How Covid Pandemic Advanced UN’s Agenda For Becoming A Global Government

By globally synchronising the public health response across the United Nations (“UN”) member states, new powers were granted to the UN. These universally applied regulations and multilateral agreements have created a vast interlocking public health network throughout the world (The WHO) which in turn birthed a new, globalised administrative state.

The UN has been quietly gestating and building power for years before the pandemic through agreements such as Agenda 2030 and has now become a sovereign power unto itself.  This is the shadow global government that seeks to regulate every dimension of our lives.

The above is the subject of a speech written and delivered by Dr. Jill Glasspool Malone at the fourth International Covid Summit (“ICS 4”) held from 18 to 19 November 2023 in Bucharest, Romania, at the Palace of the Parliament.

The Summit was organised by the Alianța pentru Unirea Românilor or AUR party (English translation Alliance for the Union of Romanians).  Over the two days, 46 medical professionals, scientists and other professionals gave presentations including Dr. Robert Malone, Dr. Byram Bridle, Dr. Pierre Kory, Dr. Ryan Cole and Dr. Chris Shoemaker.

This latest International Covid Summit (“ICS”) comes as the organisation is in the process of changing its name.  So, ICS 4 is also being referred to as the International Crisis Summit because “as we now know, this was never just about covid,” ICS said.

Dr. Malone explained that ICS was created for doctors, lawyers and professionals from all over the world to unite and discuss their experiences with covid. This is an uncensored and safe haven where they are able to gather, share, discuss and analyse their findings in order to find safe and effective treatments for covid and all of the complications that surround it.

Don’t bother explaining the science, just get people vaccinated WEF President of the European Research Council says

At WEF’s Davos meeting at the beginning of this year, a panel discussion was held to discuss how the world can shift its covid strategy from pandemic response to endemic management. The panellists were Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel, WEF Executive Committee member Shyam Bishen, former CEO of GAVI and co-creator of COVAX Seth F. Berkley, Harvard’s Michelle Williams and President of the European Research Council Maria Leptin.

“The covid-19 pandemic illustrated [ ] the difficulties and the risks of science denial … how do you see the situation now, has it improved or not?” the moderator from Euronews, Sasha Vakulina, asked Leptin. 

“I wish it had improved,” Leptin responded, “and I am passionate about science.”  But she thinks the science behind vaccines shouldn’t be explained and the public should be kept in the dark.  Leptin believes vaccination campaigns shouldn’t be carried out with informed consent but imposed on populations by manipulative or coercive means.  Presumably, this tactic is most useful when evidence-based science doesn’t support “the science” and populations are likely to challenge it.  

“Two of the countries which were most successful in getting good coverage of vaccination based this not at all on getting their citizens to try and understand the science,” she said.

“One is Bhutan, which, where they were very successful in preparing a campaign and involved [ ] they were sensitive to the country’s needs, to the citizens’ needs, involved informing the religious establishment and in fact using them in finding the right time and date and they got fantastic coverage.  No science was explained.

“The other example I know of is Portugal, where the campaign was handed to a retired Army General. And the Army General just treated the country as his troops and he rallied the troops.  He declared it as a war that the country, in patriotic passion, was going to fight together.  And they had up there, I think, they were leading in Europe. if not the world.  So, no science.  Let’s remember that.

“Good planning, good [ ] thinking and integration in one country and the right sort of attitude in another.”

Covid injections have been and are still one giant experiment on the populations of the world. A significant detail all the panellists and the moderator failed to acknowledge is, in both examples that Leptin extolled, no informed consent was freely given by the recipients of the experimental injections. 

Leptin and her fellow panellists need to refresh their memories about the contents of the most important document in the history of the ethics of medical research – the Nuremberg Code.

As (completely unfounded) rumors swirl over the OpenAI board's sudden shock firing of CEO and co-founder Sam Altman, Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter, that in recent weeks, Altman was actively working to raise billions from some of the world’s largest investors for a new chip venture to reportedly rival NVDA's.  The project - code-named Tigris - saw Altman traveling extensively to the Middle East, seeking tens of billions of dollars from Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, Mubadala Investment Company, SoftBank Group, and others for an AI-focused hardware device that he’s been developing in tandem with former Apple design chief Jony Ive.  Altman’s pitch was for a startup that would aim to build Tensor Processing Units, or TPUs - semiconductors that are designed to handle high volume specialized AI workloads. The goal is to provide lower-cost competition to market incumbent Nvidia and, according to people familiar, aid OpenAI by lowering the ongoing costs of running its own services like ChatGPT and Dall-E.  Custom-designed chips like TPUs are seen as one day having the potential to outperform the AI accelerators made by Nvidia - which are coveted by artificial intelligence companies - but the timeline for development is long and complex.  Bloomberg reports that Altman's chip venture is not yet formed and the talks with investors are in the early stages, said the people, who asked not to be named as the discussions were private.

The Russo-Ukrainian War has been a novel historical experience for a variety of reasons, and not only for the intricacies and technicalities of the military enterprise itself. This became the first conventional military conflict to occur in the age of social media and planetary cinematography (that is, the ubiquitous presence of cameras). This brought a veneer (though only a veneer) of immanence to war, which for millennia had unveiled itself only through the mediating forces of cable news, print newspapers, and victory steles.

For the eternal optimist, there were upsides to the idea that a high intensity war was slated to be documented in thousands of first-person view videos. Purely from the standpoint of intellectual curiosity (and martial prudence), the flood of footage from Ukraine offers insight into emerging weapons systems and methods and allows for a remarkable level of tactical-level data. Rather than waiting for years of agonizing dissection of after action reports to reconstruct engagements, we are aware in near real time of tactical movements.

Unfortunately, all the obvious downsides of airing a war live on social media were also in effect. The war instantly became sensationalized and saturated with fake, fabricated, or incorrectly captioned videos, cluttered with information that most people are simply not equipped to parse through (for obvious reasons, the average citizen does not have extensive experience differentiating between two post-Soviet armies using similar equipment and speaking similar, or even the same language), and pseudo-expertise. ... Britain is once again roiled by identity politics. The streets are taken over most weekends by hundreds of thousands baying – ostensibly – for the rights of Palestinians, though in the wake of the October 7 massacre by Hamas in Israel, many protesters seem primarily concerned with celebrating Hamas’s mass pogrom. 

Much of the animus for these marches comes from Muslims, but the marchers’ confidence and respectability is ensured by mass support from the woke Left of all colours and creeds. The question, therefore, of how the Left came to be not defenders of Jews, but cheerleaders for their destruction, is a pertinent one. So was the problem of their destructive impulses – which included rioting, vandalising and looting (including of Jewish businesses) – following the murder of George Floyd in 2020. 

What has gone wrong? This is what Yascha Mounk, professor of political science at Johns Hopkins University, contributing editor of the Atlantic, and founder of earnest opinion website Persuasion, is aiming to explain in his latest book, The Identity Trap.

Benefits Agency Could Soon Be Allowed Access To Clients Bank Accounts To Monitor Spending

 

Some of us did try to warn you that all thosefreedom restricting regulations and laws introduced "for our safety" during the hoax pandemic were not really about saving us from a terrible disease that was so lethal 99.7 people who caught it made a full recovery, they were about power and control. Some of the regulations were tests, for example the mask mandates  revealed what proportion of the population were willing to challenge authority and refuse to wear masks.

Lockdowns gave the police and courts new powers which they gleefully abused and fortunately the vaccines encountered more resistance than expected in spite of dishonest, scaremongering propaganda,coercive and bullying tactics to make us conform and shameful misreporting of the true figures for infections and deaths by mainstream media.

We also warned the hoax pandemic was just the beginning. Now The Powers That Be have decided that although it was not a total success it revealed enough to convince them the time to launch the second part of their agenda had arrived. Last week The Daily Mirror reported that surveillance is going to the next level. It has taken us a few days to put our analysis online because the news is so significant there were things we had to verify.

The move has been hinted at for a long time, alongside the abolition of cash and the introduction of Central Bank Digital Currencies we now learn the UK's Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) is drafting legislative measures aimed at reducing levels of benefit fraud, error and debt in the benefits  system. The Mirror's report says:

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) could be allowed to look through bank accounts to see where you spend your money under new plans to tackle benefit fraud. 
The DWP is currently working on legislative measures to help reduce levels of fraud, error and debt in the benefits system. This was initially set out in the May 2022 policy paper “Fighting Fraud in the Welfare System”.

Some of the potential measures include allowing DWP investigators to access and collect third-party data from banks to see where claimants are spending their money and allow investigators to execute search and seizure orders – so to be able to come into a claimant’s home and take away phones and laptops. Agents could also be given the power to make arrests rather than having to call in the police.
The DWP has just published the results of a public consultation into the plans. The research aimed to explore the acceptability of these potential powers to help inform future policy development, assess communication approaches and build the evidence base on fraud, error and debt. This survey consisted of 2,127 people and of that 618 were benefit claimants.

The results revealed that more than half (52%) of those surveyed found the proposal of collecting information about where claimants are spending money to be acceptable. Overall, 62% saw fraud and error in the welfare benefits system as a big problem, with 18% seeing it as a very big problem – only 3% of respondents did not see it as a problem at all.

Nearly 40% of survey respondents believed that around half of incorrect benefit claims were a result of dishonesty, while 31% thought that “most” were due to dishonesty. Only 17% thought that most incorrect claims were due to mistakes. At the end of the survey, respondents were asked about their overall views on the potential new powers. Well over half (62%) said they were feeling either positive or very positive about them – with only 21% saying they felt negative.’

 There is nothing controversial in saying that Benefit fraud is endemic in some areas of the UK and DWP has, intentionally or unintentionally, been complicit through incompetence, lax management standards, poorly educated staff and a host of other reason including failure to investigated suspected fraud by members of certain protected minorities, .

The DWP has also been complicit for years in the utter fraud of the Work Capability Assessment (WCA) as we know from cases where perfectly fit people have been caught in activities their claimed disability woud prevent then from doing, (in one case while training for a marathon,), and in the fraud perpetrated by private sector contractor ATOS which disability claims assessment was outsourced, to compliant medics and Lawyers who sold their moral and so called professional souls for the filthy lucre to – very deliberately – deprive some people ( not all for sure ) of help in (often) desperate circumstances; and suicide was not unknown as a result, albeit numerically low.

The whole system is rotten to the core.

Destroying The Planet To Save It

In the unthinking stampede of politicians and 'scientists' towards achieving 'Net Zero' and thus 'saving the planet’ from death by human civilisation, perhaps a reality check is long overdue for the delusional Green Blob and the virtue signalling politicians. In order to save the planet from a largely imaginary threat based on an ideology behind which there is very little scientific and absolutely zero empirical evidence.

And as if that was not enough to make any sane person stop and think, the solutions proposed by the Green Blob, apart from being so expensive they would destroy every functioning national economy on the planet, are going to be more damaging to the planet than continuing to burn coal and gas as our main source of energy and fuel out vehicles with oil.  The Blob propose abandoning this reliable, consistent source in favour of intermittent, unreliable sources, primarily wind and solar powered generators. The Boggart Bloggers have written on the shortcomings of these technologies many times.

A small, clean, green, and utterly reliant on the vagaries of the weather, 100-megawatt wind farm needs 30,000 tons of iron ore; 50,000 tons of concrete and 900 tons of non-recyclable plastic.

For the same power from an ever-so-green solar farm you need to increase those figures by 150 per cent.

An battery pack for a small electric car weighs half a ton, to make just one requires the mining of 250 tons of bedrock somewhere on the planet, and the smelting and refining processes consume vast amounts of energy mostly derived from oil, natural gas and coal.

All these 'clean, green, renewable' methods of generation require what are called ‘rare earth metals,' which are actually quite plentiful but occur in such low concentrations that separating them from the ores in which they are found makes them phenomenally expensive, as well as resulting in vast quantities of toxic shite (including cyanide, arsenic, nitric and hydrochloric acid,) so a phenomenal 2000 tons of toxic waste is produced and most of it is dumped in the environment, just to produce one ton of the any of the rare earth metals needed to make wind turbines, solar panels or lithium ion batteries. On top of all this, processing and shipping is required to the developed nations, and this is usually provided from companies based in from unregulated regimes (e.g. Liberia,) with very lax environmental standards.

As mentioned above Solar and wind generation is limited by its dependence on weather conditions, another issue we have commented on many times, but we need energy ALL the time, so we have to have permanent back-up of a type that can kick in instantly because both cloud cover and wind speeds can change very quickly and it is not possible to turn a key or press a button and start a combined cycle gas generator they way we start our car or switch on the vacuum cleaner.

And then there is the land requirement because the amount of productive land lost to production of food due to the spread of 'renewables' is astounding.

To accommodate 2,000 MW of gas or nuclear power generation requires the same area of two 18-hole golf courses. Whereas, accommodating 2,000 MW of wind power requires an area the size of Belgium!

Then, of course, you still need 2,000 MW of gas or nuclear power to accommodate those hundreds of occasions each year when wind and solar power is producing absolutely nothing.

One of the proposed solutions is to build vast battery farms to store surplus energy when wind and sunshine give us a surplus, but apart from their not being enough known lithium reserves in the world to provide adequate backup for just on developed nation, a statistic I read recently claims the giant Tesla factory in Nevada would take 500 years to make enough batteries to supply the USA with electricity for 1 day!

After 30 years of development and countless billions of £$€ in grants, subsidies and incentive payments, wind and solar still supply less than 5 per cent of the world’s energy. You may have seen screaming headlines in mainstream media proclaiming that on a particular day 'renewables' generated over 50% of the UK's consumed electricity, b.ut contrast that with the deafening silence when on cold, windless winter days when solar and wind between then provide less than 5%.

On top of that, in common with all technology, wind turbines and solar panels  are built from non-renewable materials, and they break down, parts wear out or break and have to be replaced time and time again, so installation is definitely not a one-off cost.

Instead of ‘saving the planet’ the Green Blob and their rampaging renewables are actually devouring it!

The West Mulls Stricter Sanctions As Russia Easily Circumvents The Oil Price Cap

The European Union is considering toughening up the sanction enforcement on evaders of the price cap on Russian oil, almost none of which now trades below the ceiling of $60 per barrel, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.

The price cap mechanism set by the G7 and the EU says that Russian crude shipments to third countries can use Western insurance and financing if cargoes are sold at or below the $60-a-barrel ceiling. The measure took effect at the end of 2022 when the EU imposed an embargo on imports of Russian crude oil.  

But Western officials are increasingly concerned that Russia is selling nearly all of its crude above the price cap.

“Almost none” of Russia’s crude shipments in October were executed below the cap, a senior EU government official told FT.

“The latest data makes the case that we’re going to have to toughen up,” the official said. 

“There’s absolutely no appetite for letting Russia just keep doing this.”    

In the past weeks, EU officials have discussed tougher sanction enforcement, according to FT.

Last month, the United States took a tougher stance on the sanctions against Russia and sanctioned two vessels for violating the price cap.
