OK the headline is a bit of an exaggeration, but it made you look and that's what headlines are for. In fact,Judges in the UK legal system have been told to consider the background of ethnic minority  and sexual offenders before passing sentence in a move Conservative leadrrship contender Robert Jenrick has slammed as “two-tier justice” with an “anti-white and anti-Christian bias”.

According to guidance handed to magistrates and tial judges from the Sentencing Council, they should “normally consider” ordering a pre-sentence report on an offender if they came from “an ethnic minority, cultural minority, and/or faith minority community”. But there are no requirements for similar reports on offenders of any other ethnicity.

Pre-sentence reports are compiled by the probation service to provide courts with information that could mitigate against jailing an offender in favour of suspending their sentence or handing them a community punishment.Things like mental health and family circumstances are usually considered but race, sexual orientation, choice of pronouns or religious persuasion have previously not been. For the past 1200 years the principle of equality before the law, introduced around 890 AD in the Liber Judicialis of King Alfred the Great has always forbidden two tier or multi - tier justice in England at first and then throughout the expanding realm

Jenrick, the Shadow Justice Secretary, said the guidance was “completely outrageous” and enshrined a “double standard, two-tier approach to sentencing”.

“Under Two-Tier Keir our justice system is set to have an anti-white and anti-Christian bias,” he said.

How can anyone expect a Pakistani Muslim to care about Tommy Robinson being starved to death while suffering mental torture in long term solitary confinement in a Maximum Security Prison for a civil offence involving his objection to the preferential treatment of MUSLIMS in a British court? Was it she, rather than Starmer, who quietly ordered him to be treated so inhumanely, in violation of his human rights?

Look what happened in Scotland when the SNP decided it was a good idea to appoint a Pakistani Muslim as “Justice Minister”. This bigot tried to push a bill through through the legislature that would have given Sharia Law equal standing with British law in Scotland, even declaring that Scots could be arrested for saying hurty words about Islam even in the privacy of their own homes!

Our entire judiciary is infested by this kind of scandalous political activism by judges who hould be fired if they ever stray from strict impartiality for fuck’s sake! They should all be given the sack, and the Sentencing Council abolished.

As if intent on giving the finger to critics who have attacked its political bias and blatant interference in political matters, and to show that rebranding as META was nothing but a cynical PR exercise, Social Media giant FACEBOOK has once again upset Free Speech advocated by blocking an advert satirising Joe Biden in a depiction of a magazine cover.

Facebook bosses told editorial staff at The Spectator magazine that a cartoon image of the US President on the cover of this week's edition (below) was banned 'for beaching community rules.'

Editor Fraser Nelson revealed he asked the Facebook to reconsider but the plea was rejected.

In response to the ban Nelson commented: “It seems satire directed at Biden is rejected by Facebook (or its bots) but when we mocked Trump, Boris, Truss that was all fine.” CUK Conservative MP David Jones hit out at Facebook's dictatorial action last night, saying: “Facebook really should understand that freedom of speech sometimes involves making fun of politicians.

“Nobody is beyond that and they shouldn’t be so precious.”

A typically humourless and robotic spokesperson for Facebook said last night: "Anyone who wants to run an ad that's political has to be authorised. If The Spectator resubmit this ad from an authorised person Page admin the ad will be approved." Which is almost as incoherent as the average Joe Biden sentence. Or to put it another way Facebook are saying, "You little people, the riff raff, the rabble, the proles, and anyone Mr. Zuckerberg does not like are not allowed to say or write anything Mark Zuckerberg's minions think The Master might not approve of.

Once again we have proof that the billionaire psychopaths who run corporations that, with the help and complicity of governments and supra - national bureaucracies have come to dominate the internet, behave as if they are above national law, natural law and the law of common decency, and though unelected (and unelectable to anything,) are determined to use the influence their internet near - monopolies to force on the public political agendas that serve only a small, wealthy and influential elite.

It seems our world is moving towards an era of deference and credulousness, the kind of society we left behind over 200 years ago when to criticise te Church or The King might easily result in a painpul and humiliating death and woulf certainly do one's social standing and career prospects no good at all. In modern times we have enthusiatically made use of our freedoms and civil rights to ridicule and satirise our leaders and although the questioning of authority and those who try to control opinion and suppress dissent has been reduced to a cottage industry, the tradition still lives on in online environments though it is now hardly seen or heard in the pervading authoritarian babble of mainstream media heard.

Why has the centre of politics collapsed in this way? I have a little anecdote. In the 1960s when I was a student studying economics and sociology, we were discussing the inter-war period and the rise of Hitler and Nazism in our History class. One day the lecturer, with a wry smile on his face, said “Hitler was a Liberal”. The whole class, who mostly identified as “liberal” or even “socialist”, howled with laughter at what they thought must be a joke. When peace returned, the teacher explained the close correlation between Liberalism and movements of the Far Right which had attracted among others, rational, well-educated Germans.

In short, Fascism and Nazism were in some ways similar to the kind of “Liberal Extremism” we are now encountering on social media and in the 'woke' cluture that has taken over our universities; it is the conviction that there is only one 'right' way of thinking and to utter any though or idea that does not conform to this is an offence of some kind, (hate crime is the currently fashionable term for examples of for non compliance. The decline of the Western liberal democracies and the type of degenerate crisis-politics we are seeing now is another example of this phenomenon. 

It is way beyond time that action was taken to break up the social media giants and deny the billionaire psychopaths the pernicious influence whatever deals they have made with corrupt politicians may have bought them.

Trump Warns Facebook, Twitter And Google To Tread Carefully

Donald Trump may have failed in his bid to take on the Military - Industrial Complex, The Pentagon, The CIA and The State Department, which would have been a formidable task for any US president, even one with the whole of his party and a solid majority of the country behind him, but his bid to challenge the stranglehold of globalists (aka progressive liberals) on the media and in particular the left leaning near - monopolies of digital media, amoral, power crazed organisations like Google, Facebook ans Twitter, look likely to have better outcomes for lovers of free speech and individual liberty.

President Trump yesterday reiterated threats against Facebook, Twitter and Google with new comments from the Oval Office, saying the social media platforms are "treading on very, very troubled territory and they have to be careful."

"I think Google has really taken advantage of a lot of people and I think that's a very serious thing and it's a very serious charge," Trump told reporters following a meeting with the president of FIFA. "They better be careful because they can't do that to people."

Meanwhile, free speech activists have petitioned the White House to encourage Trump to "request that Congress pass legislation prohibiting social media platforms from banning users for First Amendment-protected speech."

The petition, stating that "The power to block lawful content should be in the hands of individual users – not Mark Zuckerberg or Jack Dorsey." can be fopund at Petitions.whitehouse.gov

Earlier in the day, Google responded to an accusation by Trump over Twitter that they're "rigging" search results against him, providing as evidence a "Trump News" search which showed predominantly "left" media publications popping up in the search results.

Perhaps Google can salvage a little credibility by explaining why Trump's picture is just about the only thing that appears when one does a Google image search for the word "idiot"? And while Google had visited the Obama White House over 230 times in seven years, we wonder how many times they've visited since Trump took office?

Syrian-born journalist slams MSM for Aleppo bias

Syrian-born journalist Harout Ekmanian has slammed the New York Daily News and the UK's Independent newspaper for showing bias in attacking forces of the Assad government of shelling rebel held areas, but not menioning that Barack Obama's beloved 'moderate rebels'  have been shelling residential areas controlled by government forces. Ekmanian, who supports Assad because he knows the alternative is worse, laments that the MSM is not covering all sides of the war.

The journalist was speaking to RT about his disgust at the deliberate misreporting of the death of a Syrian swimmer and her 12-year-old brother. Mireille Hindoyan and her younger sibling were killed in the Villi district of West Aleppo on Friday.

“I think the first victim of the war is the truth, especially in the Syrian war where journalism and journalists suffered a lot. Preserving impartiality has become a very difficult task for journalists,” he said.

Ekmanian, who now lives in New York, wrote an editorial in the New York Daily News explaining what had happened, only for the publication to remove a section in which he said the rebels were responsible for the deaths of the brother and sister. Thus by giving the impression that Assad loyalists were the only ones shelling targets in the city, the report appears to exonerate the 'moderate rebels' war crime.

“The New York Daily News published my contribution, but a paragraph was removed. I don’t think personally that was a very serious editorial decision and I am still waiting for an explanation,” the Syrian writer told RT.

Ekmanian, who was born into  Aleppo's Armenian community, says he has spoken to eyewitnesses who “specifically confirmed” the shelling that killed the young siblings was carried out by rebel forces. He complains that his reporting of the Syrian conflict for major US publications have also run up against a determined policy in mainstream media of not reporting any negative stories about the fabled 'moderate rebels'. It is disheartening to see how the conflict in Syria is being reported, he says.

“The issue of this media censorship or media bias about some facts about the Syrian war [shows] there is a general atmosphere of media bias or restricting the narrative to certain news trends. I think this is the general issue that I see to the experience that I went through.”

He also slammed the UK online news site The Independent (formely a newspaper, until the print edition was can celled earlier this year) which he accused of “trying to shift the blame onto the government side.”

“The Independent article didn’t actually say it was a result of the rebel shelling. They tried to blame it on the government shelling or its allies,” he told RT.

“We know that the government’s allies are no angels and there are also violations committed by that side, by the Russian airstrikes also. But this particular case was rarely documented and happened in a neighborhood that I come from, and I talked with eyewitnesses and they specifically confirmed this was carried out by rebel shelling.”

While the MSM has given blanket coverage to its reporting of western Aleppo, which is largely controlled by forces opposed to Syrian President Bashar Assad, Ekmanian says that the same media is ignoring the plight of towns being bombarded by the rebels because it does not fit the Obama administration's narrative which aims to justify all out war in Syria.

“You rarely see any information about Kefreya or Al-Fuah that are besieged towns in Syria and are besieged by the rebels. They [the rebels] are not shying away from using the same tactics that they are criticizing,” he said.

“When we talk about double standards, it can work both ways. I rarely see pieces in the international media and even on social media by different activists or different public figures that talk about violations or tactics that are against international humanitarian law that are being committed by the anti-government sides.”
