Tens of thousands of citizens across Japan took to the streets today in a series of rallies protesting at their governments intention to sign up to the World Health Organisation's (WHO) pandemic treaty. Democratically elected governments are aligning themselves behind this authoritarian and dictatorial power grab by unelected bureaucrats, and escalating concerns over “infectious disease” and “public health” with scaremongering propaganda about future pandemics of diseases that have not yet been created in the bioweapons laboratories of rogue states. Fear and panic thus created are becoming potent tools for an unprecedented push, using health scares and threats of social exclusion fron non compliance, to drive us towards what is perceived by many as a totalitarian surveillance society. Massive Rallies Break Out in Japan Against WHO’s Pandemic Treaty. – ‘Don’t Underestimate the Japanese’

From the bustling streets of Ikebukuro to the gatherings at Higashi-Ikebukuro Central Park, the sheer scale of participation speaks volumes. Organizers aimed for a monumental turnout of 100,000 protesters to demand answers on crucial issues, such as the stark increase in excess deaths and the lack of transparency on the adverse effects following vaccinations.

The protest not just opposed potential mandatory vaccinations but also the perceived overreach of health authorities and their ties with global pharma, echoing a distressing sentiment of disenfranchisement among the populace. Demonstrators criticized the lack of explanations for a sharp increase in excess deaths and demanded accountability and clarity on vaccine-related casualties.

Eminent speakers, including Professor Masayasu Inoue and modern history researcher Chikatsu Hayashi, provided compelling pre-demonstration speeches that laid bare the concerning dynamics between global health authorities and pharmaceutical agendas. Professor Inoue highlighted the concerning trend of our health being weaponized in what he termed as “a third world war fought with information.” He urged the public to resist introducing genetic vaccines into their bodies, implicating a significant portion of WHO’s funding comes from pharmaceutical giants and private interests like the Bill Gates Foundation. This follows Japan’s Message to the world delivered by Prof Inoue a few days ago.

Modern history researcher Prof Chikatsu Hayashi’s address was a rallying cry to resist the encroaching shadows of global totalitarianism, symbolically referring to the proactive stance against it as “stopping the third atomic bomb with our hands.” His poignant discourse highlighted a national movement poised against not only the Pandemic Treaty but also the underlying structures threatening Japan’s sovereignty and the well-being of its citizens.

So, what is the Treaty about, and should we be concerned?

The WHO wants member states to negotiate a new international instrument to advance collective action for pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.

In March 2021, world leaders, including Boris Johnson, announced the need for a treaty to enhance international pandemic cooperation. In October, a WHO working group published a ‘zero draft’ report for consideration by the World Health Assembly (WHA), the WHO’s decision-making body. As a result, the WHA convened a second special session in December, where it established an Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) to draft and negotiate the instrument with a view to its adoption under Article 19 of the WHO Constitution. Article 19 of the WHO’S Constitution gives the WHA the authority to adopt conventions or agreements on any matter within WHO’s competence. 

Does the U.K. support the treaty? Well, in May 2022, the Government responded to the petition, stating it supported “a new legally-binding instrument.” 

Government support that is pledged despite not knowing the substance of what is being proposed: the Government supports a new treaty “as part of a cooperative and comprehensive approach to pandemic prevention, preparedness and response”. 

We do know a little more now however and to put the scope of the treaty bluntly and in the briefest possible way, those nations which support it have agreed to accept the authority of the WHO on matters of health, and the WHO alone will have the power to declare a pandemic. Once the pandemic is declared the powers of the WHO will supersede those of elected governments and the unelected bureaucrats will be able to dictate laws and prohibitions, order lockdowns and make vaccination or other forms of mass medication mandatory. 

And these, as you may remember, are the people who gave us the COVID 19 hoax pandemic and tried to bully and coerce us into accepting injections of a toxic substance presented as a vaccine (though it never worked as such,) as well as lockdowns and social distancing.

It strikes we Boggart Bloggers as bizarre that governments of democratic nations are even discussing this, and yet in the face of massive public resistance a majority of our elected representatives are totally behind it and so show they are firmly in the grip of the Big Pharma cartel and certain billionaire psychopaths who funded the killer shot that did not immunise anybody against COVID 19 and now is allegedly behind a spike in cancer and cardiovascular deaths among people under fitfy years of age.

The loss of sovereignty through this treaty, , if it is universally accepted, is likely to be bigger, more arbitrary and more dictatorial than that of German parliamentarians to the Nazis through their passing of the enabling act of 1933. It is nothing short of a complete abandonment of the concept of human rights and the withdrawal by government of all individual freedoms.

So yes, we should be just a little bit concerned.

Japanese researchers develop a prototype humandroid to replace human labourers

There's no doubt about it, scientidts are a creepy - weird, dangerously obsessive bunch of wankers. They are so disgusted by their own humanity (well it just isn't scientific enough for them,) they would rather be machines than people. But to stop them feeling like emotionally crippled losers because of their machine - like behaviour, they want to replace all the rest of us with machines. Now I can understand why scientists want to develop sex robots although I think it's well out of order when they start saying in future we will all have sex robots as our lovers. Just because scientists find it easier to have a meaningful relationship with a wank machine does not mean we all will.

A policy of strictly controlloing immigration, astronomical housing costs and high taxation, high presure education and social conditioning to seek status and success in Japan have led to a disastrously low birth rate and labour shortages in some vital areas. These have forced businesses, government and private individuals to resort to using robots for its labor needs. An article on Geek.com reports that researchers are developing a humanoid robot that will replace human workers in the construction industry.

Created by the Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), the HRP-5P construction robot is six feet tall and vaguely resembles one of those tin cans with smiley faces that appeared in 1950s sci-fi movies, the ones that always rebel and try to murder their human masters.

As the name implies, HRP-5P is the fifth model of an increasingly long line of androids. The harbinger of the future robot economy of Japan was HRP-1, which first debuted in 1998.

While HRP-5P is the latest and most advanced unit, the earlier incarnations are still being used. The older HRP-2 Reinforcement was upgraded before serving as the AIST representative at the 2015 DARPA Robotics challenge, an international competition where autonomous robots sought to accomplish various tasks such as driving cars.

AIST has spent 20 years working on developing robots capabilities to a level which enables them to accomplish a wide variety of tasks with minimal human control. Some of the HRP series’ most significant achievements involve crossing rough terrain and adjusting valves with precision.

However, while the humanoid robots could pull off delicate tasks with ease, they did not possess the physical capability of human workers when it came to heavy duty work. The earlier models were unable to replicate truly human movement in complex environments such as construction sites.

The new model does not initially look impressive. It moves and works quite slowly, especially when compared to a human. However, its artificial intelligence is analytical and rigorous. This electronic brain allows it to take full advantage of its extremely flexible joints, which can match or exceed the movement range of a human.

It is also immune to the physical exhaustion and emotional problems that plague human workers. So it will be able to work all day and all night, long after the humans have headed home to sleep.

But what happens when the batteries run low and there is no human around to plug in its charger?

Here’s what the media isn’t telling you about North Korea’s recent missile tests.

Last Monday, the North Korean government fired a Hwasong-12 ballistic missile over Hokkaido Island, Japan. The missile overflew the island and landed harmlessly in the Pacific Ocean. Mainstreammedia in the U.S. and Europe immediately went into a frenzy, competing for who could be most outraged at Fat Boy Kim'slatest provocative act that showed the North’s defiance of UN resolutions and contempt for its neighbors and for the cause of peace. President Trump, now totally under the control of the Deep State sharply criticized the missile test, reading a prepared statement that stated: "Threatening and destabilizing actions only increase the North Korean regime’s isolation in the region and among all nations of the world. All options are on the table."

What the media failed to mention is that, for several weeks, Japan, South Korea and the US have been carrying out large-scale joint-military exercises on Hokkaido Island and in South Korea, close to the North Korean border. These needlessly provocative exercises simulate an invasion of North Korea and a "decapitation operation to remove the regime. (Regime change? It's deja vu allover again as the saying goes.)North Korea’s government has repeatedly asked the US to end these military exercises, but the US has stubbornly refused. The US reserves the right to threaten anyone, anytime and anywhere even right on their doorstep. It’s what the cocksucker president Barack Hussein Obama believed makes the US exceptional and "the only indispensable nation".

Fox News reported the joint exercises thus:

“More than 3,500 American and Japanese troops kicked off a weeks-long joint military exercise Thursday against the backdrop of an increasingly belligerent North Korean regime. The exercise, known as Northern Viper 17, will take place on Hokkaido — Japan’s northern-most main island — and will last until Aug. 28….

"We are improving our readiness not only in the air, but as a logistical support team,” Col. R. Scott Jobe, the 35th Fighter Wing commander, said in a statement. “We are in a prime location for contingency purposes and this exercise will only build upon our readiness in the case a real-world scenario occurs." (US, Japanese troops begin joint military exercise amid North Korea threat”, Fox News)

Monday’s missile launch took place just after the war games ended. The message was clear: North Korea is not going to be humiliated and bullied without responding. Rather than show weakness, the North demonstrated that it was prepared to defend itself against foreign aggression. In other words, the test was NOT a "provocative act" but a reasonable response tocontinuous provocation by a country that has experienced 64 years of relentless hectoring, threats, sanctions, demonization and saber rattling from Washington. The North responded because the Washington’s incitements required a response. End of story.

And the same is true of the three short-range ballistic missiles the North tested last week. These tests were in response to the 3 week-long joint-military exercises as close to North Korea's border as it is possible to be without actually crossing it. The exercises in South Korea involved 75,000 combat troops accompanied by hundreds of tanks, armored vehicles, landing craft, heavy artillery, a full naval flotilla and flyovers by squadrons of state of the art fighters and strategic bombers. Was the North supposed to sit on its hands while this menacing display of brute military force took place right under its nose???

Of course not. Imagine if Russia engaged in a similar operation over the border in Mexico while the Russian fleet conducted "live fire" drills three miles outside of San Francisco Bay. Or if China started to protect its geopolitical interests by closing the South China Sea to hostile naval ships. What do you think Washington’s reaction would be? Yes, it would involve a lot of big explosions,and rightly so. So why the double standard when it comes to North Korea? Sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.

North Korea should be applauded for showing that it won’t be intimidated by the schoolyard bully. Western media keeps saying that Pyong Yang knows any confrontation with the US must end badly for the The People's Republic. But hold on, China has said it will not allow U.S. or South Korean troops to enter North Korea, and Vladimir Putin has weighed in, warning that Russia may - and most likely will - use its Security Council veto to stop any further sanctions against the North Korean regime from being implemented.

Putin, who is in China for a meeting of leaders from the BRICS countries, said that sanctions at this point would be "counter-productive" and that US threats of military action could trigger "a global catastrophe and a huge loss of human life," according to Reuters. Some US diplomats have quietly agreed with the Russian leader, noting that if the barrage of already imposed sanctions on Pyongyang hasn't changed the country's behavior, then any incremental actions would likely have no impact either. And before the US acts militarily it will have to follow its usual course of putting together a "coalition of the willing" to legitimize its belligerence

US Policy Of Containing China in South China Sea Will Destabilise The Region

The Asia-Pacific region is in danger of being destabilised by the growing rivalry between China and the United States as we reported yesterday.

At the opening ceremony of the China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue in Beijing, Chinese President Xi Jinping said that as long as both the parties resolve differences on the basis of mutual respect and equality, relations between China and the United States can avoid serious complications. It was a typically Chiese veiled warning to the US to stop provoking China.

The president pointed out that major powers having some differences with each other is normal, but at the Asian security summit taking place concurrently in Singapore, US Defense Minister, Ashton Carter, accused China of “expansive and unprecedented action” in the South China Sea.

According to Carter, China’s steps to create artificial areas in some parts of the South China Sea threaten security in the Asia-Pacific region. While US Secretary of Defense acknowledged that other states also engage in such action, however, according to Carter, “Beijing is destabilizing the situation.”

The interaction of two factors, “competition” and “cooperation” in relations between Beijing and Washington is increasing tensions throughout the region.

Sino-US relations are subject to rapidly changing and difficult to predict dynamics of international relations in the region as a whole. The United States is clearly trying to manipulate the situation in the South China Sea region to contain China by strengthening old ties and trying to create new military alliances (and recolonising Philippines according to some regional pundits.)

US attempts to shift regional burden on its allies can only achieve limited results. In terms of military capacity the abilities of Japan, Thailand and other states not allied to Beijing are weak. South Korea spends more on the policy of maneuvering between US and China than it does on defence.

A containment policy to neutralise the threat from China in the foreseeable future will become more of a burden for the United States, given that the Americans have not managed to reduce their involvement in regional security in other regions of the world. In the meantime China, Russia and Iran are operating an economic strategy that is undermining the status of the US dollar as global reserve currency.

In the next few years, the US may be faced with having to make a difficult choice; deciding on whether their presence in the middle east or south east Asia is more advantageous to them.

World’s largest supercomputers took 40 minutes to calculate 1 second worth of human brain activity

How many times have we told you to ignore all that blether from scientists about how they are building computers capable of thinking like humans? They might be able to build computers that think like scientists, but do we really need autistic computers?

The most powerful computers in the world are a long way away from being able to match the processing ability of a human brain however. And then there's the stuff like consciousness, intuition, empathy, compassion etc. which we don't even understand yet and so are not able to programme computers to emulate.

The most accurate simulation of the human brain to date has been carried out in a Japanese supercomputer, with a single second’s worth of activity from just one per cent of the complex organ taking one of the world’s most powerful supercomputers 40 minutes to calculate.

Researchers used the K computer in Japan, currently the fourth most powerful in the world, to simulate human brain activity. The computer has 705,024 processor cores and 1.4 million GB of RAM, but still took 40 minutes to crunch the data for just one second of brain activity.

The project, a joint enterprise between Japanese research group RIKEN, the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University and Forschungszentrum Jülich, an interdisciplinary research center based in Germany, was the largest neuronal network simulation to date.

It used the open-source Neural Simulation Technology (NEST) tool to replicate a network consisting of 1.73 billion nerve cells connected by 10.4 trillion synapses.
