U.S. Government Moves To Exploit Paris Terror Attacks To Abolish Privacy

The Daily Stirrer tends not to back the 'false flag' theories that inevitably pop up in the wake of any atrocity. It is not that we believe the covert security agencies of western governments would be to honourable to be involved in such malfeasance (on the contrary, we know the shits are capable of absolutely anything) but the lack of firm evidence. To demonstrate how evidence can be interpreted, one thing reported consistently, after 9/11, the London bombings, in the aftermath of flight MH17 being brough down and the Russian flight out of Sharm El Sheik being bombed over Sinai, after the Charlie Hedbo shootings and the recent terrorist atrocities in Paris, intact, undamaged passports have been found among wreckage, 'proving' the perpetrators of the attack were from whatever netion the US Central Intelligence Agency is pissed off with.

While it is incredible that a cardboard and paper passport could survive an inferno and into the realms of magical thinking to suggest it could happen so many times, the fact that the undamaged passports are in the wreckage does not prove the attack was a false flag event staged by the CIA (doen't prove it's not either), the passports could be planted after the event as part of a scheme to advance the agenda of justifying another war or something.

Last week, the British Prime Minister told Parliament that he wants to “ensure that terrorists do not have a safe space in which to communicate.”

Strong encryption refers to the act of scrambling data in such a way that it cannot be understood by anyone without the correct key or password — even law enforcement with a warrant, or the software manufacturer itself. It’s used in some of the most popular tech products in the world, including the iPhone, WhatsApp messenger, and Facebook.

A highly respected cryptographer and security expert is warning that David Cameron’s proposed ban on strong encryption threatens to “destroy the internet.”

The supporters of The Panopticon have suffered a few setbacks at the hands of privacy campaigners recently but you didn’t think the surveillance state would give up easily did you? Once they see an opportunity to extend their powers, they will pursue that goal implacably.

Unsurprisingly, fresh off the heels of the Paris terror attacks, the usual authoritarian suspects in the U.S. government are running around exploiting the tragedy in a bid to further erode privacy and civil liberties.

The bloodshed in Paris led U.S. officials Monday to renew calls for limits on technology that prevents governments from spying on phone conversations, text messages and e-mails.

Senator Dianne Feinstein, a California Democrat, said she asked Silicon Valley companies to help law enforcement and intelligence agencies access communications that have been encrypted — or scrambled to evade surveillance — if terrorists are using the tools to plan attacks.

“I have asked for help. And I haven’t gotten any help,” Feinstein said Monday in an interview with MSNBC. “If you create a product that allows evil monsters to communicate in this way, to behead children, to strike innocents, whether it’s at a game in a stadium, in a small restaurant in Paris, take down an airliner, that’s a big problem.”

This woman is advocating suppression of free speech and invasions of citizens privacy on a scale even Hitler or Stalin would not have dared contemplate. She has no shame whatsoever.

New York City Police Commissioner William Bratton on Monday called on technology companies to help investigators, although he didn’t specify exactly how. Technology has been “purposefully designed by our manufactures so that even they claim they cannot get into their own devices after they’ve built them,” Bratton said on MSNBC.

Bratton said he hopes the Paris attacks will serve as “a wake-up call” for European governments who have been critical of US internet technology focused spy programs.

Wake up and give up your freedoms before the terrorists have a chance to take them. But as Marcus Tullius Cicero (probably an acquaintance of Tony Soprano) said in 70BC, "Cui Bono?", who benefits? Ask that, consider the likely answers and you have to come to the conclusion that a government that wants to suppress free speech, freedom of information and to abolish dissent would be the only type of organisation likely to benefit. So people can't be blamed for shouting 'false flag' can they.

Investigators in France are still building a picture of how organised teams of gunmen and suicide bombers managed to create carnage in one of Europe’s well policed policed cities. So far, five of the seven assailants who died have been identified — four of them French citizens, and one believed to be a Syrian who entered Europe as an asylum-seeker.

U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch has said that terrorists are using encryption to communicate — on everything from apps to gaming systems. Last week, Belgium’s deputy prime minister said that "the most difficult communication between these terrorists is via PlayStation 4."

Players using Sony’s popular gaming system can communicate via direct messages or by voice. A Buzzfeed story said that players, who can be located anywhere in the world, have found even more elaborate ways to communicate, including using “weapons during a game to send a spray of bullets onto a wall, spelling out whole sentences to each other.”

So people are spraying messages to each other in make believe bullet holes on make believe walls in video games, and we’re supposed to believe the threat can be countered by getting access to everyone’s What’s App messages. The lunatics are truly running the asylum.

"They (Digital Technology companies) need to work with us right now, in many respects, they’re working against us." Bratton said. So the guy clearly has no idea what he’s talking about, but he’s talking about it anyway.

Senator John McCain, Arizona Republican Senator, former Presidential candidate, chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, and Mr. MaGoo lookalike said on MSNBC Monday that “it’s time we had another key that would be kept safe and only revealed by means of a court order.”

Privacy advocates pushed back against the arguments, saying restrictions wouldn’t make Americans safer.

"Any attempt to mandate back doors or prohibit the technology altogether would basically amount to trying to outlaw math, and any attempt to do so will fail to make us safer against terrorism, while making us all much less safe online and also threatening our digital economy," said Kevin Bankston, director of the New America Foundation’s Open Technology Institute, in an e-mail.

"In the end, we can hurt ourselves much more than the terrorists can hurt us," Bankston said. "Indeed, that’s their entire strategy — to make us injure ourselves, our political values, our economies, our security — in our attempt to injure them."

By continuing to support our contrl freak leaders, their greedy, sociopathic billionare buddies and the science whores who advise them, we can only continue to hurt ourselves more and more.

This story is a few weeks old, a result of our having to transfer Boggart Blog from the original blog.co.uk platform to a Wordpress Blog we have rather unimaginatively titled The Original Boggart Blog (and yes we know the photo is even older but it's fun). This site, Boggart Abroad specialises in stories from around the world, The Original Boggart Blog has always been more concerned with UK stories.

As many of our readers are concerned about current levels of immigration from third world nations to developed societies, we think this Swedish citizen totally losing it with the politically correct idiocies of his government will strike a chord in many minds.

Many of my posts on omnibus pages like "Death Of Democracy" and "The Immigration Problem" have concerned Sweden and the loony left's obession with filling their country with unskilled and barely literate immigrants.

The problems caused by government created immigrant ghettoes in Swedish cities have turned the once safe streets into war zones as rival gangs from various immigrant communities vie for control of the drugs, prostitution and illegal gambling trades. Not so long ago rape was almost unheard of in Sweden, now the country is the rape capital of Europe with more rapes per thousand population than in east European former Soviet republics.

Sweden's cities, Stockholm, Malmo and Gothenburg are suffering 'white flight' as ethnic Swedes, finding life has become intolerable because of immigrants are leaving for rural areas or even quitting the country.

And yet politicians of the legacy parties insist the way to solve these problems is by bringing in more immigrants.

Who Runs America, The White House Or The Shadow Government?

A report from UK Newspaper The Daily Mirror, the date isn't clear but it looks like 1983 discussing The Bilderberg group long before the groups existence was acknowledged (Image source). It has long been obvious that the leaders we elect do not rule in our interests, but the interests of a barely visible elite.

President Barack Obama’s meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin at the G20 summit over the weekend, reported by western mainstream media as a triumph for Obama's negotiating skills (the Russian leader took a rather different view) does not lok right alongside yet another blitz of provocative rhetoric from The Pentagon and the Department of Defence towards Moscow. In view of the USA's constant push towards all out war with Russia, one has to ask who is in control: Obama or the generals?

The two leaders held a face-to-face discussion on the first day of the G20 conference in Antalya, Turkey. The gathering of the world’s top 20 economic nations was dominated by the massive terror attack in Paris two days earlier, which claimed at least 129 lives and hundreds more wounded, and the progress of the war in Syria and Iraq against ... ISIS or the Assad regime in Syria depending on who you believe.

Obama’s first meeting with Putin since Russia launched its military intervention in Syria nearly seven weeks ago – was described by the White House as “constructive”. Mr. Putin commented that Obama is "a child" as the American President, after failing to stop the advance of ISIS for over a year, despite the supposed technological superiority of US sponsored guerillas against ISIS rebels. The truth is the US priority was never to defeat ISIS (the US role in training and equipping the terror group has been acknowledged by US Senators and senior military officers) but to depose Assad, whose Shi'ite regime stands in the way of US / Saudi plans to build a pipeline from the Gulf to the Mediterranean to undermine Russia's dominance in supplying natural gas to Europe.

The American president even appeared to welcome Russian airstrikes against terror groups fighting the Syrian government, most prominently Islamic State (IS) jihadists, also known as ISIL although earlier last week Washington Hawk, Senator Lindsay Graham called for US aircraft to 'shoot down' Russian planes suspected of attacking US trained and supplied anti-Assad forces. The Russian government has always said it will not permit the overthrow of its ally Assad.

"As the diplomacy continues, President Obama welcomed efforts by all nations to confront the terrorist group ISIL and noted the importance of Russia’s military efforts in Syria focusing on the group," were the weasel words of a White House spokesman.

That’s quite a contrast in substance and tone from a speech made by Defense Secretary Ashton Carter only a week before.

In a blustering tirade, Carter labeled Russia a “global threat” in a speech at the Reagan Library in California. He denounced Russia for “nuclear saber-rattling” and “aggression” in Europe and he slammed Putin’s military operation in Syria as “throwing gasoline” on a fire, which, he said, would lead to more terrorism across the Middle East.

As it becomes clear that heavily armed terrorists have for a considerable time crossed freely between France and Belgium before the deadly terrorist attacks in Paris (14 November, 2015), in a reversal of recent policy (and out of fear of a landslide victory for the anti - EU Front National in next month's regional elections?) France will call for the suspension of the Schengen zone open borders agreement. At the same time the Front National leader Marine Le Pen has demanded an immediate end to open door immigration policy.

Europe’s free movement zone is already under pressure due to the tide of illegal entrants flooding over the EU's external borders. Now, terror stricken French citizens will use public outrage to demand emergency border controls and the re - establishment of national borders at a summit on Friday.

"The French are going to push hard for everyone else to institute border controls, particularly Belgium, but across the wider euro area. To all intents and purposes it will be a temporary suspension of Schengen," a diplomatic source told the British news media.

The leader of France’s Front National, Marine Le Pen, was quick to call for an "immediate cessation of all migrant holding in France and the immediate cessation of their dispersion in the communes of France", highlighting in her statement the fact that one of the Paris attackers had registered as a ‘refugee’ in Greece. before travelling on to France without encountering further checks. Greece has far to many problems of its own to be burdened with the responsibility of processing all the people arriving acroos the border with Turkey or on the shores of its hundreds of islands

It emerged later that two of the terrorists entered Europe as ‘refugees’ in Greece, before traveling hundreds of miles, unimpeded, up into France."…One of the suicide bombers to the Stade de France arrived in Greece on October 3rd, among the mass of migrants who flock each day into Europe. He then took the road to France," Mlle Le Pen said in a statement

Sources in Europe said it was too early to say whether the new measures proposed by France would be temporary or indefinite. However, they expected it to last for a considerable period of time.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban also links migration and terrorism. He said:

"In a deliberate and organised way, terrorists have exploited mass migration by mingling in the mass of people leaving their homes in the hope of a better life,” Mr. Orban told lawmakers Monday in a speech titled “Attack on Europe," Agencie France Presse reported.

The Daily Express ran a story, "Islamic State reveals it has smuggled THOUSANDS of extremists into Europe which confirmes that those of us who warned where the 'open doors' immigration policy were right, and those who called us conspiray theorists and right wing nut jobs were on the side of extremists and terrorists.

...There are now more than 4,000 covert ISIS gunmen "ready" across the European Union, he claimed." And they could be on their way to Britain.

And where does Britain stand in all this? In all probability the migration crisis, distilled now by its association with the Paris tragedy, will convince many waverers to vote to leave the EU and in my view anything that helps get us out of the undemocratic, integrationist Union that threatens the sovereignty and regional cultures of nation states is to be welcomed. Having said that, I have never associated the Europe with the immigration issue, that we were not in the Shengen zone should have been protection enough for our borders and the existence of the Shengen zone, which provides for free movement between E U nations, had it been operated properly, would not have allowed the current crisis to happen. Under the terms of the free movement rules, citizens of member states and travellers who arrived legally (i.e. with passports, visas where appropriate, work permits, medical insurance and sufficient funds to support themselves during their stay, having been processed at the EU's external border would be free to travel around the Shengen Zone as if they were citizens.

When the Shengen zone was started it held quite well for some years, Greece was a problem, Italy's borders were quite porus but the borderline third world nations of eastern Europe were not in the Union. However when the politically correct idiocy emanating from universities permeated the politicaly establishment, sense went down the pan. If a man with darker skin than yourself demands that you suck his dick, you must comply because to refuse is racist," was the refrain, although the lefties and globalists did not say it out loud in public.

Without the rules ever being formally changed, the barrier of the EU's external borders was dismantled. Border police in member nations ceased to check arrivals, anyone could enter. And then idiot leaders like Hausfrau - Volksfuhrer Merkel, and left wing fringe groups like The Fabian Society began actively publicising the idea that we had lots of work, lots of spare houses, infinte acres of land and more money than we knew what to do with in Europe and everybody could come and would get a free house, free healthcare and be paid a wage for doing nothing. Some even believed a european virgin would be provided for their personal use. And then with unslilled, illiterate, gullible (sic) migrants flooding in something happened to make matters worse.

It was the recent change to the 'Dublin accords' on movement of people between nations. Some bright spark of a Euronazi bureaucrat came up with a way to dump the problem of immigrants on the rich counties that already have lage immigrant communities. By altering the legislation to say that immigrants can demand asylum in any country where they claim to have a relative, not just the first EU country they entered the EU ensured all those free wage, free house, free virgin seekers would head for Britain France, Germany, The Netherlands or Sweden (Denmark has already closed its borders in defiance of EU diktat and Austria is known for the very cool welcome it extends to dark skinned people, the have not forgotten the siege of Vienna in 1529 when Sutan Sulymun of The Ottoman Empire's bid to unify Europe was thwarted by Austrian 'Xenophobes' (Our leftie colleagues would say we should have welcomed the foreigners as their brutally oppresive and theocratic enlightenment, in which dissidents were mordered and women were property rather than people, would have culturally enriched backward, Christian Europe .

So now a fully qualified goat herder can turn up in Greece, and claim asylum in the UK, by saying that he has a fourth cousin six times removed living illegally in Londonistan.

This has sparked an (unfortunately temporary) mass migration of ambulance chasing lawyer to Calais and points east, where they hope to stuff their wallets with legal aid money by exploiting every loophole to get everybody in the world legally established as having the 'right' to live in Britain.. And of course, unlike every other EU country, the UK will be dumb enough to actually enforce the Dublin III amendments, although for the past twenty years our politicians and law enforcement agencies claimed it was impossible to enforce the border controls our sovereign Prliament had enacted.

In spite of all that I still believe, though I accept that public opinion is polarising on either side of me, that there are benefits in regulated, legal immigration and emigration, without it I would never have met Kalpana and Saba (India) Bobbi (Jamaica) and Maria (Brazil).

US Defeated By Russia In Bid To Turn Syria Into An Undemocratic Theocracy

Agence France Presse (AFP) reported, on Thursday November 12th, that, though ‘peace’ talks about Syria, between the U.S.-allied nations and the Russia-allied nations, were planned to occur on November 14th, “the US warned a deal is unlikely without agreement over the fate of President Bashar al Assad.” In other words: any deal must inclde a committment to remove Assad, before the various invasions of Syria will stop.

Opinion polls carried out by by Western polling firms in Syria has indicated strongly that the current President of Syria, Bashar al-Assad, would easily win any free and fair election in the country. In fact when the question was directly put to Syrians by the respected Western polling organization Gallup, Assad scored 55%, which wouldn’t leave much for each of the opposing candidates in any election, the multitude of candidates who would be squabbling over residual 45%. And this poll was taken shortly after the Arab Spring demonstrations against him — those demonstrators actually possessed little support from most Syrians.

Little has changed since then, The Washington Post summarized recent polls on September 15th this year the. Bizarrely they did not headline it with the poll’s anti-U.S. finding, such as "82% of Syrians Blame U.S. for ISIS.” Instead, their report’s headline was "One in five Syrians say Islamic State is a good thing, poll says," as if one - in - five (twenty per cent) is a great outpouring of anti - Assad sentiment.

had the Western Powers bothered to take a poll in Libya before bombing that small nation to failed-state oblivion they would have found that a majority of Libyans were behind Gadaffi, not because they thought he was a great leader, but because they knew the available alternatives were so much worse.

Faced with a rejection of their policy of Americanizing the entire world, the United States Government now demands that Assad be simply removed from office, and not allowed on the ballot if an election for President is to be held at all in Syria.

U.S. President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry have dug in their heels on the point that the removal of Syria’s dictator is a prerequisite for stopping the reduction to rubble of Syria by U.S. bombers. Currently a coalition of the U.S.A, and Wahabi Muslim Islamic fundamentalist regimes in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, plus wannabe regional power Turkey are also making the removal of the President Assad a condition of any cessation of hostilities against Syria. The USA reiterated its position that supplies of weapons to the jihadist fighters who are trying to take over Syria would also continue as long as Assad remained in power.

AFP then reported, “Moscow has put forward a peace proposal for the talks, which calls for elections after an 18-month constitutional reform process, but Western officials have dismissed the plan as it does not ensure that Assad will be removed from power.”

In other words: the United States government demands its right to rig the outcome of democratic elections by vetoing the participation of the candidate that the polls clearly show the majority of Syrian citizens want to be their President. Washington has been forced to climb down on that as Russia has made clear it will not accept the result on any Syrian election in which Assad is not allowed to participate. President Assad has now turned the tables on Obama by saying (with backing from his friends in Moscow, Beijing and Tehran) that he will only allow elections to take place once ISIS and Al Nusra (the US backed terrorist groups) are defeated.

The old ideological belief that the U.S.A. supports freedom and democracy (freeman'moxy), and that its opponents are tyrants, fascists and barbarians has been inverted. Today it is the USA that acts as an imperial power attempting to subjugate conquered peoples. And remember folks, this has happened on the watch of the self proclaimed peacemaker and joybringer Barack Hussein Obama.

So Obama's posturing as self styled 'World Leader on Climate Change' look even more than his previous attempts to liver up to expectations.

At home in the USA, where his word does still carry some weight, if only by virtue of the fact that he is still their elected leader, after seven years of waffling (and somewhat under the radar but that is coincidence), Obama at long last rejected the proposed Keystone XL pipeline which would have transported over 800,000 barrels a day of low grade (dirty) oil extracted very expensively and energy - intensively from the Canadian tar sands through the US mid west states to refineries on the Gulf Coast.

If he had rejected the pipeline during his first term,as supporters called on him to do, his claims to be world leader on climate change might have stood up to scrutiny. But the vacillating Obama only vetoed the project once changing market conditions made it financially unviable. Low oil prices in world markets, and the geopolitical moves of Russia and the Arab oil producers, combined with falling demand due to the ongoing economic depression, resulted in a glut of crude oil on world markets. Making a show of cancelling Keystone now, ahead of the scheduled global climate talks in Paris, was pure theatre.

As alway, with politicians in general and the egomaniac Obama in particular, the White House propaganda machine made a bigger deal of this action than it ever could have been in reality.

"America is now a global leader when it comes to taking serious action to fight climate change," Obama speechified as he signed the executive order. "And frankly, approving this project would have undercut that global leadership."

What leadership? While European leaders have been hamstringing their national economies to meet unrealistic targets for reducing CO2 emissions, the USA has been planning to re-establish itself as the world's biggest exporter of oil and gas. While the Obama administration has been blowing hot air about reducing the nation's reliance on oil, gas, and coal the White House has distributed mining rights on huge areas of federal land to coal-mining companies, and triggered the collapse of the oil market by encouraging shale fracking which has resulted in a huge increase in oil and natural gas production. Obama's inherently contradictory "all-of-the-above" energy policy supports the environmentally damaging (and some say dangeroust) practice of hydraulic fracturing, pumping vast amounts of toxic chemicals suspended in water into the bedrock where it can pollute water resources from which drinking water is supplied.

Fracking isn't just dangerous for the people who live near the tapped oil and gas deposits: The heat-trapping pollution tied to natural gas isn't limited to what happens in smokestacks. Extracting the stuff releases methane, which traps 34 times more heat than carbon dioxide over a century.

Obama seems blind to this conundrum.

"The natural gas boom has led to cleaner power and greater energy independence," he averred in his 2013 State of the Union address. "We need to encourage that."

For several years the government has supported the export of natural gas in order to mainatin the illusion of economic recovery. Exporting gas increases demand (and has proved scientists vastly overestimated the likely yield from fracking wells) but lifts domestic consumer prices. And while 'Obama the climate activist' was posing as saviour of mother Earth by ditching the Keystone pipeline projects, political and economic analysts were finally allowed to read the official text of the Trans-Pacific Partnership 'free trade' treaty. If enacted this deal would bind US authorities to approve all gas exports, and of course, it has the full support of Barack Hussein Obama, the man with more faces than the Koh - I - Noor Diamond.

German Ministers Preparing 'Putsch' Against Merkel - Spiegel

Senior ministers in Germany are no longer trying to reach a compromise on Immigration with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Traditional political allies and supporters whose loyalty could be taken for granted are gradually becoming her main opponents. The German Chancellor is not only losing power over the refugee crisis in Europe, but she is also unable to manage her own government, German magazine Der Spiegel wrote (English version here).

German government officers are no longer trying to reach a compromise with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on immigration, with the country sliding towards civil unrest the chancellor refuses to reconsider her idiotic 'open doors' immigration policy which has seen towns and cities swamped with new arrivals, who do not speak German, have no appropriate skills and hold Germany's liberal culture, particularly womens' rights, in contempt. The report reveals starting to act behind the scenes. Angela Merkel has lost control over her own government with former “friends” increasingly becoming her major “enemies”.

The migration crisis has become a crisis of confidence in the government and caused chaos in the country’s leading circles, columnist Jakob Augstein wrote for the magazine. First, members of the ruling coalition agreed on the new strategy towards migrants, according to which refugees would be allowed to stay in Germany for three years and be able to reunite with their families in the future.

Then, however, German Minister of the Interior Thomas de Maiziere suddenly announced substantial tightening of previously-approved mechanisms and was backed by German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble, who stressed the need to limit the number of newcomers to the country in order to maintain economic stability.

The apparent inability to deal with the crisis in an effective way has raised concerns about the unity and efficiency of the current German government as well as its ability to tackle the crisis and associated breakdown of law and order. The sole purpose of those opposing Merkel is to limit the number of refugees,” the journalist who authored the piece in the left wing publication Spiegel added, claiming that the behavior of the politicians is destructive and can be called nothing less than a “putsch”.

Afghan troops defect to Taliban in Helmand

At our previous home, before we started moving our blogs here ahead of that platform closing, we predicted many times that as soon as the USA pulled its troops out of Afghanistan, the Taliban would regroup and take over the country again. It gives us no pleasure to say "We told you so."

According to news sources in Pakistan, up to sixty five Afghan soldiers, trained and armed by US and European military advisers, have defected to the resurgent Taliban, taking their weapons and equipment with them. Another 88 are reported to have been killed in heavy fighting between Taliban irregulars and government forces in the southern province of Helmand.

The latest losses underline the warnings of western diplomats in the region that the Afghan government has little authority outside Kabul and is simply not strong enough to hold the nation against Islamic extremist forces. Since international troops ended most combat operations last year, Afghan forces, now fighting extremist largely alone and they are not winning.

Police and army units have been engaged in combat with Taliban Guerillas for the past three weeks in the districts of Lashkar Gah, Marjah and Nadali in Helmand, the Islamist movement's traditional strongholds.

Although up to the present held out against Taliban efforts to take the provincial capital Lashkar Gah, they have not been able to repel the rebels from around the city.

"Soldiers from an Afghan army brigade in Station area have joined the Taliban with their equipment and weapons," Helmand Governor Mirza Khan Rahimi told reporters. He said a team had been sent to the town of Sangin to investigate the incident.

For the Taliban, Qari Yousuf Ahmadi said that five commanders and 65 army soldiers "repented their mistakes and surrendered to Mujahideen", bringing five armored personnel carriers as well as weapons and ammunition.

Since the fall of the key northern city of Kunduz, which the Taliban briefly controlled in September, the government of President Ashraf Ghani has come under mounting pressure as extremists continue to make gains in rural areas.

Thousands demonstrated in Kabul this week after seven members of the Hazara ethic minority were ritualistically executed by Islamist militants.

Paris Horror Demonstrates Limits On Tolerance And Need For Border Controls

Because of Britain's position on the globe I was relaxing with a glass of wine when news of the Paris massacre, the latest terrorist outrage committed by the forces of ISIS (Islamic State) started to break. Normal TV programs were interrupted and rolling news channels dropped all coverage of other topics. Is it coincidence that only yesterday afternoon this blog was reporting the latest escalation by the Russians of their effort to end the fundamenalist Islamic rebellion in Syria, and earlier we mentioned U.s. Senator Lindsay Graham's call for US aircraft to shoot down Russian aircraft attacking US sponsored and trained 'assets' involed in the Obama administration's bid to topple the regime of Syrian President Bashar al Assad.

The deployment of S400 (Growler) missiles, reputedly the most powerful and technically advanced Surface To Air missiles ever is not aimed at ISIS of course, the rebels have no warplanes. It is a warning by Russia for the Americans to think very carefully before interfering with Russia's propping up of Assad

The Paris massacre is not a response to that Russian action, or to Russia's rout of ISIS in Syria, it happened too quickly afterwards and hitting France does not hurt Russia. But it does send out the message, just as the west is shamed by Russia and Iran to stop pussyfooting around pretending to oppose ISIS while hoping the jihadists will depose Assad for them, that as the war in Syria and Iraq swings against ISIS, the Islamic extremists see their only hope of survival is to bring the horrific bloodshed that is their trademark to the streets of Europe, and eventually we must anticipate, the USA and Canada.

And the Politically Correct immigration policies policies of western governments have made it to do that.

BEDFORD, United Kingdom – As the distressing attacks in Paris were occurring last night, some of Britain’s most high profile and notorious Islamist extremists gathered just north of London, unimpeded, to tell hundreds of British Muslims to “struggle” for an “Islamic State.” Breitbart London was there.

At the “Quiz a Muslim” event held last night in the Corn Exchange in Bedford, panelists called British values were “junk”, demanded that Muslims should “define” British law, and ominously, appeared to suggest Muslims were at war with the British.

The event was organised and chaired by Bedford-born blogger Dilly Hussain; an avid Islamist and a supporter of a global Islamic caliphate.

Mr Hussain described the event as “sort of like an Islamic Question time” – except during Question Time, there are usually disagreements. This event saw an all-male panel of “community leaders” talking to a completely segregated room, with little to disagree on.

Our left wing, 'liberal' and 'progressive' friends will wring their hands and say, "but we must not characterise all Muslims as terrorists. Quite true, but the left have for several years shouted down any suggestion that we need to abandon 'open doors' immigration policies and strengthen border controls as 'racism'.

Well the Paris attacks were certainly racism, born out of the hatred felt in certain middle eastern cultures to western, religiously liberal and tolerant cultures. So why, to avoid being accused of racism, must we in the west tolerate the racism of which we are the targets?"

The case for border controls is not racist of course, it is, as has been demonstrated, self preservation. Not all Muslims are terrorists, most are not, but if we are going to let in anybody who arrives at our borders, how to we filter out the one in maybe a thousand, maybe five thousand, who is a violent extremist.

The answer is we can't. And now they are already here and are radicalising the children of people who genuinely migrated to the west to make a new life in our secular societies. And as we saw in Paris, or in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania in 2001, it only takes a small number of people prepared to die for their cause to reduce civilized counties to chaos.

Putin Lines Up The Big Guns As Obama 'Shoots Golf' And Kerry Vacillates

We learn from the news feeds that Vladimir Putin has ordered an advanced anti-aircraft missile defense system to be deployed in Syria. The S-400 Air Defense System, known to NATO as SA-21 'Growler', has arrived at at the Latakia Airbase, the Russian military operations HQ on Syria's coast.

With a range capable of taking down jets as far away as Tel Aviv and at altitudes of up to 90,000 feet, if launched from the heavily-defended airbase, the missile system is effective within an area covering most of Syria, southern Turkey, Cyprus, the eastern Mediterranean and much of Israel.

The missile system comes in three sections, with a central control point, a radar complex capable of tracking 300 targets and controlling six anti-aircraft missile launchers. .

The Russian military released photographs of the advanced missile system, which is understood to have a maximum range of 250 miles is capable of bringing down high flying warplanes which operate at more than twice the height of a cruising passenger airliner.

According to Russia news website Sputnik News, the S400 is the most advanced weapon of its type in existence and easily outguns anything in the USA / NATO arsenal.

Meanwhile US Secretary of State John Kerry said that prospects of progress towards a peace deal for Syria are unlikelt to be advanced at this weekend’s Syria peace talks. But he says the diplomatic effort to end the war cannot be abandoned. Kerry said that at the present time the elements necessary to forge peace may not exist, but "time and turbulence" can create new opportunities. However, he acknowledged that participants had to bridge vast differences to succeed, saying those involved are not on "the threshold of an agreement".

According to a leaked version of the latest draft Russian proposal, Moscow wants ally Assad to stay in office during an 18-month transitional period. For Washington and its Western and Arab allies, this is impossible.

"Asking the opposition to trust Assad or to accept Assad’s leadership is simply not a reasonable request. It’s literally a nonstarter,” Kerry warned. “On this point, I acknowledge that we are still working through with Russia and Iran the question of Assad and his role, this has not been settled."

Meanwhile, Russia accused the United States of trying to hijack advance negotiations for the weekend meeting. The charge was denied by U.S. officials. The dispute focused on U.S.A's assuming it would take the lead role in the talks, and was significant in reflecting the tensions between the two main players whose diplomatic muscle is key to hopes of progress. The intervention of US Senate' hawk Lindsay Graham who, as we reported earlier, has said the USA should shot down Russian aircraft that are attacking US military assets (US backed terrorists) in Syria probably did not help.

Kerry is due to join Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and counterparts from other nations that include adversaries Iran and Saudi Arabia on Saturday (14 November, 2015).

Barack Obama, reprising his role as 'The Invisible Man' of world politics (he's probably on holiday again, it must be all of a week since his last vacation) seems to have lost interest in the Syria problem, as he alwys does when things are not going his way.
