Former House Majority Leader Claims FBI is ‘Ready to Indict’ Hillary Clinton

As we have hinted in several reports recently, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has been under investigation by the FBI for several months, having been accused of repeatedly breaching security protocols in serious ways when as Secretary Of State she was regularly handling top secret communications.

The main allegations relate to Clinton’s use of a private server during her tenure as Secretary of State was revealed in March 2015, and while she has maintained that she never sent or received any classified information on the server, her claims have been contradicted by the Intelligence Community.

Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III sent a letter to Congress on Jan. 14, revealing that not only did “several dozen” of Clinton’s personal emails contain classified information, but some of the information was classified as SAP or “special access programs,” which is beyond top secret. It is very likely that Hillary or her husband's contacts will try to find a loophole to get her out of this, but the main difficulty will be caused by several senior military personnel already having spent time in prison for lesser offences.

“To date, I have received two sworn declarations from one [intelligence community] element,” McCullough wrote. “These declarations cover several dozen emails containing classified information determined by the IC element to be at the confidential, secret, and top secret/sap levels. According to the declarant, these documents contain information derived from classified IC element sources.”

Former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay said Monday that the FBI is “ready to indict” her for using a private email server to conduct government business.

During an interview on "The Steve Malzberg Show," DeLay, a Republican from Texas, said he has friends in the FBI who tell him “they’re ready to indict” the former Secretary of State.

“They’re ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public,” DeLay said.

DeLay said he believes Clinton will "have to face these charges” eventually, whether it’s through an FBI indictment or through the “public eye."

Why is Washington Worried As Georgia's Turns To Russia?

Analysis of results from opinion polls taken conducted throughout 2015 in the small Caucasian nation of Georgia show a trend of reducing support for government’s aims of joining the European Union and NATO.

“That coincides with increasing support for anti-West and pro-Russia political groups in Georgia's elections,” a report suggests.

“The United States and Europe have poured billions into promoting democracy and economic development there [Georgia], and Tbilisi has consistently responded with an enthusiastic embrace of Westernization,” an associate scholar at the Foreign Policy Research Institute, Michael Hikari Cecire writes for the Monkey Cage blog section of The Washington Post.

The author of the polling report puts this change of mood down to what he calls “expansion fatigue in the United States and the Europe Union breeding fatalism in Georgia, and incubating a political environment where pro-Russia factions’ anti-west crusades are gaining traction”.

We would suggest the answer is more simple, Georgians see what intractible messes have been caused by American and European intervention in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Egypt and Ukraine and the economic chaos and social disorder inflicted on the people of Greece by their government's ill advised entanglement with the bureaucrats of Brussels and the European Single Currency system and they are thinking, "Not for us thanks."

As ever, faced with a setback to their plans for global domination, the American reaction to Georgia's turn towards Moscow has been bellicose and offer the prospect of another unwinnable conflict fought by US proxies similar to ISIS and the right - wing government in Kiev but funded by western taxpayers.

NATO, the US dominated North Atlantic Treaty Alliance established to counter largely imagined "Soviet threat to world peace" has been seeking Russia's destruction since 1949; surprisingly, the Alliance continues to encircle the Russian Federation after the collapse of the Soviet Union and dissolution of the Warsaw Pact military alliance of Europe's communist bloc.

Recent geopolitical developments indicate NATO is hoping to undermine the Russian economy which is heavily dependent on oil and gas exports to Europe. This has been the suspected motive behind the costly and so far unsuccessful attempt to overthrow the Assad regime in Syria. So long as Assad is in power Syria remains an obstacle to plans for a pipeline direct from the Persian Gulf oil producers to the Mediterranean coast. Such a pipeline would enable Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates along with the Wall Street bankers that control the oil trade to exercise a stranglehold on Russia's oil trade.

Gary Leupp, a Professor of History at Tufts University, USA, questions whether it is actually NATO which presents thw greater threat to security. Leupp reminds us we know that Vladimir Putin will not let Assad fall, and if the west attacks Syria, Russia and China will intervene in support of their ally

“If Georgia turned away from the West, it would not only be a blow to the country’s nascent democracy, but it would also sew up the Eurasian interior for Moscow, give Russia a direct corridor to the Middle East, lop off Western access to Eurasian energy sources.” he states.

Returning to the analysis of polling data, statistics show steady growth in reported pro-EEU sentiment to 2014 from 11 percent in August 2013 to 31 percent in April 2015, and then as Ukraine descended into chaos and the conflict in Syria escalated, a sharp fall is seen.

Schengen agreement scrapped: E U falling apart?

The European Union was throw into confusion today as national leaders overruled Brussels bureaucrats to suspend the 'open borders' Schengen Zone agreement. Leaders of the twenty eight E U nations agreed to scrap one of the most fundamental principles of the community of nations, free movement of people between nations in the EU. The move was a response to the escalating migrant crisis that is causing social and economic problems in the nations where large numbers of migrants are congregating.

The floundering bureaucratic dictatorship of Brussels seems to be slipping ever closer to disintegration after the efforts of EU Commission President Jean - Claude Juncker, E U Parliament President Martin Schulz and European Council President Donald Tusk to bully member nations into accepting all undocumented travellers arriving at their borders failed. Several small nations on the migrant route from Italy and The Balkans where they arrive on European soil to Germany, France and Sweden which are the most welcoming to unskilled migrants who bring only a sense of entitlement to the societies that offer the most generous social benefits, having already closed their borders, built border fences and introduced border controls. With the announcement that the Schengen agreement, for so long a sticking point in Britain's bid to renegotiate its membership terms, now shelved because of the refugee chaos we wonder what will be the next to be rejected by member nations in the rebellion against the undemocratic bureaucracy in Brussels.

Although the EU superstate heavy hitters including Germany's Chancellor Merkel and President Hollande of France have in recent weeks warned Schengen was vital to the survival of the EU, the 28-nation bloc has become paralysed by indecision over its failure to control the flow of millions of migrants into the continent.

Leaders, under pressure from increasingly Eurosceptic electorates have ignored the Europhiles pleas and the entreaties of Global Government advocates like Barack Hussein Obama and George Soros, and the free movement agreement, after being abused by the Brussels bureaucrats is now set to be suspended for at least two years. The Free Movement provided for in Schengen applied to the movement of EU citizens and residents between nations, it did not anticipate the failure of Europe to control its external borders, thus permitting extremists, criminals and terrorists to enter and freely move around the European Union.

Nations are now making plans to reimpose border controls after they have been in abeyance for more than 30 years. This effectively kills off the Europhile dream of creating a European superstate.

According to several reports in mainstream media, record numbers of Jewish people leaving France for Israel. The mainstream reports are rather coy about the reason being given for the exodus, talking of rising levels of anti - Semitism as if a new wave of Jew hating is gripping the whole of the French population. In fact it is a Europe - wide problem.

New media are more specific however and those joining the exodus cite fears of Islamic extremism and rising numbers of violent attack on Jews being made by Muslim immigrants. About ten per cent of the French population are Muslim, the highest proportion in Europe.

Anti-Semitism is rife among the recently arrived migrants, according to a report by the Jewish Agency for Israel. This has set French socialist and liberal politicians scrambling to provide assurance for those who choose to remain by claiming that 'everything possible is being done to persuade extremists to accept multiculturalism.

Everything is not enough apparently. Up to 8,000 Jews left for Israel in 2015, a higher rate of migration than anywhere else in Europe. This movement of people is causing such concern that French Prime Minister Manuel Valls was forced to acknowledge this week that France's Jewish community is in crisis and that France must find a way to protect Jews. We would advise him the answer to that is simple, forget the 'open borders' nonsense and start vetting people who want to enter the country.

The numbers alread show any action Mr. Valls takes might be be too little, too late. An official Israeli government report into global anti-Semitism published Sunday suggest that, as many of us knew, France is not the only country affected by a wave of anti Semitic crime, ranging from vandalising and torching property to muggings and beatings since the current wave of African and middle eastern migrants started flooding into Europe. Germany and Sweden, the nations that have been most welcoming to migrants are worst hit although both are desperately trying to cover up the problems.

Could The Unthinkable Happen - Bernie Sanders Looks like Winning Democrat Nomination

This blog has reported before that what the USA is seeing in the Democratic Party and Republican Party nominatiin contests is a rejection of mainstream politics. Donald Trump is a ludicrous choice to be heading for the Republican nomination, he is a loudmouthed, self serving opportunist, a successful businessman maybe, but a national leader? Never in a month of Sundays. Yet people are flocking to support his campaign because he is politically incorrect, talks about issues that no other candidate will go near, and he is not a Washington insider.

Bernie Sanders, the independent senator from Vermont who is polling unexpectedly well against the anointed one Hillary Clinton, says the economic system is rigged against working-class Americans. He's right. but that's only one reason Democrats are supporting him. Like Trump, though they have little else in common, Sanders is an outsider, he represents the rejection of mainstram politics.

The two party electoral system has for years been a subsidiary of the monopolists and money ment who rule the government. Which is nobody seriously though Bernie Sanders stood a chance. The political system was rigged against him. It still is of course and should he still be snapping at ungy - kickers heels in June you can bet some unexpected event will derail his campaign.

Despite the formidable institutional obstacles stacked against him however, Sanders is doing well. He leads in polling ahead of the Iowa caucus and is considered home and hosed in New Hampshire and is closing the gap nationally.

Surprised pundits are commenting on his grass roots support, organization and fundraising prowess. There is now a credible path to the Democratic nomination and, if he runs against GOP frontrunner Donald Trump, to the White House.

Center-right Clinton, hated more by voters every week, wants to know: how did this happen?

It is a story to encourage us all. Everyone in a position to derail Sanders' campaign did everything they could to sabotage him, especially mainstream media. But Americans, it appears, hate and mistrust their mainstream news and commentary organisations as much as, if not more than they hate their politicians.

Knowing that publicity is the oxygen of politics, the media have done their best to pretend that Sanders campaign does not exist. But as with their efforts to discredit Trump by branding him a racist, the policy has backfired. By one measure, corporate media gave Trump 23 times more coverage than Sanders! On the few occasions they gave Bernie a few column inches or a couple on minutes airtime, it was to insult or ridicule him and his socialist principles.

Marginalization always used to work. Remember John Edwards? His 2008 primary campaign was doomed because TV networks refused to cover him. But the media's cold shoulder isn't hurting Bernie Sanders any more that their hate campaign is hurting Donald Trump. That tells us more about the industry's relationship with its paying customers than it does about either candidate.

Is This The End Of Hillary Clinton's Political Ambitions

So much evidence of Hillary Clinton's criminal negligence in handling state secrets has now piled up that it is now undeniable the FBI investigation can only conclude with the prosecution of Mrs Clinton for the mishandling of classified material, otherwise the FBI and US Justice department will lose what little credibility they have left. It should also mean Mrs Clinton's campaign as a candidate for the Democratic Party nomination in the Presidential election should be a dead duck.

A Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA) in Afghanistan in 2006 changed the game for state secrets held on magnetic media. Everyone on that team maintained a Top Secret Sensitive and Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance. A few months into their deployment, their Intelligence Sergeant lost a thumb-drive that contained classified information. A week later the thumb drive was found for sale at a local bazaar.

In response to the events, Col. Ken Allard (ret.) stated, “You've got a situation in which the U.S. is going to be forced to change an awful lot of its operational techniques."

As a result of that new protocols for the handling of classified material were established, and the transportation of classified material on thumb drives was strictly forbidden. In fact USB ports on military and diplomatic service PCs were disabled to prevent non - secure storage media being used to copy data. breaching the new protocols became a serious offence. It may seem harsh to non military people (me for example) but the rules are clear and apply to everybody handling sensitive government data. And the Secretary of State (the role filled by Mrs Clinton from 2008 to 2012) would involve handling the most highly classified information.

As more information from Hillary Clinton’s private (i.e. hackable by script kiddies with high school level computer skills) server has been made available, it is clear that the the server contained Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT).

Senior officers have gone to jail for failing to observe the correct security procedures with lower levels of state secrets that this.

First, when imagery that is classified SECRET//NOFORN (no foreign national) is viewed, regardless of the absence of classification markings, it is distinctly evident. Second, any documents that contain or reference HUMINT is always classified SECRET, and if specific names of sources or handlers are mentioned, they are at a minimum SECRET//NOFORN. Third, SIGINT is always classified at the TS level. It’s not uncommon for some SI to be downgraded and shared over SECRET mediums, however, it is highly unlikely that a Secretary of State would receive downgraded intelligence. Finally, SAP intelligence has been discovered on Clinton’s private server, and many are now calling this the smoking gun.

With more damming evidence being released on a drip feed a remark made by Mrs Clinton during last Sunday’s Democratic debate: “No one is too big for jail” takes on a new significance. Are The Ruling Elites waking Up At Last To The Problems Caused By Mass Muslim Immigration?

In recent years the topic that has tended to dominate conversations at The World Economic Forum (WEF) held annually at Davos, Switzerland was globalisation, redistribution of jobs and wealth from rich to poor countries and redistribution of people from poor to rich countries. The WEF had been dubbed Bilderberg Lite, a kind of secondary Bilderberg Group meeting to which the public (assuming they can afford £$€stupid for a cup of very mediocre coffee (Davos as a resort does not encourage non-millionaires) is talking about a different matter this time round. Europe's immigration crisis and the similar though not so immediate problem in the USA, and the likely consequences for the economies of the developed world is top of the agenda.

Yesterday news bulletins reported that French Prime Minister Manuel Valls warned that the European Union (EU) could soonvery break up as a result of the migrant crisis that is overwhelming Europe. Addressing delegates at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, M. Valls reminded delegates the EU had not been created as an entity which could withstand "such powerful crises".

Valls said that Europe could not be expected to absorb all the migrants fleeing what he called terrible wars in Iraq or Syria. Pointing out that is was not just a numbers problem, but a question of incompatible cultures and profound religious differences that made necessary the reduction of migrants coming into EU nations. "Otherwise,” he said, “our societies will be totally destabilized."

More than a million migrants arrived in Europe last year, mostly from the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa and mostly without even the most basic travel documents such as national ID cards. On Friday (22 Jan) alone, at least 40 people drowned in the Aegean Sea as their boats sank off Greek islands.

In an interview with BBC’s Lyse Doucet, at the summit of global elites in the plush Davos ski resort, Valls said that Europe needed to take urgent action to control its external borders, and that the concept of Europe itself was now in grave danger.

“That’s why you need border guards and controls outside the European Union. Sometimes we had the feeling that borders did not exist. No, borders do exist so you have to protect them,” he said.

“If Europe is not capable of protecting its own borders, the very idea of Europe will be questioned,” he said.

Without offering any practical solution, Valls suggested that unless the conflict in the Middle East and North Africa can be settled, Europe’s migrant crisis will continue.

The French Prime Minister has started a trend it seems. Today another French politician, Finance Minister Emmanuel Macron followed up the warnings by Prime Minister Valls and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, who said Europe only had six to eight weeks to resolve the refugee problem.

"When spring comes and the numbers quadruple, we cannot as the EU cope with the numbers any longer," Rutte told news reporters.

Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski said EU leaders had overlooked the flood of migrants entering Poland, seeking refuge from the civil war between the government and ethnic Russian separatists in the east of the country. He said the burden not adequately acknowledged in Brussels, the EU capital, by bureaucrats who insisted Poland should take its quota of African and middle eastern migrants.

“We are alone in handling this crisis,” the representative of Poland's eurosceptic government said.

EU foreign affairs head Federica Mogherini spoke against the hypocrisy displayed by EU member states that pledged support for pan - European solutions, only to refuse to implement proposals they claim are 'too generous for refugees'.

Mario Draghi, head of the European Central Bank, said refugees could be an "opportunity" to stimulate economic growth. This only demonstrates how out of touch with reality the ruling elite of the world really are. All European nations face massive economic and unemployment problems as businesses are made uncompetitive in world markets by excessive bureaucracy, and punitive taxes levied in part to bat social benefits to illiterate, uneducated and unemployable immigrants.

Kissinger, The Original Dr. Evil

This is not an original Boggart Abroad piece and I do not totally agree that Kissinger is the sole architect of the New World Order. The recently deceased super - bureaucrat Maurice Strong must have been a contender, likewise David Rockefeller and Jacob Rothschild. Soros was a late arrival on the scene but there are a few other geriatric Bilderberg Group regulars who are on record as saying the only way forward for humanity (i.e. their personal advantage) was a global totalitarian government of elitists and so probably played a role in planning the destruction of civilisation.

Still, Kissinger is an evil old twat and still preaching global tyranny at a hundred and ninety something (only the good die young) so he's worth a look if we want to understand what's going on.

Satirical video game makes it impossible for Bill Gates to give his money away, just like his charity in real life.

Anti-poverty campaigners have launched an online video game satirizing Bill Gate’s global philanthropy and featuring a pixelated version of the billionaire flying across stereotypical African landscape.

‘Save us Bill Gates’ was released on Friday by UK campaign group Global Justice Now in a bid to highlight the business magnate’s role in international development.

The game’s creators opted for 1980s-style animation, and have made it impossible for Gates’ character to lose money. Players must try to throw away all his money within 30 seconds by clicking their mouse. But no matter how hard players click, the billionaire’s wealth increases as the game goes on due to his investments in fossil fuels and tax avoidance - making it impossible for him to donate his fortune.

Global Justice Now’s campaigns and policy chief, Polly Jones, said the game shows how Gates’ free market approach to development holds the potential to make poverty and inequality even worse.
