Posh Peoples Banker Humbled By Public Backlash To Authoritarian Debanking Policy

Much discussion in UK media and as far away as The USA and Australia this week has focued on the decision by Coutts (the posh people's bank,) to ‘de-bank’ former UKIP leader Nigel Farage, the political outsider who successfully steered the campaign to take Britain out of the EU to victory in a national referendum. According to Coutts initial responses to media attention the decision was taken  because of reputational concerns. 

Bizarrely, when Farage, now host of a popular radio talk show, took his story to the media Coutts told the BBC that the Farage account closure was due to financial requirements. This was probably was one of the worst corporate cock ups in recent history because it was so easily falsifiable, especially for a skilled operator like Farage whose track record shows he knows how to use the media. After after days of media fury about a corporate war on free speech, stirred up mostly by the former Ukip leader himself, and a genuine public outcry because in this era of automation, digitization and depersonalisation, banking is an essential service and if it can happen to Nigel Farage because his bank don't like some of his opinions, it can happen to any of us.

Coutts have now caved in following criticism from everybody from Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to Stan the bloke in the pub who has an opinion about everything, the bank and its parent company Nat West group have issued a grovelling apology to Farage for comments made about him during a meeting of the bank’s wealth reputational risk committee.

Alison Ross, the chief executive of NatWest  this afternoon released a lengthy apology for the ‘deeply inappropriate comments made in the now published papers. They 'do not reflect the views of the bank’, she said, adding ‘I believe very strongly that freedom of expression and access to banking are fundamental to our society and it is absolutely not our policy to exit a customer on the basis of legally held political and personal views.’ The bank has now offered ‘alternative banking arrangements’ at NatWest.

It was deeply disturbing that Nigel Farage was debanked by Coutts for his political and social attitudes but becomes truly sinister when we consider that apparently no other bank was prepared to offer him an account and they all marched in lockstep (goose step?) with Coutts.

If he could have easily moved to another bank it would have been shameful that Coutts, the bank that discriminates on the basis of wealth. also discriminates on the basis of politics, while being quite happy to offer services to some of the world's most brutal authoritarian tyrants, a number of very unsavoury east European oligarchs and authocratic leaders of Arab oil states in which the concept of human rights simply does not exist, but the fact that other banks took a similar stance becomes a matter of totalitarian oppression.

Because of the nature of their business banks should not be able to select their customers on the basis of political positions just as they cannot discriminate on grounds of race, religion, skin colour or sexual orientation. Coutts was wrong to kick NF out for the reasons set out in the report and the other banks should not have been able to so glibly refuse his custom without a sound reason for doing so

As mentioned above banking is an essential service in the modern and increasingly cashless world. To deny anyone access to banking facilities is tantamount to erasing their social existence, hamstringing their ability to earn a living or but essential goods and services and ultimately eliminating them from society. Withdrawing banking facilities in a way which would inhibit that person's ability to make alternative arrangements without acceptable reasons is an intolerable injustice. 

 This practice is akin to isolating someone, no matter how ill, from access to health services because his/her legitimately stated/held views do not confirm to the ‘diversity, inclusion and equality’ [DIE] narrative promoted by political, media and business establishment organisations. Such cancellation represents a gross violation of that person's inalienable rights to free speech and personal liberty the fundamental destruction of a basic human right to access an essential service without which normal existence is rendered impossible.

The most alarming thing of all is that leaders of powerful corporate organisations, not to mention public services managers, can so easily terminate individuals’ bank accounts (or access to services) with little or no accountability. 

We associate such tyranny with regimes Nazi Germany, communist Russia, modern China, North Korea or certain Middle Eastern theocracies. The large dossier compiled by Coutts on Nigel Farage without his knowledge is a most sinister development of a kind that we thought was confined to brutal totalitarian police states, not the so-called liberal democracies.

The pedestrianisation of Friedrichstrasse, part of Germany's push to achieve a net zero emissions economy (and a return to the lifestyle of medieval peasants to to mention that is 'verboten', led to a furious backlash from shop owners, who complained of a sharp drop in customers.

At last business owner Anja Schroder, whose wine shop and bar, Planet Wein, has traded in the street for 18 yearsfor 18 years, decided she’d had enough.

‘My trade dropped by 40 per cent because of the car ban,’ she claims. ‘We lost tourists, but also lots of Berliners who used to pop in after travelling by car from the suburbs. Some other shops, cafes and eateries have gone under.’

Determined not to follow them down the drain and to help prevent more of her neighbours going the same way, Anja launched a campaign to bring back the cars and the crowds, using legal argument and public pressure she, and her supporters took on the city authority, federal government and Germany's powerful and increasinglyu authoritarian Green Blob and earlier this month achieved victory as the Berlin authorities surrendered to muktipolar pressure.

Simultaneously support for hard-Right parties has surged as the green idiocies of the government have sent the cost of living soaring and created shortages of energy, food and basic household essentials and sharply impacted the living standards of German people, which is ringing alarm bells.

Once the economic powerhouse of Europe, Germndany is now officially in recession, a not only struggling with uncontrolled immigration and high inflation, but the need to keep in step with the European Union’s demands that each of its 27 member states achieve ‘Net Zero’ by 2050 as its switch to an energy policy dependent entirely on unreliable, intermittent sources such as wind and solar has failed dismally, while the premature closure of nuclear generating plants exacerbated the situation and led to a desperate rush to recommission the few remaining coal fired power stations.

 In spite of all this the ideologically driven headlong rush to ruin goes on, the sale of new cars with combustion engines will be banned in Germany by 2035 unless the vehicles are designed to run on e-fuels rather than petrol or diesel.

And purchases of new domestic gas and oil boilers are scheduled to be outlawed from the end of next year. Homeowners have been told to replace them with heat pumps (which are not suitable as a main heating source in northern climes,) at a cost of thousands of euros per household.

Many ordinary families fear that finding the money to comply with the government’s green diktats will leave them impoverished. One opinion poll found that no less than 80 per cent of Germans disagree with the impending bans.

At the same time, 9 per cent of small and medium-sized industrial companies are considering moving their operations abroad, aware that Germany's supine adoption of the EU's extremist environmental agenda who make it impossible to trade profitably in Germany.

‘There is a real danger of the de-industrialisation of Germany,’ says political scientist Alexander Rahr.

In effect, middle-class Germans are looking at a future without a car, a nice house and two weeks’ holiday a year — staples of their lives for decades. And the result of this turmoil is that citizens are rebelling at the ballot box.

German MP Vows To End WHO / Billionaire Psycopaths Influence On Government Policy

 

 German Member of the European Parliament (MEP) Christine Anderson last week delivered a speech to the  Citizens Initiative in which she excoriated the World Health Organization, calling it a group of "globalitarian misanthropists" who she - and a group of seven other MPs, have vowed to dismantle in order to oppose the WHO supplanting democratically elected governments.

“We are here today to tell you WHO globalitarian misanthropists. We are here today to tell you — you picked this fight! You wanted this fight. Well, guess what? You’ve got it. Let’s fight,” Anderson told the audience, directing her remarks at the World Health Organisation (WHO).

She continued: "It is you [WHO] that is the small fringe minority,” she continued. “You are the ones who do not have the right to dictate to the people what they want and what they don’t want. An unelected body like the WHO is controlled and run by multi-billionaires should never be allowed to act in place of a democratically elected government." 

“So take it from me ... take it from the millions and millions of people around the world. We will bring you down, and we will not tire until we have done just that. So brace yourselves. We are here, and the fight is on. So let’s have the fight.”

"An unelected body like The  WHO is controlled and run by multi-billionaires should never be allowed to act in place of a democratically elected government," she said, failing to add that the WHO General Secretary is an Eritrean former terrorist who has done jail time for corruption.

Supported by seven other MEPs Anderson has taken on the task of reminding national leaders and ruling parties or coalitions that in democracies it is government of the people, by the people, for the people, and any government of anywhere in the world who disregards this fundamental principle of democracy by supporting the unprecedented power grab by WHO , the Global Pandemic Preparedness Treaty is an anti-democratic coup demonstrating nothing but his utter contempt for the people. The treaty, which globalist elites in all the world's wealthiest nations are falling over themselves to sign, would give the unelected bureaucrats of the WHO, if and when (probably when rather than if,) they decide to launch another hoax pandemic, the power to override national laws made by our elected representatives and impose laws desired by the billionaire psychopaths who fund the WHO.

Anderson threatened that she  and her seven colleagues will expose anyone, whether it’s a member of a government in a member state or a government around the world or a member of parliament in the European member states or parliaments around the world who does not respect democracy and the sovereignty of the nation state.

With elections coming up in Spain and Netherlands and Eurosceptic, anti - globalist parties having already triumphed in Italy, Sweden, Poland, Greece, Finland and on the rise in Germany, France, and all over Europe, Christine Anderson warned: "So we are here today to tell you WHO globalitarian misanthropists. They hold us in utter contempt, and won't stop what they are doing under any circumstances, read this "reply" to the petition "Launch a Public Inquiry into excess mortality in England and Wales" to understand why we must resist now:

 "The Government has no plans for a further public inquiry. It is taking steps to reduce excess deaths. There is no evidence linking excess deaths to the COVID-19 vaccine. The ONS published analysis in February 2023 that showed that the COVID-19 mortality rate has been consistently lower since the COVID-19 vaccine booster introduction in September 2021 for people who have had at least a third dose or booster, compared with unvaccinated people and those with just a first or second dose. 

When looking at deaths from other causes, mortality rates are broadly consistent between those who have received at least a third dose or booster and those who have not received any. The observed excess deaths are likely caused by a range of factors, but COVID-19 vaccination is not one of them.

Safe and effective vaccines have underpinned our strategy for living with COVID-19 and have saved tens of thousands of lives, whilst also significantly reducing the pressure on the NHS. Each candidate COVID-19 vaccine is assessed by teams of scientists and clinicians on a case-by-case basis and is only authorised once it has met robust standards of effectiveness, safety and quality set by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

The MHRA has also implemented a proactive vaccine safety surveillance strategy for monitoring the continued safety of all UK-approved COVID-19 vaccines. Antivirals and other treatments provide a necessary additional defence by protecting patients who become infected with COVID-19, particularly those for whom the vaccine may be less effective such as the immunosuppressed.

We are preparing for variants of COVID-19 and seasonal flu infections with an integrated COVID-19 booster and flu vaccination programme, minimising hospital admissions from both viruses. We have also launched a COVID-19 Inquiry to examine the UK’s preparedness and response to the pandemic and learn lessons for the future. Throughout the pandemic the Government acted to save lives and livelihoods, prevent the NHS being overwhelmed and deliver a world-leading vaccine rollout, which protected millions of lives across the nation.

The Department is committed to supporting this Inquiry. The Inquiry also plans to add a Module on Vaccines and Therapeutics (Module 4). In addition to work to reduce deaths from COVID-19, we are also taking steps to reduce deaths from other diseases such as cardiovascular disease (CVD).

Recent data shows that more people are now receiving an NHS Health Check, a core part of our CVD prevention pathway, than before the pandemic. However, we want to go even further by creating a national digital check. The Department of continues to work with partners to consider what more can be done to improve the prevention, detection, diagnosis and management of CVD and we will set out our plan in the Major Conditions Strategy." 

 It has always been understood that "petitions" are at best a waste of time however, thanks to our outadted and undemocratic electoral system 'We The People' really have no other way of letting our elected representatives know how dissatisfied we are with certain policies and actions. 

The response to calls from the public for an inquiry into the excess deaths in England and Wales since mRNA vaccines were rolled out in response to the so - called pandemic of Covid19 is wrong in so many ways it is difficult to accept that any sentient being could believe it. Not only do the Snivel Servants who write such steaming piles of utter bullshit obviously hold the public in utter contempt think we are stupid, they have long stopped even pretending  they have any respect for public opinion.

Not only is it now known that the vaccines bought at great expense by governments from the corrupt and criminal Big Pharma cartel were never going to make anybody immune to the disease that killed few people and made millions no more ill than a common cold or a minor stomach upset, it is now clear that the predicted long term ill effects from the untested, experimental gene therapy have been responsible for many deaths and life changing illnesses.

This is a very revealing piece of news for British readers because while the narrative has collapsed in USA, UK mainstream media are still loyally pushing the message that we will all die unless we get vaccinated with multiple shots of toxic shite that does not give the recipient immunity. Clearly this is not true because ONS figures show that currently more vaccinated than unvaccinated people are dying from or being hospitalised with COVID.

“Fully 7 in 10 Americans (70%) agree with the sentiment that “it’s time we accept that Covid is here to stay and we just need to get on with our lives” – including 78% of those who report having gotten Covid and 65% of those who say they have not been infected,” according to Monmouth. The main difference in sentiment is predictably seen in political affiliation, with 89% of Republicans wanting to move on, along with 71% of independents but only 47% of Democrats.

The poll numbers will make problematic reading for those who have turned taking multiple vaccines and vehemently supporting lockdown mandates and mask rules into a high status symbol religion. However, they may find some succor in the number of Americans who think the pandemic will be under control by the end of the year, which is only 34%, while 28% think a return to normal life will never happen.

UK Conservative Member of Parliament Andrew Bridgen, who has made highly public, 'off message' criticisms of the media silence about the harms causede by COVID 19 mRNA vaccines, has now urged the government and British National Health Service to discontinue use of the vaccines as they clearly do not either prevent infection or alleviate symptoms but have so far been linked to far more cases of serious adverse reactions that all other vaccines introduced over the past thirty years.

That figure has risen from 22% in September and just 6% a year ago who thought normalcy would never resume.

Part of the desire to see the back of the pandemic and for everyone to move on could be linked to the media’s relentless coverage of the issue.

A survey conducted last month by NewsNation/Decision Desk HQ found that just 10 per cent of Americans trust the media when it comes to information about COVID-19.
