Anti-Trump Fascists Plan "Democracy Spring"

Stop Trump Campaigners show their love of democracy by trying to shout down anyone who does not agree with them (image source)

Following their apparently delusional belief in the "success" of Tuesday night's violent protests, anti-Trump groups are plotting "Democracy Spring" threatening "drama in Washington" with the "largest civil disobedience action [in the USA] of the century." The operation warns on its website that "We will demand that Congress listen to the People and take immediate action to save our democracy. And we won’t leave until they do - or until they send thousands of us to jail."

Some of the radical groups involved in this latest exercise in shutting down democracy in case it fails to deliver the result they want are backed by Soros-funded MoveOn.org, the fascist organisation whose hired thugs were responsible for  shutting down Donald Trump’s Chicago rally last week. Soros and his anti - democracy, New World Order cronies are now plotting a mass civil disobedience movement to begin next month. Billionaire George Soros is somewhat disingenuous in funding this allegedly pro democracy organisation, he has after all been one of the leading advocates of a global totalitarian government for several decades.

Breitbart.com reports,

They intend to march across the East Coast in order to spark a “fire that transforms the political climate in America.”

The group is backed by big money from front organisations for billionaires who think they ought to be able to appoint a friendly presidential candidate the sheeple will duitifully vote for. These include the aforementioned Soros front MoveOn.org, the Institute for Policy Studies, and Demos. Quite how this bunch of thugs can claim to be defending democracy. Donald Trump has as much right to expound his ideas as Ted Cruz, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders or any of us. Democracy Spring seem to respect only the right to free speech of people who agree with them.

Next month’s Democracy Spring chaos is set to begin with a meetup on April 2 at the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia.

“Then, in the spirit of Granny D, the Selma to Montgomery marchers, Cesar Chavez and the farmworker pilgrimage, and others who walked for freedom, we will set out on a 10 day, 140-mile march from Philadelphia to the Nation’s Capitol,” states the website.

In Washington DC, Democracy Spring expects “thousands of Americans” to engage in a “sit-in on the Capitol building in Washington DC in what will be the largest civil disobedience action of the century.”

I must confess to being a tad confused by all this anti Trump crap. It's not that I like him or anything, but that the people who have suddenly developed a love of democracy in order to stop him are the same ones who campaigned twice for the election of the wannabe God - Emperor Obama, who over the past seven years has demolished the remnants of American democracy.

EU / Tukey Migrant Crisis Deal One Veto Away From Being Wrecked

Erdogan and Merkel: Are they lovers?

The deal struck by European Union leaders (i.e. Angela Merkel acting unilaterally) with Turkey's President Recep Erdogan for the EU to pay Turkey six bilion Euros, for what is vaguely termed 'help from Turkey in dealing with the migrant crisis) is controversial for many reasons. First; of all, it is unclear how the EU will organize the process of returning refugees from Greece to Turkey and how it will allocate quotas for newcomers.

Second; one of the concessions obtained by Erdogan from Merkel is that Turkey's application for full EU membership will be fast tracked, which would open the EU's gates to 80 million Turks qualified to work as waiters, kebab stuffers, Uber cab drivers and aggresive beggars and because Turkey would have Schengen zone 'open borders' rights, and notoriously leaky borders, anyone who could cross from the lawless failed stated created by Obama's ill considered and incompetently executed interventions in middle eastern and north African nations into Turkey, could carry on the the welfare handout paradises of northern Europe.

The EU is unable to efficiently organize the allocation of refugees and resolve the current crisis a Huffington Post op - ed observed. Therefore it is unlikely that European states will prove able to implement the recent EU-Turkey deal.

Just about everybody in Europe must be aware by now that the Turkish President Recep Erdogan has been blackmailing the EU over the migrant crisis, and like any blackmailer he keeps making more demands without honouring his previous pledges. One of the concessions extracted by Erdogan from the useless German Chancellor is that The European Union has provisionally agreed to accelerate membership and visa liberalization negotiations in exchange for Ankara helping Europe in resolving the current migrant crisis.

That being the case, it looks unlikely the plan can be put into action, because one veto from any EU country is enough to block the initiative completely. Hungary, where folk memories recall the brutality of the Turks when Hungary was part of The Ottoman Empire, has already said it will veto any plan to grant Turkey full EU membership. Another opponent of the plan is Cyprus which has the support of other EU countries. Hungary will never accept the EU-Turkey plan, while Bulgaria has threatened to veto the initiative, if it does not receive more support for ensuring its border security.


"It is unlikely that any other country would so strongly resist the liberalization of the visa regime for Turks or even its accession to the EU as this small country in the Mediterranean region," a Cypriot newspaper wrote (summaraized in English by news aggregator Euronews).

After Turkey invaded Cyprus in 1974 and occupied almost 40% of its territory (the step is viewed as illegal under international law), the relations between both countries have remained more than strained for nearly four decades.

"Even now President Nicos Anastasiades warns that his country would not agree to the extension of negotiations on Turkey's accession to the EU. First, Turkey must fulfill ‘its long-standing commitment" toward Cyprus,'" the newspaper wrote, referring to the island's leader.

Why Should Obama Be Given A Platform From Which To Lecture Britian

Universal Emperor Obama wants to take Britain to The Dark Side (source)

Although it seems Sidi Barack Hussein Obama, the wannabe God - Emperor of the world and President Of The Entire Universe and everything Else Besides is still planning to visit Britain in late April to tell us all of HIS vision for Britain's future as a province of the US State of Greater Germany with Europe, British voters are not exactly overwhelmed by the prospect.

The original leak of information that he had invited himself to address both houses of parliament on the issue of why HE wanted Britain to remain in the EU, which would not be in Britain's interests but would be in the interests of Obama's puppet masters who are pushing towards global government, provoked a public backlash and was seized on by Boris Johnson who told the American President to focus on solving America's many problems and keep his cocaine dusted nose out of Britain's domestic politics.

Most people, but not everyone agrees with Boris, who seems to have emerged as de facto leader of the 'Brexit' campaign. Surprisingly The Daily Telegraph, which one would expect to be the most robustly pro - British newspaper is carrying a lot of propaganda from the 'Remain" campaign.

Now you may think there is nothing to take exception to there, Hugo is just expressing his opinion (which of course, as a supporter of free speech I would defend his right to express) but where the piece becomes propaganda is very early on, in this phrase:

"But, as leader of the free world and a friend of Britain, he has the right - and arguably even the duty - to spell out some home truths about geopolitics"

Two points leap out:
(1) Obama has shown he is no friend of Britain, if there was any doubt after his first term his support of Argentina's claim to the Falkland Islands proves beyond doubt he hates our country.
(2) His foreign policy disasters especially on Libya and Syria show he is absolutely the last person whose advice on geopolitical issues we should listen to.

Though I, as an avid opponent of the European Union ever since I worked on an Information Technology project for the EU in the mid 1980s and witnessed at first hand the waste, the empire building of department chiefs and the backstabbing that reduces every worthwhile initiative to a meaningless compromise aimed only at extending the power and increasing the size of the bureaucracy, would expect the majority of Britons to have the good sense to ignore the most disastrously incompetent president the USA ever elected, propaganda can be hard to resist.

So check in here regularly and search 'Europe' or EU for our latest posts on developments in the disintegration of Federal Europe, as not only Britain but many other member states, alarmed by the increasing authoritarianism of the Brussels bureaucrats turn towards the exit. Obama can screw himself, Briton's should understand that what is good for the USA and its wish for war with Russia, is bad for Britain and the rest of Europe.

Castrating Project Fear: Former-UK Army Chief Shoots Down Claims of Brexit Impact on NATO

We told you all when 'Dave's deal' was exposed as a sham that the campaign being led by Prime Minister David Cameron, to keep us in the EU (at the cost of our national sovereignty and our British identity) the Euro - sell -outs next move would be a propaganda war, predicting all sorts of horrors Britain would be exposed to if we left. So do you want vto believe this scaremongering bollocks and vote for a future of serfdom as a province of the Euronazi Empire?

 As the great philosopher Cantona once said, "He who forecasts all perils will never sail the seas".

 The EU council meets to discuss security concerns. You really think this bunch of limp wristed fairies will keep us ssafe when the denizens of Ragnarok, some really nasty pieces of work created by the very unpleasant sounding  by Snorri Sturluson burst out of the past to reclaim their mortal realm?

Well we're a seafaring nation, our ancestors travelled the great oceans in 40 foot rowing boats, ate whales and we did not built our empires (yes there have been several) by being the kind of snivelling cowards who hide in the broom cupboard and hope Nanny State will scare off the dragons. Our Celtic, Saxon and Danish  forebears (and a lot of them looked like bears and smelled worse) sailed into unknown waters and faced whatever monsters waited there. So why are so many people being taken in by shite like this.

Claims that the EU and the NATO military alliance could unravel with a potential British exit from the bloc have been rubbished by former British army Commander Colonel Richard Kemp, who says a Brexit from the EU could in fact benefit the UK's national security.

Reacting to claims from the chief of the US Army in Europe, Lieutenant-General Frederick "Ben" Hodges, who said that a Brexit would set a dangerous precedent during a time of increased international uncertainty, Colonel Kemp says that warnings over the EU and NATO disintegrating are not realistic.

"I think clearly the leadership of the EU and our own leaders don't agree with general Hodges that the EU is likely to unravel, because if they did I think… we would have seen a much greater effort by EU leaders to help us [the UK] renegotiate our relationship with the EU in the way that this country wants it, and the way that the prime minister tried to achieve," he told the BBC.

"And the second issue is that if the EU unravels, if the other 27 members of the EU can't hold themselves together coherently without the UK, then you do have to ask questions about the whole future of the EU, whether we're in or out of it."

The comments come after US Army Lieutenant-General Hodges said he was "worried" that a potential Brexit from the EU would create division within the bloc, and ultimately "undermine" NATO efforts at countering what Hodges believes to be Russian aggression.


Coming only a day after Russia withdrew most of its military personnel from Syria after kicking the gonads of the planet's who most dangerous terrorist states, USA and Turkey (both NATO members incidentally) it looks a tad stupid to try to brand Russia the warmongers. The USA provided ISIS with weapons and ammo and trained their men, while Turkey bought oil from the terrorists in exchange for dollars and military hardware.

Arguing that Britain was the second strongest member of the military alliance, Kemp said:

"I don't think that EU membership affects our position within NATO, and I don't think that the fact that one country of the European bloc is on a separate basis is going to significantly affect the NATO alliance."

 The former UK commander also rejected claims that it was essential for the EU to remain unified in light of current security issues facing Europe.

He's right, NATO existed before the EU was formed and through the years the 'Common Market' as it was originally known, was no more than a free trade area. The idea of economic and political integration of the six member states was not discussed. But NATO kept us safe throughout the Cold War years, although Russia never actually posed a threat.

Russia's Surprise Withdrawal From Syria? "If We Don't Go Away, We Can't Come back Again."

Russian warplanes: Leaving Syria but for how long?

Although we Boggart Bloggers like to boast we are usually ahead of the news, and in some cases even manage to report news before it happens (and still get it right) we have to admit we did not see yesterday's announcement, following a meeting between Vladimir Putin and Bashir al Assad, of the withdrawal of all Russian army and airforce combat personnel from Syria took us by surprise.

There is no doubt that the withdrawal is not quite what it seems to be, but more likely a tactical move by the Russians. The Kremlin feels it has done enough to secure the regime of President Assad, the remnants of the Sunni Muslim Free Syrian Army are no longer capable of mounting a challenge and the Syrians, along with Shi'ite militias in Iraq and Kurdish irregulars, backed by Iranian Republic an Guard troops ought to be capable of dealing with ISIS whose forces (terrorists rather than an organised fighting force) are dispersing and heading for other failed states and basket case states in Africa.

Thus Putin's move not only draws the sting out of US propaganda from The Pentagon and The State Department that was aimed at convincing the world (and particularly British voters who are making up their minds how to vote in the EU referendum,) that Russia had ambitions to expand its territories in Europe and Asia and this threatened the security of Britain.

Western media are presenting the withdrawal as a move aimed at forcing Assad to negotiate a transition from autocratic rule to a more democratic system. but even such a move could be nuanced, most things that happen in Russian politics are, as Zero Hedge suggests:

On Monday, Putin surprised the world by announcing a partial withdrawal of the Russian military presence from Syria. Moscow’s warplanes, backed by Hezbollah ground troops, had effectively encircled Aleppo where rebels were preparing to make what amounted to a last stand just prior to the ceasefire that took effect late last month.

"I think that the tasks set to the defense ministry are generally fulfilled,” Putin said. “That is why I order to begin withdrawal of most of our military group from Syria starting from tomorrow," he added.

Indeed. Despite President Obama’s early contention that Russia would end up in a “quagmire” in Syria, The Kremlin instead showed what happens when a mishmash of loosely aligned rebels squares off against a modern air force.

Five months and thousands upon thousands of sorties later, the rebel cause has become virtually hopeless. It’s much easier to broker a ceasefire when the enemy has been, for all intents and purposes, decimated.

Now, all eyes are on peace talks in Geneva where there is “no Plan B,” according to United Nations special envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura.

De Mistura has called a political transition the “mother of all issues,” with the only alternative being a return to war. But Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem has shown little willingness to negotiate for the future of President Assad while the main Syrian opposition umbrella group, the High Negotiations Committee looks determined to demand the installation of some manner of interim government devoid of Assad and his top brass.

"[We don't know] who we are negotiating with and what the issues are," Syria's UN representative, Bashar Jaafari complains. All sides probably feel the same way.

Other sources are suggesting the move is a symbolic gesture to the Syrian opposition pill, because while they are involved in negotiations on Syria's future and their US ally in The White House has stepped back, the crushing damage suffered by the anti - Assad guerillas due to Russian air strikes has rendered the opposition groups the west could support completely ineffective.

Not even the rogue state Turkey can support ISIS now so with forces in disarray and their supply lines destroyed they are no longer an "Islamic State" capable of threatening standing armies.

"Assad is clearly not going away anytime soon even if Russia slightly reduces its operations,” Anton Lavrov, an independent Russian military analyst told Bloomberg, adding that “this is clearly linked to the start of negotiations in Geneva [and] it’s a signal to the opposition and an attempt to influence their agreeability.” That underscores our assessment above: the opposition has now seen what can happen when there's a lack of "agreeability," so now Putin will play good cop to his own original bad cop and see if that works to bring the rebels to the table.

Other reports from Syria suggest the general population (a majority of which always supported Assad knowing the alternative was worse) is finding the resolve to resist the terror tactics of Islamic extremists. This from the BBC:

"On Monday, there were reports of demonstrations against the Nusra Front in territory it holds in Idlib province in north-western Syria," BBC reports. "Photos and videos circulated on social media by an analyst with the Brookings Institution think-tank showed supporters of Western-backed rebels marching in the town of Marat al-Numan [and] there were also reports the protestors had stormed a Nusra Front prison, freeing detainees."

Though we are sure this is not the end of the Syria sage, and ISIS are making gains in Afghanistan, Indonesia, Pakistan and many African nations including Libya and Somalia, in the middle east at least it seems things are moving in the right direction.

Propaganda War: US Officials Working to Keep Russia, Europe at Odds

NATO Supreme Allied Commander Philip Breedlove recently took the USA State Department and Pentagon hawks' campaign of demonising Russia up a gear, suggesting Russia and Syria have 'deliberately weaponized' refugees to 'break European resolve'. These irrational remarks, and the mainstream media's ability to convey them with a straight face, are an indication of a broken system, experts suggest.

Speaking to the US Senate Armed Services Committee this month, Breedlove said that " Russia and the Assad regime are deliberately weaponizing migration from Syria in an attempt to overwhelm European structures and break European resolve."

The commander also warned, that criminals and terrorists have mixed in with the refugees (surprise, surprise! Nobody would have suspected that would they?), and may now be planning attacks on the West. This too, apparently, is Russia's fault. Clearly, like all America Generals Breedlove is insane (I've read Catch22) and although it is indisputable that the middle east crisis was engineered by NATO members in collaboration with Saudi Arabia and other Sunni Muslim governments, he thinks westerners will swallow his fantasies because: American exceptionalism.

Analyzing the general's remarks, and the Western mainstream media's ability to convince many of its readers and listeners that there is truth behind his words, some Russian commentators are simply at a loss for words. "Generally, we have long become accustomed to Western propaganda's capability to work long and hard to 'prove' that white is black and black is white," Svobodnaya Pressa journalist Alexei Verhoyantsev noted.

"But in this case the charges simply look ridiculous. Is it really possible this time to convince the so-called international community that 'Russia is to blame' for all the ills of the world?"

Asked for comment, Alexander Shatilov, the dean of the faculty of sociology and political science at Moscow's Financial University, told the newspaper that this is a 'classical example' of using propaganda to reject even basic facts and logic.

"It's an open secret to everyone with any understanding of foreign policy that it is Washington that is behind the influx of refugees from North Africa and the Middle East to Europe. Firstly, in agreement with Turkey, the borders were opened. Secondly, American charitable organizations have been used to stimulate the flow of refugees to the Old World."

"And all this began five years ago, when the US catalyzed the Arab Spring and, in Libya, openly overthrew the authoritarian but robust regime of Muammar Gaddafi. Therefore, more than anyone, Americans should blame themselves," that is – their own government's policies.

Breedlove's remarks, according to Shatilov, have several goals, including "serving as one more reason to sculpt the 'enemy image' [of Russia] for the average European man in the street, and attempting to pressure Moscow, in order to get it to give up its support for Bashar al-Assad, or at least become more amenable to negotiations."

We at Boggart Abroad would have to agree, we have been pointing at the USA and its allies' policy of provoking Russia and intervening in the domestic politics of east European, middle eastern and African nations for a long time. We do not blame the ~USA alone, leaders of Britain, France and the European Union nations have been eager accomplices.

Is it to perhaps divert attention from the complete and utter mess western governments and bankers have made of the global economy, or the immigration disaster now threatening to drag the developed nations into third world dystopianism? Or is it perhaps to distract us from the several imminent humanitarian catastrophes about to be born out of the marriage of corporate money and tunnel visioned scientists who are totally incapable of seeing the wider implications of their experiments and thus are blind to the possibility of undesirable consequences.

In any even we are up shit creek and the idea that war could save us is even more idiotic that the notions that got us to this smelly, unhealthy location.

Sunday’s regional elections in Germany, the largest and most powerful economy in the EU notes possibly signalled the beginning of the end of Chancellor Hausfrau - Volksfurher Merkel’s reign as leader of the largest German political party, the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and therefore of her country.

While the odds of Merkel being deposed by a putsch in her own party may seem slim, they have been improved vastly by her party’s monumental failure in German state elections on Sunday, with her migration policy as the rationale for huge numbers of voters abandoning the CDU for the anti - integration, anti - immigration AfD party.

Politico reports:

Until the refugee crisis hit, the German leader seemed all but invincible. But her failure to broker a broad solution at the European level, leaving Germany virtually alone to shoulder the problem, has left her exposed. Her approval ratings are back above 50 percent but have proved volatile. Sunday’s verdict was a clear warning from the electorate that Germans have lost patience with the chancellor’s deliberate approach to the crisis. Merkel argues, with justification, that the myriad challenges Germany faces on the refugee front won’t be solved overnight.

Yet, the election loss changes the dynamic. For the first time, her own party critics can point to hard election results to argue that her policies are having a detrimental effect on them. Though Germans are roughly split between those who support and those who oppose the chancellor’s course on refugees, many in her own party are in the latter camp.

With Merkel’s party already divided on the issue, it’s only a matter of time before challengers emerge. It’s still very unlikely she would be ousted as chancellor between now and the next round of elections, expected in the fall of 2017. But if she doesn’t turn the tide in her favor soon, she may either decide or be forced by her party to forgo another run.

The comments are echoed by German website N-TV.de, which specifically mentions the incendiary tweets of one of the CDU’s more conservative members, and social media firebrand, Erika Steinbach:

The polling stations were not even closed before CDU politician Erika Steinbach provided a renewed, scandalous attack on the refugee policy of Chancellor Angela Merkel… Steinbach tweeted [about the migrant crisis]: “Since September all without the consent of the Bundestag… as in a dictatorship..”

Mrs Merkel, 61, faces a national election in November next year but as yet no serious contenders for the leadership of the CDU Party have emerged. Voters may have put paid to the hopes of one successor, Julia Klöckner, 43, the leader of the CDU in the western state of Rhineland-Palatinate, who was projected to lose to the centre-left Social Democratic Party.

The Times notes that one of the losers of Super Sunday, Julia Klockner, may come back to haunt Mrs. Merkel.

Germany’s politics is more complex and convoluted than the systems of the USA and Britain, but what is at least clear is that around the world it looks to observers like Mrs. Merkel has been given a very bloody nose for her migration policies. Politico claims that Germany is, like the rest of Europe, moving to the right and responding to populist messages. World leaders will be, now more than ever, cautious not to follow her lead.

Merkel Braced For Disaster As Polls Conflict On Election Prospects

The results of Sunday's regional elections in Germany may become a disaster for Chancellor Angela Merkel, according to the German news network Deutsche Welle.

Regional elections in Germany are more unpredictable than ever before, and they could have a big impact on the fate of Chancellor Angela Merkel and her party, the Christian Democratic Union, Deutsche Welle reported, according to opinion polls ahead of Sunday's regional elections in the country.

Also, the state legislature elections of Baden-Wuerttemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saxony-Anhalt may affect the balance of power in the federal government, German political commentators predict. Merkel heads a fragile coalition dependent on the support of several smaller parties. If the Chancellor becomes a liability these may desert the government leaking Merkel vulnerable to a 'no confidence' vote.

When asked how she was preparing for the Sunday elections, Merkel, in turn, admitted that she "will have to keep her fingers crossed."

Deutsche Welle reported that the Sunday elections could see the ever-increasing popularity ratings of the right-wing German party Alternative for Germany (AfD), which finished third in municipal elections in the country's central state of Hesse on March 6 propelled to power in state legislatures. It is unlikely Germany would see a 'grand coalition' of socialist and conservative such as was cooked up inin France's regional election to keep the anti - immigarant, anti - EU party Front National, which won the popular vote, out of power.

The stitch up has in fact increased the popularity of Front National and pushed France closer to civil unrest.

The rise of Parties like AfD, Front National and Britain's UKIP is shifting the balance of power in Europe away from collectivists and federalists who want to turn the EU into a Federal European Superstate and back towards localism and the Westphalian system

If the AfD manages to make it to the parliaments of the three German states, this populist anti-immigrant party will be able to block the German government's decisions in the future, Deutsche Welle pointed out.

The most transparent administration ever?

I could write separate books on the obsessive secrecy and reluctance to reveal even the most trivial information shown by the British Government and the bureaucratic dictatorship that rules the European Union, but hey, there is an important election this year in the USA and while I would never dream of telling US voters who they should vote for (vote for whomsoever you like, except Hillary Clinton, even if we overlook her Servergate scandal, she's a crook and a liar).

With that in mind I find myself wondering what happened to Obama's promisemade in 2008 to head the most transparent administration ever?

The US Freedom of Information Act, like its British equivalent, requires a response within 20 business days, but government departments easily sidestep that deadline by replying with a non committal acknowledgement.It's what bureaucrats do, when dealing with government departments in my role as a business consultant I would lay out my problem, followed by my suggested solution and conclude by saying if I had not received their reply within seven working days I would assumed they agreed with what I was proposing and go ahead.

It did not make me Mr. Popular, but it got things done.

Justin Elliott, a jounalist for Pro Publica should get in touch with me for some free tips on dealing wiyh bureaucracy. He complains of withing eight months for a reply to a query on the Sany Hook investigation. Even after that delay, Justim wrote, it did not include any documents from FEMA.
In conclusion he comments: "Finally, this Feb. 10 — 492 business days past the law’s 20-day deadline — I got a curious phone call from FEMA. The agency was starting a “clean search” for the documents I asked for, because the original search “was not done properly.”

Why?

 The ability to get information from the government is as essential as the right to free speech and expression in holding the people in power accountable.

President Obama (or his autocue) waxed poetic about FOIA on his first full day in office in 2009, issuing a statement calling it “the most prominent expression of a profound national commitment to ensuring an open Government.” He promised that his would be “the most transparent administration in history.”
But Obama hasn’t delivered. In fact, Freedom Of Information  has been a disaster under his watch. Americans have never lived under a truly left wing before and so have never experienced the self righteousness and authoritarianism of those who just know their way is the ONLY way.

Newly published documents (made public only through a FOIA lawsuit) reveal the Obama administration aggressively lobbying against reforms proposed in Congress. Associated Press found last year that the administration had set a record for censoring or denying access to information requested under FOIA, and that the backlog of unanswered requests across the government had risen by 55 percent, to more than 200,000.

Why is the law failing so badly after all the promises about transparency? Incompetence and politically correct hiring policies that judge a person on the colour of their skin or their sexual preferences rather than the quality of their character account for a lot of the problems. And then as I warned in 2008 and again in 2012, Bracak Obama is not and never was a 'liberal'. He is a cheap little shyster lawyer whose ambition far exceeded his ability, but during his wild adventures in Chicago bathouses he must have collected a lot of dirt on very important people.


Having propelled himself to political prominence without any kind of track record, thus showing himself to be extremely flexible in matters of ethics and morality, he was quickly befriended by some very nasty neo fascists and foreign tyrants whose links with US government Washington would rather not reveal.And that is why the Obama administration has been the most opaque since World War Two.

Having been warned that she should be "terrified" since "they would not be immunizing him and thereby inducing him to spill his guts unless they wanted to indict someone," Pagliano has reportedly provided information allowing investigators to knit together the emails with other evidence, including images of Clinton on the road as secretary of state.

FOX News reports that their source claimed Pagliano told FBI agents who had access to the former secretary of state’s system – as well as when – and what devices were used, which gave the investigation a   route map of the roads that lead to Mrs Clinton's door.

"Bryan Pagliano is a devastating witness and, as the webmaster, knows exactly who had access to [Clinton's] computer and devices at specific times. His importance to this case cannot be over-emphasized," the intelligence source said.

At a Democratic debate on Wednesday evening (9 March 2016),  Clinton brushed off the question when asked by the moderator whether she would withdraw from the presidential race if faced with criminal charges.

Univision’s Jorge Ramos asked, "If you get indicted, will you drop out?" Clinton responded, "My goodness. That is not going to happen. I'm not even answering that question."
She then added her now standard explanation that nothing she sent or received was marked classified at the time. While technically correct, the distinction appears misleading. The January 2009 classified information non-disclosure agreement signed by Clinton says she understood that classified information could be marked and unmarked, as well as verbal communications. Classification is based on content, not markings.

The intelligence source said the FBI is "extremely focused" on the 22 “top secret” emails deemed too damaging to national security to publicly release under any circumstances, with agents reviewing those sent by Clinton as well her subordinates including former chief of staff Cheryl Mills.

We learned some weeks from a contact in the Pennsylvania State Justice Dept. (i.e. someone not directly involved but party to the latest gossip among legal professions) that the FBI felt they had a strong enough case to indict. If these latest revelations are true it looks as if the Feds are determined to get a conviction.
