Of The Masses Towards Them

Political and media insiders and those who count themselves part of the establishment really have no idea of the levels of public anger simmering just under the surface of society, nor are they aware of why the public are angry and resentful. The fact is the ruling elites have failed catastrophically over the past fifty years, their economic models have proved hopelessly unrealistic and had created a global economy based on ever increasing government debt. The debts have become unsustainable, governments and organisations, (i.e. government agencies, NGOs and for profit businesses) are now borrowing money in order to be able to service their existing debts.

Attempts at social engineering had broken up communities and the local cultures that bind them together; the prioritisation of minorities' interests over those of the majority have caused hostility and resentment and divided society along social, economic and cultural fault lines. 
Government support for technological advancement has forced society to try to assimilate change far more rapidly that communities could adapt to the changes and evolve to accommodate the far higher levels of unemployment and the vast increase in the proportion of old people society must support. The offshoring of jobs because of globalisation and the destruction of jobs through automation has exacerbated the problems by hollowing out the middle income groups that were the backbone of societies and created serious distortions in the social balance.

The arrogance of the elites and their total committment to an ideology that is a hybrid of Marxism and the paternalism of The Roman Empire's patrician caste seems to be leading us back to a medieval society, but ideology created a kind of intellectual fog so no wonder the politicians, academics, business and financial bosses and media luvvies are blind to their failure are blinded to their failure.

Some have called this ideological pottage Cultural Marxism, some say Paternalistic Liberalism (a contradiction in terms). I call it Oligarchical Collectivism after the regime od Big Brother in George Orwell's novel 1984.

The elites are so convinced of their infallibility however, they do not see their digital calendars spinning backwards to "1788", but the wealthiest and most advanced societies in the developed world are close to a similar kind of breakdown as the French Revolution kicked off.

The focus at the moment is on the USA, earlier in the year it was on the UK where in a mighty surprise that surprised nobody except the establishment, the British public voted that their country should leave the European Union, before that it had shifted from Germany where an open doors immigration policy has led to working class areas being overwhelmed by semi literate, uneducated, unskilled, unemployable third world peasants. Next it will be Austria where a nationalist candidate was robbed of the presidency by electoral fraud and where that election is now being rerun. Then Italy has a referendum coming up, ostensibly on constitutional reform but being seen as a referendum on the country's pro - EU, integrationist government. At the moment the government side looks set to lose heavily.

France has a presidential election in 2017 and nationalist Marine Le Pen currently tops the polls. 

In the US election, while the media and the Democratic Party try to smear maverick republican Donald Trump with unsubstantiated allegations of immoral conduct, the establishment are desperately trying to prevent evidence of Hillary Clinton's criminal dealings with agents of foreign powers contained in daily Wikileaks data dumps being publicised widely. Hillary Clinton famously referred to her opponent's supporters as a bunch of racist, sexist, xenophobic deplorables. Hillary's deplorables are actually the most reserved, most polite, and most honest demographic in the country. They are better informed than her supporters, more self-reliant, and hold dear concepts such as free speech and personal liberty.  

One of the big issues of this and the previous two US elections is gun control. The US Constitution confers the right to bear arms, the liberals hate this but cannot understand that banning guns does not stop gun crime. In  Britain where private ownership of hand guns is virtually impossible, criminals still have guns. In the USA where gun ownership is commonplace, those who own guns legally are very responsible responsible, and are not the source of the violence for which the implement, and not the person, is too often blamed. Meanwhile the gangsters, drug dealers and other criminals continue to hold guns illegally and to use them in the execution of criminal acts.  Hillary Clinton has said she will confiscate citizen's guns.

She has also said she will import thousands of Muslim immigrants into the country without carrying out background checks on them, in spite of there having been numerous terrorist acts carried out by Muslim extremists in the USA.
Another Clinton promise, one that she is likely to keep, is tht on taking office she will escalate the conflict in Syria by attacking Syrian government targets. As Russia has warned that it will retaliate if the USA or it's allies attack Russia's ally Syria, this would effectively be the start of a global conflict. Nobody want's war, but Hillary's supporters are so blind to the reality of this neo - con, neo fascist woman they just do not see what she is promising.

Trump's Deplorables have a fuse.  It is, however, a fuse, and they have their guns.
Alt Left, on the other hand, are the Neo Fascists and Neo Neocons.  It is Alt Left that thinks Free Speech means THEIR speech only they created the concept of hate speech to prevent honest discussion of the problems caused by their 'anointed minorities'.  It is Alt Left that demands 'safe spaces' where 'microaggressions' are prohibited and the only ideas permitted are withing the limits of the 'pensée unique', the ultimate suppression of intellectual freedom and wants to enforce thought crime.

It is Alt Left, and its media lapdogs, The New York Times, Huff Post,The Daily Beast and so on, that is heavily into censorship of ideas that diverge from their approved ideology.  It is Alt Left that champions regime change and is ratcheting up the rhetoric against Russia with calls for the USA to depose Putin and put an Alt Left puppet government in power in Moscow. It is the Alt Left that loves war, especially war by unmanned drones striking aty defenceless third world peasants. It is Alt Left that believes it has an inherent right, even an obligation, to lie and obfuscate and erase its opponents if it serves their greater purpose of creating a global authoritarian government.
 
Perhaps most significant is that it is Alt Left, for all their all-join-hands-and-sing-kumbaya, love and peace, touchy feely hippy bullshit  which quickly resorts to violence and vandalism when confronted with people and ideas to which brainwashed Alt Left clones take exeception. The bigotry, hypocrisy and double standars of the Alt Left have never been so clearly revealed as in Hillary clinton's presidential campaign.
   
At the moment American society is like a capacitor, there is a charge building, and at some point it will be released into the circuitry of US life. The media and other insiders believe themselves to be immune yet print media titles are crashing right left and centre while revenue from internet advertising is dropping as ever more intrusive ads and ever more blatant privacy violations lead web uers to become more and - blind..  

The arrogant and ignorant belief that the middle and low income groups are stupid and can be  manipulated by biased news and disinformation campaigns results from the elites operating inside a cocoon where dissenting voices are quickly silenced.  

When the capacitor releases its charge, they are going to be gobsmacked at the anger directed at them. I doubt that there will be mobs around the Guillotine to cheer as the likes of Hillary and Bill Clinton, George Soros, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Lena Duham, Brangelina, Warren Buffet, Barbra Streisand, Ellen De Generes, Magic Johnson et al lose their heads, but there will be major social changes; such people will not be deified any more and will be forced to understand their opinions are worth no more than yours or mine.

Precious few of them are anywhere near as intelligent or talented as they believe themselves to be.  Additionally, they might think, or hope, their celebrity is their security, but Kim Kardiadshian has destroyed the cult of celebrity just as effectively as Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have destroyed the cult of love and peace, and the 'safe space' of those who place themselves above us in society's pecking order doesn't really exist. 'The survival of favoured bloodlines through the survival of the fittest Charles Darwin called it. And most of society's guardians, whether they are law enforcement or military, are card-carrying members of the deplorables.

In the words of George Orwell: “We sleep safely in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm.”

They claim to be outraged by Mr. Trump’s words but not outraged by the victim shaming of comedian (allegedly) Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg, formerly a talented actress, now it seems a professional race baiter, on ‘The View.’ In fact the standard Clinton supporter's reaction to statements from women Bill Clinton allegedly raped, apart from calling them sluts and whores, is to screech that Bill has never been convicted, Well that's true, but then neither has Donald Trump. And while talking about 'grabbing women by the pussy' is not a crime, doing it, and going further by forcing them to perform sex acts, as Clinton's victims allege he did to them, is. Still, hypocrisy and dishonesty were always core values of the left.

In case you missed it, Ms. Behar called former President Bill Clinton’s rape accusers “tramps” (echoing Hillary Clinton's description of them,) after Ms. Goldberg declared Hillary Clinton to be "the real victim" and "the person to whom dirty was done."

This list of hypocrisies and double standards by Clinton supporters grows exponentially day by day, and the moral selectivity could not be more outrageous.

Was it not Mrs. Clinton herself who declared, “Every survivor of sexual assault deserves to be heard, believed, and supported,” and was it not the screeching feminists and testicularly deficient liberal males that repeated and embraced this statement for months afterwards?

Apparently, Mrs. Clinton and her supporters were only referring to politically expedient sexual assault survivors, victims of Republican or conservative males and not the women raped assaulted and betrayed by right on, gay and lesbian loving, Muslim adoring, immigrant supporting, warmongering bill Clinton and the wife who acted as his procurer and protector.

Want to know about the double standards of leftie hypocrites? What Trump actually said, "when you’re a star, they let you do it,". That's not abuse, assault or rape, it's consent. Star's have known this about certain women for decades, we call them groupies. And most Hillary supporting celebrities, actors, musicians and sports stars have taken advantage of what these groupies will "let you do." It's no different than Monica letting Bill do things with a cigar.

As the Clinton supporters insist, it's not wrong because it's between consenting adults.

Long before Hillary Clinton stated using about sexual assault survivors as part of her campaign, many of American voters she described as “deplorables”, men as well as women, were actually believing and supporting these survivors without any regard to their race, religion, gender or political affiliations. Believe me or believe me not, contrary to what screeching feminists would have you believe, most men find the idea of forcing a woman to have sex morally repugnant, and serial abusers like Bill Clinton disgusting. But apparently liberal and leftie women don't, it's OK for him to commit sex crimes because he pays lip service to the politically correct mantras of the 'left'.

Politics should not define our moral compass, nor should political leanings allow us to hold those who agree with our prejudices to different standards than we apply to those who hold different opinions.

Donald Trump did not, in the tape that caused the furore, say Bimbos, low life women, sluts, whores, tramps, or that anyone was looking for 15 min of spotlight. Presidential hopeful and misogynist Hillary Rodham Clinton was the one who used those terms, it was on TV. And let's not even get started on what her inner circle did to those women, indirect and direct threats, like calling by phone and giving names and direction of their families, or killing a pet and then bragging it by phone. Compared to serial rapist and sex abuser Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary, Trumps 'locker room talk' is baby stuff. Grow the fuck up, liberals and lefties, or someone might remind you of some of the crude things liberal hero JFK said about women before he became a presidential candidate.

Obama's Choice: Start World War Three Now Or Pass It To Hillary

Over in Washington President Barack Obama is meeting his defence and foreign policy chifes this morning (as I write in northern England it is still morning in Washington) to discuss the next stage of the Obama / clinton regime change campaign  in Syria. The National Security Council (NSC) is gathered this Friday to decide if we should kick off the global war with Russia and China now or wait until Obama's successor is sworn in in January. US officials say military options are to be mulled over, among other possibilities.

In short that means Obama and his top security advisers are deciding whether to admit defeat in their bid to depose Assad, or escalate the conflict my attacking Syrian government targets, and by association positions occupied by Russian and Iranian personnel and military hardware.

One scenario to be discussed involves direct US military action in Syria (an invasuion, the insurrection by US sponsored ISIS and Al Nusra terrorists is a proxy invasion) including airstrikes on Syrian military, radar and anti-aircraft bases, as well as arms depots, Reuters reports citing high-ranking US officials who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Another scenario to be considered is allowing coalition forces to provide the US-backed ‘moderate Syrian opposition’ with advanced ammunition and weaponry. Documents published recently by Wikileaks  have shown this has been going on since the start of hostilities and, in her time as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton signed off orders to supply Al Nusra (Obama's beloved moderate rebels) with weapons, most of which ended up in the hands of ISIS fighters, the two organisations being linked.

US officials, however, signalled it was unlikely that Obama would actually give the green light to US airstrikes on Syrian government targets, or that he would make any specific decisions at the upcoming meeting (nothing new there then, Obama's trade mark throughout his presidency has been a marked lack of testicular fortitude).
Russian and Syrian troops are known to cooperate closely so targeting Syrian government forces could bring about a direct confrontation between the US and Russia, a development Obama has been trying to avoid.

 Last week White House spokesman Josh Earnest told a press conference that although such action is unlikely to reduce violence, nothing can be taken off the table under the circumstances. According to a Washington Post report however, several top US officials have been considering striking positions of the Syrian military covertly and without a UN Security Council resolution.
