Andrew Orlowski has written an excellent piece in the Telegraph lambasting the Net Zero ideologues running the UK, who have foisted on a public unable to opt out, a mass of unrealistic, contradictory policies around the transition to 'clean, renewable energy and 'Net Zero' CO2 emissions, that will destroy European economies while reducing emissions locally by moving dirty industry to China, India, South East Asia and Africa. Here’s an excerpt.

Take climate change targets. How good it must have felt for politicians to set those lofty goals, knowing that someone else must deal with the cost and the implementation of industrial policy that exports industry and jobs to the global south and imports low skilled,uneducated peope as has happened in Germany? But now the bills are now arriving, and they’re bringing a world of hurt.

To sum up: Western policy elites have embarked on the electrification of society, replacing hydrocarbons in housing and transport, but without the technology to replace it well.

The laptop elites of Davos who back this transition are not technologically savvy people – they’re fundamentally frivolous people, anecdotalists who yawned their way through their science GCSEs. A squiggle on the back of an envelope will impress them.

They must be astonished how easy the “energy transition” project has been so far, with Maoist cadres of activist investors ensuring the most valuable stuff our economy depends on is left in the ground.

Electrification is a profound change, however, and in practice, means two things. The public is being required to surrender a superior product for an inferior one. And secondly, the infrastructure to transition to these inferior products cheaply and reliably does not exist.

To make an additional rod for our backs, Governments have decreed that a proportion of the replacement energy for hydrocarbons must come from methods that we wisely abandoned in the Middle Ages: the sun and the wind.

Even if we could acquire superior equivalents to a combination gas boiler or a 38-tonne diesel truck, in reality they’d go unused. The capacity required to generate the required level of supply, even expensively, will be absent for a very long time.

So it’s fairly safe to predict that Net Zero will fail – those targets will be missed. But for now, the policy throws up massive contradictions, while resolving them is nobody’s department.

For example, ministers say we need a multiple of the electricity generation capacity we have today. The National Grid says we’ll all have to get by with a lot less. In fact, so many contradictory measures have been passed, that “it is now beyond any minister or civil servant to name them all, let alone understand how they interact with each other,” Professor Dieter Helm warns in his latest bulletin on the U.K. energy industry, published this month.

“The resulting complexity is the prime route to enabling lobbying by vested interests, and the consequent capture of each of the technology-specific interventions,” Helm adds.

One needs only look at the electricity generation statistics published 24 hours a day, every day on Gridwatch.co.uk to understand that we are saved from power cuts almost every day by burning natural gas and importing electricity via undersea cabled from France, Netherlands, Belgium and Norway. Similarly our transport systems are utterly dependent upon oil. Our society without these fuels is about as likely as a hospital without drugs and medicines.

The application of Net Zero Targets, just like Trans Ideology it's not based on a shred of fact , but these pseudo - scientific   quasi - religions are readily swallowed up by all our institutions, politicians and big business due to the influence of political, financial, and academic elites and globalist groups like tThe World Economic Forum (WEF), The Bilderberg Group and the semi official World Health Organisation (WHO) which seems to be leading the push to create an unelected, authoritarian global government. The playbook comes straight out of the philosophy of Cultural Marxism, a world domination plan crated by The Frankfurt School in he 1920s. It will fail spectacularly of course, but not before it has wreaked political havoc, trashed national economies, and destroyed the lives of millions. The term 'bunch of little Hitlers' is accurate and not applied to politicians often enough. 

It's mostly young people that believe in global warming with utter certainty. And they've been indoctrinated with this propaganda in school since they were very young. They were taught this before they had developed any critical thinking skills so questioning the nonsense was impossible for them. So almost all of them believe it, impending climate catastrophe due to use of 'fossil fuels' is one of the dogmas on which their lives are founded.

And you are not going to be able to change those beliefs in spite of the fact that the science is NOT settled and if we did deeply enough we will always find links between promoters of the climate change scare and people or organisations who stand to gain either financially or politically by appearing to support this narrative instead of challenging it..

This blog has for the eighteen years of its existence doubted the global warming narrative and all the scaremongering propaganda warning of an immediate looming climatic catastrophe and have on numerous occasions reported on publication by independent researchers of data proving the threat of climate disaster is vastly overstated and the effect of CO2 on climate is minim, we have to take the climate change lobby and extremist groups like Just Stop Oil and the Exstinktion Rebellion crusties seriously. There are three reasons for that: 

First the great majority of the people believe there is a problem. And that makes it a real issue, even if it there is no verifiable scientific evidence supporting the case of the alarmists.. 

Second, looking at things from an objective scientific perspective, there is a good chance there really is a problem. I have lots of criticism for the pseudoscientific way in which the universities think about these things, but that does not prove there isn't a problem, we Boggart Bloggers do not believe it is Carbon Dioxide or even man made, but there has to be free and open debate, with the views of groups outside the academic community allowed to be heard in order to understand the nature and causes of environmental challenges.

And third, fossils fuel resources are being depleted faster than the earth produces them, so this is a problem that has to be solved anyway.

Forget The Partygate Distraction, People Still Have To Be Called To Account For Lockdowns

It is quite obvious that the pandemic and its aftermath will be with us for years but after all the angst ridden coverage of the 'Partygate' scandal and the hounding of Boris Johnson when he was not the only one who ate cake while the rest of us languished in isolation (well some fools did, although nobody I knew took the unconstitutional, human rights abusing restrictions very seriously, it seems the media are focused on the wrong things. Too many in the establishment and beyond are still obsessed with rule breaking rather than questioning whether the rules were proportionate or effective. They’re still obsessed with retrospectively policing the lockdowns rather than asking whether the lockdowns were right or wrong, when it is now beyond reasonable doubt that the illiegal lockdowns and other restrictions imposed from 2020 to 2022 did more harm than good.

Of course, public anger at Tory ministers and staffers flouting rules their own government imposed on the rest of us is understandable. The double standards are off the charts. But while such anger is justified, is it being directed at the right targets?

On 23 March 2020, Boris Johnson gave a wartime-style address, insisting that we must stay at home and that the police would have powers to enforce the rules. Nobody was in any doubt that we were not supposed to go to parties during the first lockdown, the second lockdown, or the periods of tiered restrictions. The the thick, fascistic plod were certainly not in any doubt, as the 120,000 Covid fixed-penalty notices dished out to lockdown breakers surely attests. And who can forget the gleeful enthusiasm shown by plod when enforcing those restrictions on middle aged dog walkers, old ladies, young children playing in the street and people enjoying a barbecue with neighbours in their own gardens, when if violent crime is being committed against innocent members of the public by vicious criminals armed with guns, knives or baseball bats with nails through the end, the aforementioned plod are nowhere to be seen. In fact if you are a victim of crime the best response you can hope for is the Police Community Support Officer Plod will turn up a week later and offer you some leaflets on victim support counselling.

And yet people in government and opposition parties, snivel servants and academics who are paid the provide technical advice ignored the very same rules they demanded that the rest of us follow. Downing Street staff regularly held boozy parties featuring some really inept, booze fuelled dancing. Scientific advisers took advantage of the low traffic volumes to gallivant around the country seeing friends and relatives, and the man whose phoney alarmism, based on some very dodgy mathematical models of a pandemic, Professor Neil Ferguson, travelled across London for illicit nookie with his best friend's wife.

So it’s understandable that people want retribution, that they want to punish the hypocrites in power. But the anger is misdirected. We should be targeting it at the harsh, inhuman rules, not their violators. We should be angry at the punishment meted out to two students, who were fined £10,000 each for organising a snowball fight in Leeds in January 2021. We should be angry at the punishments visited on neighbours for having a cup of tea together, on friends for going for walks, and on pensioners for chatting on benches.

Looking back over posts by myself and my fellow Boggart Bloggers HERE, HERE, and HERE over the course of the lockdowns and related human rights abuses (going from March 2020 up to March 2022), perhaps fittingly ending with the revelation that from January 2020 to June 2021, Sweden, a countery that shunned lockdowns and merely asked people to be sensible, had the lowest average mortality in Europe.

I would further suggest that much of what we need to know about the lockdowns is covered in the articles and comments of alt_media while being ignored by mainstream news and analysis sites which, instead of doing the work ewe expect of them, were happy to simply regurgitate the scaremongering propaganda pumped out by governments and public health regulators.

Almost every powerful institution and individual in the Anglosphere and western Europe was behind the Covid scam. The idea that most of the protagonists are still in positions of power and influence rather than facing jail time should disgust any right thinking person.. In any case, Covid wasn’t some aberration preceded and followed by sanity, it was simply the logical progression of a drift to globalised authoritarianism that started a fair while ago and continues. Sheeple populace placated with beer and circuses, believing whatever the technocrats tell them, and wicked people exploiting this for their own selfish ends.

The biggest victims of lockdowns were children, a group that was hardly affected by COVID, which was truly a disease of the old and sick. Never forget that the National Union of Teachers accused Boris Johnson and his government of murdering teachers by asking them to teach children face to face.

They, as much as the scaremongers in parliament and the medical professions are responsible for the ongoing mental health problems, learning difficulties and behavioural issues their members are now complaining about.

I am a grandparent, and watched both my grandchildren become isolated from friends, bored, alienated, and resentful his .Their livers werre cancelled over a pimped up common cold infection.

  Many parents and grandparents had to look on , powerless, as children went into their shells, were forced to work from kitchen tables alongside working parents, were terrified their parents and grandparents might die (incidentally still an issue because of "climate' change), and who have never returned with the same mindset.

Children's charities were inundated with requests to support families with young children unsocialised, fearful, lacking confidence, and from stressed out parents trying to work from home, home - school the kids and hold on to some semblance of normality.

What gets me is all the "late converts" who at the time when resistance was most needed, dutifully stood outside and clapped (the only clap I'd like to give the NHS is the infxtious kind,) sported face nappies every time they entered a supermarket and risked the clot shot itself just because the saline-vaxxed Royal Family told them "not to think of oneself," or think FOR oneself because it was known before the vaccines were released on the public that they would not bestow immunity or prevent transmission.

 Many people I know, friends, family members, blog community contacts, had rumbled this hoax  before we entered lockdowns with all the ongoing damage that has and will in the future, ensue. Almost all of us have ancestors or members of their familues who died in the great wars of the 20th century, defending Western freedoms which have now basically gone for good,

Putin About To Be Overthrown - Sorry False Alarm, The Second Russian Revolution Has Been Cancelled

 The story was all over mainstream media here in UK this morning; the Wagner group mercenaries, the private army that defeated the forces of His Excellency, Genealissimo Vobblyvoddymyr Bellendskyyy, President for life of The Whole World at the siege of Bakhmut had rebelled against the Putin regime in Russia and was leading his troops at they marched towards Moscow. Fully paid up members of the Bellendskyyyyy fan club were creaming themselves in comment threads under the articles. 

They who have been predicting the downfall and assassination of Putin throughout the war congratulated themselves on their prescience, they had been right all along, it just took a little longer that expected for this development to come about. But now, they raved, Russia would disintegrate, His Excellency,  The Emperor, Field Marshal, Sir Vobblyvoddymyr Bellendskyyyyy could now lead hid triumphant cohorts into Russia and within days would be in Murmansk and Vladivostock.

Unfortunately that scenario did not quite play out. We will probably never know whether the mutiny / rebellion was genuine or a stunt to distract from something else but by early evening the rebels had surrendered, it was all over and Putin was still in power.

The Wagner Group private military company (PMC) is returning to its “field camps,” its leader Evgeny Prigozhin announced late on Friday. His units staged the mutiny overnight, seizing control of multiple military and administrative sites in the southern city of Rostov-on-Don, as well as launching an advance towards Moscow, apparently in protest against the incompetence shown by Russian military and defence industry leaders responsible for mismanaging the supply line for getting ammunition to the front line..

The insurrection had reached the brink of major bloodshed, Prigozhin said, announcing that Wagner’s advancing columns will return to their camps “according to plan.”

“They wanted to disband PMC Wagner. On June 23, we went on a March of Justice in a day. We advanced on Moscow just 200km short, and during this time we did not shed a single drop of the blood of our fighters,” he claimed.

During the mutiny, however, the private military outfit reportedly downed multiple aircraft and repeatedly skirmished with Russian forces.

News of the Wagner mutiny being called off broke after the press service of Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko announced he had held successful negotiations with Prigozhin. The talks were held in coordination with Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to Minsk.

“Evgeny Prigozhin accepted the proposal of President Alexander Lukashenko to stop the movement of the armed men of Wagner in Russia and to take further steps to de-escalate tension,” a Belarusian presidency statement declared. It added that Prigozhin had been offered “an advantageous and acceptable option for resolving the situation, with security guarantees for the Wagner PMC fighters.”

The Wagner commander himself, however, has not mentioned the talks with Lukashenko in his latest statements.

Heart & Cardiovascular Disease Deaths Surge To Record Levels Since Pandemic

 

Heart and circulatory system deaths in the UK have spiked by more than 500 a week, a major research project has revealed. 'Experts' are blaming the sudden increase on “extreme disruption” to the NHS caused by the pandemic. So its nothing to do with all the blood clots and inflammation of herat tissue cases that have been linked to certain aspects of the response to pandemic then? (Sorry to be coy but we've only just got off the shit list and are having our first decent month in over a year for page views. Don't want to upset the auto - modrator again so soon.

The study of government data identified almost 100,000 extra deaths among people with cardiovascular disease (CVD) since spring 2020.

An NHS representative told the media that the increase was caused by disruption to heart care and increasing ambulance delays for heart attack and stroke victims had left Britain “in the grip of a heart and stroke care emergency”.

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) analysis of data from the Government’s Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) revealed an extra 96,540 deaths of patients with heart conditions since February 2020.

While excess cardiovascular deaths in the first year of the pandemic were linked to coronavirus infections, heart deaths have remained high since Covid deaths fell. But once people have been vaccinated they stay vaccinated and are prone to being affected by the known adverse reactions. On the other hand, when unvaccinated people come into contact with COVID their auto - immune system deals with it and it is gone, leaving the person with lasting natural immunity.

Earlier this year news organisations in the USA were reporting 

data from the American Heart Association highlights the major impact COVID-19 had on cardiovascular health and death rates during the first year of the pandemic.

At least 928,741 Americans died from cardiovascular disease-related causes in 2020, the annual statistical report revealed. That represents the largest one-year increase since 2015 and tops the previous high of 910,000 deaths recorded in 2003, according to the American Heart Association.

"This is our first real evidence based on the impact of the early years of the pandemic," Dr. Connie Tsao, chair of the Statistical Update writing group and assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, said.

It's something experts had predicted.

"This was not surprising," Dr. Michelle Albert, volunteer president of the American Heart Association and chair in cardiology and professor of medicine at the University of California at San Francisco, told ABC News.

COVID-19 had both direct and indirect impacts on the increased rates of cardiovascular disease-related deaths, experts said.

Florida’s Surgeon General Releases A Blistering Indictment Of COVID Vaccine And The People Who Promoted Them

Dr Joseph Ladapo, the Florida Surgeon General this week released into the public domain a letter in which lambasted health officials, not just in his home state, or the USA but around the world over their promotion of the mRNA Covid vaccines. The government, he said, ‘has relentlessly forced a premature vaccine into the arms of the American people with little or no concern for its possible adverse ramifications’.

The letter was addressed to Drs Robert Califf, head of the Food and Drug Administration, and Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, both leading medical  and health policy agencies of the US government. Lapado wrote: ‘Your ongoing decision to ignore many of the risks associated with mRNA Covid-19 vaccines, alongside your efforts to manipulate the public into thinking they are harmless, have resulted in deep distrust in the American health care system.’

As reported earlier this year, numerous independent senior American scientists have called for a ‘bipartisan, scientifically minded Covid-19 commission so the public health disaster of the past three years is not repeated’. They face an uphill struggle in achieving that aim because the political establishment, Big Pharma cartel and all their hired lackeys in the healthcare and media industries cannot now admit they were wrong, having for so long dismissed ll of us conspiracy theorists or anybody who questioned COVID project fear propaganda or pseudoscientific vaccine evangelism as a conspiracy theorist or anti - vaccine nutcase.

 However Ladapo’s no-holds-barred letter means that at least some of Florida’s 22.6million  citizens have a chance of knowing the jabs are not ‘safe and effective’, as the British public are constantly being told. And an encouraging trend is emerging as more and more medical professionals who were silenced at the height of the pandemic by authoritarian censorship, or fear of having their careers and reputations destroyed, are now talking and writing about their fears that releasing these hurriedly developed, improperly tested vaccines which used a gene editing technique that had previously been abandoned due to the catastrophic results observed when they were tested on animals.

A fully tested vaccine, or any medicine, would, on release, be backed by proven, verifiable data from a prolonged and rigourous testing process, nor does the manufacturer, if they have confidence in their product demand a total immunity from prosecution for their staff and especially senior management. 

In the case of COVID vaccines from Pfizer, Moderna, Astra Zeneca and Johnson & Johnson, the mRNA experimental vaccine was pushed as the ONLY cure for what was natural flu with a small modification making it deadly to a larger number of especially vulnerasble people. The manufacturers, academics, politicians and medical professions knew that the side effects were the real killer, they knew that treatment with ventilators would kill, but still they wanted the experiment to be carried thru - what vaccine was ever produced and released on the public before mRNA that required continuous “booster” shots t,he gift that keeps on giving as far as manufacturers profits are concerned. 

The pandemic, we can see now was a hoax, a propaganda exercise, and the push to vaccinate the world was an experiment pure and simple, the medical authorities fully supported it, especially as it was driven by the corrupt World Health Organiation (WHO), the lockdowns were not meant to save lives but to increase the spread within a family pool and to wreak economic havoc, making people more dependent on government as a means of squashing dissent. We now have a mutant gene within the genetic gene pool, and no-one really knows what damage is being done, what areas of the bodies natural immune system have been compromised, but one thing is definite, the Big Pharma Three are planning their batch of experimental cures, and the fools in charge will once again, give immunity and claim that the “cures” are modern miracles.
