Supporters of populist politician Marine Le Pen took to the strets on Sunday to protest against the lawfare move to exclude her from the presidential race.Organisers estimated that around 10,000 people turned out to express theur disgust at the politically motivated verdict against Marine Le Pen, which bans her from running for president in 2027 and for any poitical office for five years..

 A post on the official National Rally, on behalf of the party she leads in the French national assembly read: “The people of France refuse to yield to the tyranny that attacks the one who embodies hope for millions of our compatriots.”

Released on bail pending appeal, Le Pen addressed the gathering in person, telling the crowd: “Thank you so much for your courage, your generosity, your perseverance… You are amazing!” she said, also thanking National Rally President Jordan Bardella for his support.

“We will continue to fight for justice,” Marine Le Pen said. She also posted footage from the protest on X, saying “Stand up, for justice, for the people, and for France! “

“I don’t know how to give up. I don’t know how to surrender. We are committed to the fight,” Le Pen added, praising the demonstrators’ patriotism.

“Long live the Republic, long live France!” Marine Le Pen concluded her speech.

Jordan Bardella Le Pen's protege and likely successor as the party's presidential candidate if the ban on Le Pen is not overturned also spoke, stressing that he would stand by Le Pen despite the verdict, calling the conviction of the faction leader a dark day in French history. 

“I am sure, my fellow countrymen, that she can count on you. Help her, help her face this injustice. Stay by her side!” Bardella pleaded to those gathered, who broke into applause.

Globalist Show Trial And Stitch Up Of Le Pen Will Only Accelerate The Rise Of The Right In France And Across Europe

 

 

Marine Le Pen, leader in everything but name of the French Right-populist Rassemblement National and one of the most prominent politicians in France, has been convicted by a Paris court of embezzling public funds. after a trial that was described by many Frenh commentators as an EU stitch up and a purely political verdict.

 Mme. Le Pen was given a four-year prison sentence, two of which are suspended and two of which are to be served under house arrest with an ankle monitor. Le Pen will also have to pay a fine of €100,000, and has been banned from running for political office for five years. 

Currntly Le Pen is leading the polls with over 30% of respondants saying they will support her bid to succeed Emanuel Macron in the coming 2027 presidential election, . With this sentence, the obvioisly politicised Paris criminal court hopes to remove the leading candidate from the race entirely. Le Pen can of course appeal, but her prospects are uncertain and a favourable ruling may be years away.

More likely, given the ugly mood of ethnic European French citizens after several decades of globalist misrule and concurrent financial and immigration crises, the country will descent further into civil unrest as the election approaches.

Le Pen was convicted alongside eight other members of the Rassemblement National/Front National and 12 parliamentary aides. Evidence proved she did not personally embezzle funds or enrich herself from EU coffers but prosecutors accuse her of directing aides to undertake work for her party while they were receiving salaries from the European Parliament. 

They claim this happened between 2004 and 2016, and that Le Pen and her associates misappropriated over €4 million in this way. While nobody doubts the substance of the accusations, what Le Pen did was far from unusual and the sentence just seems ridiculouly over the top for a trivial offence. 

Many European parliamentary representatives have used staff paid from parliamentary budgets for party projects – including Franziska Brantner, the present Co-Chair of German Green Party. Until recently this was a common practice, and even now the distinction between party and parliamentary work is not always easy to maintain, and both routinely and deliberately blurred.

The whole thing is reminiscent of the way the Democratic Party in the USA, after stealing the 2020 election from Donald Trump, used a series of bogus criminal charges tried in courts presided over by blatantly biased judges whose back stories included many years of political activism on behalf of the Democratic  Party, and in many cases, ho owed their position to Democratic Party president Obama or Democratic Party State Governors.

Do the people who sit in their ivorty towers in Davos, New York , Brussels or London realise that the Le Pen show trial charade, engineered for the purpose of weakening the growing strength of resistance to the Cutural Marxism and the Globalists plan for a world government will have the opposite effect and is only going to move more indecisive voters to the right?

Not many years ago a French court found International Monetary Fund chief Christine Lagarde guilty of negligence in handling IMF funds but did not hand down any punishment.

Legarde didn’t even get a criminal record for misusing… 100+ times the amount of funds in 2016.

As French finance minister in 2008, Legarde had approved an award of €404m ($429m; £340m) to businessman Bernard Tapie for the disputed sale of a firm.

Accused of allowing the misuse of public funds, rather than actual corruption, she could potentially have been sentenced to a year in prison and a fine of €15,000, but escaped a sentence and emerges from the trial without a criminal record.” Instead she was rewarded with the lucrative and influential IMF job after stepping back from politics.

 Then there was the case of German politician Ursula von der Leyen who was being accused of corruption in her post as Defence Minister in Germany (giving contracts to a company owned by a friend of hers) before being put out of reach of national justice by a German political establishment desperate to cover up corruption and avoid a scancal being shoehorned into her current job as President of the European Union commission where she, very irregularly, apparently conducted contract negotiations for excessive numbers of Pfizer’s ‘vaccines’ via mobile phone text messages.

 The EU is also always happy to fund diverse NGOs strongly promoting EU ‘values’ in foreign elections and to react accordingly if results are disappointing, e.g. Romania. Let us not start on how much EU money has disappeared in the direction of Ukraine.

Le Pen’s conviction continues a dangerously anti-democratic trend emerging across Europe, namely attacks on politicians opposed to turning the EU from an association of sovereign states into a federal superstate. Earlier this month, the Central Election Bureau of Romania withdrew Călin Georgescu’s right to run for office there, months after Georgescu emerged as the frontrunner in the first round of the Presidential elections and the Romanian Constitutional Court oalso been gaining ground, with the CDU and SPD openly planning to use the courts to have main opposition party AfD outlawed as a threat to democracy and to suppress dissent and linit free speech by legislating against anyone convicted more than once of the broad and ill-defined speech offence of ‘incitement’.

The toppling of the minority Barnier government yesterday in France after a mere 91 days in power – the shortest of the Fifth Republic – on a vote of no confidence sets worrying historical alarm bells ringing. Only once before in the history of the Fifth Republic has the government lost a censure motion. The last was 1962 when Georges Pompidou’s cabinet was voted out. President Charles de Gaulle then proceeded to reappoint him forthwith thumbing his nose at his political opponents. But back in 1962 France had a respected political leader and a majority in parliament. Today it has neither. Therein lies France’s tragedy.

This political crisis could not come at a worse time, with the French economy already in crisis and the nation close to civil unrest over L'Empereur Macron's failure to address an immigration crisis that has led to dystopian social breakdown in the cities there aren't even any straws for the drowning government to reach for.

Happening in sync with Germany's economic meltdown and the collapse of the globalist ruling coalition there it also plunges the EU into an existential crisis. With the UK gone, Netherlands seemingly on the way out and Italy as always teetering on the brink, this would leave only Poland and Spain to prop up twenty one economic basket cases.

There are moments in the history of all states when a political crisis becomes a crisis of regime. With the benefit of documentary hindsight historians can detect when the fatal moment occurred and, in the words of the celebrated English historian A J P Taylor, when also ‘the turning point failed to turn’. Contemporaries are denied that temporal advantage; we cannot predict the Fifth Republic’s fate.

The fundamental change of our time: left and right have lost all meaning. The new split is between the establishment and their populist opponents. That is why it is also completely nonsensical to speak of a centre. There is no centre like there is no centre in the question whether a woman is pregnant or not.

But what is this establishment that apparently is behind the erosion o democracy and individual liberty and the push towards an authoritarian global government?

It can be argued that the establishment is not so much a conscious and organised effort with clearly defined goals, but rather a sort of collective psycho-dynamic with several origins: marxists, corporatists via The Wor;d Economic Forum (WEF) , United Nations bureaucracies and probably a few others.

These found out that they have a lot in common and they can each achieve some of their central goals by cooperating. That translates into globalism.

Look into the 2030 agenda of the United Nations (sustainable development goals). It reads like a modern version of the ideology of Benito Mussolini: a class of leaders to decide for everybody what is best for them and the people outside that elite classhave no say in the decision making process and no right to dissent. That is why elected governments outsource all important political and societal decisions to international organizations and other unaccountable bureaucracies.

No matter what side you are on (traditional left or right or anything else), there is exactly one central question: do you believe in democracy?

Democracy means that the people have the last say in what policies are enacted and which ones are revoked. Any configuration that removes this choice from the voters, is not democratic. The establishment today is therefore undemocratic in nature, and the populists the establishment sneers at so much, are the ones who try to restore democracy.

The question no influential politician in the developed world is prepared to face is what happens if the vast majority don’t want a such a world, a globalists world, of centralisd power, artificial intelligence, total surveillance, social credit scores, digital ID, too few jobs for too many people, huge global companies, gay pride,  mass immigration…..’ ?

Have you forgotten why democracies have been so successful? And Free Speech, with a common understanding of what a civil society expects?

I remember when car workers downed tools for apparently little reason, in the 1960s, and later. The problem was that building cars ‘the old way’ wasn’t acceptable: it has been solved by having robots, with highly paid technicians building and maintaining them. But only with Flexibility and Free Speech can we adapt. And our current Socialist Establishment cannot cope with that. They live in a Static World, where only they can make changes, and where they can ignore any consequences.

And about ‘artificial intelligence’: it only artificial. It’s an imitation. It cannot explain, nor is it capable of abstract reasoning  so while it can help the establishment control information and will be a useful tool for the knowledgable, it's main function will be to mislead the ignorant andindifferent.

So where do we go from here? The same conditions apply in the UK and even more so in the EU (Brexit being an attempt to restore true democratic legitimacy). We look to the US to see what will happen over the next three or four years.

Protest Becomes Open Rebellion In Europe As Farmers Uprising Against 'Green' Policies Spreads To Other Industries.

As this blog has been reporting since the late summer of 2022, farmers across many european Union member states including France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Romania, have been gradually esclating a campaign of protest against the globalist policies beimg imposed by the EU and implemented by far left governments. The campaign started in Netherlands when the recently ousted government threatened compulsory puchase of farms that did not reduce nitrogen emissions by culling livestock. The Dutch farmers protests mainly took the form of obstructing major transport networks with tractors. 

Over the past eighteen months this campaign has become a widespread populist movement and is sweeping Europe at a time when over-regulation, high taxes, nonsensical 'net zero targets and the climate change agenda threaten the livelihoods and living standards not just of farmers but of working-class people in a wide range of industries. An even bigger worry for the now - panicking elites is that the transformation of a campaign by disgruntled farmers into a widespread non - violent (so far) comes several months before the campaigning for election to the European Parliament gets under way in in June. 

Some countries hit hardest so far by protests have been Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and France. Protests have already spread to Poland and Belgium and are expected to reach Spain and Portugal within the next few days. 

On Tuesday (30 January,), France's new prime minister, Gabriel Attal, promised farmers emergency funds and stricter trade controls on foreign products to guarantee fair competition but the farmers' union said it was to little too late and encouraged their members to continue the fight which the protestors appear to be doing with considerable enthusiasm. 

"I'm so proud of you," Serge Bousquet-Cassagne, head of Lot-et-Garonne department's farmer's association, told protesters in the south of Paris, adding

"You are fighting this battle because if we don't fight we die." 

Meanwhile, Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin told local TV station France 2 that police were preparing to defend strategic areas of larger cities. 

"They can't attack police, they can't enter Rungis, they can't enter the Paris airports or the center of Paris," said Darmanin, adding, "But let me tell you again that if they try, we will be there."

One gets the feeling that the minister may prove to be disastrously wrong. Will French troops fire on French citizens if ordered to do so or will they mutiny. This is how close EU member states have come to civil conflict because of the ruling elite's disregard for the welfare of the people and obsessive commitment to loonytoons ideologies like net zerom critical race theory and transgenderism.

Farmers throughout the world have been protesting the increasing regulations on agriculture. The media is barely covering the story, and when they do mention it, they say that the farmers are protesting due to Russia blocking supplies from Ukraine. This is simply untrue. The farmers are protesting against over-regulation, taxes, and the climate change agenda that is making it increasingly difficult for them to make a successful living.

EU farmers' complaints are very basic:

• Out-of-control energy prices (thank whoever blew up the Nord Stream).

• Disastours carbon-cutting targets.

• Overall inflation.

• Bureaucracy from radicals in Brussels.

• Ukrainian grain imports. 

The demonstrations, which could soon consume Europe, come ahead of the June European Parliament elections.

 The farmers are protesting against over-regulation, taxes, and the climate change agenda that is making it increasingly difficult for them to make a successful living.

The demonstrations, which could soon consume Europe, started off with some humour, such as French farmers in Toulouse dumping dung on the town hall steps, but as steadily edging closer to violence with lorries and cars being overturned and burned and reports that police in some places have opened fire with rubber bullets on protestors.. 

As well as rge big issues listed abover, small farmers are upset that billionaire psychopaths linked to the WEF elites, such as Bill Gates whose agenda is to control everything he does not actually own, are aiming to reset the global food supply chain, a move that could render small-scale farming obsolete in favour of global 'Big Ag' corportations. If We The People are stupid and cowardly enough to allow that to happen, the recent increases in living costs will soon seem like insignificant small change.

Globalists in Panic: ‘Wake-Up Call’ Analysis Details Potential Populist Sweep in ’24.

 

Right-wing nationalist and populist parties throughout Europe are predicted to make fresh gains in upcoming elections, with the authors of a new report for the European Council on Foreign Relations demanding fellow globalists heed their “wake-up call.”

The report, reviewed by The National Pulse, combined surveys across all 27 European Union (EU) member states with modeling based on the past performance of national parties. It found that nationalist and populist parties are on track to gain in nine EU countries: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, and Slovakia. The document also predicts a second- or third-place finish for populist and nationalist parties in another nine EU member states: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and Sweden.

Researchers urge governments to endorse a global moratorium on mRNA injections in a newly released science paper

In a paper published on Wednesday, researchers re-analysed the Pfizer covid “vaccine” phase 3 trial data and found more serious adverse events among those in the vaccine group.

This is not what published reports from Pfizer’s phase 3 trials said.  “Many key trial findings were either misreported or omitted entirely from published reports,” the researchers said.

Seven researchers – M. Nathaniel Mead, Stephanie Seneff, Russ Wolfinger, Jessica Rose, Kris Denhaerynck, Steve Kirsch and Peter A. McCullough – set out to re-analyse Pfizer’s trial data because:

• our understanding of covid vaccinations and their impact on health and mortality has evolved substantially since the first vaccine rollouts; and,
• problems with the methods, execution, and reporting of the pivotal phase 3 trials have emerged.

On Wednesday, they published their findings in a peer-reviewed paper titled ‘Covid-19 mRNA Vaccines: Lessons Learned from the Registrational Trials and Global Vaccination Campaign’. The paper was published in Cureus, a journal of medical science.

“Re-analysis of the Pfizer trial data identified statistically significant increases in serious adverse events (SAEs) in the vaccine group,” the researchers wrote.

The EU’s hate-speech bill is not simply about being tough on prejudice. But it is a crackdown on dissent and a restriction on democracy

Last Thursday, in a worrying development for freedom of speech in Europe, the European Parliament voted to add hate speech and hate crime to the list of ‘EU Crimes’.

EU Crimes, such as terrorism and human trafficking, are those considered “particularly serious” in the eyes of Brussels and that also have a “cross-border dimension”. For EU Crimes, Brussels can establish minimum criminal offences and sanctions which must apply across the bloc, suspending the usual EU principle of subsidiarity.

Given that EU-wide rules already criminalise hate speech committed on the basis of race, skin colour, religion, descent or national or ethnic origin, one could be forgiven for thinking an extension of the law would not be necessary.

But the EU is facing “new social dynamics”, says Renew rapporteur Maite Pagazaurtundúa, in which “hate” is allegedly being “normalised”, meaning a tougher legal framework is needed.

Another EU Member State's Globalist Government Collapses

 

The Boggart Bloggers have recently been happy to report the victory of Georgia Meloni's Brothers of Italy in thet country's election, the defeat of Sweden's ultra - left, anti - Swedish, Social Democrat led coalition by a centreist group which includes the Eurosceptic Sweden Democrats, the resurgence of Germany's AfD and France's Rassemblement National. It started to look as if the tide was turning against Globalism and EU Federalism.

But somehow, despite strong rumblings of discontent from the people, The Netherlands seemed immune to this trend. In spite of threats of a political upheaval, Prime Minister Mark Rutte somehow managed to stay in power election after election. Rutte, sometimes referred to as Teflon Mark, though eel slime would be a better description because while he has successfully smeared all opponents who threatened to upset the status quo, he himself has managed to wriggle and slither out of every scandal that has tainted member of his coalition. But the situation may be about to change.  

We are hearing and reading on the news feeds that the Dutch government fell on tonight (Friday July 7,) night amid deep divisions over plans to restrict the right of asylum seekers to bring their families to the Netherlands. Like many EU nations Netherlands is overrun with fake asylum seekers and refugees and the policy imposed by the 'woke' bureaucratic dictatorship in Brussels which forces member states to admit all comers.

Prime Minister Rutte, sensing a threat to his hold on power following the resounding success of the upstart BBB party earlier this year had called for a crackdown on family reunification but that had infuriated two of the four parties in the ruling coalition of conservatives and liberals.

Late night talks to salvage the government failed to resolve the impasse on Wednesday and Thursday after the plan was rejected by important members of Mr Rutte’s cabinet.

On Friday evening Rutte's supporters threw in the towel and admitted that the row had irrevocavly divided the government and the four parties of the ruling coalition could no longer work together. This means the Netherlands will have to hold a general election, probably sometime s in the Autumn.

Apart from the asylum seekers issue there are further deep divisions between the liberal D66 and centrist Christian Union, which oppose the crackdown and Mr Rutte’s VVD and the Christian Democrats.

Rutte exacerbated the split by allegedly “pissing off” his deputy Sigrid Kaag, the D66 leader, by trying to push through the plan in the face of liberal opposition in the coalition.

Asylum applications in the Netherlands jumped by a third last year to over 46,000, and are expected to increase to more than 70,000 this year - topping the previous high of 2015 in a densely populated country of about 18 million people. Few of these are genuine asylum seekers, fleeing political or religious persecution in their homeland, nor do they qualify as refugees as they are not from places affected by war, natural disaster or humanitarian crisis.

Mr Rutte wants to reduce the number of refugees arriving in Netherlands in order to head off the challenge from  nationalist parties such as the populist Farmers-Citizen Movement (BBB).

Though Rutte's VVD is the largest party in the Netherlands but recent polls predicted that if an election was called, it would tie with the Dutch farmers party. The BBB won a landslide victory in regional elections to become the largest party in all 12 Dutch provinces in a vote dominated by tractor protests against Mr Rutte’s plans for compulsory farm buyouts to meet EU climate targets. So strong are feelings among the left wing members of the coalition that the threat is unlikely to be enough to hold them together for another term in government.

Caroline van der Plas, the BBB leader, has called for a cap of between 50 to 100 asylum seekers per city council or regional authority, as she looked to consolidate her victory in a vote that became a referendum on almost 13 years in office of Teflon Mark Rutte. Ironically though his asylum seekers policy is undeniably populist it seems likely to backfire on him to the advantage of populist parties.

Should Rutte be defeated and his government replaced by a Eurosceptic coalition it will be a massive setback for the European Commission, the de facto government of the EU as The Netherlands has always been one of the strongest supporters of 'Ever Closer Integration', a euphemisim for the creation of a federal European Superstate.
