Brussels reaction to Dutch EU-Kiev deal vote brings to mind the way the unelected Kommissars who run the EU cynically dismissed the Irish referendum result that rejected the Lisbon treaty and further inflames the Brexit issue.
Though the vote in the Netherlands was only to ratify the EU / Ukraine association agreement, a step towards the accession of Ukraine to full EU membership it was widely seen as a test of public opinion on a number of issues, including the immigration crisis, the increasing encroachment of Brussels on national sovereignty, the failure to agree common policies on unepmployment, economic slowdown and response to the miiddle east war, while EU regulations hamstring any attempts to resolve those promlems locally.

Yes, the Panama Papers Could Really End Hillary Clinton’s Campaign

We've been chronicling the downfall of Hillary Clinton, from her seemingly unassailable position as the anointed successor to Barack Obama, whose path to first the Democratic Party nomination and then the Presidency itself had been carefully planned and all obstacles removed. The fixers and deal makers had reckoned without two factors however, Bernie Sanders and Mrs. Clinton's poor image with voters, a result of her spoiled little rich girl arrogance, evidence of corruption and the incompetence she showed in office as Secretary of State.

(ANTIMEDIA) With Senator Bernie Sanders winning seven of the last eight delegate battles — the most recent was Tuesday night’s Wisconsin victory — there’s a feeling in the air that most progressives haven’t felt since the Iowa caucus. It speaks to a hard truth Hillary Clinton and her choleric campaign staffers will encounter when they wake up in the morning: Bernie really could still beat Clinton and become the Democratic nominee for president.
No way, some of you are saying. The television faces said the delegate math was too hard. The superdelegates make it impossible. Hillary wins the primaries, Bernie only wins caucuses; America won’t elect a socialist; the nation won’t rally behind free healthcare and college tuition.
Despite the supposedly ineluctable logic of Sanders’ unelectability, many pundits now believe there has been a seismic shift in the 2016 presidential race. It is becoming increasingly obvious that Americans are sick to death of the two corporatist political establishments and will do anything to send them a message. The evidence of this is that the two most popular candidates in the 2016 election are a Jewish democratic socialist and a reality TV star who referred to his penis during a nationally televised debate.
Then there’s the matter of the Panama Papers. In case you haven’t heard about them over the roar of mainstream media’s ‘round-the-clock anti-Trump coverage, it’s being referred to as the biggest data leak in history. For the last year, 400 journalists have been secretly decoding 11.5 million documents leaked from Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca. The 2.6 terabytes of data show billions of dollars worth of transactions dating back 40 years.
Acquired from an anonymous source by the German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung and then shared with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, the documents present a jaw-dropping paper trail of how the upper echelon of the 1 percent has used shell companies and offshore tax havens to avoid paying billions of dollars in taxes. In less than a week of exposure, the Panama Papers have already implicated 140 world leaders from 50 different countries. Top executives and celebrities who appear in the leaked emails, PDFs, and other documents may also be indicted in money laundering, tax evasion, and sanctions-busting activities.
Though the source of the leak opted not to do a Wikileaks-style data dump and is instead allowing media outlets to curate the information, international tax reform could be imminent.
The revelations are relevant to the 2016 presidential election because they once again illustrate the stark contrast in judgement between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton. The transgressions documented in the Panama Papers were directly facilitated by the Panama-United States Trade Promotion Agreement, which Congress ratified in 2012. In 2011, Sanders took to the floor of the senate to strongly denounce the trade deal:
“Panama is a world leader when it comes to allowing wealthy Americans and large corporations to evade US taxes by
stashing their cash in offshore tax havens. The Panama free trade agreement will make this bad situation much worse. Each and every year, the wealthiest people in this country and the largest corporations evade about $100 billion in taxes through abusive and illegal offshore tax havens in Panama and in other countries.”
Clinton, on the other hand, completely ignored the tax haven issue, and instead, regurgitated the same job-creation platitude she used to peddle NAFTA, which has decimated American manufacturing jobs and led to an economic refugee crisis in Mexico.
Beyond just exposing her unwillingness to understand how modern free trade agreements benefit the rich and punish impoverished countries, Clinton may have a more nefarious connection to the Panama Papers.
In lobbying for the Panama-United States Trade Promotion Agreement, Clinton paved the way for major banks and corporations, most notably the Deutsche Bank, to skirt national laws and regulations. After she resigned as Secretary of State, the Deutsche Bank paid her $485,000 for a speech. While criminality can’t yet be definitively established, this may change when the “Süddeutsche Zeitung” publishes its comprehensive list at the end of the month. In addition to the aforementioned connection, Clinton’s name has already surfaced in connection to a billionaire and a Russian-controlled bank named in the files.
The fallout from the Panama Papers is being felt around the world. On Tuesday, Iceland’s Prime Minister resigned after it was revealed his family had used a shell company to hold millions of dollars worth of bonds in a collapsed bank. After an interview in which Prime Minister Sigmundur Davíð Gunnlaugsson had a meltdown when asked about the company’s assets, over 20,000 citizens of Iceland protested.
How does this lead to Bernie Sanders defeating Hillary Clinton? The Sanders campaign has been run on the premise that Clinton is inextricably linked to political corruption, disastrous military interventions, and collusion with Wall Street. If it can be shown that Clinton was involved in criminal improprieties exposed by the Panama Papers, this will constitute yet another major line of attack for Sanders headed into the April 14th debate in New York. If Sanders wins the New York primary a few days later and scoops up a proportion of its 247 delegates, the narrative of the election will dramatically shift.
When added to the myriad other Clinton scandals and political vulnerabilities, the Democratic party’s gatekeeper superdelegates could decide that Clinton is too big of a liability going into the general election. It all comes down to New York, though — Sanders must win New York. If he does, you will see historic chaos unleashed upon the American electorate. And if the Panama Papers leak sets off an unstoppable domino effect, the DNC may soon find its fractured party looking just as ghoulish as the clown’s autopsy being conducted on the Republican Party.

Irony Overload: Iran Warns Obama Not To Cross Red Lines
Last July, amid much hyperbole from US media and triumphalism from The White House and Democrats in the US Congress, the United States concluded an agreement with Iran which lifted US and International sanctions in return for Islamic Shi'ite Republic agreeing to limit their nuclear ability. At a high level, the US would lead the way in lifting oil and financial sanctions imposed due to Iran’s nuclear programs; in return Iran would reduce their stockpile of enriched uranium, storage facilities and centrifuges. What was not negotiated, however, were sanctions on missile technologies and conventional weapons.
Per the White House:
But hey, any treaty that limits nuclear weapons is good right? So Kudos to The Rent - boy President for making the world a less dangerous place? And boo for political upstarts like that nasty bully Donald Trump for advocating giving more nations nukes?
Sorry about that interlude of insanity folk, back to reality. Anything that did reduce the proliferation of nukes would be good of course, but as long as the knowledge of how to make nuclear weapons exists they will pose a threat. And barring some global catastrophe like the one that wiped out the knowledge of how to build pyramids like the ones at Giza in Egypt, we can't unlearn what is known.
And another little dose of reality; Obama's treaty only covered Iran developing its own nuclear weapons, the Iranians can get all the nukes they want from their allies Russia and China. So where does that leave Obama's deal?
In March 2016, Iran launched a series of ballistic missile tests early in the month that got the world’s attention. In a testament to the "success" of Washington's foreign policy towards Iran, Iran's Brigadier General Hossein Salami, deputy commander of the IRGC said the following: "The missiles fired today are the results of sanctions. The sanctions helped Iran develop its missile program."
Furthermore, the rockets had a quite clear message written on their side:

مذاکره.
Which I'm informed translates as "Israel must be wiped off the face of the earth."
President Obama's response? He said Iran was "not following the spirit of the deal." According to The Hill:
“Iran so far has followed the letter of the agreement, but the spirit of the agreement involves Iran also sending signals to the world community and businesses that it is not going to be engaging in a range of provocative actions that are going to scare businesses off”The Ayatollahs probably didn't crap themselves at the simpering whinge from the White House,
The thought is that as the missiles become even more capable of hitting long range targets, they could eventually be equipped to carry nuclear warheads as well, immediately putting various neighboring countries in danger.
One this had sunk in among the clever boys and girls in Washington, the US Treasury then imosed fresh sanctions.
Fast forward to April 5, when Iranian Deputy Chief of Staff Brig-Gen Maassoud Jazzayeri was quoted by the Fars News Agency as saying:
"The White House should know that defense capacities and missile power, specially at the present juncture where plots and threats are galore, is among the Iranian nation's red lines and a backup for the country's national security and we don’t allow anyone to violate it"Clearly, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard was not particularly concerned how Obama evaluates the "spirit" of the deal as long as he remains utterly helpless to change it, something which Iran is absolutely convinced of at this moment.
And to emphasise their lack of concern the Iranians then gave Obama the finger by purloining Obama's infamous "red line" phrase... against him, when warning the US that any attempt to encroach on the Islamic Republic's ballistic missile program would constitute the crossing of a "red line."

What sort of coverup us hiding under the Panama Hat
Big news of the day has been The Panama Papers, the supposed leak of eleven million documents revealing how rich people used the tax haven of Panama to (perfectly legally) avoid paying tax on their wealth. It is a non story of course, not only did these people do nothing illegal, but the legal use of tax havens by rich people has been well known for many years (at least as long as I can remember and at the time of writing I'm sixty seven.
All the usual suspects, the neo - fascists of the left, the media and showbiz luvvies and the hand wringing, breast beating, emotionally needy losers who rely on the latest batch of Facebook memes to do their thinking for them are horrified of course. "Oh woe, woe," they cry, rich people used legal loopholes to keep hold of their wealth. It's soooooo unfaiiiiiiiir."
The screeching has been so intense one can only wonder what pile of dirt this non - story was used to cover for.
Following Dr. Udo Ulfkotte’s confession that for decades he had put his name to CIA propaganda (YouTube video or if you prefer, in text HERE) comes the revelation that he finally refused when he realized that the material he was given was aimed at starting a war with Russia, in line with the interests of Geoge Soros and several people with names like Rothschild, Bettancourt, Buffet, Gates, Bush, al Saud, Orange (i.e. The Dutch Royal Family), Tata, Rockefeller. If you have heard of all of them you are well informed.
Clearly, the German journalists involved in the Panama Papers revelations are the kind of obedient presstitutes that Dr. Ulfkotte describes in his video.
As with the shooting down of MH17, the entire Western media has gone absolutely apeshit trying to connect Russia's President Putin with the scandal, although his name doesn’t actually figure in the Panama dump and the best the demonizers of Russia can offer is 'associates of Putin'. Conversely the names of US political figures have not been mentioned at all, although 441 US clients are involved along with thousands of US companies, beneficiaries and shareholders including 'associates of two people currently figuring in the presidential election primaries to choose the respective party candidates.
We could not possibly say with certainty that Ulfkotte's disclosure of the CIA and the Amertican Government's manipulating news in order to manufacture support for its perpetual war policy and global hegemony geopolitical ambitions is the reason why the Panama tax haven story has been given prominence now, but clearly the US desperation for war is getting out of control. The New World Order puppet Obama must leave office in a few months and with the Republicans so determined to stop Trum they are talking of replacing him with a dummy like Jeb Bush, and Hillary Clinton's crimes and history of cronyism catching up with her, they could end up with the superannuated peacenik Bernie Sanders as President.

Cruise For 1,700 School Kids Ends In Tragedy As Migrant Passengers Gang-Rape Swedish Girl

Five men, including two believed to be accessories to murder, have been arrested on suspicion of gang raping a girl on-board a special, high school kids-only pleasure cruise in Sweden.
Four men aged between 18 and 19 were arrested when the luxury MS Galaxy landed after its cruise to Finland on Wednesday, with a fifth arrested yesterday. They are all accused of gang-raping an unidentified woman, and face charges of aggravated rape.
The prosecutor has given no more detail about the crime or the victim, and was initially even reluctant to disclose that it was a woman who had been raped.
Although the politically-correct Swedish police have gone to their usual lengths to obscure the identities and nationalities of the suspected perpetrators, a mistake by Sweden’s largest newspaper has revealed the men to be migrants.
A film crew from Aftonbladet was at the departure port for the general story and interviewed a number of students boarding the ship as it prepared to sail earlier this week for a feature on the cruise. We watched the video and our editor who speaks some Swedish said several non-Western young men who looked rather old to be high school pupils told the of their plan to have a good time while at sea, saying in poor English they wanted to “Just fuck about”. He remarked “because we are students we want to actually go fucking wild”.
That says it all really.
None of those men arrested were born in Sweden. They deny all charges of aggravated rape. In a further development, it has been revealed one of the men has a previous conviction and two of the men arrested for the gang-rape are suspects in a separate criminal case, a high-profile murder in Stockholm dating back to November 2015.

Dutch Referendum This Week Shows why We Should Leave The EU.

Few of you were aware probably that there is an EU referendum vote in The Netherlands this week. As usual with anything negative about the EU barely a word has been printed in the topic in mainstream media and the silence from our notionally unbiased national broadcaster The Bolshevik Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) has been deafening.
The Dutch referendum is not an IN/OUT question like the one we will vote on in June this year, but is officially about approving the EU's 'association treaty' with Ukraine which was negotiated in 2014 soon after the democratically elected government of Ukraine was replace by right wing extremist CIA puppets. Some in mainstream media have claimed that the civil war that has been going on in Ukraine for two years was started by Russian secret service agencies in response to the move to draw Ukraine into the EU and NATO in violation of a 1991 treaty with Russia, but in fact the conflict was provoked by America's neo - Nazi puppets in Kiev embarking on an ethnic cleansing program.
The European Union’s association agreement with Ukraine is more than a simple free trade deal; were it only that then the break down in relations between the Ukraine and Russia would probably have been avoided. The deal actually involves the EU in the reform of Ukrainian institutions and laws is all about paving the way for the Ukraine to become a full member of the EU.
It introduces wholly unnecessary military links with the European Union by establishing military dialogue, technological co-operation and the possibility of joint participation in EU missions.
Making Ukraine an associate EU member naturally includes visa free travel throughout the EU that would open the door to Ukraine’s 44 million people in addition to the visa free travel recently granted to Turkey’s 85 million (including Kurds) inhabitants.”
The Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, and by extension, the pro Ukraine lobby in Washington, is alarmed by the Eurosceptic feeling that is rising in the Netherlands and throughout Europe, telling a Washington, D.C. meeting last week: "The real purpose for the internal Dutch discussion is about the future of the European Union and internal political clashes… I think this is very dangerous for a country … to become the victim of this discussion. This is not a timely referendum."
What Poroshenko and his puppeteers in Washington clearly fail to understand is that it is eff all to do with them what democratic decisions are made by Dutch voters. The vote is being held as a result of public pressure in The Netherlands as reported by the Financial times. Opinion polls suggest a majority of voters are opposed to establishing links between the EU and Ukraine.
"Dutch opinion is divided 50-50," pro-EU activist Bogdan Globa told the Kyiv Post in March, "But it’s more likely that the Dutch will say ‘no’ to Ukraine. Too many of them are still afraid of the war in the east of Ukraine. They also think Ukraine could be another Greece."
Voters in The Netherlands are also worried about the undemocratic direction the EU is heading in and the fact that full membrership is being fast tracked for Turkey and Georgia. At least Ukraine is demonstrably a European nation. Turkey is in Asia, apart from the small enclave around Istanbul while the Europeanness of the Caucasian nations is dubious to say the least. 'I Pray for Sanders' - Oliver Stone Condemns Clinton’s ‘Corrupt’ Policy
Dumb and Dumber, Hillary Clinton and her supporter and fellow warmonger Mad. Allbright have a good giggle (about how many innocent third world peasants they each killed perhaps?)
Academy Award-winning movie director Oliver Stone criticized former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for contributing to almost every major conflict of recent decades and for refusing to accept the fact that “the Cold War” era is over.
Mr. Stone spoke in support of Bernie Sanders, U S Senator and Democratic candidate for President of the United States, arguing that he is the one who will not involve the USA in more wars, but will instead focus on dealing with internal problems.
Although the Oscar-winning director admitted results in the prmaries campaign to date favour Clinton, he denounced the front-runner's ‘corrupt' policy.
"He [Sanders] is the only one who has raised his voice against the corruption in our politics," Mr. Stone asserted. "Clinton has embraced this corruption."
He added that Clinton's presidency would bring peace and prosperity, citing the ex-Secretary of State's unflattering record which includes supporting multiple conflicts like "the barbaric ‘contras'" against the Nicaraguan people in the 1980s, bombing of the former Yugoslavia in 1999, the never-ending Iraq War, the "Afghan mess", "the destruction of the secular state of Libya" and most recently the failed attempt attempt at "regime change" in Syria.
"Every one of these situations has resulted in more extremism, more chaos in the world, and more danger to our country," he warned.
The top director went on criticizing Clinton's Cold War-era mindset which focuses on a "NATO-domination of the universe" an only further promotes war.
"Clinton has been brainwashed by the neoconservatives to believe it's about ‘Russian aggression' when it's the United States that's ensuring the greatest build-up on the European borders of Russia since Hitler did it in World War II," Stone wrote.
Oliver Stone is famed for movies that deal with acute political topics with different US Presidents as main characters. In 2014 he announced that he wants to make a documentary about Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Sometimes You Just Have To Wonder What Planet The Left Live On
A couple of days ago on our main Daily Stirrer page one of our regular contributors, Arthur Foxake, posted an article from The Anti-Media, which releases its posts on Creative Commons licence. This was our headline beefore we cut to the AM article.
Clear enough then that the post was not to be taken seriously. We don't have a comments section on The Daily Stirrer because we can't be arsed setting one up, but someone did email us a snottogram about the high crimes and misdemeanoursa of Hillary Clinton calalogued by The Anti-Media telling us in a tome of outrage that it is all lies and Hillary is a wonderful woman and, a tireless campaigner for truth and justice. And then the idiot referred us to 'factchaecker' site Snopes for authoritative rebuttals of all the allegations.
One really has to wonder what planet these crazy fuckers live on, they are certainly not aware of what has been happening on this one. Take a look at this report from August 2015 and then think about whether SNOPES can honestly describe itself as an unbiased fact checker:
Needless to say, SNOPES 'debunked' this story. While we do not know if it is true or not, we can state that it did not originate on The People's Cube satirical website, we tracked an earlier and significantly less embellished version to an overseas news site funded by a national government. What is notable is that the news item is entirely believable given SNOPES track record of politically biased reporting.
The lesson here is one taught by Guatama Siddartha (The Buddha) 2500 years ago: "Believe nothing you read or are told without first testing it against you own common sense and experience. When people start ranting that a story is not true, even though the words APRIL FOOL are in the title, we can clearly see that there is an agenda to prevent rational debate, ironic or satirical comment and free speech on some topics.

CEO arrested on charges of fraud and corruption - LOS ANGELES, CA - Snopes.com owners Barbara and David Mikkelson were detained by police today after an unrelated investigation of a Snopes.com editor lead police onto a paper trail of corruption, bribery, and fraud at the very heart of the fact-checking organization.
Evidence obtained by police has revealed that Snopes.com, which markets itself as "the definitive Internet reference source for urban legends, folklore, myths, rumors, and misinformation," has a history of accepting money and favors from left-leaning and pro-Islamic political groups and individuals for helping them to advance their cause by rigging public discourse with selective fact-finding and deliberate manipulation of public opinion.
Late Monday morning, Brian Williston, a Snopes.com editor, who also doubles as the accountant, found himself at a flea market on the outskirts of Los Angeles. As he was browsing the different tables and tents looking for antiques, an old mechanical piano began playing Dixie's Land, a song that was adopted as a de facto anthem of the Confederacy during the American Civil War and is now considered offensive by some due to its link to the iconography and ideology of the Old South.
The tune sparked an outrage in Williston, who began yelling and cursing those who "would like to bring back slavery and racial separation," and ordering the vendors to "turn off that racist music." When no one nearby claimed to know how to turn off the one-hundred-year-old machine, Williston became violent. He started grabbing various antique objects from the vendors' tables and throwing them at the antique piano in an attempt to silence the music.
A bystander, later identified as William Barksdale, working as a courier for the L.A. Messenger Service, attempted to calm Williston down, saying that "someone is just trying to see if that the piano still works" and "it's only a song, don't shoot the pianist," but that only prompted the infuriated editor to redirect his rage to the messenger. Williston, who is white, began to choke Barksdale, who is black, while screaming "Shut up! Shut up!" as the mechanical piano continued to play Dixie's Land in the background.

EU Membership Vote in UK to Paralyze Decision Making

EU leaders face challenges on two fronts this summer if they want to maintain the staus quo within the union and even extend the control the Brussels bureaucratic dictatorship exercises over member states decision making. Whistleleblower website WikiLeaks have revealed that according to leaked documents the IMF fears a Greek default on its sovereign debt will coincide with Britain’s referendum on the country's future as an EU member, thus paralyzing the EU’s decision-making process.
Wikileaks obtained information (we understand it was minutes of an on the record discussion that took place on March 19, 2016, between two top IMF officials — Poul Thomsen, the head of the IMF's European department, and Delia Velculescu, the IMF mission chief for Greece.
The IMF executives believe that the likely Greek default on its third bailout will coincide with Britain's possible Brexit and it would be hard for the EU to deal with two major events at the same time.
According to the leaked information, the IMF wants to tell Germany that it will leave the Troika, composed of the IMF, European Commission and the European Central Bank, if the IMF and the Commission cannot reach agreement on the Greek bailout.
The IMF wants Greece to accept more austerity measures, such as raising taxes and cutting pensions. According to the leaked conversation, Greece needs to accept more of these draconian measures or the EU will face the threat of "an imminent financial catastrophe."
However, the Brexit referendum in June "will paralyze European decision making at the critical moment," the IMF officials fear, according to WikiLeaks. We don't see why they are worried, Britain's EU referendum is a matter for Britain alone. Unless of course the EU, IMF and UnitedNazis Nations plan to overturn the vote and tell us we can't leave. These supranational bureaucracies are not fans of democracy.
