Globalists Say Climate Change Is A Threat To Democracy But The Real Threat Is Globalism

While most of the large economies in the European Union are backing off their rash and ill - considered pledges on 'net zero', over in the USA, even as the public reject the scaremongering of climate alarmists and the policies their anti - civilisation ideology has promoted, the increasingly crazy  Biden administration (because the advisers and managers making Dementia Joe's decisions for him are now as crazy as the POTUS himself,) are still trying to push this globalist, authoritarian,  de-industrialisation agenda without without any apparent concern for public opinion or for the misery and impoverishment The Childsniffer's regime is inflicting on many Americans. 

The White House seems determined to implement what Eric Heymann, a senior executive at Deutsche Bank, calls “a certain degree of eco-dictatorship” on the USA. This reflects a change in elite opinion towards what two German observers have described as a “political ideology that questions the foundations of pluralism and democracy”, and which instead favours a post-national “politics of identity and minority entitlements” and a global technocratic regime.

Which to those familiar with 20th century political history sounds a lot like Sational Nocialism (or something like that.)

The problem with Biden's operators bid to get him re-elected by spreading enough climate change alarmism to frighten people into voting for the wilful destruction of the national economy that sustains them is that 'The Science' of man made climate change most certainly is not ‘settled,’ and people who claim it is (including Biden's re-election campaign strategists are just not exposing themselves to the work of highly respected scientists who hold a different point of view. 

Few people deny that the climate is changing, climate has fluctuated constantly over the past millennia. Highest temperatures ‘since records began’ is the mantra we hear constantly rom the alarmist camp but most people don’t realise that the records they’re referring to only began in the late 1800’s and were very sketchy until well after World War One, which hardly a broad enough statistical base on which to base such sweeping assumptions as 'The Science Is Settled'.

Science has nothing to do with consensus. It is based on evidence. Einstein’s last plea was that Science remain an open book and that distinguished critiques and questions be examined on merit and let the evidence prevail. There are no credible voices supporting flat earth theory or creationism as an alternative to evolution. When we look at the broad spectrum of opinions on man made climate change however, the list of scepitics is a very long one  and includes Dr John Clauser 2022 Nobel Laureate in Physics, Richard Lindzen retired Professor of Meteorology at MIT and the late Freman Dyson, esteemed the world over and a contemporary of Oppenheimer. Real Science has always and will always hear such men out. The quasi religious zealots of the Scienceology cult want to silence everyone who questions or challenges their orthodoxy trade in insults not evidence. They have nothing of substance to offer, only the dodgy output from computer based mathematical models programmed by amateurs.

There is a recent example of how little we know about the complexities of climate, and how little control we have over the environment. Early in 2022 Hunga Tong,an underwater volcano erupted in the South Pacific, sending massive amounts of heat trapping water vapour into the atmosphere without any ash, which cools the environment by blocking energy inbound from the sun.

Results from scientific studies of the effects of that eruption have begum to appear and a recurring theme is the high likleyhood that the Hunga Tonga event has played a significant part in the high temperatures recorded around the world over 2023 and 2024. If that is the case northern Europe could be in for some scorching summers for years to come. But are these high temperatures unprecedented as alarmists claim.

We’ve had satellites recording climate data since the 1970s. Accurate themometers have only been around since the 18th century when Fahrenheit invented them. Detailed records maybe 100-150 years and even then many destroyed by World Wars. There are still no organised records for most of Africa and much of Asia and South America. Ocean records which would account for seventy five per cent of the planet's surface, are also patchy and were totally dependant on shipping routes until satellites came along. So for the majority of the planet records have only existed for slightly more than 50 years.

We’re talking numerical temperatures here now (temperature “records” after all) not climate “trends” from ice core sampling etc. 

Modern humans have been here for 200,000 years plus. So a sampling interval (in statisticians terms!) of a tiny sliver of the planet's existence and just 0.08% of human history is what the alarmists are basing their predictions on. And we are expected to accept it is possible to accurately predict the future based on that? It is like saying hey it was really hot for the last minute so it’s going to stay that way, who cares that for the several hours preceding it we don’t know what the temperature was at all !!!.

The world isn’t being weaned off fossil fuel as globalist governments claim. The Western nations hamstringing of their own industrial base and shutting down their own oil and gas production and handing the industry over to China and India and the oil and gas to Saudi Arabia, Gulf States, Nigeria, Venezueala and to Russia of course, is empowering and enabling the very autocrats governments tell us are our enemies and threats to democracy.

 In a way having arguments about this subject is pointless – except that it affects ordinary citizens directly in the pocket. CO2 emissions are rising at an accelerating rate year on year despite the numerous climate conferences and the hysterical “global warming, no climate change, no climate crisis, climate emergency” discourse.

Much of what the West has been doing of course is to simply offshore the CO2 production to other countries..Secondly net zero is simply technically in unfeasible and will remain so for many decades. The sun doesn’t always shine and the wind doesn’t always blow therefore you need backup therefore you need two energy production systems, gas being by far the best. Politicians mandating particular technologies has never been the way that energy or any other technical transition has happened in the whole of human history. “Stop burning wood and start burning coal” said Henry the 8th (NOT!). They won’t get it right!.

Electric vehicles, as one example, are worse for the environment on almost any metric than their internal combustion equivalence. They “work” to a fashion now because there’s only a small niche market for them. Just think of the vast areas given to charging stations the enormous queues for them etc. Green activists are dishonest – or perhaps they are mostly just idiots: they will of course oppose the huge increase in mining and industrialisation of the countryside that will be required to quadruple the necessary electrification. But as this mining and refining (an incredibly dirty, highly polluting and energy hungry process,) is taking place in Africa, Russia, South America mainly and battery manufacture (another incredibly dirty, highly polluting and energy hungry process or series of processes,) is centred in China, India, and other places where enforcement of United Nations climate accord pledges is lax to say the least, we cant expect things to change any time soon.

 But none of this  matters to globalist governments like the Biden administration, the Schloz regime in Germany, UK's Conservative-In-Name-Only government and the rest. Politicians are not capable of thinking beyond the next election which is why climate policy is becoming a threat to democracy.

More Young People Getting Cancer — What’s Behind the New ‘Public Health Crisis’?

Dr. Pierre Kory and journalist Mary Beth Pfeiffer on Tuesday published their fourth op-ed on excess deaths in young people. They called on political leaders to investigate COVID-19 pandemic policies — including mRNA vaccination mandates and lockdowns — and their aftermath.

Catherine, Princess of Wales, who on March 22 announced she has cancer, “is part of an unfortunate new trend of more and younger cancer cases,” according to Dr. Pierre Kory and journalist Mary Beth Pfeiffer.

Kory and Pfeiffer addressed Princess Catherine’s diagnosis in an op-ed published Tuesday in The Washington Times, in which they said there’s evidence suggesting that the marked increase in cancers among young people may be linked to COVID-19 mRNA vaccines and pandemic policies, such as lockdowns and vaccine mandates.

“We are facing an emerging toll of illness and death in the young,” they wrote. “We cannot shirk from asking what is causing it.”

Kory — president and chief medical officer of the Frontline COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance — told The Defender that early-onset cancer and excess deaths are “poised to become the next public health crises that our medical system is not equipped to manage.”

This latest op-ed is Kory and Pfeiffer’s fourth. Their three prior op-eds — which appeared in USA Today, Newsweek and The Hill — also called attention to excess mortality and disability rate spikes occurring after the global COVID-19 vaccine campaign.

“Our intention for writing the op-eds is to raise the profile of this important issue to prepare for a future crisis and advance the conversation on possible causes and treatments,” Kory said.

In their latest op-ed, Kory and Pfeiffer said an “unthinkable twist” in cancer rates is occurring and it has garnered the attention of the American Cancer Society, Yale Medicine and the Harvard Gazette.

Hailstorm In Texas Destroys Thousands Of Acres Of Solar Farms

Since our first blog was founded on the now defunct platform blog.co.uk Boggart Bloggers have consistently expressed scepticism about the push to switch electricity generation from reliable, well established sources to technologies that are dependent on the weather and the time of day.

One of the concerns we expressed was the vulnerability of wind turbines and solar panels to extreme weather. Well nearly 20 years later here's the latest news story that proves out concerns wer justified.

Last Saturday was a night Nick Kaminski and other residents of  Guy in Fort Bend county, Texas will remember for the rest of thir lives. A frak hailstorm hit the community, the wind tore off rooves while golf ball-sized hailstones hammered down from the clouds.

"The hailstorm we experienced Saturday morning was unimaginable," Kaminski told TV news reporters "We've never seen anything like it in our lifetime."

Damage to homes was not the only thing they people of Guy had to worry about. Kaminsky said he could not believe his eyes when saw what the storm had done to panels in the huge solar farm in the town.

"They look like somebody took a shotgun and blasted it into the air and let the pellets fall down and shatter holes all in them," Kaminski said.

Panels from the Fighting Jays Solar Farm in Guy had been shattered by the hail. Shots of the farm from a Drone showed thousands of rows of shattered panels - damage more concerning to the people living in the area than what happened to their homes.

Experts said that for most large solar farms the panels are made of cadmium telluride.

This is something Kaminski is worried about because he uses well water.

"That's what we take a shower with, we drink with," Kaminski explained. "It could be in our water now."

Experts said solar panels can be made from silicon or cadmium telluride. Most home panels are made with silicon and don't contain dangerous chemicals. However cadmium telluride panels are cheaper and tend to be found on large commercial solar farms.

 ABC13 News went inside the office space at Fighting Jays Solar and asked whether the compound cadmium telluride was present in the panels damaged by the hail storm.

A spokesperson met the ABC13 team but wouldn't answer questions on the record. The solar farm's website doesn't mention anything about chemicals in the solar panels but states that insurance policies will cover a hailstorm if it hits.

According to the US Environmental Protection Agency, cadmium telluride is found in some solar panels. It is a toxic substance that can cause kidney, heart, skin, and lung issues. An independent expert said there is little risk of contamination as the compound, though toxic, does not dissolve in water.

Fort Bend County officials told ABC13 they knew about the hailstorm damage. They said HAZMAT crews had visited the area and found no contamination. They also told ABC13 that the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality is investigating and could have an update as soon as Friday.

Neighbors want to see these results as they try deal with the fallout from a hailstorm they'll never forget.

They are right to be concerned of course, We The People have been let down, misled, lied to and shat upon far to many times to accept the word of experts or officials on anything. In this case the Boggart Blog team is happy that there is little danger of pollution (but wee are a long way from the scene of the damage, but we feel that the incident again shows that the scientists, experts and officials who have promoted the switch to clean, green, sustainable generating technologies we led by sentiment rather than science and are totally clueless about the shortcomings of the technologies they tell us will provide all our electricity in future.

Tractors Are Heading For Central London As UK Farmers Protest

Scores of farm tractors from all over Britain were reported to be converging on London's government district Westminster as British farmers finally ran out of patience and pushed back against what they say is a lack of government support for British food production.

Flying Union flags and displaying signs with slogan such as 'Save British farming' and 'No farming, no food, no future' they were gathering in London, about 20 minutes' drive from Westminster and plan to arrive in central London by early evening. Convoys with horns blaring were reported in various parts of London causing traffic to become gridlocked. The groups that Organised the protest, Save British Farming and Fairness for Farmers of Kent say cheap food imports and unsupportive policies put UK food security at risk.

The government, without a hint of irony, responded by claiming it put farming "at the heart of British trade". With policies like 'net zero' and 'rewilding' impacting farmers' ability to produce food economically it is difficult to see how anybody could find this credible.

"I'm a third generation farmer. I'm here for my future," Ben Stickland, 21, from West Sussex, told a BBC News reporter, "There are multiple nails being put into this coffin built around us."

The British entry into the Europe - wide farmers' rebellion comes after months of heated demonstrations in Europe, including blockades, shitfests, (French protestors dumped manure in city centres,) and government buildings being pelted with rotten fruit and vegetables. Angry farmers in Greece, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Spain and France are still demonstrating against European Union regulations and cheap imports. In Poland a couple of weeks ago a tractor protests that was joined by truck drivers closed the border with Ukraine.

Thousands of farmers also recently joined forces in Wales to fight new farm subsidy plans launched by its government.

There have been a handful of demonstrations in England, including in Kent and Cornwall, but today's tractor rally is expected to be the largest so far.

Another farmer taking part in the rally, Colin Rayner, who has 2,000 acres of arable land across east Berkshire and south Buckinghamshire told the BBC that he had "no choice" but to protest, saying that business was so bad that "this could be our last harvest".

"We have been, as most farmers have been, living in our overdraft now for the last five years.

"We can't see it getting any better - yields have plateaued, prices are dismal, our costs for raw materials are horrendous and the regulations that we have everyday are mindboggling," he explained.

Mr Rayner said the environmentalist focus of the government's farm payments scheme, a policy promoted by The Green Blob as part of the anti - civilisation agenda, and which replaced EU subsidies, comes at the expense of domestic food production while cheap imports were being introduced to our supply chain to lower standards.

"We have been farming for 500 years and the government now has a scheme where they will pay us more money to grow wildflowers than to grow food. It is insanity, they want us to rewild the countryside. I just ask how are they going to feed the people living in the towns?" he said, adding "We have got to have food from our own resources. We have got to produce healthy good food - which we can do."

In England, campaigners say government agricultural policy and its Environmental Land Management farm payments scheme, together with weak trade deals, "non-existent" import controls and misleading labelling, have all served to undermine farming businesses.

They point out that these 'green' policies threaten the country's ability to produce enough food to feed its own population, "leaving our food security in peril".

German Government Moves To Ban Dissent - Haven't They Been Here Before?

 

Germany's coalition government is in deep trouble, as we reported a couple of weeks ago. Polls, for what they're worth, show that chancellor Olaf Scholz’s ‘traffic light’ coalition of the Social Democrats, Greens and Free Democrats – is the least-popular government since surveys began in 1997. Given that a staggering 76 per cent of Germans polled say they are dissatisfied with its performance, it might well be the least-popular administration since the Second World War.

It is not difficult to understand why the coalition of opponents is failing. With German industry is in  decline, communities are being bankrupted by their obligation to provide for thousands of illegal immigrants, and there has been a disproportionate increase in violent crime against women, Jews and gay people, which we have also reported in the past. Life for the average German is getting worse, although it is only fair to point out that the previous administration, led by Angela Merkel, left things in a mess and the coalition has mererly continued the policies that increased the debt burden and made German voters turn against the once unasssailable Merkel.

Widespread discontent with the current administration reached a climax in January this year, when German farmers took to the streets and hundreds of slow moving tractors and agricultural vehicles  brought the centre of capital city Berlin to a standstill in protest against tax hikes and unworkable green regulations on agriculture. The government, backed by far left sections of news media, did its best to groundlessly tarnish these protests as vehicles for the ‘far right’ but this backfired because Germans recognise the difference between common sense and ideology. Government attempts to smear the protesters and the AfD (Alternative for Deutschland), now the largest 'right of centre' party, and serious suggestions that AfD should be banned as a threat to democracy only reinforced the sense of popular anger.

Then, in late January a scandal broke involving members of the populist AfD party. Investigative journalists at Correctiv magazine revealed that senior AfD aides attended a ‘secret meeting’ with various (unnamed) figures from the so-called new right. Attendees allegedly discussed, among other things, proposals for mass deportations of migrants including people born in Germany who are descendents of migrants.

Members of the two far - left parties in the coalition, The Social Democrats and The Greens were quick to call for the AfD to be declared a threat to democracy and banned from political activity in Germany, thus proving it is they who are a threat to democracy and instead of being discredited by the smears, AfD became more popular.

 The AfD had quickly distanced itself from these proposals and sacked the few low ranking aides in attendance. Since then, the story has largely unravelled. New evidence suggests that Correctiv’s claims about the deportation ‘plot’ were an least an exaggeration and more likely a fabrication. 

However, the governing coalition, supported by mainstream media, was determined not to let this scandal fade away. The idea of banning the populist, centre - right party in  the name of combatting right-wing extremism was just too appealingto parties that have alienated the electorate by pursuing globalist policies such as 'nat zero' to the detriment of Germany's prosperity. Anti-AfD rallies were held across Germany, with one in Potsdam near Berlin even attended by Scholz himself. Several government figures, cheered on by the mainstream media, restated their calls to ban the AfD outright.

Most reminiscent of a certain socialist party back in the 1930s, the government has seized this opportunity to push its divisive Democracy Promotion Bill, a modern version of the notorious 'Enabling Act,'. Despite its name, and in the style of Orwellian doublethink, this proposal actually seeks to curtail democracy, free speech and party competition, and enable the government to ignore the democratic process and do what it wants. Somehow the SDP and Greens think this will work in their favour although the FDP are very sceptical of it, having seen their own popularity nosedive as a result of the coalition's authoritarian governance. 

One of the provisions of the bill would allow the government to allocate more funding to bodies combatting what it deems to be ‘extremism’. Among the projects promised more money are the so-called Meldesysteme. These are online reporting portals that allow people to report their fellow citizens for saying supposedly unacceptable ‘right-wing’ things, such as that there are only two sexes or that transwomen are men.

This bill has been denounced by politicians across Germany’s political spectrum. Wolfgang Kubicki, vice-president of the German parliament and a member of the clasical liberal FDP, has called it an attack on freedom of expression. Mathias Brodkorb, a former minister for the Social Democrats in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, has denounced it as a ‘disgrace for democracy’.

The FDP coalition partner is now threatening to quit government and trigger and election (or possible encourage the SDP / Green partners to ban all opposition and declare themselves as the government in perpetuity in order to 'protect democracy'

Family minister Lisa Paus of the Green Party has defended the Democracy Promotion Bill, and the online reporting portals in particular. She claims these are necessary to establish ‘criminal liability’ for expressions of so-called hate speech. This is a deeply disingenuous argument. It is difficult to escape the impression that, far from fostering democracy, Germany’s government is has set itself on a course to eliminate opposition
